- Brian (3/5): Not the cleanest place to stay but the mold and roaches will keep company - The staff was very friendly. First room they put us in the comforter was dirty with black spot on it, Bathroom had mold all on the ceiling. Second room they move us to had mold also on the ceiling and while using the restroom I found a roach coming down the wall. Plus the whole first floor smelled Iike mold. If you have a back plan on it hurting whe you wake up.
- Diana Marcela (6/5): - Si Todo
- Bishwadyal (6/5): Can’t be a good stay if you have rude people at your front desk. - Good location STAFF. At check-in the front desk woman was outside and never acknowledged our presence until about 10mins. Then she rudely told us she is on a smoke break and will be with us soon. She sounded like we were bothering her. We waited about 15mins before she came in and checked us in. She hangs out in the parking lot more than she is at the front desk.

- Rhea Lee (1/5): Set up for psychological torture Missed Bad Nunny because of these freaks - Not hunting for a bathroom was nice. Not sleeping in my truck or in a shelter was nice. I paid them on time for many weeks. I paid for Jan 30 through Feb 14 but they evicted me with no refund on Feb 10. Police were called. It was entirely disturbing and unpleasant.
- Rhea Lee (1/5): Humiliation Ritual - Shelter, bed, commode The people
- Rhea Lee (1/5): Nightmare - Often quiet Felt watched and intentionally harassed.

- Deyonne (1/5): The worst stay in a Hotel I’ve ever had - When I arrived to check the room she gave me was a single bed and I reserved a double bed. Everywhere in the hotel smells like dog and the furniture is very outdated the photo online looks nothing like what’s in the room.
- jeffrey (1/5): did not stay not good - NONE I booked the room in advance and when we got there there was only 1 room left. When the clerk walked us to the room, the room was still dirty. So we walked back downstairs and had to cancel the booking and she stated that will will not be charged. But upon looking at my bank statement when we returned from vacation I noticed that we had an $89.26 charge. I need to know who I can speak to about this so I can get my money back
- Shelley (3/5): Uncomfortable - The location was good. The sheets had stains. The walls needed to be painted. It was "sketchy" for a woman traveling alone. If I had not prepaid, I would have left just based on the check in desk.
- Porschanique (1/5): Keep your Sanity - I like nothing The location, the stinch smell very disgusting smell of feces throughout the property, drug smoke, cigarette smoke, room being entered when i leave, constant harassment from other people on the property, stomping from neighbor above. Harassment throughout.
It's a lot. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND
- Martinez RN RSPS (10/5): - Friendly staff, great location
- Allen (1/5): -
- Rhea Lee (7/5): I appreciate the courteous front staff personnel, especially Myliah. - It’s relatively quiet. The elevator
- Kevin (1/5): -
- Kevin (1/5): Nightmare - Location and price The cleanliness and the one front desk clerk Lea was dressed in little bitty shorts that was not appropriate for dress code. The were smoking and dealing drugs out front of hotel. This is not a family friendly place
- brionna (1/5): - the staff was friendly it was stank & very dirt
- Williamson (2/5): - The front seat staff, Jackie, was amazing! The room
- Swanson (1/5): I need my refund. - Nothing Everything, the smell , how it looked , the water was all over the bathroom floor ! Etc

- Joanie (2/5): - The staff was very unprofessional, it was ran more like a cheap apartment complex vs a hotel, the whole building smelled like cigarettes, the towels had pubic hair on them and there were roaches.
- Garza (1/5): - Had cockroches someone had violated my toilet and cockroch in there too. I asked not even 5 min to get back to front desk asking for a refund and she said she needed to contact. Manager appeared sad no, I already payed for the stay. We argue and she told me to call booking.com. I did where he said she needed to refund me. She still said no. I left with a copy of my departure. She later sent me a receipt showing I stayed the whole week, which is a bold face lie. I have the one the girl gave me saying I checked in and out on same day. How blanted of her to fix a reservation. I also have pics of everything! Cockroches someone went to bathroom have a crap in it
- Griselda (2/5): - Worst experience ever!
- Kelvina (8/5): - It was peaceful
- Grisclda (1/5): This was a horrible experience and unprofessional work ethic. - I didn’t even stay there! I was charged online booking and when I got there the property wanted to charge me again. Still waiting for the refund that I was promised. The receptionist was on her phone with her friend texting and making personal calls. When I asked her questions she would continue having her conversation with her personal life. I travel long ways to enjoy a vacation from nursing school and hectic life and this is what I stumble upon. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. This place needs to ban phones for staff and start doing their job after all that is what they’re getting paid for.
- Debbi (10/5): - Staff friendly, and professional. Accomodations clean, an perfect for what we needed...
- Irene (2/5): -
- Ana (2/5): - Roaches on the bed, in the bathroom and kitchen
- Veronica (7/5): No problem stay to myself and respect others. - The trash around the parking lot. The trash is littered all on the side of the trash container not inside the trash container. There is poop and urine of dogs on the grass, walkways. No benches to sit outside at all.
- kyle (6/5): - The large refrigerator and stove were unique. Great for long stays. Although it was very minimal and looked older, it was clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here - When we checked in and made it up to our room there were cockroaches on the floors, walls and ceiling. We immediately went back down stairs to inform Mr. Courtney, the night staff, that we would not be staying.
- Ocampo (1/5): Horrible - Nada Sucio, cucarachas muy mal olor
- Rita (2/5): - The Shower didn’t work, the Tv didn’t work, it was as if I slept in an ashtray. The room smelled like cigarettes this definitely didn’t not meet my expectations
- Ann (1/5): NEVER AGAIN will we stay at a WoodSpring Suites. The website DOES NOT REFLECT the true reality!! - The Lady at the front desk was very nice! Where should I begin? When we were checking in, we were asked if we wanted to see our rooms first, I didn't understand why until we got in the room. It was stated sale was final after paying. The photos on the website DO NOT REFELCT what reality truly is!!! Believe me, we looked at the website before going.
We had 4 rooms total for my family. Three of the four rooms had live roaches in them. The kitchen sink in one room, flr 2, was off its hinge, smelled, had brown spots running down the wall and the tub was slimy and the vent was clogged above the shower. The smell on the 3rd floor was horrific and in the rooms. I had to go get my air fresher from my car to put in the room I was in, I was getting sick. The paint from the wall above the shower was peeling off into the shower, the vent was clogged above the shower, the kitchen area & microwave were filthy, (inside the fridge was surprisingly clean), and the bathroom tub was scary to get into too. Thankfully, I had Lysol wipes with me. Everything was wiped down from kitchen, bathroom, table and more. I had my Granddaughters with me and told them to not place their bags on the floor and to wear shoes at all times unless you are in the bed. There was mold around the windows in the other two rooms on the third floor along with the same issues with not feeling clean when you walk in a room. We were only going to be there for one night and not spend as much time there. Had we'd been there more than one night, I would have demanded our money back.
Getting on and off the elevator, smelled like marijuana, not exactly what you want around your grand children. As far as that smell on the 3rd floor, I could not place my finger on it. I have no idea what it was.
Three rooms on the third floor and two of my grand children were with their parents across the hall.
- Craig (1/5): We left! - Roaches everywhere
- Angel (2/5): Good for what you pay for - The hotel smelled like smoke, the sheets clearly weren’t changed. Booked from Saturday -Sunday called to confirm I can arrive anytime to check in Sunday she said yes they supposedly have 24/7staff if not to call and someone will be there in an hour I arrived at 4 am no one was there called for 1 hour all my meals that were peppered for the week went to trash. Slept in the car while I had a whole hotel PAID for. No smart Tv. Overall I guess you get what u pay for.
- Leketra (6/5): - First off the the customer service to say housekeeping doesn’t come until every 14 days to clean the room, then there was blood in the bed and on the floor in the room and roach in the room this wasn’t a great place to stay.
- Devin (1/5): -
- Amy (1/5): I should have just paid extra for a better location/room. Lesson learned. Will not return again. - I did not like anything about the property. The bathroom had mold above the ceiling. The walls were dirty. The beds were not comfortable. The property is definitely dated and could use upgrades. It was not worth what I paid for it.
- Maria (2/5): - This is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that had a roach infestation. Roaches were crawling everywhere in room 214.
- Yvetta (2/5): - The hallway was smelly, back door not secure, no appliances, hdmi is blocked cannot use portable devices on tv. Water pressure was horrible. I will not visiting this place again!
- cristian (4/5): - Had to kill like 15 roaches before going to sleep
- Jose (2/5): - Cero
- Kendell (10/5): - Love Princiana and rest of staff. Great prices
- Rachel (10/5): - Great price for a great hotel. Front desk was helpful and went over rules on arrival. Room was clean qmd beds were comfy.
- Lopez (10/5): Exceptional - Every thing Nothing
- Veronica (9/5): Superb -
- Veronica (9/5): Superb -
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Herschell (2/5): - The hotel is invested with roaches, I had to kill 5 roaches, they were crawling on the walls and bed, will never stay at this brand again. I told the front desk, but she did nothing.
- Robert (10/5): - Interesting people
- Sierra (3/5): Poor -
- Vela (7/5): Good -
- Arely (4/5): - Did not smell pleasant but not terrible
- Georgia (7/5): Good -
- Norma (4/5): - Reception area is decent. Receptionist was quick and offered great service but once you enter those second doors it just smells horrible. I understand it’s an extended stay but the stank is bad. When we entered our room there was tiny roaches in the restroom. If I had to go again, I would not stay in this property.
- Jessica (5/5): Passable - Good location It shad roaches
- thanh (2/5): - I can’t stay because of the room got a lot of roaches
- Gianny (6/5): - Hallway smells , dog pee in elevator,
Roaches in room
- Carolyn (7/5): Good - The location was convenient for getting to Galveston for a cruise. We've stayed there several times because of the location. There was no breakfast at this location, but that would have been nice.
- Wascar (4/5): - Dirty towels , doors were damaged bed sheet didnt look cleaned . Smell funny .
But other than the AC worked good .
- Shinell (1/5): Bad -
- Wayne (2/5): Roaches, smoke smell . Disgusting - We had a burner bring us to the hotel at 11:30 pm after a long flight. The first room had a small live roach on the floor and on the counter . I asked for another room . The hall smelt like a cigarette party was going on. Then second room had a roach in the wall . I was disgusted. We did not have a car and to Kate to move to another hotel . I was given roach spray to spray the room that nearly choked us out. I woke up to another roach in the wall . I have pictures if needed. Can I be reimbursed for this horrible experience?
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointed - I stayed here because it's meant to support low-income families, but the cleanliness and strong smell of the room was disappointing. The room was only semi-cleaned—no dusting or disinfecting appeared to have been done. There were dust balls hanging from the ceiling, and the bathroom fan was completely clogged with dust. Surfaces like the countertops, nightstand, and kitchen area were visibly dirty. When I used my own Clorox wipes, they came up covered in grime.
Unfortunately, once you pay, you can't get a refund even if you decide to leave early. The only positive part of my stay was the two front desk ladies who were very kind and helpful. The manager, on the other hand, seemed more focused on leaving at 4 PM than addressing concerns. If it weren’t for the helpful front desk staff and the no-refund policy, I would have left.
- Kendell (10/5): - Precious who runs the office is wonderful, very helpful. Overall the place is great
- Dylan (10/5): - Quiet and comfortable
- tammybV9543IU (2/5): Personal - Do not stay here. It is cheap and it is the worst place I ever have paid to not stay!!!!! I had reserved two rooms and the first one stunk so bad with a strong smoke, not sure if it was drugs or cigar but unbearable. The second was full of cockroaches!!!!.. have stayed it some pretty rough ones but this was was by far the worst I have ever seen!!! Beware also if you reserve there are no refunds cost me 1000.00 not to stay there. I am reaching out to woodspring suites and see if they will help. Never again!!!!! Roach Hotel!
- Ellen (3/5): No comment - No comment Cockroaches in the room and lots of noise
- Donald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (4/5): Stinky - Place smelled and was dirty and run down
- Samantha (2/5): Don’t stay here. - A lot of people loitering outside. The room smelt like smoke and there were roaches on the ac unit, in the toilet and crawling around in the restroom. Do not recommend staying at this hotel!!!!
- Tynasia (1/5): Horrible stinky crackheads - That the front desk lady was nice Nothing it was horrible I paid my money went looked at the room and wanted a refund didn't receive a refund and didn't stay very horrible
- Keshia (1/5): Cruise - Close to everything Roaches pets & the smell
- Deisy (8/5): Very good -
- Corey (4/5): Disappointing -
- Alexander (3/5): Poor -
- Riggs (1/5): office was not open when I arrive office was not open when I departed - not much diirty cockroarch in 3 days never did fix the tv remote
- Thomas (2/5): Nasty - Worst place I have ever stayed for the price ($100)
- Shanna (6/5): - The room was dirty, room looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in months..no pillows on the bed....the constant smell of dope was sad...elevator always tied up due to kids playing on it...rooms are not quite due to people living at the hotel...front desk lady was cool...this was definitely the worst and last stay at a WoodSpring...
- Yuliana (2/5): - I couldn’t believe Hotels.com would advertise for this place. It’s so dirty, the front lady was so getto she was not professional at all. Then you walk to the elevator there’s people gathering outside side there doors, they smell like they haven’t showered for days. Then we go to our floor as soon as the door opens you get a nasty smell, the carpet looks like it’s outside carpet how bad it looks and smell we get to our room The room was disgusting, the floors look like they have never been touched (clean), the bed was so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. The towels were not white, they had a smell to them. In all we couldn’t leave because everything was packed. This will be the last time I ever use Hotels.com
