Still fighting to get my money back; BOOKING.com now fast in answering the phone Part of their marketing strategy is to CONFUSE customers with the addresses. We needed a place close to PHOENIX HOSPITAL, we had booked one that was, initially 2 miles away, but on confirmation it was actually 15 miles away. When we eventually get there, around 9.30 PM, they’ve told us it’s OVERBOOKED, NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. Had to found another hotel almost at 11.00 pm

There were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot when I arrived after dark. No shampoo, conditioner, etc in the bathrooms. Very few channels on the TV. I would not have taken a bath in the bathtub, it was pretty old and stained.

If you have loved ones with you run!! They didn’t know if the repairs to the room were done when I attempted to check in. They were going to send me to the room to check but wanted to keep my license!?! Hell no.

Blinds were dirty walls were dirty. Everything was just a dirty just a dirty place on all the employees have no care all about cleaning the hotel. It was so dirty. I got told that they don’t clean our rooms unless we stay for two weeks just a disgusting dirty place.

• Smith (3/5): Harassed until check out - I liked how the room was set up. That’s about it. Early in the morning they began harassing me to leave. Check out was at 11 , and upon check in we were made aware of that. Then again at like 9 in the morning and on throughout the morning . Until we finally did leave at the time we had told them we were going to , which was a reasonable 10 mins before their required check out time. I find it very rude that they kept contacting us to leave. I paid for the room until check out .

• Sergio Martinez (2/5): - I left trash outside my room for housekeeping to dispose like every other hotel. They would throw it back in my room stinking the whole room. I brought it out again the next day and when I got back from work, I found all my stuff at the front desk because I was getting kicked out for leaving trash outside. Staff stole a tablet I use for school, a watch and groceries. On top of this, they will not refund me so I consider this theft. Not to mention this place is more like a low income housing projects think twice before choosing this place

• Kathy (4/5): Disappointing - The price was fairly reasonable The television did not come with instructions, so I was not able to utilize that. The showér sprayed water while I filled the tub, getting the entire bathroom wet(also no instructions), and the room had no dishes or pans or anything.

• Santa (7/5): During a difficult period of my life, i found comfort in this hotel for my stay. - I enjoyed the friendlyness of the staff, from the General Manager all the way down the staff. The Housekeeping crew are helpful and friendly and the checkin was quick and effiecient. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at this location so much i extended my stay for two weeks. I had a fun time with all of the different things to do in this part of the town. I would suggest reading the policies and get familiar with the fees for the things that you may be charged for. If you do that you shouldnt be suprised when you get charged for something.

They will give you toilet paper to wipe your but, that's about it. Someone walked in our room while we were away daily. We purposely left a light and television on and when we returned both were cut off. This is how I know someone was in my room at every hotel I visit. There was no appointment for room service which this property did not do so no one should have entered the room.

• Wesley (4/5): - First room smelled like mold and flooring seams appeared to have mold, there appeared to be a condom wrapper on the floor near the bed. We were offered a second room that was much cleaner; however the window did not close all the way making the room very noisy to freeway traffic.

I didn't expect a stove and sink which was nice. The beds were very hard to sleep on, there was no housekeeping to see if we needed anything cleaned or freshen up. The bathroom did not look very clean and found a roach crawling up the wall. Staff was very pushy about our check out and wanted us out before our check out time of 11am; calling the night before and knocking multiple times the morning of.

They made SURE I had the cheapest rate and they worked with me and my family! They have only one door in and the front doors are inside so you’re safer! Since it’s not the best area AT ALL! Plus the front desk clerk was not the nice person. I stay one far better then this one for sure .

The floor was dirty had stuff on. The blinds were covered in dust. overall, the room needed a deep clean. When I told the girl at the front desk she looked at me with a dumb look like she didn’t know what to do and she said she would leave a note in the account.. at the bare minimum, somebody should’ve cleaned up the glass.. The one positive was the water pressure was amazing in the shower..
