• Rick (2/5): Website pictures are extremely misleading - Staff at check in was nice Dirty-outside and inside- trash can full, trash all around the parking lot, cops there twice, smelled, room amenities where very cheap (bed for example), floor stained, recent repaired shower curtain (drywall that wasn’t finished), etc etc etc

• Alex (4/5): - I had a bed. Sheets were clean! It has great location. Central to where you need to be. I cheecked the sheets and pillow cases. Everything was fresh and clean, no friends were seen, unlike previous guests . You pay for what you get. Don't expect much. AC worked well. Ample parking. The Hallway had a distinct smell. Unfortunately so did my room, it was a cross between musty, cigarette and other odors I couldn't distinguish. I did see one cockroach in the bathroom. The bathtub had a big chip in it hidden by the bath mat.
• rayandpattycake (2/5): Roaches in the Room – Stay Somewhere Else! - We checked into Extended Stay America in Ocala after a long day of travel, hoping for a simple, clean place to rest. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the complete opposite. As soon as we turned on the lights in the room, roaches—multiple roaches—scattered across the floor. It was immediately clear that this wasn’t an isolated issue, but something more serious. Needless to say, it made the room feel completely unsanitary and uncomfortable. Beyond that, the overall condition of the room felt run-down and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and this location fell far short. We were extremely disappointed and would not reserve this place again. There are plenty of other options in Ocala that are worth your time and money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. BTW----I was there a full 5 minutes and left. They at least gave me a refund.

The room smelled awful the like mold and dog the floor was nasty we had to open the window and as far as non-smoking rooms this room has definitely been smoked in! The TV remote didn't work.

• Mizell (1/5): THIS HOTEL WAS THE MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE IN MY LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! - NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!! the place was really dirty and it had so many cockroach EVERYWHERE we had to through away all our clothes because the roaches were all in our suitcase i woke up with roaches in my hair and I'm so afraid to stay at any of your places again and we travel 3 to 4 times a month for business but never have i been so in terror. when we got there there were no face, hand, or body towels in our room. i tried calling for assistance but the room phone is broken. so i had to go all the way to the front desk to get service but the attended was some where sleep. so i had to call customer service 800 number. the person on the phone told me to walk around the office looking for the laundry room and just take some Towles lol a black man walking around looking like his looking for something to still in FL lol i don't think so. so i waited for almost 30 mins to get help just to receive items that should have already been in our room. no iron or board and the tv doesn't show well like the color or picture was going out. just wired. the next day when we discovered the roaches i complained to the front desk and she said they could not move us or do anything about the roaches and no refund the other persons behind the desk I'm thinking was trying to be funny be saying don't act like you ain't seen no roach before then asked me if i was scared SMH

• Jessica (3/5): Very disappointed - I really can't say what I liked The floor was dirty with dead roaches, the sheets on both beds was stain and dirty and in the bathroom the facet in the shower was rusted and detached from the wall and had two roaches watching us take a shower and another thing I reserved a room with two queen bed they gave me two full bed.

Basically ignored my wife and daughter when they brought up the concerns with their rooms. Requested a refund since they were not going to stay there and left to find someone else to stay the night. You’d figure at least booking.com would help out as well but crickets. Do not stay at this filthy “hotel” nor use booking.com

• tracylht (2/5): Avoid this hotel - filthy and cockroaches - Worst night ever spent in a hotel. Room was filthy. Multiple cockroaches were found in the room. Shower towel had blood stain on it. Beds are no more than an iron frame with a mattress. Floor around toilet was disgusting and toilet paper holder had rust?? stains all over it. Extremely noisy and appears to actually be a housing hotel.

Once I Got In I Was Waiting For The Front Desk To Check Me In The Receptionist Had Me Waiting In The Lobby Area While Watching Me On The Camera Knowing I Was There To Get Checked In & Once She Opened The Window & Started Checking Me In She Was Very Rude, No Enthusiasm & Wasn’t Inviting At All. After Getting Checked In Walking To My Room The Smell Going Down The Hall & Inside The Room Was Horrific. I Walked Into The Room & The Bed Sheets And Pillows Were Yellow & Brown The Shower & The Shower Curtain Was Yellow & Brown. I Then Opened The Fridge & A Roach Fell Out, The Vibe In The Room Was Very Dirty & Creepy & The Smell Was So Bad. I Went Back To The Lobby & Pressed 0 On The Phone To Talk To The Receptionist Again & She Did Not Answer Open The Window I Was Standing Waiting In The Lobby Again, So I Just Left My Key Cards On The Counter In The Lobby & Called Booking.com For A Refund.

• Alan (2/5): - Made reservation online after 3PM...by 10pm we had killed over 14 roaches...when we awoke at 8 we killed another 12 prior to check out at 11. When checking in there was one couple lodging a complaint and one man in front of me who complained there was a stranger knocking on his door during the night then at that very time the stranger was sitting outside his door. Cobwebs were in several places, microwave hadn't been cleaned and the beds were neither as shown in the pictures nor properly made (they looked like the bedspread had just been thrown over the slept in bed with no other attention given.The bathroom door could not be opened once shut from the outside and there was no soap provided to wash your hands or body. Very glad we only spent one night but it was not worth the $62 nor did I receive a print out or email copy of the chages.

• Campbell (1/5): Was scary,noisy,miserable,misrepresented. - The back of the property had a picnic table where everyone congregated to smoke weed, grounds were trashy, one of the exterior doors didn’t close so was not secure anyone could enter. Did not feel safe. Pets were allowed, they had more animals than humans. The room smelled we went to store and bought a scented candle and spray freshener. Had to wear sandles the floor was sticky. Bathroom was clean but fan had not been cleaned in years. Then when we tried to sleep between the dogs barking and the people in the room next door doing construction work, banging and running a drill motor we didn’t get much sleep. This is a place where people pay by the week and month, that would have been nice to know. I had just used your app a couple of times, I will no longer be using or recommending. I would have cancelled my reservation after I arrived if I had known any of this. I have never written a review but this was a very bad experience.

People sitting out in the hallways people on the floor above running around loud noises. People out in parking yelling. I checked out the next day even though I paid for the room.
