Important Information
Housekeeping service is provided every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a weekly cleaning service is included, which covers dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and changing of linens and towels. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a nominal fee. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Daily housekeeping services are available at an additional charge.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment purposes. Cash payments are not accepted.
For guests travelling with pets: a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing up to 40 pounds, is permitted. An additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, followed by USD 15 per day thereafter.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability.
Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.
Smoking within the property will incur a penalty of USD 250. A designated smoking area is available.
Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted. An additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night will apply for any unregistered guests.
Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.
The parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.
Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends(Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The ceiling in the hallways are covered in plastic to hide pipes. The rooms ac was disgustingly dirty had to clean it myself. Some cabinets didn't have a door on them and the bottoms were peeling. Before anything I had to disinfect everything. Wouldn't stay here ever again

I’m in a different state with my husband drinking after a wedding and I have no place to sleep in the middle of the night at 12:30 because someone locked up and left never heard of that in my life so I went back the next day I got reimbursed and now I can’t get booking.com to even answer me. I also tried to call extended stay and the manager’s phone number is busy 24 seven What kind of hotel is this? I was disrespected had no way to sleep ruined my night. I got reimbursed but yet I still can’t get my money. It’s a bunch of bullshit.

- Griselda (2/5): - Outside of the building seems newly renovated but inside shows an unkempt building. Dirty floors, disgusting garbage filled elevators, complete disregard to the no smoking policy. I didn’t even stay the entire night there, the 4th floor smelled like black and mild laced marijuana. The smell was penetrated into the room. Bathroom was gross, I could not stay there so I left close to midnight. I have asthma and I was not going to risk my health for a cheap stay. Since there was no staff available to check out early, I had to drive back there around 9:30am to check out the next day.

There was a stain on bed but I was so pissed I left before taking any more pics. When it was brought up to staff she stated house keeping sucks and she doesn't have anymore double bed rooms.. She said she issued a refund and we left.

Construction was being performed on the first floor, where we were assigned, so we had to walk thru dusty halls. Would never stay here, not even for 1 night. Avoid if you have children with you.

- JOHN (4/5): - Very tired property. The faux leather couch was peeling big time, no lamps anywhere, no dishes/ silverware to be found, no shampoo only a bar of soap. Elevator was dirty and the paint was chipped and peeling. The front door was not secured allowing access into the building.

- Christi (2/5): - Not only was everything dirty, the "front desk" female, with glasses and a pony tail, knocked on our door at 10AM asking if we were checking out today. She completely interrupted our stay and I wonder if I hadn't opened the door if she would have just walked in. Check out is not until 11, and when I confirmed it with her, she just looked at me and walked away. Rude and unsafe. I paid for a full night and should not be rudely interrupted early for no reason. I will not return.

- Kelly D (8/5): You Have To Wash The Hotels Towels... lol - I booked a room for 3 nights. When I checked in, I was told that there was no housekeeping. I asked if I was to exchange my dirty towels for clean towels, Since there was only 2 sets of towels. I was told by the front desk that I had to wash them myself. I paid $131.00 a night, and have to launder the hotels towels? I am on the road about 200 nights a year and will not be staying in an Extended Stay for more than 2 nights at a time.
