For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. 2. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. All guests must provide this deposit, which will be refunded after checkout. Payment is by credit card only. Cash is not accepted, and you should be refunded within 7 days of checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends(Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. John (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend, but it’s definitely a cheap room which works for a night. - There wasn’t anything that I really liked, except parking was close enough. No ice maker, charged an extra $12.00 that contradicts the welcome email I received prior to arriving. No front desk clerk at front desk at check out unless I wanted to pick up a house phone and wait. Would have preferred a hard copy of my folio. No breakfast offered. No shampoo in bathroom, room definitely looks old.

Qué decepción y que frustración, deberían de tener consideración por la gente y por lo menos avisar con tiempo El mal.servicio del hotel. Se supone que uno hace la reservación con tiempo para no estar batallando después. No avisan que cancelaron las habitaciones para revenderlas más caras por un concierto que había en la ciudad

However, the front desk clerk could have been more thorough in her explanation, I was left misunderstanding and distressed until the situation was resolved.

Karen (3/5): Can’t Sleep Here - Staying just quick overnight was fine. Price was cheaper than the 4 others in that stretch. We need to stay in that area when we come thru EP. The rooms were boring. The bedding was awful cheap polyester, made me way too hot. AC makes a horrible noise, some of the lights didn’t work, thin walls, just small & weird.

Angela (4/5): You pay for what you get - Location The rooms need better upkeep. The bed were very uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely hard. The vending machines didn’t work and the restroom had a vent leak.I was also charged twice, once through booking and again at the property.

The young lady that I checked in with has an attitude. The problem is that Im a regular and this hotel is really conveniently close to family. Hopefully my next rental wont be as bad.

gregory (8/5): - very basic, simple accommodations, older renovation in kitchen and bathroom that is not holding up too well. Kitchen sink, spouting water from base if not holding correctly, bathroom counter chipping along the edges. fridge was really loud going on and off. but overall, the room was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The laundry facilities are a high point, as all of the machines seem new and clean and easy to operate with the cashless payment. I would rate it higher if some of those little room details were taken care of. overall, it is a good value for the money.

Rob (6/5): - The check on process was fast and easy and the woman was very nice. The problem is nobody told me any information about facility. The tv didn't work, they don't come in everyday for housekeeping. The next morning i accidently ran across a woman who realized something wasn't right and told me everything and fixed all of our problems, but not until after I spent money I didn't need to doing laundry I didn't need to do. And to many it may seem stupid but as a dog owner who chose the place specifically because they allow dogs, they don't have a good place to take the dogs for outside stuff (pooping). They have one but it's gravel and pavement, way too hot for dogs paws, they need a little grass to walk on to take care of business. Vending machines didn't work, elevator is iffy but staff was very nice. Overall clean, quiet mostly, nice staff, on site laundry and honestly now that I know more about the property I would probably stay again, but plan on better places for my dogs to do their business.
