Not only did the manager not want to allow us to check in even after paying on the app. When I left in a panic and told her to do whatever she needed to do with the items we had left in room she threw everything away and did not wait the 10 days they are legally supposed to wait and 8 have a police report and will be filing a law suit for the items totally approximately $2-3 thousand dollars

• Max (7/5): It's ok if you don't expect much - The premises were in ok condition, although they would require some renovation and rooms could be cleaned up better. However, I saw no cockroaches or bugs, unlike many other visitors. Close to the airport and the train station and buses to downtown stop in front of the hotel. All in all, rather good value for the money. The room had a kitchen but no tablewear were provided; you must purchase them or bring your own.

• Jacyn (1/5): She didn’t even end her personal call to deal with me - Location Appearance. Dirty. One entrance. I sent notice I would be traveling with my dog and I only had cash. That sent a message back saying ok that’s fine see you soon. I showed up. They weren’t expecting me. Had to find a room and after it all said they did not have a room for my service dog. She found one and then stated they do not accept cash. I did have a card for incidentals but I had cash for payment. She stated she would cancel the reservation and did not and I was charged anyways and had to sleep in my car elsewhere. Awful experience. This is not the best part of town.

• Jennifer (2/5): - I got this room for my daughter and her friends so they could attend a concert, while they said the front desk staff was very nice the hotel itself was scary. As soon as they walked in they felt very unsafe. The bathroom shower had mold, there was mold around the windows and they said it had a very bad smell, as well as being greeted by some bugs. I know this is South Carolina and there are lots of bugs but when they got back from the concert, they saw four cockroaches not Palmetto bugs in a span of five minutes and since the front desk is not staffed after 11 they had nobody to call so instead they drove three hours home at 1 o’clock in the morning.

Older building, simple, inexpensive, and ok for short stay. I spilled water on the laminate floor, wiped it with towel, filthy. But bath looked clean. Excellent front desk staff.

• kimberly (4/5): - I don’t think the room had been cleaned, the floor was dirty and sticky, There was no shower curtain, the bed was not comfortable, the ac was really loud no workers were at front desk after 6 pm there was garbage everywhere outside piled on side walk, super loud and fighting in hallways on my floor, no bfast or even a coffee machine in room elevator was broken and water puddles in hall and stairwell. No ice machine that I could find but couldn’t ask anyone. gross.

No after hours noise control. Felt like the elevator was on its last leg. No smoking facility but smelt like an ashtray anyways. Not anywhere near worth the price, save your money!

Even being on the elevator, it barely worked. When me and 2 other random people were riding it, the elevator shook and almost didn’t let us out. Getting out of the elevator to my floor, you already see a roach or two crawling around the walls. Walking down the aisle and into my room it smelled like straight Clorox, I built a headache off the smell that same day.

• Watson (1/5): Severally Dissatisfied. - Absolutely nothing. The distance from the venue was inaccurate and I have listed all my complaints. Unfortunately, the hotel room assigned to me was absolutely filthy and coachroach infested. The Cable box had been ripped from the wall, the CO2 detector was beeping the moment we opened the door. The stove was in pieces and the place had not been cleaned professionally or even remotely satisfactory. I alerted the front desk and was provided a battery and step stool to fix the detector. It did not remedy the situation. I have had a laryngectomy and was forced to remain in the surroundings. I had my own sanitizer that I was able to use, but did not use the shower facilities. The mold and mildew were beyond my scope of cleaning, so I opted not to take a shower. The blinds had not been dusted, and the tops of the fridge and cabinets were full of dust as well. I emailed the front desk of my concerns because I can not speak well at the moment due to my laryngectomy. I have the email saved and multiple pictures documenting the condition of my room. This room should not have been rented and therefore I am not gonna pay the 275 dollars charged. I have provided photographic evidence and have plenty more photos i can share to solidify my claim. I have a solution. I am traveling to Asheville on June 5 and 6th and will need a room as well then for those two days. I will accept a two day stay in another hotel supported by this company in lieu of granting a 100% refund, which is 100% warranted in this situation. The hotel chain should be notified of this disgrace of the hotels name and makes me wonder if all"Extended Suites" are similar. Thank you and I can be reached at 803-315-0944
• Mina (2/5): - Elevators arent working. Outside doors are unlocked and can easily be accessed by anyone. Stairs is not gery well lit and dingy. Smoke abd loyd boise on the first floor and travels up to the 2nd floor. Room itself is durty, floor is sticky with gunk, dusty and moldy. It's very unsafe and unsanitary. Especially with kids.
