- ManngaDua (8/5): Good option for transit - As I planned morning flight next day, I decided to stay at this hotel. The room is compact and clean enough. The price is also reasonable as the airport hotel. The terminal has some eateries that open late so grabbing food is easy. Downside is that the free shuttle from the international terminal is not frequent. Taxi is more convenient if you need to go to the terminal. I will use the hotel again if I need transit.

- Kadir_Sambolangi (10/5): Nice airport view room in Juanda airport - Stayed here exactly on the Hotel 2nd anniversary, 2 July 2025. The receptionists Rafli and Fitri friendly welcomed us. This is my first visit, again after changing management, means it already 2 years passed by. The escalator is still high. Exotic cafe still exists. And airport view is still there. Fabulous.

- TravelinBroVets (8/5): Comfortable, Clean, Quiet - If you have a really early departure from SUB then this is your best option for an onsite airport hotel located above Terminal 1. Check and check out was super efficient and easy, all the staff I came into contact with during this stay were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic, but functional and clean for a short stay. The rooms are super quiet for an airport hotel which really surprised me. Plenty of food options downstairs at Terminal 1. Property offers a shuttle service to Terminal 2, but book early.

Location is perfect, inside the Terminal 1 Juanda Airport so no need to use transportation anymore (If your flight domestik). Receptiont named Devi was nice and cheerful, the Bar staff is also awesome. Feels like stay at my home. Thank you guys for your service. Love it so much !

The breakfast was a very large area. Lots to choose from. Strange set up for drinks, as you have to be a VIP to get a can drink. Not a big deal. Just not clear. Overall experience was great definitely would stay here over the other places I’ve stayed near the train station. Thank you so much for the staff for the upgrade and all the wonderful people working there.

The hotel sits atop the airport terminal, with some rooms looking towards the town and others overlooking the apron (great for aircraft spotters). Rooms are basic, as you’d expect, but mine was clean, everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable. Asian breakfast is available in the hotel but a variety of eateries, plus ATMs and other airport facilities are all moments away in the terminal below. Staff are friendly and helpful. A free airport shuttle operates regularly to the international terminal, so staying here works, whichever terminal you’re using.

- Rim (6/5): Bof - De passage à Surabaya pour reprendre un avion très tôt le lendemain matin nous avons choisis cet hôtel pour être directement au sein de l'aéroport. Attention il faudra prendre un taxi ou la navette pour aller à l'autre terminal (15 mins environs en voiture). La chambre était petite, renfermé, le personnel répond à peine à votre besoin. C'est vraiment pour gagner du temps, et être proche de l'aéroport

It was during a massage, which was good massage yet also annoying. I was asked to pay for my massage in cash in my room while my husband was asked to pay at the front desk. On a good note, the room was comfy, the massage was good and the staff came to our room with credit card machine to pay.

It is so convenient when staying overnight for a connecting flight. It is very good value for a comfortable, clean, basic room, staff are friendly and polite. The hotel is above the domestic terminal and there are loads of restaurants just at the bottom of the escalators.

I don't think they are used to western tourists as hardly anyone spoke English so communication was an issue. Not that it is their fault rho. Hotel very close to departure gates.

Not worth the money - We arrived later in the evening so we thought this was our best option as we were getting up early and heading to Sukapura. Reception was rude upon check in and the bed is a thin mattress on top of plywood. I get it that it's a budget hotel but for the price stay in the city. You will get a cheaper nicer place or just pay for transportation to Bromo it will cost about the same if that's where you are heading.

Rooms are small, and the environment very OK, but don't expect much, and you may be pleasantly surprised.

- coeylad (10/5): An Oasis after the gruel - After being ripped off left, right and centre (par for the course in Java to be fair) and needing to fly from Surabaya this hotel was a wonderful little shelter and meant we could relax before our flight and not endure the hassle of travelling around Surabaya which has the main attraction of having a road out of it. This may well have coloured my impression in a more positive light than the small but perfectly formed IBIS justified. I don't care. I would definitely recommend it if you have a relatively early flight out of Surabaya or if you are arriving there late on and plan to leave straight away (good plan).
- Gillian (8/5): Good hotel to stay if catching flight next day. - We were unsure how to get to this hotel when we arrived at Terminal 2. No signs showing us (in English). So we asked one of the security staff and they pointed out a shuttle bus outside the entrance which leaves every half hour. This bus is free and takes about 15 minutes to arrive at Terminal 1. The hotel is not clearly visible when the bus deposits you at Terminal 1, but outside near all the food outlets, there are 2 escalators leading up and down to the Hotel. It is 2 star and the rooms are the size of a double bedroom with everything squeezed into a small space. But the rooms are quiet and some look out to the runway (small porthole size window). These windows are double glazed so no sound issues. Check in was easy (I had pre-booked) but came back a second time (without booking) and there were plenty of rooms available. You can book a massage and the therapist comes to your room. Very good price for hotel and massage. Won't break the budget.

- Ramsay (8/5): Convenient for travel - I booked this hotel specifically because it was attached to the airport - I was arriving late and leaving early the next day. It was perfectly serviceable. Clean, a bit small, wifi operational. The hotel is located at Terminal 1 - the domestic terminal. If you're using the much larger Terminal 2 you'll be able to catch a free shuttle that moved between the two. The trip takes about 10 minutes - the airport is rather poorly designed and the bus actually leaves the airport grounds in order to reach the second terminal.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient location for early morning flight - Simple hotel. Clean though small rooms. Conveniently located near the airport (free shuttle). Good place to stay if one needs to catch an early morning flight.
- Denise (6/5): Good for transit - Check in was swift. Room is basic n functional. Overall a good budget stay for transit.
- LouisL (6/5): Not what it is supposed to be - Located in the wrong airport (domestic) so we had to taxi from international and back and no shuttle service. Bed, hot water, basic amenities well done for a budget hotel, but no place to hang clothes or set luggage. Front desk could check in but no information, including knowing nothing about taxi service.
- Vanessa (8/5): Easy hotel near airport T1 - Easy clean hotel near the airport T1. There is a shuttle to T2 but the timing didnt suit us. Room recommended for couples: there is no separate bathroom
- Randal (10/5): Early morning flight? Great place to stay - Excellent place to stay if you need to catch an early morning flight. If it's an international flight you can catch the shuttle bus which is included with your stay. First shuttle bus is at 4 AM to the international terminal. Hotel is great, clean and up to International standards.
