• Concepcion (10/5): Great Value and wonderful service, prime location to walking distance without the extra price. - From the Doorman to the front desk, the staff were wonderful! Walking distance to the Zocalo and Oxo, Coffee shop across the street. The towels for the pool could have been more accessible without having to leave the room key. Also quality of the pool towels could be better, softer.

• Sandra (8/5): - Check-in was excellent. We arrived on a Subday, so the restaurant was closed. The young woman at the front desk did not speak English, but she was extremely helpful and kind and we were able to order food delivery for dinner. Our room is small and needs a thorough scrubbing (walls scuffed & dirty especially around the sink), but the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower hot and linens clean. The location is noisy, but with proximity to the airport, I would expect noise; the hotel itself was very quiet.Breakfast was meager, but traditional. I would stay here again.

Then i was only provided 1 key for 2 adults. That one key had to be inserted in a chip reader to keep the power on. It was not a pleasant experience.

Felipe the shuttle driver in the morning was so friendly. All of the staff is wonderful and the beds are so comfortable with great feeling sheets.

• Fernando (8/5): VIP treatment by Maribel - Person at the front desk (Maribel) greeted us vey nicely (This was our 3rd time staying here and Maribel has greeted us the same every time) she’s very helpful and very polite. She gave us VIP treatment and I’ve seen her treat everyone the same. I gave them a 4 star because I would like for them to give more variety with their breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit to Veracruz and we will definitely stay here again.

• Thomas.lushan (5/5): can't sleep with the noise - The hotel restaurant stays open until at least 11pm. It is next to a farm or something. at 4am, rooster starts to make noise, at 6am, the dogs and other animals joined the roosters making noise. you cannot get a good sleep. and reception gave me a quiet room.

• Martha (8/5): No shuttle service on Sundays - Clean, comfy beds and linens, cable tv, outside pool I picked this hotel cuz it was close to the airport and it had a free shuttle. When we arrived there we discover the shuttle doesn't run sundays so we ask the receptionist to book us a taxi. He arrived about 10 minutes before the hour, but we weren't ready till the hour (6 am) waiting for us apparently put him in a bad mood, (not our fault if he was early) the drive to the airport was no longer than 5 minutes, he wanted to charge us $250 and he dropped us at "arrivals" (the same amount a taxi charged us the previous day from ADO station to the hotel). I advise to check with the hotel if you'll have the free shuttle before booking. If I knew it I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel, cuz there's nothing near (only the airport) so at the end of the day is better to stay by the beach or downtown and just pay 1 taxi to the airport instead of paying taxi to go back and forth to the city, and then pay for a taxi to the airport...
