• Robert (3/5): A slightly inconvenient truth - The price. The crowd. The amenities. Particularly the shower. It smelled and the water was slightly discolored. Amongst other things there were Crack heads yelling in the street at all hours of the night. Im not one to judge but.... The Crack must've been good at this location.

• Bradley (1/5): ABSOLUTE DUMP. - I liked that we didn’t die from dysentery or any other communicable diseases! Pretty much everything. How about hot water? Could we get some hot water, or is that an extra fee? Check-in was a disaster. We had a room that the guy had to let us in to because the lock was broken. The room smelled like an old gym sock dipped in basement mildew, and then reused as someone’s naughty towel for months between washings! All jokes aside, this place was a serious dump. If it wasn’t for us having 2 giant Cane Corso with us I would have been worried about our safety as well. All in all, -10 stars. How you gonna threaten me with a smoking fee and your rooms smell like they do?!?!?

• Anna (1/5): Roaches. - Nothing Roaches in our room. The bath tub was cracked and needed maintenance. The entire premises smelled like strong insecticide spray. Lots of dust. We slept with the lights on, fully clothed and did not get under the covers. If there were any other rooms in the city, we would have left….we even contemplated sleeping in our car. For the shocking price of $288 for one night, we are not satisfied.
• Cox (1/5): Do not stay at extended stay America - Absolutely nothing I made a reservation online and whenever I went to check in, I paid for the room for four nights. The money came out of my account and then they wouldn’t let me check in because they said I was a no-show. They advised me to get a refund and go get another room elsewhere. However, it took four days for the refund so I couldn’t. This is absolutely unacceptable and I don’t know how you are even in business.
• David (1/5): Horrible ,fo not stay here - Nothing The smoke and pot snell throught out hallways, elevator and room we were in. Rooms are nasty, beds or horrid,and when you take a shower you feet are covered in water, even with drain plug up. Dies not drain. Customer service sucks, and if you stay here be prepared to no leave till after 9, because they do not open till 9 or ater for check in or check out process, and no where to leave cards or keys like drop box ect. Since they have mini stoves in rooms , the room we were in smelled like fried chicken the whole night, in edition to the pot smell. We went to buy lysol to spray in room but didn't help much. And you hear every door slam, people talking in rooms next to you . Do not stay in this facility.

Original agent left me in the middle of helping me. New agent showed up, argued with me over pet policy, I became very frustrated, and immediately cancelled my stay.

• Yamile (1/5): Never again! - Nothing good... Well, maybe I could mention the friendly staff. The floor looked "clean" to the eye, but it was sticky and left my feet/socks all black and disgusting. Kitchen was greasy and disgusting (thankfully I did not plan on use it). Bed was VERY uncomfortable. There was a weed smell everywhere! It is expensive and not worth it at all.

• Travis (2/5): - I walked in the room when I arrived, one of the lights, the smoke detector and another type of monitor that was on the ceiling was hanging and broken. Our room smelt like a mix of body odor and axe body spray. Our towels did not look clean and had a smell to them. I had to go to the front and ask for more towels. Which they gave immediately. The front desk was actually nice and I know it’s not their fault the room was like that. Besides the front desk, there was nothing good about this hotel. I did not take pictures of the towels bc they gave us other ones, but I did take a quick video and I screen shot a few pictures from the video.

Hotel staff would not allow me a room even with my confirmation number and payment verification. I did not stay at this property. Also in the lobby, Extremely Loud door slamming noises, very strong odor of marijuana, Extremely Loud Music from the parking lot. Manager refunded money. Booking.com drop the ball on me.

It seemed to be in an unsafe area with suspicious activities. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows instantly went flat. Wish I was refunded for this awful experience.
