Chatted with your rep said would refund me since manager shut down office due to Fire n were NOT answering, ROOMS FILTHY & UNINHABITABLE MGR MOVED ME 2 times it got worse then Fire

Desk was not open for check in or check out, floor was sticky, TV remote was missing, and sheets were stained. Someone set off the fire alarm at midnight. The first hotel, the one I booked, overbooked and we were "booted." Hotels.com booked me friend and I at an even nicer hotel for the same price.

The entire building smelled like smoke, weed, urine, and some things I couldn't identify. My feet stuck to the floor. I think someone may have actually urinated in the elevator. When checking in there was no one at the desk, just a note saying dial zero on the phone, after finding the phone, dialing zero called a reservation line. We waited 40 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in.

Only one towel no hand towels, no washcloths. Someone sat outside in his car, high beams on for hours until i fell asleep hours later. The guests are bad mannered: loud, unruly, smoking, just AWFUL

• ryzabov (2/5): Do Not Book: Management Failure at Every Level - I stayed at this property for 4 nights in August 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived, my confirmed room had been sold. I was told I could “upgrade” to a different room for a fee, which was only waived after I pushed back. The first room I was given (213) was extremely dirty: strong smoke and other odors, rusted appliances, and even a dead bug in the cabinet. The toilet did not flush, and although I reported it, nothing was done. I was later moved to another room (212). It was slightly cleaner and the toilet worked, but it still had old, worn appliances and felt poorly maintained. Throughout my stay, building fire alarms went off twice in the morning with no explanation from staff. Even worse, the side door lock to the stairwell was broken, meaning anyone could enter the building. I saw people loitering around the property and did not feel secure. Early in the morning on my scheduled checkout day, a staff member twice banged on my door accusing me of “squatting” and demanded I see the GM immediately. The GM later admitted the error was due to their own record-keeping and apologized. This property fails on cleanliness, professionalism, and safety. Until management changes and serious improvements are made, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
• Passport37003871157 (2/5): Run from this place - August 2025 This hotel deserves zero stars. The lobby and rooms reek of filth, with cockroaches, mold, dust, and a terrible smell everywhere. Photos online are completely misleading. The staff was unprofessional, dishonest, and gave me false information about cancelling my reservation. A week later, no refund and corporate confirmed the hotel never cancelled it. This place is disgusting, poorly managed, and not worth a penny. Stay anywhere else.

It was filthy, there was a strong smell of weed in the hallway, my room smelled like smoke, the floor was sticky in spots and slippery in others. There were burn marks on the appliances and counter tops, the blinds didn’t shut. I had to ask for an extra blanket so I could hang it on the window. The window itself was broken. The people next door were loud and obnoxious, and across the hall they had there door open and they were smoking.

What we didn’t like about the property was the difficult and long check in, the keys not working right after receiving them, the property reeks of old cigarette smell, the entire property indoors in more filthy than outside, we didn’t not even want to take the elevator and the stairs were reeking of pee, the floors are sticky and dirty, our room was absolutely disgusting, we were welcomed to a splat of dead flies on the wall next to the window with a trail to the ceiling, the housekeeper had no rug to sweep the dirt under so left it all swept next to the night table, the bed covers clearly had a butt and private print along with dirty hand prints on clearly used and not changed comforter, the stove and bathroom facilities let’s just leave it here. We just needed a few hours to rest and were about to leave not caring if we lost our money but Travis at the front desk was exceptionally kind enough to give us entirely new and clean linens including towels and he is the only reason why we ultimately stayed. We did not let our son and daughter not even sit on the bed until they were changed of sheets.

Roaches were everywhere in the bathroom (toilet,tub,sink and floor) when we got the room our door was not shut nor locked. Fridge had roaches going through it even the freezer.

So we had to find a stairwell to go to the 3 floor. The hallways all smelled of pot. Piles of dirt everywhere. Broken/moldy equipment in the hallway. As well as dirty linens and none tending to them. Drywall dust and pieces on the floors . Our room door was broken … the fridge was moldy… The room smelled of musky mold if we didn’t need to only sleep for 4 hours we would not have stayed it was absolutely disgusting. No one with any pride in their business would allow their hotel to look like this. For a location that says that it was smoke free the cleanest part of the hotel was the stairwell.
