She switched our rooms up a few times to make sure we were comf - Stove and fridge Need updates really bad and my room was dirty . Room was trash . Lady at front desk was helping to make sure we were accommodated. Changed the room a few times. She deserves some recognition for her patience and also her professionalism that was up kept while dealing with this situation. I really appreciate her act of kindness. I don’t remember her name . She is an African American woman with a nice wedding ring on her finger . Thank you very much

Fizemos a reserva pela plataforma e ao tentar fazer o check in fomos informados que o sistema estava fora do ar e que o hotel iria cancelar nossa reserva porque não tinha mais quarto de 2 camas disponível. Foi um fim de semana de muitos eventos em Orlando, então foi provavelmente overbooking. A funcionária da recepção parecia drogada e não conseguia explicar a situação, estava sem raciocinio logico. Um cliente estava saindo do hotel recomendando que fossemos para outro local, que ali não era apropriado para família com crianças. Tudo muito estranho. Viajei mais 2 horas para achar uma pernoite em Tampa.

• Catrina (3/5): - Loved the location. It was right infront of a Dutch Bros and really close to E Colonial There were roaches, cops showed up when we got into the room on behalf of another tenant, and the TV was left on in the room when we showed up. Also, the room had a weird smell as well.

• Katie (2/5): GROSS - Easy check out. I was not supplied with any towels. I was given 2 wash clothes. I was in the shower naked ready to dry off and NOTHING. They dont offer plates silverware cups. I have stayed at extended stays many time many cities this was hands down the worse. No one at desk when I checked out she said just throw key on the desk.
• Jessica (5/5): - There was some really sweet and nice staff but there was one that wasn't really friendly with every interaction, but the rest were sweethearts. They don't switch out towels or come to clean any of the rooms periodically, although i saw the cleaning carts daily then the fire alarm woke us up early morning and not one staff member was there to make sure ppl were out of the building.

• Mariane (1/5): - Horrible. The main office is so tight and uninviting The entire place smells like cigarettes or else. The bedroom blinders allowed light from outside. There was a constant noise from the streets throughout the night.

• Tiago (1/5): Uma estadia horrível e inaceitável, marcada por cheiro insuportável de mofo, que nos impediu de usar o quarto e nos obri - Nada Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel foi péssima. Desde a chegada, já era possível sentir um cheiro extremamente forte e desagradável, principalmente nos corredores, algo que remetia claramente a mofo e falta de ventilação. Ao entrar no quarto, a situação piorou. O odor de mofo era insuportável, tão intenso que não foi possível permanecer no ambiente nem por poucos minutos. O cheiro causava grande desconforto, tornando o quarto completamente impróprio para descanso ou permanência. Devido a essa condição inaceitável, não conseguimos dormir no quarto e, sem nenhuma alternativa viável oferecida, fomos obrigados a passar a noite dormindo dentro do carro, no estacionamento do hotel. Foi uma situação extremamente desconfortável, constrangedora e frustrante. É inadmissível que uma acomodação seja oferecida nessas condições, colocando em risco o bem-estar e a saúde dos hóspedes. Não recomendo este hotel e espero que a administração tome providências urgentes quanto à higiene, ventilação e manutenção das instalações

• Sahaj (9/5): Good - The manager Javier gave me a partial refund after booking.com messed up my booking and said it was a two bed, when it really was a one bed. Javier was more than accomdating and was super cool about it and willing to help me out. Bathroom was pretty dirty.

• Tawana (1/5): - Location Roach infested, the freezers didnt work neither did the stove top and the towels and sheets had stains on them. The manager was polite but some of the staff were snippy. They really dont care how you feel about your stay or your comfort just your money.

• Christopher (2/5): Nightmare! - I booked online & was given a confirmation number as well as a confirmation email for my booking. I was in Orlando due to my son‘s first family weekend at UCF. I stopped by the hotel a little early and was told that they could give me the parking pass but the room was not ready, which was fine. I was able to obtain the parking pass and proceeded onto UCF. After the game & festivities at UCF, I went back to the hotel to check in & no one was at the front desk. After continuing to call for 15 min.,finally a gentleman appeared and was VERY rude & made it known I inconvenienced him. He told me that the young lady who gave me the parking pass was in BIG trouble, the hotel was overbooked & she had no right booking a room for me due to not have any rooms available.(I did not book with the young lady as I had booked online, so she did NOTHING wrong) & she was the only pleasant contact aside from the online booking that was had with this nightmare. He was very angry said he found me a room & “I was on luck” & treated me as though I had created this mess & here I am a paying customer!. I headed up to the room to only share the elevator with someone who was on something and it was quite an experience having to get to the room without being followed. I finally get to the room and the smell knocked me over when I opened the door. The room was not clean, smelt & all I wanted to do was get out of there! I left & would NEVER recommend this Extended Stay Hotel… it was a NIGHTMARE! Chris

• Dawn (2/5): - I gave a terrible review because for whatever dumb reason - I had a reservation- tried to check in early they said I couldn’t that is fine. Got a parking pass and left one of our cars there. Told them I wouldn’t be checking in until after 10pm. They said ok. At 7 pm they called to tell me I no longer had a room there even though I had a reservation because everyone had checked in. This made no sense to me. But needless to say I will never stay here again
• Verified traveler (2/5): - There was no shampoo, conditioner, and only one available soap bar. My stationary desk was a literal un-cushioned patio chair and table. Had a un-cushioned bed-board too. Was not able to sleep due to constant tapping noise; regardless if the AC was on or off. Finally; disappointed in lack of amenities or breakfast option.

• MARK (2/5): Awful Stay – Broken Appliances, Cockroaches & Over - Awful Stay – Broken Appliances, Cockroaches & Overbooking! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was terrible. The room was dirty, appliances were broken, and worst of all, we found cockroaches. To make things worse, the hotel canceled my original reservation because they overbooked, forcing me to make another reservation at a much higher price. We reported the issues to the front desk, but nothing was done. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
