Guest Reviews
- Sandy (2/5): This was one of the worst hotels I have every stayed at. - nothing Location was awful, homeless camps, people smoking weed in the parking lots, loud music all night, fridge didn't work TV didnt work, people yelling inside, no staff after 10:00 pm available. In the mornings, the staff closed the lobby for up to an hour without anyway to talk to someone. This was one of the worst hotels I have every stayed at.

Person advised us to not worry, could do that upon arrival. Got there and our original reservation had been cancelled! We did get a room but my sn had to sleep on the floor...We were not pleased.
- Hugh (3/5): - I booked on a site, paid then hotel said it was a hold and charged me again so I'm arguing with that. Kind of sketchy place.

- Evangaline (1/5): Worse place ever - Nothing I had chosen this place because in booking it said it was smoke free, had daily cleaning and free breakfast. As soon as we walked into the lobby it wreaked like cigarette smoke and a febreze type of spray to try and cover the smell. After checking in I asked what time breakfast was, and was told there would be no breakfast that this location doesn't do breakfast. When we got to our room, the room smelled even worse. We had also discovered that our toilet wouldn't flush and there were no lobby restrooms available. I tried calling several times. No one answered. I went downstairs to find the lady worker outside smoking with another lady. I told her about the toilet and she changed us rooms. The 2nd room was worse than the 1st. Sheets were dirty, and stained. The floor was disgusting. Didn't look like it was ever cleaned.toilet was nasty and had rings of build up on it.I tried calling several times for new bedding. No one answered. When I went down I couldn't find any workers. We were forced to sleep in a dirty room with dirty blankets. The next day I was a little hopeful as they had stated that they do daily cleanings. So I was hoping that we would have new bedding and the floor and at least cleaned. That didn't happen. No one came to clean or even change out the bedding. Again couldn't get ahold of anyone or find a worker for the 2nd day. The property was also filled with cigarette buds all over despite it being a no smoking facility, and having no smoking signs posted everywhere. After I stay we felt gross.

- Ornicāns (1/5): -
- Mia (1/5): Horrible and disgusting - NOTHING EVERYTHING!! it was absolutely disgusting and not even sleepable i had my little underage brother with me and the environment was very unsafe with the people around sitting outside, once i got it it got even worse the room smelled so bad fridge stink and wasn’t working and nothing was swept up roaches on floor and trash used. got to a new room and there was BLOOD on the blanket that was a BIOHAZARD. i was told talk to you guys to get me refund and they will process as well
- Esau (10/5): - Service and patience was extremely great Smell inside room
- Colton (4/5): Worst hotel I've been in. In Utah! - It was across the street from my favorite breakfast place It was infested with cockroachs, smell like cigarettes, and weed and the staff didn't care when I told them.
- Alex (9/5): -
- Munden (3/5): -
- Colton (8/5): -
- Tyler (2/5): - Very dirty and in a sketchy area. Not a good experience at all
- Philip (2/5): - We came with having a great stay and relax! When do you start, having to do your own cleaning of the room?? Taking out your trash?bringing sheets down to the front office, to get new one?? There was no pots, pans or utensils to cook with! Just to name a few things! The loud music played under our window, called 2x’s but, not a thing was done!! Went until2am
- Giancarlo (2/5): - The room was absolutely disgusting. There was a pile of black pubic hair in the sink and trash can of a so called clean room. The blinds were broken and there were drug addicts roaming the property. I was messaging the chat the night my husband arrived delayed in Utah on the way to California as my father was dying. I would have reached out sooner but he died the following day. I would like a refund. This was unacceptable.
- Kelly (6/5): - Creepy place. You are basically locked in at night. During the day only two doors are open. There are doors at the ends of the hallways but they are hooked up to alarms and you can't use them. During the day one door was left open in the middle of the building and one door you could access with your key card off the front desk area. Parking was crazy, nothing close to the two 'allowed' doors. And you will be towed if you aren't in the correct part of the lot, which isn't well marked. The front desk is not manned 24 hrs. No one to help if you get locked out or arrive late. AND there is a reserved parking space right out front for...... the police. LOL No ice machine, no coffee, nothing. It's really NOT an extended stay but rather apartments with long term tenants and families. Housekeeping is every 14 days, yep, you take out your trash and if you're lucky you can get clean sheets and towels and change yourself. For over 100$ a night, um no. On the plus side the linens were new, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is nice BUT bring everything you might need. No coffee pot and none available. You can pay to use their pans but $40? and another $20 for plates and bowls? No dish towels, sponge or disk soap. The property is old and run down. I'll pass on this one in the future.
- Ben Schelb (6/5): -
- Marshall (10/5): - Very nice people at desk. Safe area, good restaurants nearby.
- Cecily (1/5): -
- Defonce (10/5): N/A - N/A N/A
- Robert (2/5): Yikes! - Yikes! Several flights were canceled including mine, so hundreds of people were stuck in SLC. All hotels were sold out except this one, and there's a reason why. This is one of those slummy motels you see in the movies. Even after taking a shower, I felt like I needed a shower.
- Hussain (2/5): - No one was available at the front desk and was unable to check in
- Karim (2/5): - This may be more on Expedia than the property, but the front desk closed at 10pm. Me and like 5 others all showed up after hours due to canceled flights and had to wait for over 30 minutes as people who arrived before us frantically called Expedia and the hotel to get a staffer to return to the facility to let us in. And the hotel itself can only be described as scuzzy. Broken blinds, no noise insulation between rooms, an AC unit that sounded like a freight train, no basic amenities like a hair dryer, and I wasn’t sure if the bag around the smoke detector was left from the last time they painted or a previous guest freebasing in the room.
- Stuart (10/5): - Good parking for big trucks
Literalmente no vuelvo ahi. Este hotel no cuenta con desayunos. - Roberto (2/5): - Was late for my check in and no one at front desk no room no refoun terrible service shouldn’t be on business
- Angel (2/5): - not the best
- Whitney (1/5): Do better! - Nothing it was horrible!! This property is absolutely disgusting black smears all over the wall animal hair everywhere very dirty. The entire hotel smells horrible. Was first checked into a room that had dirty towels, unmade bed with dirty sheets and blankets animal hair everywhere room smelled even worse than the hallway. They moved me to a second room which had animal hair and dog toys left behind black smears in Greece all over the walls in that room smelled equally as bad. Stayed less than hour while I found another hotel to go to.
- Echeverría (8/5): -
- Richard (4/5): - Check in experience was absolutely terrible and inconvenient and I will avoid extended stays in the future. I had to dial a number that wasn’t going through then when I got through to a corporate rep I got disconnected multiple times. I mean for travelers who arrive late extended stay selects are a terrible choice
- Henderson (10/5): - It was nice thank you again 😁
- Tereasa (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Kyle (8/5): - Decent
- Infant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heidi (10/5): Exceptional - Short stay good All of it
- Maude (10/5): The stay was great and when I got another room it was no - Everything not one thing the policy sucks you had made me sleep in the car that night the people took my government card three times then the night I asked for them please take it they refused it it is my card that I am on disability and SSI is on it’s from the government and still you won’t take it That they have the power to make someone sleep in a car instead of taking money and then refusing them
- Maude (10/5): I was pleased to have deck people nice that were not rude - It was nice to be able to get in and out without problem It was clean
- Jang (4/5): - I don't recommend.
- Cade (4/5): - Pretty ghetto
- Keesha (1/5): I'll never stay here again - The fact that there was a mini kitchen in my room was nice. Besides the fact that my fridge was leaking water into the hallway. My first night staying here a very intoxicated man repeatedly kept trying to open my door at 3 am. There were a lot of people partying and drinking in the parking lot for 2 nights straight. (even front desk staff were outside partying with them). The staff is horrible they never answer the phones for anything & they have horribly nasty attitudes. I was there for 3 days and in the process of extending another day me & my 8 year old son were very rudely spoken to & disrespected by the tall skinny lady with dark brown hair at the front desk. & Because I nicely asked her if i did something wrong for her to be so rude she got more mad and completely refused to extend my room & kicked me out putting me & my child outside with all of our belongings, no vehicle & I have a physical disability , & my husband was at work.
Honestly Save your money & don't stay here.
- Ryan (2/5): - Everything was filthy. From bugs to grime this place was a disappointment. If you like cheap and bugs thats what this place has to offsr. They also
- Josh (6/5): - Staff and bed were the only things that were nice. Everything else was less than nice.
- Shanna (10/5): - Very nuce loved ut
- Ashley (10/5): - Great location
- Wilfredo (1/5): Bad -
- Brad (4/5): - Hard to get pepole at the desk
- Jerry (6/5): - Way too budget for my tastes. It’ll do in a pinch. Definitely no frills. No coffee or even a water fountain available. Had to ask for soap in my room.
- Joseph (4/5): - To many people hanging around the entrance that was not staying there.
- Edward (2/5): - If you have ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a halfway house as part of your vacation. This is the place!
- Murayhin (10/5): - I like everything specially staff professionalism , safety very important and cleanliness
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not the kind of traffic I like - The staff are extra nice. The room was a regular room, clean though very clean old school you have to have a key to go in and out the building and you have to go in and out the front door. There’s no other options which is kind of bizarre. I guess I found out it’s a bad area so they have it like that so I guess it’s a safety concern. I didn’t like that part but besides that I would give it a five out of 10.
- Bethany (2/5): It was a place to sleep, but wouldn’t go there again - The only thing I liked is that it was close to the Dutch Bros •The bed was super uncomfortable
•The fan in the bathroom was obnoxiously noisy. To the point my husband and I showered with the bathroom light off and only used the lights from the room.
•Lack of towels.
•The floor in the room was dirty. When I went to dry my feet after I showered. They were already black.
•The room was way overpriced for what it was
- Samuel (2/5): Dont go - Front desk was rude.
- Tory (8/5): Very good -
- Aimee (2/5): - Wouldn’t let my 19 yoa son check in. Was on town for work and can’t stay at a hotel. They need to clean up the drinks in the parking lot before they worry about a 19 yoa renting a room.
I’m a little pissed. And your check in shows “Must be 18”
- Allen (10/5): - All was well
- Colen (8/5): great good the sleep was awesome but the bed has some places with hairs(tinny hair ) like beard or other - f i found someones hair a couple of places in my bed
- Paul (10/5): - It was a nice property, everything I needed was close by
- Paul (10/5): - The stay was great, the staff was super friendly
- Louis (6/5): Basic to the core - For the price it was what one would expect. Plastic furniture what little there was, only place to sit was the bed or two plastic chairs. If basic is what your looking for you will get that here. Along with the paper thin walls.
- Kristina (1/5): I would not choose to book at this location as the entire experience was very unprofessional and not hospitable. - The attendant was very personable and tried to find me a room, but was unsuccessful. He even tried to call another location, and I really appreciated his efforts. It felt like a halfway house when I walked in after house. There were people in the foyer with no shoes on I believe having a medical emergency.
There was a security guard in the foyer questioning whether I had a reservation and if I was supposed to be there. I said yes, sir I do have a reservation and he looked confused.
When you arrive, you have to use the phone on the wall in order for someone to lift up the window and assist you. I was informed that they canceled my reservation although I called at 9 PM to inform them that I would’ve arrive after midnight. I didn’t receive any explanation and I had been driving from a funeral in Texas on my way home to Oregon. I was exhausted and I tried to do my best to contact them letting them know that I wouldn’t be out of the mountains until after midnight, and they said that that was all right, unfortunately that was not the case.
- Adam (4/5): Horrible late check-in - Their system for checking in after hours is horrible. I had to wait on hold in the whole way for an hour.
- Alexis (1/5): Bad -
- Merritt (7/5): Good -
- Henry (10/5): - I live here about a month or two or more and I would recommend it to my colleagues and friends if they ever come to Utah. Good, kind and professional staff. Also, rooms are good not the best but it's good.. clean and well set.. quiet and also close to grocery store and Oriental store.
- James (4/5): - There wasn't even a cup in the room to have a drink of water.
