- Verified traveler (2/5): - I saw this clearly, Caucasian woman threatening an African-American woman outside. She appeared to be impaired, and I continued on my way to book at another hotel unbelievable finding out later that she was a part of Hotel staff and a drunken rage.

- Parker (6/5): - Overall not a bad stay. Jessica and the rest of the staff were excellent and went out of their way to check on me. I stay in a ton of hotels throughout the year and I don't think I've ever had the manager call me personally and ask how my stay was going. Little stuff like that goes a long way. The room could have been more clean, and had a weird smell which I learned the whole place kind of smells like it. But other than that, the price was good and I would probably stay again.
- Regina (2/5): - I stayed in room 112. When I walked in the room smelled bad and was infested with roaches and the toilet was broken. I notified the front desk and they moved my room to 118. That room had a strong odor of marijuana. The whole night was horrible I will never return to that hotel.
- jennifer (10/5): - Very profe
- Rayshaund (4/5): - strong bleach aroma with my 7 month old staying with me . tub was dirty , found hair in the tub. asked for a refund but wasnt able to get it because i wasnt able to be checked out . wasnt the absolute worse but wasnt the best either . made sense for the low price , but i will not be returning .

- Chantelle (4/5): - I only checked in didn’t stay after seeing the room the refrigerator was filthy and old and so was the stove. The room just made my body itch. They really need a upgrade
- jennifer (10/5): - Amazing staff
- Reena (2/5): 10/10 would not recommend. - When I got there the keys given didn't work to the room assigned it was locked from the other side. I made a trip back down to the front desk and was given a second key card and as soon as I walked into that room it reeked of marijuana in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I went back to the front desk to inform them of the issue and was told they would "note" it. I was then given another key card to a room that was run down and in poor condition. I would not recommend this hotel as it is poorly upkept. I ended up not staying due to the safety concerns for my family and booked a different hotel.
- Crystal (2/5): - The room has roaches and the had mold mostly everywhere. They tried there best to clean the room but it was in bad condition there was no cleaning it n it would be better.
- Donald (2/5): - Room had roaches and my microwave was full of rust, the place smelled like weed and cigarettes. I had an upstairs neighbor who stomped, dropped objects all through the day and night. I’m pretty sure that hotel had permanent “guests.” Was told upon check in that room service was only provided for stays of 14 days or more even though the site said 7 days. My last night had to be the worst night, was startled awake at 1:41am to someone trying to gain entry into my room. They were able to open the door with a key card, luckily my top latch was locked and I had a pistol in my possession. Went down stairs to talk with a manager or someone but they don’t have 24/7 desk assistance. I will never stay at that dirty hotel again or any extended stay hotel again. Worst hotel experience of my life, I will keep an extended stay away from this place.

- Mojo (8/5): - Wasn’t up to expectations
- Jason (2/5): - They were over priced, cheaply furnished, and cockroaches were everywhere.
- Leandro (8/5): - IT'S OKAY
- Leandro (8/5): - .
- Cornelius (6/5): - Id rather not say. It is what it is
- Kevin (2/5): Do not recommend - Roaches dirty floor chunky pillows the toilet ran the whole time I was there they never fixed it
- Larry (2/5): Horrible - The room had roaches that was crawling all over the walls, refrigerator was horrible and the lady who checked me in was very rude, im not trying to get anyone fired but need more people person with good attitudes.....no 1 was at the desk for me to makeva complaint....I wish i could get me money back...
- Maria Fernanda (2/5): - many cockroaches in the room
- William (2/5): - Dirty, unsecure room and building, roaches, broken vending machines, rusty dirty appliance's.
- Alexis (10/5): - Great stay
- Taunyaneka (4/5): - Not clean questionable ppl hang around property
- Michael (6/5): - Over all the room was good. The entry keyed door was not always working properly. Put key card in 5-8 times before it would work.
Room same with key card for the room. Had a maintenance request on door due to locking mechanism not always releasing. When green unlocking light lit up. Then had to redo and would open. Checked out 1 day early
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Extremely dirty. Left with a rash.
- LaDonna (2/5): - Terrence, night desk clerk made repeated racial comments directed towards the guests. He was rude and sarcastic. He behaved as if he was disturbed about doing his job when called by assistance several times to come to the desk to check guests in. His appearance was not presentable along with alcohol on his breath.
A female co-worker showed up because she said she hear him asked him was he drunk. She tried to stifle her laughs several times as she indicated laughing at Terrence. She did clearly explain one of the hotel’s policies which Terrence was unable to do without sarcasm.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Reservation Not Honored and Won't Refund - I arrived late in the evening and there was no one at the front desk. After using the phone in the lobby to call the corporate help desk, I was told there was no one to check me in and my reservation would be cancelled.
The next day I attempted to get a refund and was told Extended Stay denied my refund request. I've now called three times and haven't gotten anywhere with the refund for a reservation that they cancelled... not me.
- Maria M (6/5): A little disappointed - The room was clean, however the bathroom sink leaked and had to use the shower rug to get it cleaned up. We used the kitchen sink to wash hands and brush our teeth. Then I discovered the refrigerator and freezer & was on but not cooling. It was disappointing since I really use and need lots of cool water daily. But stuff was nice and they did get the bathroom sink fixed.
- Mohamed (2/5): - Rusted refrigerator
Riches
Reception desk closes at 8 pm
Motel main gates are open ; unsafe
- Jesse (4/5): - Nobody to check you in??
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent for the cost. - It was good for the price. The room stayed cool and it was quiet. Overall, the room was clean but had a musky smell like the a/c needed to be cleaned. The room does need some maintenance as in running toilet, dresser drawer fixed, update kitchen vent fan (rusty), and the floor trim around the tub needed to be reattached.
I did like the nice size waste baskets.
- Ariel (10/5): - I have stayed here several times. Jake and Terrence are both amazing they have always made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again
- Maurice (2/5): - It was veey dirty in all areas. The elevator, hallways and the room was shockingly gross. Was shocked at the dorm bed that was in the room.
- Brent (2/5): Not a hotel! It’s apartments - This place is no longer a hotel. It is now apartments
- Zaki (2/5): - The door did not lock asked the management to change to a room nobody helped. The shower did not have water. Appliances were rusty. If used, it would need a tetanus shot.
Most importantly, they did not take the room door lock security seriously. You cannot use the deadbolt and can not use the key to lock or unlock from outside, either. The night manager would use their super key to access everyone's room. Super creepy. All night could not sleep in fear. I would not recommend it.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I checked in but was not able to get into my room so I went back downstairs and the laundry lady made me another key that key didn’t work eithoso I requested another room but couldn’t get one because the laundry lady said she couldn’t as she wasn’t working the desk that night and the guy who was left the facility mind you I was traveling with 3 kids. Never have I experienced anything like this I had to find another hotel and had to wait until they did their night report before I could even check in 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. I have since filed a dispute with my bank so I hope my money is returned
- Tammy (2/5): Disappointed and Disgusted - I was not pleased with my stay because we had to kill three roaches in our room (2 in the bathroom and 1 on the wall above the bed). We also didn't realize we were going to have a room with beds that felt like bunk beds instead of the normal comfortable beds that I usually get when I rent a hotel. I will not be staying at your facility again and I will probably always be suspicious about rooms that's priced so cheap from now on.
- Patrice (8/5): - Cool
- Kameron (2/5): - Don’t stay here. This place is infested with roaches. Was moved to 3 different rooms. Expedia customer service was no help. The front desk at this facility closes so you can’t reach them after a certain time. They are infested with roaches, the room was dirty, no soaps. It’s terrible. Worst stay of my life. Emailed the manager and didn’t get any reply at all.
- Albert (2/5): Stay away - Staff is horrible and they don't honor your reservation
- Matthew (10/5): - This is a good property for the money. If you're looking for some 5 star hotel this is not the place but if you're looking for looking for a clean place to lay your head down for a good price this is it
- Charmaine (4/5): - These rooms need to be updated, the tub drain had mold and mother was done about it. The microwave was rusty on sand not usable. I would not recommend staying here until the upgrade the rooms. The rooms need to have a comfortable chair put in them so you don’t just have to sit in the beds to relax.
- Adichtain (2/5): Avoid this hotel- bed bugs - Beds infested with bed bugs and for an extended stay hotel they clean every 14 days which is disgusting. Do not recommend.
- Kayani (8/5): - The parking in the back is too dark
- Yulissa (4/5): - The rooms were dirty. I went to the restroom when we got into our room and there was dirty old ass underwear and socks in the bathroom. The bed wasn’t made and the bed was super squeaky. Do not recommend going here.
- Breanna (8/5): - I like that it was a good price and it smelled clean and honestly, looked clean as well.
Only things I didn’t really like is the beds are not comfortable. Almost like a crib mattress. And the AC was on 60 and it still felt hot and muggy in there. Wasn’t a great sleep. Also, I seen a roach. Not a wood roach but the ones ya don’t want to see. Which could very well be from previous people who were there. Also, didn’t have any body wash and shampoo in the room. I forgot mine at home so typically I don’t use theirs but I definitely needed it this morning- especially since I was all muggy and sticky last night. All together it’s really not a terrible place. It’s not expensive so I did expect everything not to be super fancy. I’m definitely grateful that we had a place to sleep on our night away from home! Most don’t have anything and would probably praise this room for having somewhere to lay their heads! So I definitely wouldn’t rule them out when looking for a place to stay! Just wasn’t as luxurious as other hotels!
- Mary (10/5): - For the price it was amazing. The ability to cook your own food there is amazing, specially with kids or for long stays. You can tell that workers stay there on a monthly basis. And because of that, our room had an odor when we got there. No matter how clean a place is... when there is a smell its hard to see the clean. But I did not see anything dirty. My girls and I always check our bedding and towels... actually cleaner than the high end hotels. I don't think there is a night person at the front desk. There was loud music in the parking lot, but it did cut off before mid-night and it was a weekend evening. I would go back, but take some air freshener.
- Jessica (2/5): - Horrible , nasty rooms with cigarette smoke and roaches
- Bianca A. (4/5): Not clean hotel - Not clean at all people lives there didn’t have clean towels once they took ours from the room
- Heather (6/5): - Not clean.
- Tanya (8/5): - Location. Some amenities.
- Carla R (8/5): - The large refrigerator was unique. I didn’t like the fire alarm being ignored during the night in the lobby. I didn’t like that trash removal was done by the renter. The lighting in the rear if the hotel was not safe so patrons were forced to park up front and along the sides which meant long transports to and from the room. More handicapped parking is needed.
- Keyjonn (2/5): - You can book at your own risk. The desk clerk guy doea not wear shoes. There qas a bug in the room. The towels were nasty, so happy I brought my own. Black stuff on toilet seat, wire on floor from under the air unit. Have to take out your own trash in the back of the building which is not safe for women, in a time many are abducted and kidnapped. No attended after 5pm, so you muat try to remember to call during an emergency, which is challenging depending on emergency.
- Aadil (2/5): - Nothing looks are deceiving
- Raphael (8/5): Short n sweet - I stayed only one night.. I had no problems.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel rooms were bad clean but smelled. No carpet not working for me just cheap I guess u get what you pay for
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible place! - The attitudes are horrible! The beds are extremely small! You have to pay for extra towels toilet paper or anything else!
- Verified traveler (4/5): smelled the smoke - Check in was complicated. Room reeked of smoke. Woke up with sinus congestion because of it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not the best customer service with staff
- Verified traveler (4/5): - While we were there, the fire alarm went off at 1 am. The alarm in our room never went off, we just heard it faintly through the door. When we opened the door the lights were flashing and the alarm was sounding. We went down the stairs and waited in our car. The FD came and left, they silenced the alarm sound, but the lights were still flashing inside the building. There was no one at the front desk to tell what they wanted us to do, and when I called corporate, they said (without even checking into what was going on) it must be a malfunction in the system and to just go back to the room. I am not at all mad about the fire alarm, glad it was nothing serious, but quite concerned with the non working alarm in my room and the response from staff on site and through the call service.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We checked in and didn’t even stay in our room for 5mins before walking out and finding somewhere else to stay. This hotel isn’t for someone looking to have a relaxing night. It’s more for just having a bed to sleep on.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The price was good, however not good enough for the circumstances of the hotel. The King room had a full bed. We were told they ran out of keys and the attendant (who was nice as can be) had to walk us up to allow us in the room. I had to run to my car for something and had to wait a good amount of time to get ahold of the attendant to let us in the front and in our room again. The process was to call from the entrance phone, walk through prompts and request to be let in. I felt trapped in the room as I didn’t want to have to go through that again. The fire alarm at 1am couldn’t be prevented by the hotel but once the fire Dept let us go back in, it was over an hour until they shut of the strobe light alarm on the wall.
- Nancy (8/5): Great for a quick stop! - Room was perfect for a quick stop for our road trip!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Property was clean but had a funny smell. The towels weren’t clean.
- Ashlyn (2/5): - Website says double bed and once we checked in it was jus a full size mattress and the room had a nasty smell and the sheets were mot clean...
- Chris (2/5): - I was kicked out early because of A Mistake and out 200
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I paid for a double bed rooms and when I got there they only had a single and they still charge me for that room the same price
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Liked the rooms, kitchenette, and access to laundry. Disliked the poor communication between manager and the guy at front desk communication. She would tell us one thing and let him know what she said and he would say no we can't. I'm like how you gone change what your manager told us and she was never around to confirm.
- neantron (6/5): Ok - Service was good overall cleaning was not good when we first got there.
- Veronica (6/5): - It was ok.. was not very clean but ok..fronr desk was great and made us feel welcome. Had a odor in room n toilet was not cleaned. Hallways needed to be cleaned
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was not as described on customer reviews. When we got there the small lobby area did not appear clean. the front door entrance had fresh blood on it. there no social distancing in the tiny lobby area. 4 guests were complaining about dirty linens, low water pressure, keys not working. I did not check-in since the first impression of the hotel was extremely unsafe considering were still in the middle of a world pandemic. i tried to cancel my reservation and the management never got back to me and neither did expedia!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here. I came in from work to find my refrigerator gone amd everything in it gone. When i went down stairs to tell the front desk they told me all i can do is tell the manager. So i asked him, It dosen't matter who goes and my room and takes anything there's nothing y'all will do about it? His response was " That's right."
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was by outside door eady in and outroom was small bed was the worst thing ever layer in
