- Lashawn (6/5): Definately needs better management as a hotel!! - Yes, parking lot had lots of trash from people loitering on outside at night, leaving beer cans, cups, trash everywhere. Elevator had dog poop in it. Disgusting!! Rooms need painting. Refrigerators rusty and old. Customer service is not the best. Poor communication. Not enough staff and house keeping set up is awful. You have to pay extra for linen and housekeeping. No one is hardly at the desk. Keycard kept not working, so we got locked out frequently!!
- Angela (2/5): - The worst place I have ever stayed. People was smoking weed in the hallways and by the doors. It was dirty. If you wanted to use the kitchen they expected you to rent the dishes 50 dollars per night. I would give this place negative stars if I could.
- ANDREW (2/5): - The property is dirty and the people that dont stay that gamg around is a problem
- Bobbie (2/5): - My stay was supposed to be a 3 night stay. I checked out after the first night. Hotel was dirty smelled of pot, a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot throwing balls and leaning on random cars.
- Martin (8/5): Very quiet, convenient and pet friendly. - it was quiet, pet, friendly, plenty of stores, nearby, and restaurants. Nothing bad to comment on.
- Figueroa (1/5): -
- Anh (10/5): - Good
- Timothy (2/5): - Costumer service is bad
- Chris (2/5): A place to lay your head I guess - Fridge rusted and not level. Ac did not work in either room. Black mold in the bathroom.
- rosemary (10/5): - Everything was nice There's nothing to say about it
- rosemary (10/5): - Everything was great just what I expected There's nothing bad to say about it.
- shamelia (10/5): - Amazing location
- Jean (7/5): - Delay in refunding the deposit. I went on a 10-day trip, and every day I stayed in a different hotel. Imagine if everyone adopted the same practice of refunding the amount within 7 days. I would have to have a lot of money to travel, in addition to the highest hotel deposit of $150.00. Checked out in two or three hours, did the room inspection, and had to refund the money immediately.

- Bobirbek (7/5): - Санузел нормально не работал. от 10/6.5 поставлю.
- Monica (2/5): - I arrived late at about 10pm, it was in the middle of shift change, it took the front desk clerk a few minutes to get me checked in , they said she had to get clocked in. I asked if there were irons in the room, the lady said let me go look and see if they have any, they did I had to sign it out on a clipboard. This was inconvenient to me. I was told If I would have gotten there any later I wouldn’t have been able to even get an iron, due to no one being there after hours. The carpet in the hallways are disgustingly soiled, stains throughout and a dirty musty stinch in the halls. Upon entering the room Finally after driving 6 hours extremely exhausted just wanting to shower and go to sleep, I go to the bathroom and there was a cockroach crawling up the shower wall, so I killed it. It was late I was so fatigued I took a shower and needed to lay down. I went into the room and layed down, but decided I would sleep with the lights on because of the roaches. I went back into the bathroom to find more roaches. Its was a miserable stay. I could not get comfortable, I tried to sleep but I couldnt because the thought of the roaches thru my head all night. I only needed the room for about 5 hours as I had to be somewhere at 5:30 am. So literally it was the worst 6 hours of discomfort and disgust, that I have experienced in a hotel. The overall experience here I give 1 star and will never return. I come to the area twice a month, wont be back
- Cindy (7/5): Place was decent, STAFF needs to go!!! - Very convenient location for us. We had a delay in our move into a townhouse in the area and had to find a place to stay. It's a decent place. I really wish they had a coffee maker as there is no place in the hotel to get coffee. It was clean and beds were comfortable. One of the few places that lets your pets stay. I have never in my life experienced anything like this check in process. We arrived about 11:30 p.m. to see if they had any vacancies. I tried to call the local number and after going through the prompts the phone just disconnected. I also tried to call the national number located after doing a google search and the number is wrong. My daughter went in to check in and was told to go book it online. We booked a room on Booking.com and then she proceeded to go into the hotel to check in, this is were things got really weird. She was in Lobby for appx 45 mins. My check in process usually takes 5 to 10 minutes at other hotels. The clerk at the desk definitely had SOMETHING going on. My daughter had to continue to get the clerks attention BY WAKING HER UP to continue the check in process. IT REALLY WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We would have left had we not been so desperate for a place to stay as my daughter had to be up at 5 a.m. for work.
AND I don't understand why I was charged $176 as a deposit and was only returned $150. We were told the deposit was $150 but my card was charged $176.
- Victor (10/5): - great stay
- Cesar (8/5): - I would stay again
- Shamina (10/5): Exceptional - I like that the front desk attendant was patient, kind and sweet. I also like that the mattress were more comfortable than my own mattress at home. Also, people do not listen to everything you read and reviews. Test it out for yourself because if I had to listen to just the reviews I wouldn't have went. I didn't like that. The TV was so small.
- Nikita (2/5): Nightmare in Extended Stay - The hotel stay was terrible. My room Air Conditioner didn't work and its located in Florida. Its the middle of summer with temperatures over 97 degrees. I had to buy a fan from Wal-Mart in order to have a cool room. I told the front desk and she came and checked on it amd it never got fixed. Alsonkilled a flying roach in the room which had a bug problem.
- Buonfiglio (1/5): Bad -
- Sheena (2/5): Hot room - Hotel room air conditioner did not cool and was not placed in another room. Also roach was in room and had to kill it.
- Cesar (2/5): - They never clean my room for the whole month I was staying there
- Chykimberly (10/5): Comfort zone being away from home -
- Trevor (6/5): - If you are in town for business, location is fine. However, this Hotel is not close to the Beach. It took 25 minutes to drive there withOUT traffic. No ice machines available (I was told at the front desk I had to make your own cubes in the room - which is not guest friendly. So, I had to go back out and buy ice at the store. Air conditioning units need an upgrade. Mine got the room to 76 at best even when set at 70 and running all night long. The room was clean but the smoke smell in the hallway from the lobby loiterers (although supposed to be non smoking too) was annoying. I think the Hotel is overpriced for what it is and its location - I paid $150.00 for one night. Plus, they hold $150.00 on your card for "incidentals" and charge $1.00 per call if you use the phone in the room. WTH? Last time I saw that type of nonsense, you could put quarters in the bed to get it to vibrate. And had I actually brought my dog - that costs an extra $25 per night too. But hey folks, feel free to bring all your dirty, whining, misbehaved kids in at no extra charge.
- Leah (2/5): Very poor - The shower was nice and the staff was ok. Room was hot and smelled really bad. It was humid in the room and always felt like u needed a shower after u got out of the shower, the bed was so uncomfortable like a brick and we got 3 pillows. Found hair in the shower. Building felt run down and sketchy. Looks like they have roof issues because there was black spots on the ceiling and u heard drips on the ceiling at night. Definitely was overpriced for what u got. Will not be staying at another extended stay ever again. The guy that checked me in was somewhat friendly but could tell he didn't want to be there. The doors were extremely hard to get into. All in all was a very bad experience. Good in a pinch but no good. Still haven't gotten my deposit back. And I left my room better than how I got it . If ur looking to stay there my recommendation would be don't. Run
- Devyn (1/5): Our air did not work at all the whole time we were there so our room was very hot and uncomfortable - The staff was very friendly. Our air conditioner didn’t work. We paid $236 for 2 nights so we should’ve had working air also the bed was made but there was sand on the top cover.
- Robert (1/5): It sucked very rude - Nothing Was very rude took deposit even tho they wouldn't let us stay
- Jacqueline (6/5): Pleasant - I didn't like the $150 deposit. I have stayed at way better places and didn't have to put that much or even a deposit down. Floors in hallways were disgusting. Noisy. Had to go downstairs for towels when cleaning lady was down the hall with clean ones. Never again!!
- Sandra (6/5): - The rooms were clean. Only 2 wash clothes and towels for 2 people. The air wasn't working properly in both rooms we had. No iron or ironing board. No ice machine
- Latosha (4/5): Disappointing - Location Accommodations
- Latosha (3/5): Poor -
- Jennifer M (10/5): - It was great
- Christine (4/5): Very annoyed. - No breakfast, no coffee. Didn’t like much. No breakfast, no coffee, cooking top in room with NO pots or pans or dishes.
- Randolph (6/5): - Not great. I had to change rooms within 15 minutes of getting there and unpacking. The TV wasn't working. No phone in the room so I had to go to the front desk to tell them about the TV.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amy (5/5): Passable - No coffee maker or kitchen supplies. Callaway is not a great area, the smoke alarm went off often and loud. It's a little sketchy.
- Barbara (8/5): - Meets my needs. All the basics and a a bit more.
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Morgan (6/5): - There was trash everywhere outside
- Kris (1/5): The hotel was discussing. - Better than sleeping in your car. The hotel was very dirty. Halls and room smelled terrible. We had to leave our shoes on the entire time we were there because the tile floors were so dirty. We found a bug in our bed under the fitted sheet. This hotel is discussing.
- Daniel (2/5): Never will I again stay here! - The location was ok, that's about the only good from this place. It reeks of smells all kinds of smells. Your room is like a jail cell and you only get two towels. They don't have any room service and there is only like two employees at this location. In all honesty it's not a place to stay with kids either just don't do it Everything, nothing about this booking went right.
- Lothan (10/5): - The staff here is su
- Bessie (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tyler (8/5): Very good -
- Lawrence (2/5): This place sucks - Not great. $150 deposit required for deposit on 60$ room. Still not refunded. I don’t recommend this place. Many other choices
- Miller (5/5): Passable -
- I (1/5): Bad -
- Ivelisse (1/5): Won’t stay again - It was a bad stay. Bed was so uncomfortable. No coffee maker, no iron, hairdryer. Tv remote was broken. Bathroom had mold in the shower. It was bad. At least a coffee maker in the room with complementary coffee.
- Sulaika (7/5): Good -
- Natasha (7/5): Good -
- Samuel (3/5): Poor -
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hylin (6/5): - The walls are thin - crack you can see right out the door - dogs barked late at night, people with dogs should be on ground floor, rest of the people should be upstairs'.
Upstairs people dragging the chair over and around floor til after midnight - no idea why!!
Room was clean, but bathtub fixtures on left hand side as you are in the tub had mildew
- James (8/5): - Property was nice and Quiet
- JIN (8/5): - Good
- Rosemary (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was nice can't complain I can't say I didn't like it
- Rosemary (10/5): Great - Everything was nice can't complain I can't say I didn't like because , everything was nice
- Lore' (10/5): - Only thing to note is breakfast was just a yogurt and coffe.
- Michael (4/5): I will never stay there again. - The location was awesome but that was all. They took 100$ off my card and I had to wait a week to get my money back.
- Anne (10/5): - Quiet and peaceful
- Ashley (1/5): I will never stay at this location again. The lady at the front desk was amazing and so was the gentleman who helped us. - The fire alarm in our room 418 went off for about three hours. We had a gentleman come up and say that he would have to fix it tomorrow went down to the counter multiple times finally, he switched us rooms. As soon as you open the door, it’s really muggy in the building and has a smell between marijuana and cigarettes.
- Julian (8/5): Very good - Perfect thank Good luck with that
- Brawner (6/5): Pleasant -
- Administrator (1/5): Bad - We could not get inside the office when we first arrived. Then we found roaches in the room
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tara (4/5): - The entire hotel needs renovations. The room was missing the hair dryer from the wall and so I had to go buy one and spend money on that. Hotel was clean but in desperate need of renovations! The staff were not that nice and you had to inquire about room service and they had limited towels and wash cloths so you had to wait each day for clean ones. Overall just not that great of a hotel.
- James (10/5): I am very satisfied with this place and I will continue to stay here - Clean plenty of hot water convenient to everything that I need Air conditioning makes a lot of noise
