Guest Reviews
- Brian (1/5): The stay that was reserved and paid for but never happened - Good location They double booked me so when I showed up for my reservation they didn’t have any rooms then needed to wait for a reimbursement but first they charged me $78 for “cancellation” when in reality it’s them that didn’t have their shit together.
- Huizinga (10/5): - Great price, very friendly staff. Highly recommend. No coffee
- celis (8/5): -
- Carlee (1/5): -
- Kyonna (1/5): -
- Jeffrey (2/5): Never going back to this facility - Didn't notice Filthy
TV didn't work
Took over 30 minutes until somebody showed to front desk and that was only because a tenant sought out an employee
- Carlee (2/5): -
- Gabrielle (7/5): -
- Deborah (1/5): Would only recommend this place to people I don't like very much. - Nothing! Facility was poorly maintained and a bit forbidding in appearance.
There was no one to check us in, despite calling out and knocking at the front desk.
We decided to stay elsewhere, and were not very surprised to see the local police arriving as we left the parking lot!
- John (1/5): It was 11 o’clock at night in Climate. Weather reservations were made couldn’t get anybody to come to the desk. Couldn’t - Nothing couldn’t get anybody to wait on us so I left never got checked in. Customer service sucked. Couldn’t get anybody to the front desk to even get checked in didn’t stay. I left went down the street to the Marriott will never consider that hotel ever again.
- Shani (3/5): - Location Cleanliness.
- John (1/5): PTSD - The hotel needs demolished. Roaches, no tv remote, phone didn’t work cleaning supplies on floor in bathroom and caked dirt on corners of floor Everything could have been better
- Santiago (8/5): -
- Simmons (8/5): -
- malik (10/5): -
- Flame (1/5): Don’t come here - Literally nothing Everything. Dirty, roaches, high price. Weirdos walking around. Nobody was at front desk for a hour before I could check in
- Timothy (1/5): It was terrible. - Nothing Everything, hostess at the front desk had terrible attitude and had me waiting on her for 16 min to get checked in. She looked high on sumn.
- Kelly (1/5): I wont stay here ever again. - The location. I felt very unsafe as the back exterior door would not stay shut and was constantly open. There was exposed wires in the ceiling in the hallway. It's a no smoking facility but people were smoking in their room, the smell was terrible. The Amenity is listed on the website were not at this location at all. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in the room. The bathroom door in the room would not stay shut. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink and the water would not get hot in the shower. There was quarter inch thick dust in the bathroom and on the cabinets in the kitchenette area refrigerator. had to try to reach management. I could not reach anyone I had to contact booking.com about my issues.
- Davis (1/5): Worst hotel experience in my life, waste of my money. - The A/C worked. Thats it. The staff could have been more helpful and attentive. The property has roaches. The staff leave doors to the property unlocked at night to let anyone in. My room did not have a locking door, the door actually didn't even close. We felt so unsafe and upset that we could not reach the staff for assistance. Not to mention we had one pillow and had to go buy more from the store because they again would not answer calls and weren't in the office ever. The whole facility smelled like cigarettes and there was the smell of Marijuana in the lobby. This place is a disgrace and an embarrassing representation on extended stay america. I loved my extended stay in Florida. The one I just stayed at in avon ohio, just awful. I would have been safer sleeping in my car.
- Domenic (2/5): - This place is a total dump. Was not cleaned at all. I had to book another hotel best western as you can validate by my booking. Please remove this dump as it looks bad on Expedia.
- Kimberly (10/5): - It
- Marco (1/5): I waited over an hour just to get checked in, I was told it’s because their front desk person left to go out the state, - Nothing They had roaches and the front desk people weren’t there, I waited over an hr to get checked in
- Byron (6/5): - Rooms are clean but has limited staff working
- Michael (1/5): Dont stay here - The staff was kind and courteous They had roaches the room was filthy the beds was ok and the t.v had no channels had to log into netflix to watch tv. Stove was filthy and nasty... will next stay again
- Brian (8/5): - Booked online late evening. Went to the lobby to check in, there was a sing saying staff will be back shortly.. after 30 minutes called the motel and got someone to come down and check me in.
- Dmytro (1/5): -
- Catherine (1/5): Horrible place - Nothing There was no one to check us in. I waited 20 minutes ringing the bell as a sign said they’d be right back. I ended up calling the hotel and finally got someone. They put us in a room that wasn’t house cleaned. I tried calling back 3 times and couldn’t get the front desk so I had to call the general 100 number. We finally got another room but the TV didn’t work, there was no shampoo and the bath was dirty. Also, the walls were so thin you could hear people walking above you (til 3:30 am) and guests arguing in rooms down the hall. The back door was propped open so anyone could get into the building. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
- Teresa (1/5): Horrible - Only positive thing I can say is Laura was extremely nice and was great. The roaches in cabinets the microwave didn’t work and floor was very dirty. My white socks were black.
- Brittany (10/5): Very peaceful and calm, welcoming, very nice staff - The area is very calm and inviting Not the cleanest but no bugs or anything like that
- Robert (2/5): - The room was filthy dirty furniture was broken light bulb 1out of 3 worked bugs in the drawers nothing good about it could not stay there we left
- Carol (2/5): - Checking in, no one was at the desk. They had to be called in. Then they had to raise a metal security window to check us in while the staff was yelling at a resident who lived there because he was too drunk. We went up to our room, and immediately all you smelled was cigarette smoke. Dust on the floors, and the sink didn’t look cleaned out. The sheets look reused, as there was dust and a few hairs. The nightstand was missing the drawer, and there were burn marks on the nightstand and table. People walking around were under the influence of something. If we could have waited, we would have just left. It was so gross that we slept on the covers and in the sweatshirts we brought. We stayed a few hours and got out of there as fast as we could. Would advise anyone looking at this “hotel” to look somewhere else. Anywhere is better.
- Matt (4/5): Not very clean - Whoever had the room before us must’ve had a dog, the floor was covered in dog hair. When my partner came through the lobby, he heard somebody renting a room for two hours, which doesn’t make sense for an extended. Stay type place.. overall just an uncomfortable feeling location.
When I mentioned to the staff that there was a lot of dog hair in the room, they really seemed disinterested
- Willie (8/5): -
- Gerwin (2/5): Awful die to roaches and it being not clean - Location The roaches in the room the homeless living in parking lot
- Verified traveler (6/5): It worked for thw weekend - It was an affordable option for our group of 7 to stay in for a weekend softball tournament. We usually stay places that offer ice and other amenities. The beds were mostly comfortable. Overall if you are looking to save money and just need a bed and bathroom this works.
- Paul (5/5): - Location was convenient, staff friendly and helpful. Non smoking room smelled of stale smoke, floors sticky. Corridor had continuous odour of pot.
- Leonard (2/5): - It was horrible. Rented here with an eye on kitchen. However no dishware, no pots or pams, no silerware, no coffee pot, no paper towels, just 2 empty plastic ware boxes in a dilthy drawer. Microwave has not been clean in a long time. The roo. One of my associates stayed in had no deadbolt lick. Pillows so very very flat like sleeping on cardboard. DONT STAY HERE.
- Steven (5/5): -
- John (4/5): Do not stay here. It is not clean and doesn’t feel terribly safe. - Location close to the highway and easy to access. A short distance from convenience, stores, and a few fast food restaurants. Parking lot had several large holes in the pavement. There was a lot of activity around the hotel. Many guests just hanging out outside. The front desk was empty and it was 15 minutes before I called and got someone to come to the desk. The main access door in the back was left open 24 hours in spite of the fact that there were someunusual people in and out of the building. The rooms were no frills, which is fine, but the floors were dirty. The counters were dirty. The stove top was ancient and rusted. Property looked more like public housing than a hotel.
- Matthews (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (2/5): - The room was filthy and we left.
- King (8/5): Very good -
- Geraleen (3/5): Definitely will not be going back - Location There was no hot water and the TV did not work
- Janet (2/5): Very poor - The sheets were clean. Staff was friendly. Toilet was dirty, no hand towels, one towel had large holes and was stained, only one nightstand, some people were living at the hotel, the place gave me the creeps. I don't recommend.
- Hunter (2/5): - Property was dirty and absolutely stank. The no smoking policy is obviously not enforced. Roaches in my room. You have to pay for dishes/utensils even though it’s an extended stay, make it make sense. Only one set of towels. Not even a coffee maker in the rooms.
- Roten (7/5): Overall my stay was good other than would have been nice to have towels and extra pillows and soap - The property was quiet, everyone around was friendly The room did not have extra pillows or towels. There was no hand soap to wash your hands
- Francisco (10/5): - Staff very friendly and hotel as expected
- Drew (8/5): - Clean room with big refrigerator. Great for the price.
- Sarah (3/5): Pay the pet fee. Better than staying in a dirty place. - The lady at the front desk was very nice. No pet fee For me it’s about cleanliness. The room had dried food splatters on the wall, the whole kitchenette area wasn’t clean well. The room needed major detail cleaning that should be standard in any hotel room. After checkout found 3 bites on my stomach so hoping there weren’t bed bugs. It was very loud from the highway noise. The pet area had feces everywhere. The only garbage can was in the middle of it. That mess gets bright into the rooms. Awful
- Brian (2/5): - Checked in went to my room no sheets or towels. When to front desk told them. Said theyl upgrade me to a new room. Went to new room garbage everywhere so went back to front desk. Nobody there for 40 mins had to call the phone number to get someone's attention finally got a 3rd room was clean n had sheets. All in all took maybe an hour and 10 mins to actually get settled into a decent room. Zero stars if possible
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - It’s clean
- Robin (1/5): Bad - Nothing No toiletries no phone no remote for TV.
- Elijah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elijah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (6/5): Would have been better if there was no smoke smell, children running & screaming in the hallways. - The location is fine. It had a frigerator, stove & microwave. Like the style of bed. The smell of serious smoke through out the hallways. The children running through the hallways screaming & unsupervised. This locations didn't have breakfast, coffee or tea. No ice buckets. Only 1 plastic cup in the bathroom. Half used toilet paper on roller.
- Michael (2/5): Avoid at all costs. This place is just god awful! - Where to begin…. I called a day before my arrival to inform them u would be arriving late in the evening and would appreciate someone being there to let me in my room. That hadn’t gone as planned, I was assured someone would be there and I’d have no issue. I stood in a cold hallway for 3 hours waiting for the on site manager to come assist. Bad start. The hotel itself is FILTHY. The room smelled terrible and was left dirty. The floors ruined the bottoms of every pair of socks I had brought with me, literally turned them black. The common areas(literally just hallways and the laundry room) were disgusting, unkept, and again just filthy. 75% of the washers and dryers were non functioning making doing laundry a battle. People live in this hotel full time, for sure. Loud and disrespectful “guests” at all hours with seemingly zero management or staff of any kind really doing anything. I would never stay here ever again and I suggest any and all people looking to save a buck…. It is not worth it here. At all.
- Brittney (1/5): Bad - Nothing The room was dirty, it smelled like cigarette smoke. We couldn’t open the windows. It was so bad our lungs started to hurt. You could see the nicotine running down the walls
- Alyssa (2/5): Avoid staying here - filthy - It was very intensely dirty - from the odor through the entire building to the incredibly strong urine scent in the actual room paired with clearly unwashed floors and unwashed counters with food crusted to them. It was so disgusting and I felt so uncomfortable we immediately left and found somewhere else to sleep.
- Cassie (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty - The room was so dirty, we stayed 10 minutes and had to leave. I couldn’t picture myself getting undressed and laying in that bed.
- Colleen (4/5): Disappointing - Comfortable beds The television and telephone provided in the room was not in service and I repeatedly called to have someone come and fix it no one came.
- Robert (4/5): - I dont need the afternoon/ evening people telling me I can go somewhere else anytime I want. Replace these people with a card-key service kiosk and i'd likely give the place four stars instead of two. Its a shame people take a job that requires a certain level of decorum but want to act shittily towards the customer
- Demetrius (2/5): - Sheets and Floors were dirty and nasty
- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Legna (4/5): - It was quiet
- Bonnie (2/5): - The room was dirty, floors had not been swept, hair on the floor ….. far cry from the first time I had stayed there very poor condition it’s a shame !
- Demetrius (10/5): - Helpful
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Kitchenette Bed was stiff but comfortable
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice
- Bohn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (2/5): - Room smelled. Bathtub didn’t even have a plug.
- Jeffrey (6/5): - I arrived to check in after 11pm and no one was there. I called the after hours phone and they said someone would be there within 15 mins. After someone else called, i had to wait over 30 mins to check in and get some sleep. Sleep in a bed not hugely comfortable.
But the heater worked very precisely well. Mine was probably new. They had other ones sitting outside ready to be installed.
- Sabryna (1/5): Bad -
- Jake (2/5): if your looking for comfort and relaxation - tthis is not for you - Staff was friendly cigarette smoke was everywhere
elevator is too slow
place is clean but looks like it will fall apart
exterior of building looks new, interior looks like a worn down nursing home facility
broken sink in restroom
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deette (9/5): It was worth it. - I have been waiting for my place to come through and while waiting. This place helped me out. More than yall know Well. I could. But just more cleaner area on the outside.. trash. And area around the property. I know. We have to do ate part. But. We can do it. Together
- Eric (8/5): Okay...for the price. -
- Thomas (2/5): - Staff was rarely available. Elevaror was incredibly slow. Exterior grounds was littered. I had to have one of my keys re-programmed 2 or 3 times. I have travelled for 18 years in 47 states. This was one of the 2 or 3 worst hotel stays I have ever had.
- Eric (7/5): Good - Location.. People walking over my head most of the evening.
- Sovonia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Timothy (4/5): - Room had no phone and no Wi-Fi….staff was very nice, but people need to be aware of this.
- Craddock (10/5): Exceptional -
- China (8/5): - The location was great not far from anything. The staff was very pleasant. Only issue I had was the room not being as clean as it should have been. The floor had dust all over it and the bath tub had hair on the wall. Other than that I had a great stay and will book again in the future.
- John (2/5): - Terrible experience. cockroach’s on the sink and gum stuck to dirty floors. Marijuana odor as you checked in throughout the hallways. Absolutely horrible.
- Valerie (4/5): - Room was not clean. Food spatter all on the walls and blinds. Mold around the tub. There was dog hair on the bathroom floor and hair on one of the bed sheets. Elevator is very very slow. The back door to the hotel stayed propped open so anyone could just walk in.
- Christine (1/5): Disgusting! - Location This place was disgusting. Dirty, noisy drug addicts fighting all night. Noone at front desk. All lights turned off. Just creepy!!!!!
- Wendy (3/5): Poor - No ice machines. Would not give us an extra pillow or towels.
- Bryan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Latoya (7/5): Good -
- Kayla (3/5): Convenient location, if not booked through 3rd party I would have cancelled. - Location was convenient I booked this hotel because it was just me and my infant the first night. Online it said the doors needed your key cards to enter so I felt safer. When I went down one night the security front door was propped open (had been during the day as well) and the back door leading to the parking lot was also propped open, completely. That was open several times too. The staff was ever seen with a cigarette in her mouth in this “no smoking” hotel.
- Dean (5/5): Good price. Don’t expect to be wowed. - Good location near the freeway. Great price. Room smelled like smoke and the kitchen area looked “well used”. It has the slowest elevator on the planet. The wait for its arrival and then it took forever for the doors to close. The parking lot was tight if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer. Guest check in location was unclear. Hotel had a vibe that there may be some more permanent residents. Can’t confirm, but it felt like it.
- Peter (4/5): - Not what I expected.
- Sabrina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sean (6/5): - I saw a bedbug
- Dana (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charles (2/5): - The property was only passable as a place to stay the night. The front desk was not staffed at crtical hours nor was assistance available for guests who accidentally got locked out of their rooms. There was a group of children I estimate about from age 8 to age 16 that were hanging out and making noise right outside my door. When I called the front desk they told me that these children "live here" and that is where they play. Not recommended, Ever.
- Marcus (7/5): All in all good - Comfort I couldn't connect my game system up to the Wi-Fi
