Guest Reviews
- Sojourna (8/5): - Nice people... Close to the shopping, restaurant areas...
- Shawn (2/5): - Didn’t get my refund didn’t get my room
- Brad (4/5): Terrible first Stay - Waited 30+ minutes to get checked in. Had to take a shower last night and this morning with no hot water!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): No thanks - Bathroom was disgusting. Tub was dirty, sower didn’t work. Unexpected and undisclosed $100 deposit required upon check-in. Room smelled like old ramen.
- Jimmy (6/5): - I did have a late check in but my room wasn’t clean and was missing wash cloths and towels. Not sure if it had been completely cleaned or not. Maybe they just forgot the bathroom linen. Things happen sometimes but it could have been a little cleaner.
- Toshimasa (6/5): - It was a shame there was no ice machine.
I was concerned about the loud footsteps, as it seemed that there were pets in the room upstairs.
- Allen (2/5): - They didn’t let me check in my room and kept my money
- Barry (10/5): - The divine feminine that was in charge! They definitely make that business operating system they run a tight ship! And they are very easy on the eyes!!
- Isabella Blue (10/5): Excellent stay! - Very friendly staff and very hospitable. Made sure that we got checked in quickly and efficiently and made sure that we had everything that we needed
- Savannah (10/5): - I always enjoy staying here. Majority of the time it’s quiet and not loud like some hotels are. Staff are nice.
- Kenneth (10/5): - The staff went above and beyond to try to take care of my needs. The only problem that I had was with the Expedia site. The site told me that there was cookware, dishes, etc available at this location. These items were available, but for a daily rate. It was cheaper to buy what I needed. The staff gave me linens and towels when I needed them .Having a laundry room on site was very helpful. When I return to see my family I will use this location. Very covienient location, and many options for your needs.
- Fernando (2/5): The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid it - I booked this hotel through the Hotels app for a few hours of rest. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was arguing with guests, and shortly after, five police officers showed up, definitely not a welcoming scene.
While trying to check in, she attempted to charge me again for the room and asked for a deposit. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay, but she still overcharged me. When I pointed it out, she adjusted the amount but was reluctant to provide a receipt, making me feel like my money was lost.
In the end, I paid through the app, paid again at check-in, and only received a partial refund from the $100 deposit. I ended up paying twice, making this short stay more expensive than a Hilton for just five hours of rest.
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.
- Broc (10/5): - The baby slept soundly until 8am. A new PR
- Darren (2/5): - It book Wrong hotel
- Ashley (8/5): - Friendly staff, quiet the only non factors is the beds are small and you have to pay for linen
- sheila (6/5): - It was near restaurants
- Rhoda (4/5): - I was going to leave a great review. The room was great but I got up this morning to take a shower before hitting the road and it didn’t work. There was no one on the property to help or contact about the issue. I prepaid for the room and was told after I arrived that I had to also pay a deposit. I didn’t mind but I felt it should’ve been known beforehand. What if I didn’t have it to pay. I would have lost the money I paid and couldn’t get back for 7-10 days..
- Matthew (2/5): Never again - This hotel is awful. They gave away two of our friends rooms even though they had reservations. The staff was rude and not helpful. And even though we paid in advance they gave away our rooms as we were at a funeral and didn't check in until 8:00 p.m.
- Xavier (10/5): - Staff is wonderful they give there all to make sure your stay is nice & pleasant. Highly recommend staying here 10/10
- Keith (2/5): - The Room smelled bad …the whole hotel smells bad ..the bed was terrible..very small
- Canary (4/5): - It's ok
- Casey (4/5): - It did not have a cart to take luggage to your room. The staff was very nice.
- Kevin (10/5): - Everything was fine
- Tracey (10/5): Wonderful Service - Was misplaced due to residential property not ready and the staff was very nice to me my aunt and our service dog a German shepherd we are so thankful for this establishment
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very comfortable stay, very peaceful.
- Payton (8/5): - Nice staff
- LaWanda (10/5): Nice and Clean - Hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly.
- Latoya (10/5): - I really like the property and felt very safe.
- Michael (2/5): - I tried to check in late as I did not get to the hotel until 1:30 at night. Two people hanging around the lobby door outside walking in circles coming in and out. The lobby was closed so as directed on the lobby wall, I called the night manager. Extended Stay national answered after several minutes and called the night manager while I was on hold. I was then told that the night manager refused to come to the hotel to check in guests after midnight because they felt unsafe. So I was denied check in and had to look for another hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.
- Dana (4/5): Would not recommend - Was very uneasy during the stay. The smell of weed permeated everything. No lobby area was set up. Had to be buzzed in to check in. No toilet paper in bathrooms, only one towel and washcloth each bathroom. The sheets were not clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Refrigerator made noise, needed extra pillows, but we didn't ask. Smelled pot smoking on our floor and the first floor.
- Michelle (2/5): Never again due to ***hole smokers - Checkin girl was nice, then we got into the front hallway and elevator. Smelled like pot. Got off on our floor, smelled like cigarette smoke. Only reason we stayed was our room was ok. Till we crawled into bed. The brown blanket between the 2 sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. The icing on top of this awful stay was in the morning, our bathroom smelled like pot!!!!! I know its difficult for a hotel with no management or authority on site to enforce the no smoking policy, and sorry your cant do so, because we wont be staying there when we travel through.
- Annie (6/5): - The bed was uncomfortable and too little. The shower head barely had water coming out.
- Corey (10/5): - When we arrived the front desk clerk shutting down. A vehicle struck AT&T infrastructure, the had no phones, internet. Wireless devices were down to one bar and very slow data. I showed her my reservation confirmation and she let us check in the old fashion way. She was very polite, even upgraded our room for free.
- Shaketta (10/5): 5 star - Everything was very nice except our shower didn’t have a shower head and a cabinet was missing a drawer and the fridge wa skins of dirty on the side but other than that, everything else was great. I wouldn’t mind staying again. Everything was perfect.
- Chrishana (6/5): - Toilet was nasty with dirty spots, the bed frame was bigger than the actual mattress. There were no bed pillows, there were no trash bins in the room. Also the cover on the bed didn’t have a good smell to them.
The man at the front desk lied and said there weren’t any rooms until I showed him that online it say they had plenty. He just didn’t want to do the work and get me into the room. I had to book a room on my phone right then in order for him to give me a room
- Tony (2/5): - Floor hadn’t been swept. Mold in the shower. Rusty refrigerator. Bed was really small.
- Antonio (2/5): - It was clean but the bed is too small I can't believe a hotel actually have bunk bed and small springs
- Meghan (6/5): Not Clean - Room was not clean. No tables/countertops wiped off. And the floor was not swept or mopped. Toilet wasn’t clean. There was a hair left on the toilet seat. Attendant was very nice and tried to help, but the cleaning staff did barely anything. Hoping they at least changed the sheets. Who knows.
- Heather (6/5): - No garbage can in my room , not clean , no tv remote
- Francessca (4/5): Sad - Was not clean
- Chrishana (10/5): - No access to plastic ware
- Ruth (2/5): - This place is basically an apartment complex. The bedspread had cigarette burns and stains on it. The blanket was gross. The toilet paper holder was broken and the tank on the toilet bowl wasn't even the size of the toilet. This place shouldn't be rented as a motel. We didn't even spend the night. We walked into the room and walked right back out and left the premises. I am sure no management person would want any family member staying there. Discussing that they take your money under these circumstances.
- Mary (8/5): 2Thumbs Up - Just shared one night , but it was nice
- robert (4/5): Don't stay here - The walls had grease on them, shower didn't work bathroom door had holes on both sides
- Alexis (6/5): I’M NOT USE TO HOTELS LIKE THIS !!! - The experience was horrible! First, the hotel rooms look like an old dormitory. The toilet was coming out of the floor and it look like they tried to repair instead of replacing it. The key to my room stopped working for some odd reason after being gone only 3 hours but it worked to get inside the hotel. On top of that, the person at the front desk was NEVER there so I had to wait for 30 minutes to check in and reactivate my key. Also, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. The place itself was clean but their were just certain small discrepancies, for instance one night during our stay the fire alarm went off twice during the night. Other than that there were not major issues.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Upon arrival the manager told us that he didn’t have a room for us at all even though I had an email confirmation showing that I had paid for a room and received no money back from him nor Expedia!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The linen was clean. Floor needed sweeping and mopping. Counters and fridge were not cleaned. Didn’t use fridge. But good thing i brought my disinfectant wipes and things. It wasn’t too bad but it definitely could’ve been cleaned better. It was eye sight uncleanliness... But the service was great. They were very nice.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Old and dirty
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room i stayed in was run down... Had a cot instead of a real bed... Stale smelling
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I did not like the size of the bed and the emptiness of the room. My room needed toiletries and other things .
- Nicole (6/5): - The hotel is just okay. Did not care
- Mariska (2/5): Horrible - Horrible stay. I've stayed at 100+ hotels and this one is the worst. No customer service and literally NOTHING comes with the room. No towels coffee pot ect. THEY MAKE YOU TAKE OUT YOUR OWN TRASH. would never stay again.
- Jay (2/5): - The only thing I liked was the outside of the hotel and the customer service of the front desk clerk. I did not like that the room did not reflect what was shown online. It had a stale odor, dirty sheets, no tissue in bathroom, and the tub was a tinted color.
- Lu (6/5): - You get what you psy for....bathroom tub was nasty. There wasn't a shower curtain. You only get new linens if you pay extra. The furniture is very outdated!
- Romel (4/5): - I didn’t stay at this hotel. Waiting on my money to be refunded back to my card.
- Charles (6/5): - Pretty much a bare bones facility that's barely above a Motel 6. You get a clean but worn bedroom and bathroom. It did have a kitchenette but a utility package for the kitchenette was sold at the front desk for $20.
Front desk closes at 6pm(?) on Saturday via a metal roll up/down security barrier and if you need assistance after closing there's a phone on the wall with a contact number.
- Jean (4/5): - If you are having to live out of town for work it is fine but not for a vacation. Online the place was presented as a suite with a kitchen living area etc. However there was no living area the kitchen was nice and had a dining table with 2 chairs. There was only a full size bed that was very uncomfortable. The room was clean. They only supplied you with one bar of soap for both handwashing and bathing. I requested a hair dryer and coffeemaker for the room and neither were available. I had to go buy items in order to stay. I was not at all impressed. Ive stayed in motel rooms bigger than this "suite". It was my first and last time staying at this facility.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Wont be staying again - The only positive here was the staff, they were always helpful and friendly no matter the time of day. Now that is the only positive. I had read other reviews about bad things but this was my second time here and the first time wasn't so bad, so I gave it another try. They have went downhill! The smell of the hotel as soon as you walk in is that of smoking (and it's NOT cigarettes), a smell which flows throughout the ENTIRE building. Next was being given the wrong room key on check in to someone else's room, which was a major security fear! It also doesn't help that people would stay outside all times of the night smoking and drinking around your car. Lastly was the roaches. About three nights before leaving they started to appear in our room, from the bathroom to beside the bed. Other than regular eating we didn't leave food out or on the ground, nor did we cook in the room so we had no idea where they came from! All in all I wouldn't recommend staying here, and definitely wont be staying again.
- Aaron (2/5): Stay away! - The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - outside building looks good the rooms are bad with Roaches and stained dirty sticky carpet.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Did not have non-smoking room as reserved, room wasn’t ready, had to make up our own beds, bathtub drain was clogged, took 20 minutes to check in.
- Dirk (8/5): Affordable longer term stay - In town for business for 12 days. Comfortable, good rate. Kitchen set up in the room was a nice option. WiFi was an extra charge.
- Audrianna (10/5): - It was amazing and to get a kitchen with the room wasnt expensive at all
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not satisfied.....................................
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room had roaches. I did let the front desk know. They said someone would spray. I left and came back and was assured the room was sprayed. I saw 2 more roaches 1 of which I was able to kill.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The bed wasn’t comfortable an pillows were too flat & I couldn’t sleep well. They called the day before I was leaving to tell me my room wasn’t non smacking. They fixed it the next day but it was frustrating to handle.
- Richard (2/5): Horrible - I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. This hotel has roaches. The staff is very unprofessional. Only one staff member was on top of everything. Her name is Jennifer.
- Destinee (4/5): - Customer service was wonderful!! But the downfall was the room was full of roaches.
- Courtney (6/5): Not going back - I booked the room for two adults, yet they only gave me one set of towels. We also only had two pillows, which were completely flat, as if they weren't even there. When I asked the last at the counter the first day I arrived for extra she said they would bring them up. They never did, even after I went back and asked twice more. When I asked the cleaning lady in the hallway for extra she told me I'd have to talk to the front desk, who said they'd bring them and never did. Had to go and buy towels for the room. Not to mention the musty smell in the room and the hot water not working properly.
- Stephanie Kelly (2/5): Waste of money - Locked out slept in car
- Shay (8/5): Very Comfy & Secured ! - My Stay Was Very Comfy. Love The Key Accessed Doors Anybody Can’t Walk In At Anytime . Very Clean Besides Others Hair On Towels .
- Melonie (10/5): Great Area close to VA Home - I enjoyed my stay. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, but ok. Staff was nice, People above me made too much noise. Snake alarms went off twice, along with tornado warnings, but I know I was safe. Thanks!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - My room was not cleaned well. The smoke alarms would go off every night and wake me up. Strobes and alarms. The shower head in in the middle of the tub. And the mattress was very uncomfortable and old. Seemed like all the hardware and furniture was coming apart.
The air conditioning wires were on the floor with yellow wire nuts on them. Exposed for anyone to hit with there feet.
- Mitchell (4/5): - First night no hot water. No remote control for tv. I got moved to another room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap isn’t always best - The room was creepy. It really wasn’t worth the stay. The beds are horrible and springy . Neighbors could hear Any little movement in your room , including getting out the bed and going to the restroom. The TVs have poor reception and it really isn’t worth the money . Might as well pay $20 more and stay somewhere else. At least you’ll have breakfast and a somewhat good nights rest. I expected more especially when this “hotel” hasn’t even been up for even 3 years. New management and remodeling needs to be done .
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall decent stay and area for price - Outside was clean, staff and guests were friendly, upon entering room there were 2 insects in the corner and dust, mattress needs to be replaced
- Verified traveler (2/5): Business - Not friendly staffs. I forgot my ipad in a room and I call them they still have it when I went to pick it up my iPad it disappear.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Entire 4th floor was occupied by pot smokers. The stench was horrendous. Ended up checking out after three days then they tried to stiff me on my refund
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good price and comfortable - Hotel was clean and room was fine. Staff was friendly they called to make sure we had everything we needed when we got there. I wish they had breakfast but rooms are set up nice and air works great
- al (6/5): After hours check in a bit challenging - Arrived after 2 am and could not get anyone answer on the house phone, so slept in my car until they opened next day. I understand people cant wait around for guests to arrive but there has to be a better way of checking in without waking people up at all hours of the night.
Room clean but carpet felt dirty and if you look at the bottom of your feet after walking around there is the proof. Also they only provide maid service once every other Tuesday for some reason (that’s a long time to wait for your trash to be picked up)
- Aengus Marben (10/5): a great hotel - it was awesome the staff were helpful and accommodated my needs
- Verified traveler (6/5): - good for the price!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here!!! - Check in took 30 minutes because no one was there. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The beds had terrible pillows and mattresses which were super uncomfortable.
- gart (2/5): Spoiled my little girls birthday because of bugs - It wasn’t very good my six year old was very hurt by the roaches crawling every where when night fell.
