Guest Reviews
- April (10/5): - Nice safe location and cost for one night.
- Ashley (8/5): Good - Good
- Jasmine (9/5): Good overall - Had almost everything you need Kitchenware was not included and hard to find
- Darryl (7/5): I had a good brief stay with breakfast. - Customer service was polite The smell
- Woods (10/5): -
- Ashley (8/5): Good stay - Nice staff clean room Right next to a stair well and people slamming door at 4 am
- Brianna (10/5): -
- Dominic (8/5): -
- Scott (1/5): Sleepless beside the Interstate - Clean room. Acceptable bed and Television. Front Man was nice. Whoever decided the place to put a building for sleeping in the emergency lane of 1-80 should be tested for mental incompetence. I had a 3rd floor highway facing room and heard every truck, et al that went East all night long. I literally did not sleep. It was the most miserable hotel experience I have ever had and I have been in and out of dozens of them over the last 18 years all over the United States. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE who cannot get a first floor, or back side room preferable I am guessing on a lower floor. What is the deal with not having a key drop in the lobby for guests checking out before 9:00 am? I had to wedge my door keys in the crevice in order to leave them as I could find no other way, didn't want to just throw them in the trash, and wasn't going to go all the way back up to the room to leave them there. Absolute disaster.
- Estela (9/5): GOOD - everything GOOD! had to pay for linens and towels to be changed. They only change towels and linens every 2 weeks....
- Robinson (10/5): - The whole thing Not much at all lol
- Elizabeth (7/5): -
- Gourav (3/5): -
- Candus (5/5): -
- Daniel (2/5): More a fault of booking.com - Nothing Through booking.com the pet policy is unclear. This location does NOT allow cats. (Which was definitely a problem for us). The front desk was only open from 9 am to 10 pm. Booking.com should specify that this location is more for weekly or long term residents. Not one or two nights. Wash cloths smelled of mold and mildew. The bed was more like a prison bed than an actual one. Water stains on everything.
- Tomas (8/5): Great place to stay while you're away, from two weeks to just a day - Perfect fit for what I needed All was acceptable
- Lisa (2/5): It was the only available room in town and it was NOT worth the $90+ dollars; was the type of place you’d expect to pay - The staff was helpful It is a dump—and the cops were leaving the property when I arrived at 10:30 pm—the sketchy stuff happening in the parking lot was definitely concerning. The room was functional, but the bed was so uninviting that I slept in my sweats.
- Jon (8/5): -
- Rhonda (10/5): - How quiet it was
- Tyler Parran (10/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): Great -
- Gray (3/5): Trashy people staying there. - Price Other guests staying there were sketchy, no ice machine, no night stand on both sides of bed, no in-room coffee maker, um comfortable with people staying there (really questionable looking) hanging around outside of property smoking and being loud.
- 515damarisg (2/5): Unsanitary, Smoky, and Unsafe – A Terrible Stay - We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt unclean and unwelcoming. The room itself was dirty, the beds were not properly cleaned, and there was hair everywhere, including pet hair and human hair.
What made matters worse was the overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the property. Despite a sign clearly stating “No Smoking Within 25 Feet,” several people were smoking directly at the entrance, making it impossible to avoid. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with a young girl who requires oxygen.
We seriously considered not staying at all due to the conditions, and regret that we did. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Mel (9/5): Superb - Nothing really only complaint would be the people above us sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling
- Samiulhaq (1/5): Bad - Nothing i did not like anything smell very bad the worst bed
- Tammy (8/5): - It was a pretty nice day.I just didn't like the fact that I had to pay three dollars to get my towels changed when I'll stand up for a week
- Jermaine (10/5): - Woodspring suite is hands down by far The cleanest and staff friendly hotel I have ever stayed. Between my travels starting in Miami to Orlando Savannah Georgia Atlanta and beyond. I guarantee along with the great prices and accommodations you would not be disappointed.
- Jermaine (10/5): - Extremely nice staff eager to help and assist with guests needs. Beware of outside Internet charges, it is not included with reservation bill. I would personally give Woodsprings Suites 4 out of 5 stars. .
- Jermaine (10/5): - Staff was extremely friendly.
- Kristina (2/5): - Stayed at this location for a few months. Staff was very rude. Did not want to give clean sheets when something spilled because it wasn’t cleaning day… Very unhappy and will not be sending any more of my staff to the WoodSpring locations.
- Kristina (2/5): - Never again
- Ronrico (9/5): Superb -
- Edward (4/5): Disappointing - Our confirmed reservation for a smoking room was not honored. There is no ice machine on the premises. There was no kleenex in the room.
- Teak (10/5): - Good
- Goforth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melodie (7/5): Good - Late night checkin No coffee maker in room
- Stephen (4/5): - For $100.00 a night and there’s no lobby area, no lamps, no shampoo, no breakfast, no hair dryer, very stark room is unacceptable in this day and age. Will never stay there again.
You have one chance to impress your guests.
- Trust (8/5): Very good - Noisy loud privileged, entitled loud, obtrusive, for 2 weekends straight, extremely, loud deep bass speaker from 6pm till 3am loud music then banging objects against wall, unacceptable, sleep deprivation, anxiety, stress, reported it several times, people like that should be put out, not justified, sugar coated, basically held accountable, and yes considering how long it was facilitated I feel a free days of stay is warranted and they should be put out? Tennenets allowed in 424 allowed to constantly distutb keep me up till 3amoud music for 2 weekends straight, they should be put out
- Isaiah (2/5): - Cockroach 😤
- Christina (5/5): It was a basic room and fine for one night. - It was clean and fine for a night. A bit noisy. Room was basic. Beds could have been more comfortable. Linens on bed were skimpy.
- Tae (8/5): - Decent
- Chris (4/5): - This is not really a hotel. It’s a weekly/monthly kind of place. There are no amenities, front desk is “on call”. You are charged in advance and locked out if your stay is longer than a week (they can only charge one week ant a time in andvance) until you go in and pay in advance for more time. Everyone is nice enough…and it is what it is…just isn’t a hotel
- Debbie (5/5): It was ok but didnt feel safe. They noted to take your valuables out of your car. - Location was fine. Place was clean. No extra pillows. No breakfast. Noisy at 5am and woke me up.Bed wasnt comfortable. Didnt know it was extended stay motel. Nobody up at front desk all night. Didnt feel safe.
- john (10/5): - it was convenient and close to where we had competion
- Irasema (2/5): No good - Roomnservice only 2 times a month and we have to throw trash out and for the price they charge for linenens and pots and pans never again will i ever be back there
- Monica (4/5): - Bathtub, toilet were dirty. Staff came by the room knocking and hour before checkout, to make sure we were leaving, when I went to check out, the staff wasn't available, definitely not impressed with the property and the service
- John (7/5): Good - Open bed frames, kitchenette Dogs and or kids romping in the room above us unsupervised until 11:30pm.
- Harvey (4/5): - The room floor was filthy and sticky.
- Steven (7/5): Good -
- Michael (3/5): Poor -
- Deborah (4/5): Disappointing -
- Melody (9/5): Good price for what we needed - We will be using it again . It worked for what we needed and needed to bring my dog.. I didn't realize I booked a smoking room and that smoking smelling hallway but my husband smokes so he didn't mind b. But next time I will reserve smoke free floor
- Majella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (4/5): Cleanliness Was Unsafe for Habitation - Service from the front desk was good. Cleanliness was mediocre in the common areas. Cleanliness in the room was unsafe: dirt, mold, mildew, grime.
- Michael (4/5): Cleanliness Was Bad - Service from the front desk was good. Cleanliness was mediocre in the common areas. Cleanliness in the room was unsafe: dirt, mold, mildew, grime. Bad smell throughout.
- Betty (4/5): - Location is convenient, close to ⛽️, food, and Walmart. Had to complain about the smell of someone smoking wee, but the management took care of it.
- Honey (8/5): Prefect! staff is awesome ! Very accommodating - How small the bed was.. more pillows
- Jean (8/5): - Nothing fancy, but satisfies basic needs.
- Sullivan (2/5): Very poor -
- Devyn (4/5): - It was very cheap to stay there but it felt very unsafe and wreaked of cigarette smoke and weed. Someone woke us up at 3am honking on and off for 15 minutes.
- adam (2/5): - One of my worst hotel experiences ever. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to check in. Called from phone in lobbu several times and no answer. Finally called the number online to wake up the extremely crabby front desk person. She charged me for the room after I told her that I already paid on website. The beds were jailhouse type. Shower barly worked and they don't provide soap or shampoo.
- Jo (1/5): Bad - The facility does not accept all pets only dogs.
- Tukuikama (10/5): Was super - Everything was wonderful Nothing
- Laguna (10/5): Exceptional -

- Sheldon (4/5): Disappointing - It was pet friendly Bed was terrible and somebody sat in the parking lot all night making car noises and playing there bass speakers
- Jeanmarie (9/5): Superb -
- Nena (3/5): Not good even for a budget price - Location and friendly receptionist. Flooring was wood and looked new. Bed was a fold out metal frame with a thin mattress. Bathroom only had a bar of soap, no shampoo. Walls were so thin it seemed like there were people in my own room.
- Shannon (10/5): Fantastic job - Friendly staff and very clean rooms. N/A
- Robinson (7/5): Good -
- Robinson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Candace (2/5): - I was checked out by staff before my checkout time i was billed for 2 days and only stayed 1.
- Joshua (8/5): Low cost, great option if you have to stay for a while. - Great price. The refrigerator and freezer were full size. The electric stove and vent hood worked well, there was plenty of space in the room, the bathroom was large and comfortable. Cable TV was included and the included Wi-Fi was reliable worked well. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have enough employees so if you need anything from someone that works there (checking in, checking out, keycard needs to be reprogrammed, etc.) it will take a while for somebody to come to the front desk. The people that work there are very helpful and friendly, they just seem understaffed.
- Pascal (5/5): Passable -
- ricksF4134WZ (2/5): Lied about bed size, very cheap bed frames and mattresses!!! - Without a doubt this was definitely the worse hotel experience my wife and I have ever had!!!! Wish I could give negative stars rating!!! Bed was supposed tobe a king size and ended up a twin!! When we asked for a refund they totally argued with us. We were not even unpacked!!!!
- Crystal (3/5): Poor -
- Pamela (10/5): Loved it - Everything was awesome Nothing everything was awesome
- Anonymous (10/5): I will most definitely stay there again!!! - Great staff!!! They were very helpful. Shad was my absolute favorite. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel, the amenities, and made sure my stay was very pleasant. They don’t have a lot of riff raff in there either…mainly workers. Very quiet. Shad deserves a raise. The $3.25 soft drinks.

- Lawrence (6/5): - I felt somewhat unsafe located in dark industrial area. Dinning nearby very limited.
- Tammy (1/5): Sucks - Service sucks and pictures do not look like what you walk in to I will never stay there again
- Bee (1/5): I need a refund - It was the cheapest room I could find and that’s the only thing. Hello there I hope your doing well. I apologize for this email because I have to inform you of a traumatic situation I encountered at a hotel that's is owed through choice hotels. I do want to say before I explain that I have booked through your choice hotels plenty of times and I always have had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately this last stay I had a very traumatizing experience. I booked a room for a week through a 3rd party and I am trying to work on getting the refund for that. I have the understanding thats who I'm responsible in contacting to get my refund I just felt it necessary to share this with you. The Fri, sat and Sun I stayed in the room I woke up with bites on my arms and legs and certain areas of my stomach that may have been exposed while sleeping, new bites appeared every morning so I didn't stay Mon night but I returned to the room to do some work. My computer was set up there, I sat on the bed for a about 10 minutes and felt a pinch or bite on my left arm close to my elbow. I immediately got off the bed and started to strip it of its sheets one by one looking to see what had bit me. I had a raised red mark that immediately was itchy. As I continued to remove the blankets and sheets I also unzipped the bed slip and examined the mattress. As I reached the head of the mattress I noticed a small black bug which I identified to be a bed bug. Without thinking I immediately reach to smush the bug and kill it. Blood was smeared on the mattress where the bug was killed. I immediately gathered my belongings and went to the front desk to inform them. Tina who was the general manager on site followed me up to the room to look through it's herself. As I show her the bites of my arm and show her the exact spot I killed the bug she seen the bloodstain but immediately stated she did not see any evidence that would indicate a bed bug infestation. As we headed back to the front desk I had all the cards for the door and receipt that I handed.
- Gale (6/5): Staff was nicev - Close to highway Bed was terrible
- Kyungu (7/5): My stay was fair - Nicely located near downtown Staff not always present at the front desk
Key cards deactivated all the time
