- Brock (4/5): I wouldn’t choose again. - The room had direct tv, full size fridge, and a stove. The bed was uncomfortable, bug in corner of room, stayed one night technically and checked out early the next day. Leaving one day unused. I only stayed put because my reservation was paid in full.

- Ashley (1/5): Me and my kids deserve a reimbursement - When I first got in the room I seen 3 dead cockroaches and then I got up in the middle of the night because the fire alarm went off I seen a big cockroach and I killed it the front desk lady that work there kept saying she heard me and my kids because we stayed above her she said this everyday I or me and my kids seen her then they wouldn’t let me book another stay at Woodspring hotel I have this hotel a lot of my money to even have to deal with all this and my daughter a minor seen a man getting sexual favors from some lady in his tan truck my daughter said she seen it happening that he had his light on in his tan truck my daughter shouldn’t have to see that type of stuff where she feels comfortable at and this older guy had tried to get on the elevator with my daughter and when she turned around didn’t get on he stopped like he was going to chase after her so she ran back to the room we was staying in I feel I should be reimbursed for this entire stay I was not satisfied the way me and my children was treated when we was staying here we had no where else to go at the time Dead cockroaches and drug dealers and people having sex in the parking lot and my minor child seen it

- Lori (6/5): - The location to Altoona and places to go The bed was uncomfortable small mattress and lopsided and there was a bug on the ceiling and the floors were dirty. The checkin guy was rude like I woke him up from something more important than the job at hand🙄

- Jackson (3/5): - Rooms was empty not homely beds are so small and uncomfortable, sink backed up and not enough pillows in room no comfort for long stay if stay a while
- Barry (8/5): - Room was cleaned, sheet's were stained eww. Shower curtain was same. Wi-Fi worked well, TV, stove top,full sized Refrigerator all worked as they should. For me bed was way soft but not bad, mostly quiet except the dog across the hall. Staff was excellent. Would definitely stay again if needed.

- Powley2 (1/5): Beware of dogs - Location was the only thing I liked My step son and his girl friend helped me move in. It was around 2-3am when I checked in I had an early meeting at 8am. I left in a hurry and returned at 2pm to find they hadn't left. An argument ensued the sheriff came. I was not responsible for any of the problems and wasn't even there at the time. But at the end of it all I was told to leave the property and received no refund for the other 6 days I had prepaid when I checked in. They also added two charges. $250 + 150 + 342 at check in. I was not told about any additional charges but only saw it after an alert came from my bank. The manager and sheriff did not charge me with anything. But I paid dearly total $792.00 for a one night stay is all I received. The manager said they do not give refunds. Your thoughts?

- Mark (2/5): - The worst hotel I have stayed in my 65 years of life. Where do I begin. The pictures lie. It’s falling apart and dirty. In bathroom fan was broken. Door broken. Floor tiles stuck to your feet and came up. For 5 people 2 towels. When we called to get more towels we’re told “Sorry we are closed call back in 2 hours” Only to be told that or “Oh I’m not working right now call me back in an hour”. She never was working. They have full kitchens but nothing that you can use to cook. The entire hotel reeks of smoke; both kinds. If you are reading this review please do not check yourself or your loved one’s in this hotel. If I was the head of Hotels.com I would delist them. I don’t complain much but this experience really should not go unnoticed.

- Jory (1/5): The worst experience I have ever had - BEWARE SCAM 10 minutes after check in and discovering black mold on my mattress they refused to refund me. Kept trying to say “they have new mattresses” which didn’t change the fact there was mold on the mattress. I stay in 25 hotels a year and this hotel is the definition of a scam and the worst hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

- Hill (9/5): Over all this place wasn't a bad accommodation. - The rooms were above expectations, they didn't tell me that the room came with a kitchenette, a full size , refrigerator, and the staff were very friendly, and accommodating. I even had a little trouble w my credit card and the lady at the front desk helped me for two day's, to get it correct, she was friendly, and patient. They even comped me a room for the night before I left. Thank you VERY MUCH Woodsprings for everything !! I highly recommend this place to anybody. It's more like a family motel, and not just a business..... The bed's could have been more comfortable... The one I had sucked

When asked if we can have a refund we were told rooms are non refundable! We had 3 rooms all were supposed to be on the same floor-- they were all on different floors-- key cards for 2 of our 3 rooms didn't work!

Room had asbestos tile on floor, no blanket on bed, AC barely worked, bed was a metal foldable temp bed you get on Amazon with just a mattress and no box spring, two pillows that I’m pretty sure are concrete in pillow cases and a folding chair in the corner. Bed bug protector on mattress told me that the hotel has treated for them in the past. It was awful. I may as well brought an air mattress and slept in the bed of the pick up because I would have rested better.

There was no USB port for phone charging. There was only an overhead light, no lamp. It also smelled strongly of stale tobacco, as did the hallway. It made me think of a halfway house.

- Kendra (2/5): Not what I was expecting. Should of chose another place. Pictures are misleading - The location was nice not near a lot of traffic It was equipped with a full kitchenette. Someone set off the fire alarms at 6:30am. I was up till midnight due to being at a concert at the fair and had to drive back to Kansas the day after the concert so I was gonna sleep till 8a but that ruined it. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. You couldn’t turn over without waking up the other people in the room. The tv stopped working. I was excepting a nice place for paying $169 a night. The beds were double not queen. The place didn’t have a clean fresh vibe. Seemed icky

- Kaitlynn (2/5): Would Not Recommend - The hotel does not look like the given photos. It has a very rundown old apartment vibe. Lots of cracks in the wall, the lights flickered. The beds are very small. The fire alarms went off at 6 A.M. Someone tried to come in and clean our room prior to us checking out, thank god the dead bolt was locked because he used his card to come right in. He tried to come in at 10:10 and woke us up for the day when checkout wasn’t until 11:00. It is definitely not worth the price. This hotel would be an okay $60-70/night hotel. Although, for $170/night I expected something not so sketchy.

There was no hair dryer- no coffee pot- no disposable cups or plastic glasses. The beds were basic thin mattresses on metal frames with worn-out bedding. Cleanliness was ok. Many of the people staying here were longer term renters.
