- Christine (1/5): - Nothing Staff was rude. Rooms were filthy.
- katreciac (2/5): DO NOT STAY… I HAVE VIDEOS AND VOICE RECORDINS. - I stayed at this hotel for 8months and had to change rooms every 2 to 3 months cause someone was trying to break into my room. I constantly noticed staff. They could never tell me who because the cameras DO NOT WORK. The police stays at this location. The general manager and manager put me out because I requested to move which was going to be the 4th time. They don’t care about this hotel nor the guest safety.

- James (9/5): - Nice stay, forget the lady's name at check in, but she was very helpful and accommodating. That had to put a work order in to have the stove top checked because it wasn't working and eventually figured out what was wrong with it and corrected it.
- Anita (7/5): -
- 863vernar (2/5): Horrible people in a spot that is first on the seen 😕 - A Ms. Loretta was working at the front desk on this night. It was 21 degrees outside horrible rain . A man and his spouse came in very elderly. She was almost carrying her husband who had just had his all his toes cut off and needed to get out of weather for the night . Because the woman didn't have both of thier i.d. cards she only had hers this ms. Loretta was horribly rude and just down right mean to the couple. At this particular location there are no sitting chairs for the gentlemen. And the lady was forced to carry her spouse back to the car . The whole thing made me cry . This woman is rude so unprofessional I will never again recommend or stay at this owners property. Hopefully other owners are better cause extended stay are my favorite home away from home but these places are franchise out and that does change things sometimes for the worst .
- Kiante (1/5): -
- Christopher (5/5): It was OK - The location in ease of access The floors smelled like they were mopped with dirty water the AC units need to have their filters cleaned when you enter the room it smells musty and in my room 202. The shower rod was falling off the wall. It just needs some general maintenance and cleaning and when patrons have pets, I need to keep them quieter. They need to take them outside.
- Yedda (6/5): -
- Cesar H (8/5): - The second room was clean and decent staff and everyone around no matter who they were . Were absolutely love that vibe. Just peed elevator that's it nothing else.

- W8658ZYjosephl (2/5): Terrible place to stay. - We were woken up at 1140 pm the other night. Told to stand outside for almost three hours because pipes had not been worked on in forever. Fire department showed up. Half the building flooded. We all lost sleep and I caught a cold. The. When we were finally allowed back in we had to sleep with alarm still going off down the hall.
The whole building smells like dirty rotten sun ripened fish. Our bathroom smells like smoke and it's filthy EVERYWHERE.
Because of the other night I lost a day at work. But property is unwilling to comp for even one night to help out.
They have a maintenance guy there that just treats you like you're stupid when you complain and is very rude like he knows everything.
If this weren't the only place we could afford right now....with a baby on the way we'd leave right now. Our times are really tough. Almost homeless. But no one should have to put up with the sleepless night because of bad management, the cigarette smell and the stink and filth everywhere.
I'd give a Negative rating if I could. Don't come here!
- James (2/5): - There was a big pile of hair in the middle of the bed when I pulled the cover down and the tv did not work.
- Steven (2/5): -
- Ceasar (10/5): - Great
- Nathaniel (1/5): - Nothing It was really nasty, noisy, a person died while I was there, drug addicts. Never going back!

- Angela (2/5): - Nasty unsafe
- Dawn (8/5): Pleasant - Location Guest were loud outside at night. We were in the ground floor
- Christina (10/5): Great place great price - Very clean and quiet the staff is friendly and helpful. It's located around restaurants and right by the interstate
- Reed (10/5): Great - Employees friendlynes
- Norman Lee Adkins (2/5): - This place needs to be torn down. The smell is unbearable.
- 509leannad (2/5): Zero star hotel - Dirty, rooms not cleaned at all. Had to switch hotels and rooms, where the other room was dirty, had a roach, smells like smoke - the room and the entire 2nd floor. Non smoking hotel is a joke. The elevator and floors in hall way had so much debris, it's unacceptable. Both hotels were disgusting, that this was my first and last time staying at any Extended Stays.
- labrina (7/5): - Clean
- Nathaniel (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Esteban (2/5): - Dirty property , does not reflect what is offered through website .
- Nathaniel (10/5): - I like the location, my room, the staff and it's quite. Nothing, everything was great!!!
- Robert (4/5): Won’t stay again - The fire alarm went off at 4:00am
- Regina (1/5): Disaster! - Location to airport Smell of weed, fire alarm going off at 1030 at night, roach on wall!
- Elizabeth (2/5): - Was hoping for a budget friendly stay. But did not feel safe and very dirty. Not the type of place you take your shoes off at. We booked three nights but actually left after first night. I would suggest Expedia remove them from the list.
- Krystine (10/5): - Staff was amazing!! The room is large and comfortable. Great place to stay
- Gray (8/5): -
- brentk562 (2/5): Worst Hotel Ever! Do Not Stay - This was the worst hotel "motel" I have stayed in. The bed you sunk in with springs in your back and creaking, my socks had to be thrown away because the floor was filthy, tv didn't work, and the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold
Forwarded to the Escambia County Health Dept. It should be shut down. The entire place smelled like Marijuana.
- Ashley (2/5): - I pulled in the parking lot and immediately clicked our cancel reservation button because it was unsafe for myself and my 14 year old son to stay there. I was still charged even though I cancelled the reservation & purchased the protection. Poor business ethics & sketchy hotel?
I will not book through expedia again
- Harmony (4/5): - Staff were kind. Hotel was old and very noisy at night. The listing said there would be breakfast, but there actually is not at that location.
- Mubarak (2/5): - No shampoo or conditioner. Took a long time to get staff to check us in and out. Fire alarm went off in all the hotel at 3:30 am, forcing us to evacuate with our young child, with no explanation. Smelled bad. Not enough pillows or towels.
- Yifei (4/5): - No breakfast as it states.
- Pedro (2/5): - Smells bad, cigarettes smell all over the hotel.
- Jose (2/5): - Front desk people are for a lack of a better word “GHETTO” and unprofessional, towels smell overly washed with bleach, no soap, no shampoo, no house keeping services unless requested, rooms are not cleaned properly, beds super uncomfortable and broken, elevator seems out of date!!
- Alfredo (10/5): Comfortable, clean and worth the money! - The check in with front desk clerk Mike was super friendly and smooth. He was very patient and welcoming; answered questions I had about extending my stay and each step of the way. The room was super clean and bed comfortable. AC works great and the hotel has quiet hours, which is awesome since I need my sleep to wake up early each day. Overall a great stay and worth the money. I extended my stay for 4 more days!
- Joshua (2/5): - If you can sleep with Dogs barking and people talking and yelling outside your room all night, this is the place for you!
If you also like cot style spring beds, book now!!!
- 766belindap (2/5): I hate it here!!! I work to hard to stay somewhere where I’m concern about my health!!! - The worst stay ever in 44 years… From the word say go the floors was sticky and the cover were very dull dirty looking No toilet papers we were staying the whole weekend when we went back down they gave us one and it was four people staying in there!! The manger was very rude her uniform looked like the room!!! The hallways was funky and dirty!!!! I felt so dirty and violated!!! The elevator was stinky!! !!Maggots bye the front door because of full trash!! Our feet was black because of the dirty floor!!’ I wouldn’t ever stay at another extended Stay in no city or state because of this one!!!!
- Kelle (2/5): This Hotel Sucks - This hotel was so terrible that we left without staying 1 night of our 4 night reservation. Room was dirty, bed a joke.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The area is not safe. I would not recommend.
- oliver (2/5): - You're in the very sketchy area. The room was very dirty and smelled like cat pee. It also seemed very dangerous. DONT GO!
- Loren (8/5): - Decent hotel in not so decent area
- Benita (6/5): - Hotel was clean, issues with turning on tv had to unplug the box for 5 minutes
- Bran (10/5): Exceptional - Management staff No breakfast served
- Nichole (2/5): Very poor - It was close to a lot of stuff The property was nasty and had roaches.
- Eddie (1/5): Bad -
- Terrell (10/5): - Awesome
- David (5/5): Passable -
- Robb (6/5): Missing everything literally - Checked in after walking thru the Saturday evening hangout spot if 6-10 residents I assume then checked in found I had to pay more a security deposit then room had no towels no shower curtain sheets not the right size for bed and the smell someone was cooking something foul so I left went got food returned the. Slept and left crack of dawn
- Kylee (1/5): Bad -
- Christine (1/5): Bad - no toilet paper no batteries for the remote couldn’t watch TV. The band was nasty with hair.
- Wael (4/5): Disappointing -
- Michael (8/5): - It’s ok, not the best, definitely not the worst.
Very loud environment
- Astrid (4/5): - Hotel location is in a deep wooded area. No lights or signs if driving in dark. Check in was prolonged due to rooms not being ready. When entering room, bed was not done and only a face towel was provided. Front desk is unavailable at 8pm until next morning. If you need extra linens, you need to ask when you are checking in otherwise the staff is not there. For check out, on a Sunday.. no staff at front desk, only a small alot to deposit key cards. Key cards were not working, no staff to assist. They offer an area to wash and dry clothing, the machines charge $3.50 per wash and dry. Vending machines available, only one accepted card, other does not work. They allow pups, but they do not maintain a clean area. Hotel smells like wet dog, flys are in great population. Dog hair everywhere. Trollys are weak and appear to be holding on to the last unskrewed skrew. For bath, the water is incorrect.. the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Dirty in appearance, I would advise, if you have the means go for a different option in hotel. Do not recommend.
- Luisana (4/5): - Quick friendly check in process. Rooms were not really clean. Was only provided with two towels. No extras. Tv didn’t work and it was missing the remote.
- Robert (10/5): - Wasn't bad
- Zachary (4/5): Will never stay here again! - Staff was ok. Stunk,Terribly!! Not clean at all. Had to buy cleaning supplies to scrum the floors. Elevator was NEVER cleaned, smelled like dead people. Absolutely pathetic!!
- Charles (2/5): - Never stay here again
- Lyudvig (2/5): - Only the full-size refrigerator was working, everything else didn't work or was missing
- Bran (9/5): Superb - Location near interstate No breakfast served
- Jerry (4/5): Not what we hoped for, but expected from an extended stay. - They had a place available, most of the city was sold out because of a sports tournament. The nice lady that checked us in was very friendly and it was nice that English was her primary language. Overall, it lacked cleanliness. Hallways didn't smell good, our room wasn't very clean. If you opened the drawers in the cabinets, night stands and dresser they all needed to be cleaned, a lot! The room didn't smell very nice.
- Lamar (10/5): Great stay - The clean room and the staff was really nice There was nothing I didn't like
- Samantha (2/5): - They say you get what you pay for! But in my opinion not even $90 was worth it! It was nasty and dirty! Smells like weed all in the hotel room and in hallways! We didn’t have a remote for the tv. Went to go ask for one and still didn’t work! Also the locks on the room door were not secured at all. We put a chair in front of the door at night, just in case. I will never stay again.
- Debra (2/5): - I arrived on a Saturday aftertoon to check in. Upon my arrivial I was told that there was a $100 deposit. That wasn't posted on the website nor in the lobby. The followind night we saw roaches and asked the GM Dustin for accomedations for the room. He refused to do anything about it. He told me I can leave of deal with it . Which is poor customer service when the hotel has roaches. I didn't ask for another room just accomedations is all.
- Dennis (8/5): - Nothing unique. Stayed here because I had my dog. Pet area in back was covered in nasty dog poop from people not picking up after their dogs. Smell of marijuana was persistent throughout hotel. No dinnerware available. Otherwise a comfortable room and friendly folks.
- Begoña (2/5): Very poor -
- Jessica (2/5): - Very noisy. People were constantly going out the fire exit which would set the alarm off at all hours. Music was playing very loud. Overall not what we expected after staying at a different extended stay. It did have a full size fridge.
- Harkirat (5/5): Passable -
- 222dustinw (10/5): Clean but no frills - Extended Stay America Northwest offers a truly great value for travelers seeking a comfortable and no-frills stay. The rooms, while basic in their furnishings, are consistently clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me. I particularly appreciate the kitchenette in each room, a fantastic feature for extended stays that allows for significant savings on dining out. While the furniture is perfectly functional, a few updated pieces would certainly elevate the overall aesthetic. However, this minor point doesn't detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience of getting such a good deal for a clean, convenient, and well-equipped room. I highly recommend Extended Stay America Northwest for anyone looking for excellent value without compromising on cleanliness and essential amenities.
- Shanas (3/5): I wouldnt stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone - I liked me and my family being together The way we was treated didn't get no bed linens clean towels or rags kept being bothered
- Lisa (6/5): - I loved how nice the lady was when she checked us in. You can tell she is used to checking people in after desk hours, super friendly. She also informed me how I can check out before desk hours.
The cart provided to take our things upstairs NEEDS replaced, it was being held together with duct tape and barely rolls.
You can tell the location had been recently remodeled. However the lack of carpet allows for the echo of EVERYTHING! The room smelled great and clean. However, the bathroom around the tub looked moldy. The beds felt as flimsy as they looked. I couldn't move without feeling like it was going to collapse on me. There was a support bar awkwardly across the bed, making it extremely difficult to get comfortable. There weren't enough towels for everyone in my party and the morning clerk refused to let us have more because of a two towel policy. I didn't read any policy that I couldn't have enough towels for everyone that was with me. OMG, other people's kids were running, screaming, and skating all through the halls, as well they were unsupervised. THERE SHOULD BE A POLICY FOR NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN. Speaking of policy (and extras), where was the area for the grab and go breakfast that was supposed to be from 6am-9am?! It is very unlikely I will plan to visit this hotel again.
- Wendy (2/5): - Front desk asked me to take a picture of my credit card and send over. BEWARE
- Peter (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet with no distraction. Overall extremely satisfying stay. We would stay there again.
- Marilia (4/5): - The staff was very nice. But the room cleaned still smelled like smoke and even more intense through the halls and elevators. I am allergic to smoke if I had known it was a smoke facility I would not have stayed here.
- brotherbill7 (2/5): Terrible experience. I mean TERRIBLE - Probably the worst experience with the hotel I’ve ever had in my life. We came in. It took forever to get somebody to come down and then let us in but get us a room key, etc.. The rooms were dismal, almost like being in a prison. They smelled terrible like somebody had dumped Lysol all over the place. The beds had stains on them. Maybe a bar of soap or some sort of cleaning product would’ve been nice as well. There was nothing.
- William (2/5): - This is probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life, and that includes years of traveling. The check in process was a disaster only to be made worse by the room, which was a kid to a prison cell. When I booked the room, it was made clear that there would be a breakfast included, which wasn’t the case. The room smelled as if somebody poured a bucket of cleaning fluid. It just lathered the room with it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we could only manage a few hours of sleep. Needless to say I don’t recommend this place.
- Iman (6/5): - It’s cool for a fast stay we struggled getting in our room door and closing it. Room was clean just smelled stail
- Julian (2/5): - We booked this hotel through Expedia. We were supposed to have two rooms with two beds, but the person in charge at the front desk told us the Expedia had overbooked them, and that they only had two rooms with single beds. I believe that Expedia had misleading information about this hotel. The pictures that Expedia had on the website were not accurate. We were supposed to have breakfast included, but this hotel didn’t offer that. The lady a the front desk was very helpful, but overall I think it was Expedia fault for having misleading information about this hotel.
- Jose (4/5): - Dirty
- Latosha (1/5): Hire some new employees to get better service - It was close to everything We didn’t have a remote to turn on tv , blood was on the bathroom wall , front seat clerk was the only one in the building checking us in and making up beds and washing the linen at the same time !!! She deserves a raise bc that was just sad ! The guest needs to control their dogs while coming inside the elevator !! Yes when only had 2 towels to bath with and it was 3 people. !!
- Antonio (2/5): - The beds are cots and the hallway smells like smoke. I didn’t stay I went somewhere else.
- Steve (1/5): Booked and Paid for a room when I was leaving Atlanta.. Due to a vehicle issue I didn’t arrive until late, tired and rea -
- Edward (1/5): Bad -
- Leve (1/5): Bad - It was one black lady who worked there with a very bad attitude she was so rude. I do not even wanna come back to the hotel no more and when I come in town, that’s the hotel I come to. Then I had checked it out.on the 19th that Monday morning so I had called about my deposit because they open at 9 had to be to the airport at 6am that morning so I called about the deposit She had a very bad attitude then which I never got back with they no everybody have to put a deposit down ‼️ it was very bad
- BandJTravels (2/5): Sketchy and Bare - This is the most sketchy Extended Stay I have ever visited. We travel a lot, and at times we want a kitchen and comfy room because we are staying for a week or more. This was a weekend stay, with a large group, who suggested this hotel. Not a one of us were satisfied. Members of the group said their rooms were disgusting and had dirty linens on their beds! Others said they had to request their entire room be cleaned. Our room was clean, but that was the extent of my satisfaction. The television in our room was not connected to any Dish, Antennae, or Cable provider. You either had to log in with your personal Netflix account or watch tv on your personal laptop, phone or iPad. The TV, it appears, it just for looks. Our door key worked about 1/10th of the time. It had to be rekeyed, and still did not unlock the door on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 9th attempt (no matter how you held it and slid it). The outside of the building was the sketchiest part. There appeared to be a homeless encampment on the front lawn area, complete with old tires, junk laying around it, and at night about 15-20 people huddled up drinking. When they were done, they stumbled over to the one outdoor trashcan (in front of the entry), and threw bottles at the can, bursting them all over the concrete entryway. Kudos to the employee who cleaned it up the next morning (give her/him a raise, he/she actually cleaned around the place). In summary, stay away from this place, stay far away! The rooms are bare (one bed and zero chairs other than the dinning chair), a fridge a microwave, two thin and hard towels, and one bar of soap. That is what you get, NOTHING ELSE. The phone in the room did not have a dial tone because it didn't work, and the TV is a dust collector! There is no coffee pot, so be aware of that. Save yourself a huge disappointment and go anywhere else but here!
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - The comfortable peaceful sleep....it looks like a busy place but dont judge a book by its cover over there ....the ppl were nice ....nobody bothered our truck.....I read reviews saying they could hear the ppl in other rooms...I didn't hear anything and I know kids were next to us , once we went in I didn't even hear anyone so I think they exaggerated on that honestly .....I felt safe!
- Kori (6/5): Good for the price - The staff was very friendly. The rooms were tidy. The needs were not comfy and the frames squeaked with every movement. The blinds on the window let lots of light in.
- Libby (6/5): - I didn’t like that the hallways smelt like cigarettes almost 24/7
- Thomas (10/5): - Good
- Patrena (1/5): Bad choice - Nothing about my stay was pleasant I didn't like the fact as soon as we stepped inside. I knew I was in for a surprise. The place was smelly and dirty. From the front counter, hallways, elevator and our rooms. We also had roaches inside our rooms. The hallways are very trashy and noisy. To many smelly dogs inside and outside. Couldn't get a refund or switch to a different hotel. Me and my family would never stay at that facility again. Very disappointed and will not recommend this hotel.
- Alberta (6/5): - Its a solid place for one or two nights if you’re going to be gone most of the time
- Norman (8/5): - I had a good time and would recommend the motel. I will use the motel again
- Katherine (2/5): Not worth it even if it's free! - It was a no smoking property but you could smell marijuana, the elevator smelled of dogs. The room the didn't have a working TV or phone. The key card to get into the hallway where the rooms were located wasn't working. I got locked out and had to call for after hours assistance.
