• Donald (2/5): - Went to check in and there was nobody at the desk. I didn’t get on the phone and call someone took 30 minutes to arrive when they finally gave me a room. I open the door and there’s a guy dog in here sleeping in the door and so I went back to the lobby and they gave me more across the hallway on the first one they gave me. And then I sign in the bed on the second on both beds are all messed up like an image of people sleeping this year and dirty dirty is all out. I had to clean room bed. Secondly, once I clean the room, I want to look for the TV remote and there was no TV so me and my kids had to stand around with no TV remote come and this is the second room so I went and went to try to get a remote and they accuse Jewel things that were not anything close to what I was doing in my room and that very much and kick me out because I always think about being dirty so you didn’t wanna talk about give me discount for all things wrong with the situation! yes, he kicked me out. Told me to leave after screw the first room that way we can get a dollar to our deposit cost $100 to kick out at 6 am because they didn’t want to be bothered with the effort of getting a refund for their mistake

• Sue (6/5): - The confirmation email said there was "Grab & Go" breakfast so i did not bring breakfast food. When i checked in, I was told they do not have any breakfast. The pet fee is very high considering the rooms are small, with no carpet, so necessary cleaning is minimal. Actually the overall cost should be lower considering it is a " no frills" room with no hand towels shampoo, etc
• Diana (1/5): Do not stay - Nothing at all I was told the double queen room had no television or refrigerator that I had previously booked The only room available was a single double bed, which was to small for me and my guest. I was also charged the complete price. Very angry about this. After 3 hours to get there, I was forced to find another hotel

Unfortunately, we weren't able to find another hotel and had to stay here and some how make it work. Horrible experience. Will most definitely never stay here agian.
• William (2/5): - The hotel sheets were extremely dirty. It looked as if someone had walked across the top sheets with their shoes. The pillows were yellow and had reddish orange stains on them. The towels were also very dirty. They had black marks and grime in the towels. It smelled as if someone had smoked in the room, even though it was a non smoking room. I travel a lot, and stay at a lot of hotels But this one was actually disappointing. The pictures looked decent online, but the actual room was poorly kept. I’m not one to complain, and I didn’t even complain to the staff. I just went to Walmart and got pillows and a blanket to sleep with. But I figured I’d save the person some trouble for whoever reads this review.

The only thing we didn’t like was there was 2 of us and we only got one key card and you needed your key to get into the building so that was inconvenient occasionally but we managed, overall great stay!

• Ashley (10/5): Great quality for the price - I liked how clean and well kept the rooms and building were you can see the hard work the staff puts in to keep it that way. It’s come a long way from a few years ago when I stayed here. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but that’s a personal preference
