Guest Reviews
- Alejandro (2/5): - Facility is older. Odor of mari
- Tony (2/5): - The place was acquired because we had been on the road all week and wanted a place to relax ,cook a home cooked meal and watch football Saturday and Sunday. Everything would have been fine until the roach invasion at 11pm at night. We packed up in the middle of the night on the 1st night, slept in the truck
- Julien (8/5): - It was fine. I’ve stayed here before. They just need to update the rooms but other than that it’s fine
- Cynthia (10/5): Larger bed - Everything was great the bed was just to small.
- Lydia (2/5): Yuck: stripper bar adjacent - Holes in walls, dirty, people doing drugs, walked in and walked right back out.
- Danyar (6/5): - Average
- Julien (8/5): Its Decent - This is a decent place overall. The room had a full kitchen, but there were no pots, plates, or utensils provided for cooking or eating, which was a bit inconvenient. During my stay, there wasn’t a deposit required.
The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the bed felt pretty thin—though after a long day, it was comfortable enough. The hallways and common areas often smelled like burnt popcorn and cigars, which wasn’t ideal but tolerable.
That said, for the price, it was okay. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here, but if I needed a place again, I’d consider it.
- Jorge (8/5): - No one overnight working
- Krystal (10/5): - I always have a good experience at this hotel no complaints. Just somewhere to lay my head while I’m on business for the price.
- Amenra (2/5): Will not be staying again - There were roach droppings in the photo frame. The fridge looked like they killed roaches all over it. The beds look like cots. The lock was not working when I arrived.I was relocated to another room but it didn’t change my opinion about the appearance.
- Jimmy (10/5): - My go to hotel not expensive for a quick visit
- Krystal (10/5): - Love it
- Larry (4/5): My softball weekend - After making my reservation through Hotels. Com, i had trouble finding the direct number to the hotel. I had to go back through Hotels.com. The bed was metal with a very uncomfortable mattress and no cleaning crew changed out our bath towels.
- Derrick (10/5): - Property was very nice and room had everything needed for an extended stay.
- Roy (2/5): Waiting for refund - After speaking with Ken about checking in, he informed us he had no rooms available. No fault to him, he said he had no housekeepers to get rooms ready. I asked for a refund and he stated he could not refund me my money because I went through a 3rd party, which is Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and chated with an agent who said he has to verify with Ken before he could refund my money. We were unable to stay at this hotel and I was forced to book another. As of today I have still not received any refund.
- Cristin (2/5): Don’t Do It! - The first thing I was told on arrival was if I wanted to see the room. Never in my life have I been asked that! I was told because the room looks nothing like online and she was right! The room had crumbs and dirty footprints on the bed and people were living out of the room next door. We decided not to stay after seeing this and paid twice as much somewhere else and they are refusing to refund me my payment they took prior to arrival! DO NOT BOOK THIS hotel!
- Fto (10/5): - Good
- JessicaBraids (8/5): - It’s ok it not much around
- James (4/5): - The room, hallways, elevator, front area, etc haven't been cleaned in months and haven't been updated in years. The room had weird stuff on the walls and the furniture and fixtures were literally falling apart.
The lady at the front desk was really nice, though.
- John (2/5): Run. Away. - My 16 year-old dubbed this the Crack Shack. Although the person at the front desk was very nice, the place was a mess. This was one of several Hotels.com bookings where there were apparently permanent residents at the hotel -- some kind of government subsidy thing, it appears, because they don't seem to be employed. They just hang around the exits and lobby all day.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Definitely not like home, but it served it purpose for the day.
- Ashley (2/5): - Smelled of marijuana, dirty dingy walls and furniture.Do not recommend at all.
- Krystal (8/5): - Nice stay
- Andrell (2/5): Horrible! - The hotel looked nothing like the pictures, the lobby smelled and elevator did as well…keys would not work to room sinks were stained ceiling leaking window broken microwave dirty inside shower stained bed made sloppily was scared to sit down in room ..very dirty ! Only stayed 2 hours and did not return would actually love a refund !
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The whole stay, I had no hot water. I could not relax in shower or tub. Other than that it was good.
- Jhomayri (2/5): - No es como se muestra en la foto
