- John (4/5): - Air worked shower and bathroom worked microwave worked bed ok tv worked well. First room i was sent too had people still in it leaving this was 430pm.they had no quarters for laundry. First attempt to dry dryer wasn't drying had to pay for another. Reception window didn't work. There was no where to leave key at 730am pushed it under hotels laundry door no one answered phone.

- Reymundo (10/5): -
- Giard (5/5): Basic and no clear communication. Had to drop key off no one was around. Had better customer service at a bus stop - N/a Pet policy and acknowledgement. Didn’t disclaim properly with other websites and didn’t explain it at check in. Paid $32 more than what room was supposed to be. Sink stopper broken and little amenities
- Glenn (9/5): -
- Brett (4/5): Not a great stat to say the least - It was close to airport only 5 minute drive Seemed pretty shady cops showed up to a drunk guy in the parking blasting some techno music wok up two floors of people.

- Mark (4/5): - This hotel seems to be half road crews and construction workers and the other half a homeless shelter. Its dirty and the parking lot is filled with people hanging out.
- Elvis (1/5): - No elevator
Big refrigerator was too loud for me to sleep
- Blake (2/5): - I booked the room for my wife's brother, and when they arrived at the hotel, they said there were some rough-looking guys in the parking lot in tank tops working on a car. They actually referred to them as gangbangers.
When they got to the room, they were expecting a regular bed in a frame, and said the beds looked like military beds. I've seen the beds in a picture, and I saw nothing wrong with them. This type of facility is designed for people who need a full-service location to stay in while traveling for extended periods.
The only thing that I would have been concerned with was the guys in the parking lot working on a car. That is not something you like to see in a hotel parking lot.
- Bradley (10/5): - Let us check in early
- Maria (4/5): - TV did not work, no iron or hair dryer.
- tom (1/5): THE WORST DESK.CLERK AND MOTEL - Absolutely nothing Everything!!!! The desk clerk was rude, the place the room was dirty, and the smell of Marijuana lingered in the bathroom. Just a very uncomfortable uninvited place. I called to let the desk clerk know how uncomfortable I felt, the room was dirty n asked if I could possibly get a refund. She told me it would take 5-10days. I told her I would stay, and she agreed to make sure I was okay. I said I should be. No cell phone service in the building so I called her back, she helped me with the wifi and told her I was okay. She told me they were exchanging shifts but will let the new clerk know and make sure everything is okay. Stayed in the room for another 20 minutes. I finally got service so I called my son and told him where I had rented a motel. Right after there was a knock on the door, I checked to see who it was. There were 2 ladies at the door bith workers, I opened the door and the desk clerk who I spoke to told me I had to leave. I asked why and she said she pressed the refund button. I asked her why she did that after the fact I told her I was staying. She said after the 1st conversation she said the best thing to do was refund my money. I said but why didn't you tell me what you did, even during our conversation about the wifi. She said wasn't sure. I said so now I don't have a place to stay, I have no money to get another room anywhere. She was very rude about it, no customer service at all. She said we will need to escort you out the building. I asked her why? I didn't do anything wrong. She said because you can't stay here because I refunded your money. OMG I was soooooooo upset by this time because I was being told to leave, I had nowhere to go and I had only enough money to cover my gas and little to nothing for food. This is the worst experience I ever had with any motel. Her is name is Mariah, she needs to be trained in customer service and her attitude was horrible.
- Bradford (4/5): - Overbooked. Got a room that was not right. They called to inform me That there was issues with the room they had for me. Got to the room they gave me was not equiped for the amount of people we had. Very disappointing. Will find another place in the future.
- brent (10/5): - The staff are very accommodating and good people
- WendyJo (4/5): - Location Beds were uncomfortable and little
- WendyJo (4/5): - Location Bed ans size of room
- Alicia (1/5): - Front desk employee was very nice and professional Water was turned off
- Scholes (5/5): -
- Pierce (7/5): Good -
- Don (6/5): Night’s rst - Average! Economic way to spend the night. No frills!
- Korben (10/5): - Great
- Erica (8/5): - Good value, convenient location. Basic rooms, slow elevator, friendly staff
- Warren (2/5): Felt like a homeless shelter, or a jail. Will NEVER stay there again. - Room floor had a thin layer of dog hair. I didn't see it until the day I left when the sun was shining in. Made me want to vomit.
- Jeanette (6/5): - facility is adequate but no bedside lamp, small TV
- Velma (2/5): - Smells like cigarettes. Check in wasn’t the best. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Gary (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jenniffer (8/5): - Small beds but clean 👍
- Erica (6/5): - Advertises one thing but when you get to the hotel it a totally different situation.
- Skyler (4/5): - Place smelly and key got lost in door lock hand to tell front seat this morning that the lock was broken
- 603darlah (10/5): Great place to stay - I really like the area where the hotel is located. Everything that I want or need is within walking distance. I love animals and Extended Stay is pet friendly.
The best part is the staff. I am always acknowledged with a smile when I walk by. It makes me feel like I am home.
- Doreen (5/5): Happy to have a bed, happier to leave -
- Linda (10/5): - Check in was easy person super nice
- Carisa (1/5): Bad -
- Luiz (1/5): Bad -
- Lisa (8/5): - Another guest had dogs right by me and they parked a lot. Luckily, they did not keep me up at night.
- Jeremy (6/5): - no sundries
- James (2/5): Won’t stay there again - What breakfast Didn't like alot.
- Kristi (4/5): Disappointing -
- John (7/5): Good - Close to the freeway. No water pressure was hard to even rinse my long hair from my shampoo and cream rinse.
I don't think the floors had been swept or mopped.
- Matt (8/5): - When I arrived the staff member who helped us checked in mentioned that she saw that I had a kid and a dog, so she intentionally set us up on the first floor, in the farthest unit so that we could have the room so he could be loud and play without us having to worry about our neighbors. As a traveling parent, that kind of consideration meant the world to me.
- Naranjo (1/5): Bad - We were charged for not checking in when I said it was late check in and my reservation was cancelled. Had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night with a special needs child and another child
- Alixandra (10/5): - Nice place to stay if you need to stay for awhile. Very friendly staff!
- Joel (8/5): - Met my needs
- Michael (2/5): - I got some bed bug bites while staying here. Strongly suggest you stay somewhere else.
- Kempsey (6/5): - There was a lot of pets when I stayed
- Lisa (4/5): - The Front desk personnel was the BEST part of this facility. Granted this is a Budget room…but the bare minimum would provide ample water pressure to bathe and an operational TV ~positives~ linens were clean, and location convenient.
- crystale433 (10/5): Loved it! - It’s very bare bones but I actually enjoy that more than something over the top because I can tell how clean the rooms really are. Mariah was very sweet at check in, and made sure all of our needs were met. I’m thankful for the quick and easy process. It was very close to my kids.
- NorthStar18885955574 (10/5): No frills, and that's OK. Lovely! - A lovely place. It's no frills, and that's OK. Clean rooms. I loved the large fridge and 2 burner stove top. I remembered to bring my own cookware. My first visit I thought they had pots and pans...nope. Pet friendly. I appreciated the hotel was locked. Good lighting in the parking lot. Many people stay here for LONG periods of time, like an apartment.
- Mario (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff Being that I had a large vehicle, it was hard getting into incoming traffic.
- Kari (4/5): - If your looking just a place to rest your head for a night this will do it Not my ideal place to stay again it had a weird smell and the bed was not comfy.
- Robert (8/5): It was a nice place. - I only stayed one night, but it was nice, clean, and I got a decent night's sleep.
- Ashley (10/5): - The staff made us feel welcome. It's quiet. We love staying here
- Miguel (2/5): Very poor -
- Ford (10/5): Exceptional -
- E (8/5): Good people! - The manager
The price
The TV capabilities / access / channels Beds were too small for two people
- Villeda (7/5): It' was good hope it was a little cheaper so I could have stayed longer - The way the no u bye name it feels great especially wene the ain't going ur way and ur have ing a hard time its fells as a little of home I didn't like the way the hand anyone a key to ur room with out id.
- Teresa (2/5): - Supper dirty and weird vives i dont recomend it to stay
- Ken (8/5): - I’m still here
- Shaylee (10/5): - Great stay
- Michael (10/5): If your tired, rest your head ... - I been here for 1 week, work from here, but I'll see how things are ,later in the month, I think its a nice place to stay,
- Paul (6/5): - This is a budget hotel. The email I received from the property said they have a grab and go breakfast. I was informed upon checking in that no breakfast is provided.
The room is clean, but bed is far from comfortable.
- Todd (8/5): - Liked pet friendly and kitcheonette
- Kenneth (8/5): - Friendly staff
Quite hotel
- Geraldine (8/5): It served our needs and was warm and comfortable. -
- Jean-pol (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carlos (8/5): - Good
- Sonya (7/5): Good -
- Travel09259995051 (10/5): Bare bones, clean and great staff - No amenities. There's no daily housekeeping. The room was clean. We liked the kitchen area. No dishes supplied. The staff was friendly. We liked the mattress. Free parking. Laundry room. Pet friendly. They have poop bags to pick up after your dog.
- Clint (5/5): Passable -
- Demtrice (1/5): Bad - staff very unprofessional
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Not enough towels in the room for all of us
- Clint (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lexy (3/5): Sketchy when outside of the room, but inside it met all our needs. - I liked the cheap and well sized room. The kitchen was the best part, saved us lots of money. Loved that we could move the beds together, hangers and storage was pretty good. Definitely would not consider this to be a “non-smoking” hotel! Felt extremely unsafe as a women trying to go up the elevators and passing any of the guests. Ashley at front desk was the ONLY person that made me feel a little safer.
- Michele (6/5): My husband is on oxygen & can’t breathe, employees standing 5 feet from the front door smoking didn’t help because t - Room was easy to get to with an oxygen machine. There’s never anyone at the desk to check in or out.
- Fred Drew (8/5): - Everything was wonderful. Staff. Was really nice and very helpful
- Cheri (5/5): Passable -
- Ida (5/5): Passable - Location It didn’t feel safe
- Barbara (6/5): It felt like a homeless shelter. - No breakfast, no shampoo or hair dryer
- Jofoster1 (7/5): Staff was nice - Room was fine, Could have been cleaner
- Robert (6/5): There was a good focus on value, but this is certainly a budget hotel so don't expect luxury. - Staff was kind, and the check in process was very smooth despite arriving past 11pm. The room was adequate and decent value. Room was reasonably cheap. There was an intermittent beeping sound somewhere on the floor, which was a bit annoying. The rooms did not have carpet, which was unusual and caused them to feel somewhat loud. The bed was also very squeaky.
- Demtrice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan A (4/5): - El olor de los pasillo y el de la habitación era pesado segun decia no fumadores pero ese era el olor predominante
- Lynette (10/5): - I needed a place to sleep one night while waiting for my new mattress to be delivered. ESA was comfortable and quiet. I’d stay again.
- Dave (6/5): - I've stayed in Extended Stay America rooms before and was very pleased. In this case, it was not quite as clean and some things didn't work well, like the lock on the door (both the key to get in and the deadbolt from the inside, which didn't work at all). Drains in the bathroom were dirty and uncovered. The floor didn't seem clean (kept my shoes on the whole time). It just felt like there was a lower standard of cleanliness and maintenance than with other locations of this same brand. Bed was good and the location was just right for me.
- Clint (7/5): Good -
- Robert (4/5): - This place is as spartan and minimalist as they come. Not even a coffee brewer in the room (or the entire building for that matter). The place is pet friendly but good luck finding a place to take a dog for a walk. As there is nothing for a dog to damage, not sure what the pet fee is for. The person moving furniture in the room above us from 3-4 AM capped the experience off and we were glad to leave without a backward glance.
- Carolyn (8/5): Value for a - Basic accommodations good value for a stopover.
- Fredy (10/5): - .
- Edward (5/5): Passable - They did not clean my room for the whole stay.
- Tricia (2/5): - When I checked in, they have let me know that there was a water issue, but it was being fixed and it would be on in a few hours. It never came back on. 18 hours later without a shower or the ability to use the bathroom or brush the teeth, I checked out and checked into a different hotel. The staff was nice enough, but you cannot get ahold of anybody or even check out before 10 because the reception area is completely closed. I am still waiting for my refund for the two days that I could not stay there because there was no water.
- Diaz (2/5): I recently stayed at Extended Stay, and was disappointed to find that the room did not have working water. This was a ma - Calm and quiet Did not like the fact that the building did not have running water and I was not notified about that issue until after I had already paid and I was checking in
- Allen (4/5): Beds were little more than cots. Multiple rooms blaring loud music to 4am in the morning. - Location Location was ok, but the place was noisy,at time downright loud.
- Abelardo (10/5): - Muy bueno la recepcionista muy amable y amigable
- Khamsourinh (5/5): It was just ok. - It was close to the event we attended. The outside of the building but the inside look old.
The smell of the room was stale and stuffy.
- Ravi (8/5): Very good -
