Guest Reviews
- a (8/5): - Room was clean and everything worked Walls were thin, could hear the other rooms
- Kathleen (3/5): Ick. Crumbs on floor. Shabby bedding. Hair on pillow. Loud! - I found the location and listed price to be appealing. There's a big "ick" factor with this hotel. There's no one in the lobby so you have to call on a phone. Then, the person is behind solid plastic, which infers that the place is not safe. The room looked okay, but then I found crumbs on the floor in multiple places and there was an unfamiliar hair on my pillow case! Ew!! The floor was not even. The sheets were polyester and the blanket was paper thin. I was surrounded by the sounds of screaming children and barking dogs and yelling people and loud TVs, that even ear plugs didn't block. When I got to my eventual destination, I felt the need to shower. Next time, I'll happily pay double for a clean, safe-feeling hotel.

- Michael (2/5): I would have chosen another hotel if I knew how bad it was. - The location was pretty much the only positive about this hotel The hotel was dirty, staff seem bothered to help us from the check in process to resolving issues. I was given a room that was already occupied. The inside of the room was outdated and patched up.
- Gloria (7/5): -
- Thirupathi (2/5): - Room cleaning was good. I was very disappointed with my stay at this motel. There was no iron box or hair dryer in the room. When I asked the front desk, they mentioned the motel only has 2 iron boxes for nearly 120 rooms, which seems unreasonable. They promised to call me once one was available, but I never received a call. On top of that, the front desk staff, especially the lady working there, was very rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to customers. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
- Gideon (9/5): -
- Pedro (10/5): -
- Christopher (5/5): It okay for price point, would not recommend for the roaches. - For the most part it was quiet. Found 2 roaches in the bathroom.
- Sandra (10/5): - Great
- Alex (10/5): -
- Kathleen (3/5): Boring, uncomfortable, & not worth it. - The room/bathroom was clean. The cart to bring luggage in barely worked & also the hallways looked like a mental hospital. Furthermore I paid $10 for faster WiFi for the night and I couldn’t even use it because my YouTube video would not even load. I wasted $10 honestly. This hotel is worth $70 a night at most, there are $60- $100 hotels that are so much better. Also the stove top was broken (it’s also real fire which is unsafe). The front desk staff seems like they hate their job, they aren’t welcoming at all - I would have left as soon as I got there but there was no rooms anywhere so I was desperate.
- Juanita (4/5): - The hotel is not kept up and it's run down. Internet fails constantly. Facility and the upkeep of the appearance of the rooms are horrible. Nothing is fixed. Your expected to pay high price for a dump. Ifnyiu use affirm staff sows nor know how to use and make you pay.
- Tursi (5/5): -
- Chris (7/5): Overall great - Quite location quiet room comfortable warm Price could be a little better
- Roderic (1/5): Terrible - People was doing drugs, I never checked in or stayed there, please refund my payment, I will be filing further complaints, this should not even be a listing Drug use and half naked woman walking around
- Carley (5/5): Reasonable prices, you’re getting what you pay for. - Nice Staff, easy access from the highway, pet friendly, value isn’t bad, was quiet outside (inside not as much) and if you have a vehicle (small side road with no sidewalks) there is a nice variety of reasonably priced food options close by. Also a full fridge/freezer and microwave (which seems to be dwindling in hotels). 1. Discovered a cockroach running across the floor of my room, which according to staff is very normal.
2. There is a $55/ per pet non-refundable fee on top of the daily fee per pet and the incidental hold. I’m not sure what the non refundable pet fee is going towards because it surely isn’t extra cleaning…
3. If you plan to make use of the ‘kitchen’ make sure to bring, or stop and purchase, whatever you may need since purchasing items from the hotel isn’t an option.

- Isabella (1/5): I know it’s cheap, but don’t stay here lol. - Nothing Walked in. Checked in. Saw the room. Walked right out. Went elsewhere.
- Tiffany (7/5): Nice location for what I needed. Did NOT FEEL SAVE due to heater in room fire hazard - Close to where I need to be Looks like people lives here real long term
The heating unit in the room would not turn on
I checked the emergency breaker on the plug to rest it and noticed the socket in the room was burnt where the heater is plugged in in room 327 I don’t have any pictures but I’m sure it’s still like that. I unplugged it and called the front desk.
The front desk clerk just plugged the heating unit back in it still would not turn on. After several mins of hitting the buttons then heat turned on I asked him if it was a fire hazard and he said ha ha no
With concern that a fire may start I unplugged the heater I’d rather be cold then burnt.
- Vicente (10/5): Im comfortable and satisfied - Its my first time in penn so i dont have any comparison. Special mention to JV. Youre awesome sir! Thank you very much The tv… the remote dont work good.
- Savannah (8/5): -
- Anthony (3/5): - what breakfast? none served. staff member Carlos.
seemed a bit racist towards me, shouldn't be in that industry.
I would give this place a 7 or 8 if it wasn't for Carlos.
- Juan (10/5): -
- Eric (8/5): Great trip for me, everything I needed - Everything I needed to go snowboarding for the weekend People outside my room talking on the phone late at night (didn’t effect me since I was still up so I didn’t care)
- Pedraza (10/5): -
- Rivera (1/5): I will never book her again - The room I was assigned to had not hot water, there was roaches in the room, the elevator smelled like old urine, the room shower had hair all over it, it was disgusting I will never book her again and ended leaving and loosing my money. The room and roaches, not hot water and smelled like mold

- Bocchino (2/5): Worst stay - The fact I was given a 1st floor unit and my small dogs were permitted to stay with me. The staff were rude. They could never clarify the price i paid, they were advertised as extended stay but repeatedly told me they only offered daily pricing. I complained about the toilet not flushing to be told and shown how to flush the toilet. It was very insulting. In addition, the front desk made me withdraw cash and buy gift cards when I couldn't use my debit card. I've never had to deep clean my room. Take out my own trash or ask for towels at the front desk. I am disabled and was made to feel vulnerable and unsafe. I found a bug & showed the staff, they were more upset with me for complaining then surprised to see the bug. I brought my own pillow, blankets and was afraid to open my suitcases. A waste of time and money. I can't understand why I was charged a vagrant fee. I showed my valid driver's license with my address.
- Josue (1/5): COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. - COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE.

- Dawn (6/5): Comfortable stay for my needs - Convenience to stores and friendly staff. Good price
Full fridge, 2 burner stove and microwave. Pet friendly, which is huge!!!! Cockroaches in room. Clean other than that...people cook and probably don't clean up after themselves.
Fire alarm went off twice and had to wait for fire depth to come in middle of the night in Freezing cold.

- Wilma (10/5): - I love how clean the room is and comfortable the place makes you feel. To be honest the bed is a little uncomfortable making your back hurt. Other then that no other complain
- Suleyka (10/5): -
- Gabriela (6/5): - Not bad
- Shane (8/5): - Check in , check out no one bothers you
- Shane (8/5): - Good price , no issues

- Michael (2/5): - I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED. Booking this hotel was a severe and continuous lapse in my judgment. At first everything seemed alright. Room was smelly and fridge looked like someone spewed diarrHEA on it. After a few uncomfortable hours in the room, we ended up falling asleep around 10pm and then at about 12am I turned over in bed and saw a ROACH on my boyfriend’s chest. After we freaked out (as one does) we wanted to leave immediately. As we started to grab our things we saw ANOTHER COCKROACH in our bag. We again freaked tf out because why. We knew we had to accept defeat and leave our things behind. -10/10 experience never wanna even step foot into another hotel again. thanks for nothing ◡̈
- SIDEEQUAH (10/5): - Pet friendly Air worked
- CELESTINA (2/5): - Chipped paint, mildew in tub, beds are super hard and on metal frames.
- Emily (10/5): - A2esom3 staff and very clean
- Fairuz (9/5): -
- April (2/5): Beware! Do Not Stay Here! - The hotel was filthy and stand of marijuana. The first room they have use had roaches and a disgusting fridge. We then were given another room, within a half an hour of checking in the fire alarm went off and there was chaos. I checked out soon after.
- alexander (7/5): - Overall clean and nice. Bed was hard as a rock, back hurt every morning.
- mosulli78 (2/5): BEWARE!!!!! - Run...don't walk away from this place. The first thing we noticed coming into the room, was a bug on the bed. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the front desk, who's behind plexiglass. I told him there was a bug on the bed. He didn't seem surprised. He said he could give me a refund, but there were no other rooms. We had hungry, tired kids with us so decided to give it a chance. There was a rusty fridge in the room, old bars of soap in the shower, dirt in the corners and a chintzy blanket. We asked for extra pillow, the front office guy said there wasn't any extras available. We asked for a blanket and got an attitude.
The location is in a shady industrial area. There seems to be very blatant prostitution going on and a lot of young girls in the halls and parking lot. There's a shady vibe. Please beware.
- Ralph (1/5): Horrible - Nothing. The place was a dump. I’d ask for a refund if I could. Didn’t even spend the night. Roaches
- Lum (2/5): Traveler beware - Nothing Walls were paper thin. I could hear the guests in every room. The sheets and room were clean. However, there was mold growing on the bathroom walls and on the refrigerator. It was so noisy I almost slept in my car.
- Donna (4/5): Very disappointed - The traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. I will not ever stay there again. The location and truck noises.
- Jodi (1/5): Would not stay here. - The location was great Dirty/very poor amenities. Dirty hand prints on walls. Trash was full on a room that was assigned to us as clean. Cell phone and items left in drawer. Did not even stay the night.
- Linda (2/5): - The check in was horrible the people are their were all drunk the hotel stinks in the room their was roaches horrible horrible
- Wakilah (8/5): - The place is great for the price and if you are looking to stay for an extended period of time it’s worth the money.
- Juan (1/5): Refund - It was quite and restful for the most part The roachs I found in my room
- 704normanh (2/5): Cock roaches - Front desk clerk was polite and friendly.
Sadly the hotel was infested with cock roaches. I hate roaches. We left any bag that wouldn't seal in our vehicle.
We would have left but we had driven 10 hours and it was 3:00 am. We had no choice.
- Michael (10/5): - Its quiet, staff was pleasant .
Check in was easy
- Niara (2/5): -
- Shelly (10/5): -
- Eugene (9/5): -
- Janice (4/5): - Had to pay higher price than what the price was when reserving the room on Orbitz when I chose the option of "pay at property. "
Staff said "price has changed."
- Maria (8/5): -
- Artie (1/5): Roaches - Convenience to attractions Roaches
- Kleber R (2/5): Bad - Is you want stay and relax you Can to many people doing to many noice and you Can sleep in the night in the morning at 6:00 am kids cry and running arown in from on you door very bad im not recomendable for stay there .
- Delarosa (8/5): - I liked that there was a stove so i could cook. Made some pan fry ribeye's with portabella mushrooms. My fruend really liked the mushrooms. The bed looked like a big fold out bed. My side had some what felt like broken springs. A little uncomfortable.
