Guest Reviews
- M1078GWjordanm (10/5): Great place to stay - Stayed here in town for a few days. Had a great stay. Quick and easy check in. Room was just what I needed. Comfortable. I will be back in town this winter and will stay here again.
- shaunaep2021 (10/5): Great - Nice staff, clean room, really good experience thank you
- John (1/5): We did not stay in the room at all. - We checked in, and went to the room. The bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator had old eggs in it and other old food, the sink drain was clogged with food debris. The window shades did not close all the way. As far as feeling secure, the back door was propped open with people smoking pot outside it. WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT THE PREMISES AND CHECKED INTO ANOTHER HOTEL. We are trying to contact someone to get a FULL REFUND on the room. It completely ruined our 1 st day of our trip. And it cost us double for the hotel stay. Please feel free to contact me at 847.483.4939 or at this email address. Thank you
- Holly (7/5): checked in fri after noon out sunday am. beds were comfortable - no breakfast served here. small kitchenette with refrig and microwave. without any pots, pans cups, dishes, utinsils. available for a $ at check-in . 1st room large shower with hand held shower head. And seat. handicap room for sure. 1st room was a handicap rm ok but the toilet had problems flushing. reported Friday evening no one from maintance until Monday. given a plunger to see if I could fix the problem!! didnt work I asked for another room. nothing available at our price point ! unacceptable.! Insisted on another room with two beds . Saturday AM was told we could move to another room
2nd room smaller, shower fixed shower head , small counter space in kitchenette
- Hirsch (7/5): -
- Tammara (2/5): Don't. - Nothing No breakfast, no coffee machine in the room or anywhere in the hotel. Seemed very sketchy. Felt icky. We left.
- Salazar (10/5): -
- Jenkins (10/5): -
- Abigail (1/5): Very unpleasant - Nothing It smelled and the ac didn’t work and the bed sucked and the whole place was a rinkadink
- Johnson (4/5): Never again - No breakfast Cost, location and nothing in the bathroom, like hair dryer, lotion, etc. There was a homeless person out in the parking lot yelling in the middle of the night, freeway noise.
- Julia (1/5): - Gross Staff and area
- alex (1/5): -
- Delmar (10/5): -
- Frank (9/5): -
- johnny (1/5): not worth what i paid for the room. - Day shift front desk stay was nice. everything, was told because it was a one day stay that no kitchen supplies IE: plates pots glases etc would be provided. It was nothing like the other extended stays that i have used in the past. will not use this place again.
- Tony (1/5): Wasn't happy at all 😞 - Didn't like my stay. The way they worded it on the Internet make me think I had two beds and they didn't want to refund my money back when I told them I wasn't looking for a one bedroom so they made me keep that room 😞
- Fay (7/5): - Clean, good location No cooking pots or utensils, no Kleenex
- Arnesen (4/5): We were out of the heat when we were there. No lobby, no anything but a room - The roof want leaking. The AC worked Kitchenette, but NO dishes, silverware, pots or pans. Bath towels limited to 2 per day if you bring your 2 to replace for clean between 4P and 8P. No hand towels, no dish towels. 1 bar of soap for 3 of us. The offered to sell me pans... but they were out. $750 for 4 nights. I could have gone to a motel for less than that. I expect booking.com to provide me better service than that for the price.
- Mansinon (10/5): SAF - It actually had a one way e locked entrance which I felt was very safe no matter the time of day. No stores around no pool smoking was quite aways from my room
- Gonzalez (7/5): -
- David (5/5): -
- Eduardo (7/5): -
- Robert (1/5): The worst experience ever. - Stinky and dirty Nothing, just one infectious place you can find around
- coryf447 (2/5): Rather be homeless - People stomping all night like a marching band above me and the front desk is closed .. this place is trash 🗑
- Jim Lydon (2/5): Terrible - Nothing There was nothing in the room in the way of soap, shampoo, coffee, or any dishes or utensils that allow you to use the kitchenette.
- Patricia Abraham (3/5): -
- julie (9/5): was just what we needed to lay our heads for the night. - parking was easy. looked very clean. n/a
- Bryce (5/5): -
- Andrew (1/5): Bad - Safe location There was no coffee anywhere in the hotel, apparently you could rent a coffee machine, but no coffee. The bed was too soft, they wouldn’t take cash from my room. It was more like a dorm than a hotel.
- Natalie (5/5): Just slept there. Won’t not stay again - Not much Smelled like urine in hall ways 4th floor
Beds are wonky
- Mark (4/5): Location was good, but overall it was just an ok experience. - Location Our room wasn't ready when we checked in. Only had 1 bath towel, washcloth & bathmat.
Wasn't aware pots, pans and utensils weren't provided so we had to purchase some.
No staff available 24/7.
- Isa (3/5): - The location Weird smells at the entrance, and hallways. Looked dirty.
- Lachelle (5/5): -
- Cordell (2/5): - The price The hotel and room had a very bad smell. We booked for a 2 bed and was given 1 twin bed and was forced to buy an air mattress to accommodate out stay.
- Gilbert (1/5): Horrible hotel - Horrible stay Dirty room, Dirty hallway and elevator. Mattress was horrible could feel the metal frame. No shampoo. Hotel stunk . No curtains
- Ngoyi (1/5): The bed was not confortable , sheet is not clean bed bug, the hall way was smelling bad - Nothing at all, no paper towel , thooth paste , water in the fridge Nothing
- Tom (5/5): It was a last chance place to stay. - It was a last minute choice, so it was adequate. The room had no utensils, was advertised with a coffee maker and my reservation showed my room with a couch, it had neither. It was bare bones and basic room, bed was very uncomfortable. Also, no Ice maker at the hotel, there were
ice cube trays in the refer that were empty.
- George (4/5): -
- Natalie (6/5): - Clean, safe, quiet The bed was worst ever. So uncomfortable!
- Caballero (5/5): - May at the front desk was great! There was a terrible odor throughout the hotel, no remote in room and May did rectify that. It's no smoking however "locals" were puffing away in vehicles at the rear entrance. Beds were comfortable. The odor
- Christine (5/5): -
- Donn (1/5): Overall horrible experience - No breakfast was available Facility smelled like cigarette smoke, several piles of animal poop in the front, didn't clean room on second night, toilet not working properly, no complementary anything in the hotel
- Leo (7/5): -
- Dale (8/5): - Clean...and as provided what I requested..good location I was informed a head of time...and I understood but still did not like not having utensils.. that was only thing I did t like...
- Denise (1/5): Didn't end up staying - It smelled like urine. The room looked like a halfway house. Everything. I walked in the room and turned around and walked out. Returned to the front desk for a refund.
- YM Turner (9/5): -
- Grisell (5/5): Blah. - Close to Banner Boswell The price. Too expensive for the simplicity of the room. It doesn’t even have a coffee maker.
- Roy (7/5): - 😊 😔
- Miguel (2/5): -
- Lisbet (3/5): -
- Karla (10/5): -
- Monica (8/5): need more towels - The bathtub is little high height when get out of shower, We almost fell . Nice room
- Vonlintel (9/5): We are currently still here and not having any problems. - The staff was very helpful. Not having a closer exit to take the dogs out.
- Justin (4/5): Ehh. Got what I paid for. - TV didn’t work. Bed had hair.
Pretty much on par for the price during a football event TV didn’t work, bed was decent once I removed the hair strands from the previous guest
- Tracey (3/5): -
- Sarah (1/5): If you want coffee, bring your own pot, cups and coffee. - Close to where we needed to be It was listed as a kitchen including a toaster and coffee pot. It didn't have either or anything other than a refrigerator, small kitchen sink, microwave and 2 burner stove. Not a single pot, pan, dish or silverware. No lamp on the single nightstand. Overhead lights don't work other than the one by the door. One bar of soap at shower, none for the sink or kitchen sink. OVERPRICED FOR WHAT LITTLE IS INCLUDED.
- Bryce (5/5): The shower was backed up and the room floor was a lil dirty but over all it was ok - The location is great! The property was good
- Ruth (3/5): Not staying here again - Close to everything It was dirty
- Rudy (8/5): -
- Forqueran (1/5): - Smelled like smoke, room dirty, trash in trash can prior to check in abhorrent smell throughout the entire hotel even in the rooms.
- Dovie (5/5): -
- Yiamarelos (10/5): - Very nice place the person at the front desk was super nice and helpful and the room was beautiful Nothing it was a great stay
- Cristian (10/5): -
- Urias (10/5): -
- W9552IAcarolinef (2/5): Stay away. - This place was full of sketchy people. Once there, we were afraid to go out of our room. It was a clean room but very bare. Our first night there I was awaken to a slew of police officers at 4:00 am pounding on a door near by. Scary. Several in the room were arrested and had to listen to one lady screaming at the police defending her roommates. I also witnessed 8 people staying in one room! Not the place to stay. No way - no how. Not worth the discounted rate. Stay away from this place.
- Calderon (7/5): -
- Natashia (6/5): -
- Elizabeth (5/5): -
- Shannon (10/5): To get away from Vegas n work . - Location Nothing
- Shannon (10/5): - Location
- Ioana (8/5): -
- Samantha (1/5): Never again, even if you are on a budget pay the extra 50 dollars and stay anywhere else. - We did arrive about an hour early and was able to check in. Staff was nice and explained how " We're so much better than other hotels because we have more". This was a sometimes less is more experience, and my family and I were very uncomfortable. Interior Pictures didn't match our booking photos. Was charged extra when we arrived due to them giving away our room. When entering the elevator, it was dirty and had an off smell. When getting off on the 2nd floor we immediately smelled a strong Oder that made all of our stomachs hurt, it lingered down the halls into our room. Entering our room it did NOT look like the pictures on the listing; The "kitchen" sink and burners were nasty, looked in the bathroom and was happy we stopped at a gas station before arriving. My husband pulled back the blankets on both beds and under the mattress pads you could see black spots almost looked like mold. We couldn't stay, and about 3 or 4 other families also left.
- Patsy (4/5): - Ok bed and shower but very noisy, drunks lingering outside, hotel lobby and hallways very hot, key didn’t work properly even with front seat assistance, had to call phone on wall after 10pm to check in then waited in hot lobby with drunks outside. Felt very unsafe. Will never stay again. Would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.
- Mike (2/5): - They sold my room and left me homeless
- Toynee (10/5): - Check-in was very easy and the young lady at the front desk have wonderful customer service. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and it was a decent location. I felt safe.
- Amanda (10/5): - Very clean and employees vwry nice
- Daniel (5/5): -
- Therese (6/5): It’s a clean and quiet place, but there is no break if you stay for an extended time, which is what they advertise. - Clean and quiet It’s too expensive for an extended stay. It’s advertised as being a lower price if you stay longer but it’s not.
- Porter (6/5): -
- Porter (10/5): -
- Porter (10/5): - Is really clean staff is nice a great location
- Melvin (8/5): -
- Teresita (4/5): - I reserved a room online, paid, got confirmation, however night stay told me it wasn't paid. Was told no invoice, nothing showed up on Expidia showing we had a room, but it did show on my end. She refused to let me pull it up to show her. We had to pay, again, for a room.If it was not so late and my mother just getting out of ER, I would NOT have even paid for another room. Also, no breakfast for a fancy and expensive place, just snacks.
- Tiffany (10/5): - I had the wrong impression about most of the staff May you were still wonderful
- Melvin (8/5): -
- William (8/5): Nice people nice place - Price was great room was clean plenty of parking Everything was fine
- Daniel (7/5): I like staying at this hotel, the price is not too bad and the staff friendly and considerate! - The lady at reception was very helpful, “ I think her name was Ty” A big deal in today’s climate, to treat your guests with respect and kindness! There was a bit of a funny smell in the room I was staying in, didn’t bother me too much. That is the only thing.
- Trinidad (8/5): Clean Room - Fast check in, the AC was very loud but the room was clean and there was a strange smell in room but it was from someone cooking in nearby room.
