Guest Reviews
- Shannon (2/5): - Close to where I needed to be TV would go in and out and even shut off! Could hear the room above me that sounded like they were rearranging the room until midnight. Taking a shower needed it on cold water to get hot water.
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Colby (3/5): Wouldn’t book here again. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty, the building smelled awful and the showers were cold.
- AMANDA (5/5): -
- Carly (8/5): The staff was very nice! - I didn’t eat breakfast. Rooms didn’t feel that cozy and the hallways felt a bit dirty.
- Cassondra (4/5): - Nice staff My bath tub still had dirt in it and the refrigerator in the room had all kinds like rust marks all over the bottoms of it and place smelt like a sweat/THC mix 😳
- Graeff (1/5): -
- Rick (3/5): Low review - Not a lot to like Tv quit working, someone was in our room daily & not for cleaning or clean linen
- robert (4/5): - Not good! The ac made a loud grinding noise every time it kicked on, had to just leave it off. No hot water in the shower and the the drain in the tub/shower was stopped up. The toilet was dirty.
- H5698AFruthm (10/5): Have always been treated great - Have been staying here for a time. Staff is always great and friendly. Kept clean. Whenever we have needed anything we have just needed to ask. They have been really great when it comes to groceries being delivered or food.
- Bryan (6/5): - This is a no frills hotel. Suits the purpose of you are looking for budget friendly.
- Garcon (10/5): - Clean room Trash room
- Ron (2/5): - We was told that we were not welcome and I was bard and band we was not welcome there too so we don't know what we did
- John (2/5): This hotel should be closed down by health inspectors. - Nothing positive at all. Filthy room, shady characters hanging around the entrance and parking lot.
- Matthew (2/5): - I changed my check-in date through EXPEDIA from Aug 1 to Aug 2 check-in and received confirmation. I had prepaid for it using my reward points... When I arrived, they had no record and I had to pay for the full price out of pocket... During the night someone tried to break into my van and messed up the out locks on two doors... I would like to receive my reward points back... There doesn't seem to be a way to get help from a person and the hotel was no help at all... Horrible experience and a gross hotel.
- Djissenou (8/5): -
- kayleyh823 (2/5): Worst actual hotel to ever exist - Terrible place to go!!!!!!!!!! my bf and I tried checking in at like 10:15 pm walked in through the unlocked back door and then asked a couple people who were fixing a leak in the ceiling and we asked them if they knew where to check in at and they said to go and dial the number and someone will come to help us and we called and called and waited at least 30 minutes before we decided to leave after NO ONE helped us check in! Next day we went back to the hotel to try to get a hotel for that night or a refund and they said no and pretty much to screw off! Screw this place and their TERRIBLE management!
- Lance (8/5): - It was fine, nothing posh
- Benjamin (10/5): - Good Good
- James (8/5): - The motel was great. I wish the chairs in the room would have been a bit more comfortable, and there were a set of blackout curtains on the window. Other than that, the stay was good!
- Penny (4/5): - Photos show kitchen stocked with supplies to cook, no notice that you have to purchase items to cooks for $39.99 & a plate set for 1 person is $19.99.
- Summer (2/5): - This property was not to my liking at all. It’s a pet friendly place, but was assured at check in that the rooms are all deep cleaned after a pet’s stay. Our first room had pet hair on the floor with dust on the floors. The room was not clean and smelly. See the pictures.
I asked for a refund and was denied. Messaged Expedia for some kind of support. Expedia’s chat was not able to give me a refund but provided online credit.
We got moved to another room, where there was a box of opened ice pops left behind. We asked to move to another room.
The manager had their staff clean another room and spray Febreeze so there wasn’t a smell. We ended up just sucking it up, not wanting to lose out on our money.
I will never stay at or recommend this property ever again.
- Gene (6/5): - We were just there to sleep the night for the most part. The mattress was comfortable. Parking and accessibilitys were good. The staff were helpful.
- Shannon (1/5): Never again - Nothing. Dirty floors, only amenities were two thin towels and a chip of soap. You had to ask for shampoo at the front desk and check out a hair dryer the morning of use. No dishes or utensils in kitchenette. Bed is a cot and sheets are coarse.
- Stay08485946544 (2/5): Don’t do it, even for one night! - This is so low budget that I’ll never visit this franchise again. Only amenities were two thin towels and one chip of soap. The “kitchen” didn’t have a single dish, glass or utensil. And there weren’t even any disposable cups. No hair dryer. You had to check one out with ID if you needed it on the morning of use. The beds were more like cots and the sheeting was coarse fabric. There were no curtains, only metal blinds that did little to darken the parking lot lights. The floor was dirty and needed a serious cleaning with more than a mop. The only tiny praise I can offer was to the staff member who checked us in.
- Michael (8/5): - Hot water was weak. Almost could not shave.
- Benjamin (6/5): Good location, good price, you get what you pay for. - Stench in the hallways Stench in the hallways
- Lynne (4/5): - One problem after another from housekeeping to broken doors & a staff person unable to solve any problems. We were lucky to get a bar of soap & a roll of toilet paper literally. The place was barebones & not clean.
The staff person’s response when we discovered the kitchen area still had food debris in the kitchen area was that “housekeeping was gone for the day”. And, she had no other room available. I suggested she call her manager & have him/her come in & clean it up. She then texted the manager, we waited & the manager gave her permission to move us to a disability accessible room - where the bathroom door jamb was pulling out from the wall & the bathroom door could not be closed no matter what we did.
If this is how Extended Stay America now operates, don’t bother.
- Heidi (6/5): Decent enough I suppose. - Convenient to the highway They charged me AND Booking.com charged me too. Double charges for the same night. The front desk wasn’t there to help the next morning either. (9AM)
- Eves (1/5): Bad - nothingg everything
- Paula (10/5): - Simple, clean and the staff was great!
- TAMI (6/5): - Fridge was dirty. Hallways had a poor scent. Room was sufficient
- Verified traveler (8/5): Budget friendly overnight stay with pet - Restful stay when my dog. Arrived late night so had to call and wait for about 10 mins for the night manager to open the shuttered front desk and check me in. Checkin was smooth but I was charged an additional $26 per fee, which in was unaware off. Bedroom floor was very muddy and dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in weeks
- U (10/5): Nice an quite and great price for 34 hour reset - Did not know they offered breakfast?? You could have a little bit larger parking lot for the size of your building. It would've been nice to safely park my bobtail semi with a Lil more ease or have a dedicated lot for us to park for us truckers that move the country.
- Valencia (7/5): Good -
- Larry (6/5): Won’t stay there again - People were nice. No coffee maker as stated.
Thus no coffee available
Not convenient for a one night visitor
- Latoyshia (1/5): Bad -
- Shepherd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karla (1/5): Bullseye galore - Long story international headlines
- Vladimir (6/5): - Bed is terrible. Small for two , not comfortable at all.
- Charleatta (2/5): ALL BAD - nothing my room was wrong and I almost pissed ok myself because they only have restrooms in the rooms there was one bed and the pictures told me I had two it was all bad EVERYTHING
- Normita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diana (4/5): - The staff was friendly. However, the hotel reeked of weed. The bedsheets smelled of weed as well.
I left after realizing that sleep wasn't going to happen.
- Normita (10/5): Exceptional - Very Friendly staffed and helpful I like the Room and the environment
- Anonymous (7/5): On the way to my destination - Nice location Bigger room, more amenities.
- Haley (10/5): - All i needed was a place to sleep, and boy were those beds comfy =]
- Noemy (2/5): - The bed was to small and chairs
- debbiepE513WT (2/5): Management and corporate did not care about unsafe room conditions until after you checked out and then they price gouge - Facility is not up kept there is trash and glass everywhere. Staff was nice but when it came to problems, they did not fix them. be wary of price gouging I had to leave unplanned very quickly due to unsafe room conditions, and all they had was excuses
- Holly (7/5): Good - The guy at the desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me alot of ideas for when I travel through again. It is literally just a one-night stay type. Location was nice. The bed. not comfortable at all.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Never ever ever stay here. - Awful!! No night staff for check in. Even though I had called earlier in the day to let them know I was going to get there late, the maintenance guy didn't want to come to check me in. He had to drive from someplace, so not on site.
He did come to check me in, but refused to let me read the documents I had to sign to check in.. wouldn't give me the key card unless I signed. 🙄
When I got to my room, it hadn't been cleaned at all. So I called down to the operator and he tried to have the maintenance guy come back to give me a different room, but he refused to come back. The operator told me I'd have to wait till 9am to talk to someone in customer service and there was nothing else he could do.
I told him he could get me a room at another hotel. So he did.. then charged me for that room too. I got to the new hotel and my reservation had been cancelled as a "no-show" because the operator hadn't called the hotel to say I was coming. I got to the new hotel about half an hour after the reservation was made. (I got lost while driving.)
The app won't let me upload pics of the uncleaned room, or they'd be there.
- Shannon (2/5): - This place advertises itself as having "a full kitchen." Yes, it had a stove top, refrigerator, microwave and sink - but NOT ONE SINGLE utensil, plate, cup, pan, or anything else. Not even a coffee maker. There were two ice cube trays in the freezer - probably left by someone else. There was no hair dryer, not even a bedside lamp (the only light was the overhead ceiling). I will never stay in Extended Suites America again!
- William (10/5): - Very courteous, friendly , helpful front desk manager!!
- Austin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nate (6/5): - Front desk staff was friendly…the smell of the place is what did it for me. The smell from the hallways and the air conditioner was very unpleasant.
- Sheryl (6/5): Local stay due to power outage from storm - Stayed overnight to escape power outage from storm in August. AC worked fine. Tv was down due to storm- wish we’d known that before checkin. May have moved to another hotel. Beds were comfortable, sheets clean, shower good. Condition of fridge and toilet were old and stained. But having AC was priority. Staff friendly and helpful. Dog was welcomed too.
- Brandon (2/5): - People loitering in the parking lot watching everything you did. I did not feel safe and left the hotel and checked in to a new one. Would not stay here.
- David (6/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful just not on duty all day. Shower valve not proper so hot water was an issue. The electric door locks on the outside doors were broken so entry was an issue. Bed was very average. $700 for 7 nights. I will look harder next time
- Michael (4/5): Will not stay here in the future. - There was no breakfast.
Cost was a benefit.
Location met my needs. No luggage trollers were available.
Parking space yellow strips very hard to see.
Trucks with trailers taking up extra spaces.
Parking lot in bad condition.
Back door not closed because a rug was used to keep door open.
- mark (2/5): - Check in was quite easy! No problem there. The problems started after check in. The entire hotel has a horrible smell throughout. I mean it reeks! It is also very dirty! Had dead bugs under the tv stand! No table lamps. Kitchen is useless, no plates, silverware, glasses, absolutely useless!
Office was supposed to open at 9 am. Didn’t happen. Met a gentleman in lobby at 9:15 am who had been there since 4am, trying to check in! They have a phone in the lobby your supposed to use for after hour help. KNOW ON EVER ANSWERS!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
- Charles (2/5): Very poor -
- william (2/5): The place have the worst service - We got there after 11pm no attendance had a sign to use the phone and call this number for assistance so we did after we hung up we heard the phone ring behind the counter then guy pulled up the counter door it's it's seems like why your we checking in so late. Then in the morning the counter door was closed again we call again got hang up on so we slide the room key underneath the counter door and left.
- Akula (1/5): Bad - Location Everything, no value, facility is not clean
- Monthr (10/5): Exceptional -
- D5095WRmarke (2/5): Late check in - Don’t book if you intend on checking in after 10pm. Was not informed of late checking policies. Late checking policies are that you call and a staff member will come to the property 30 minutes to check in. If you refuse to wait the 30 minutes they deem your reservation canceled and you will be charged. Will never stay at another hotel of this brand or this corporation. They will not receive my money.
- MARK (2/5): - I went to check in at the property at 10:45 local time. The check in area was closed, closed at 10:00 pm. Signage told me to call 500 on the lobby phone. I did and was told that it would be 30 minutes for someone to get there to check me in. I left and checked in at a nearby property.
- Jeffrey (1/5): Bad -
- Totianna (2/5): - I will never recommend anyone to stay there. It was dirty, and had roaches.
Fast forward: I had a package delivered there. I asked the manager to return to sender on the package. He claims he had to bring the package to the post office which I don’t understand because he could have gave it to the post man. How about the post office saying they never received my package and the manager couldn’t provide me with a tracking number.
- Samuel (2/5): - Did not stay. Cockroaches in the tub. Stow away bed for a bed. Not fit for staying.
- PENNY (2/5): - Not a clean hotel. Smelly, not well kept. Stay somewhere else.
- Eric (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Beware at check in and make the your room is clean - We arrived and checked in. There was no one at the counter but someone arrived after the call and was pleasant. However the room they gave us had not been cleaned at all, floors dirty, linens used, no toiletries, etc. We called the front desk and they said they would bring us linens. We left and returned late that night to only find new towels. We had to call a corporate number and they were not pleasant and we finally got clean linens we had to put on the bed ourselves, we then had to call back to get a blanket. It took us over 30 minutes to get the bedding. Room was never cleaned but we at least got clean sheets in the end.
- SALEEM UDDIN (4/5): - One of the Room which we got was on 4th floor,
> windows were open and lot of dust in the room, smoke smell.
> Blinds in the room were not working, we have to keep open the window, lot of light was coming in the room during the night time.
> Not able to close the room door fully and smoke smell is coming in the room all night.
- Mary Jo (4/5): - The hotel was close to the interstate and it was easy to get around to the places I wanted to go. Unfortunately, the room was not clean with dust everywhere and the bathroom was filthy.
- Zacharia (4/5): - Sink was flooded and was never fixed, service can be much better
- Chaunda (4/5): - This the worst experience coming from out of town. I arrived early room wasn’t clean housekeeping cleaned within 15mins it couldn’t been sanitize and deodorizer. The noise the dog smell is ridiculous the front door is unlocked safety is definitely a issue. This property needs to do better. I wish I could’ve got a refund I was only there for a week but I’m visiting til July 30
- Lynnette (4/5): - It was dirty and not well maintained
- Cesar (2/5): - We were out in a room that had not been cleaned and had a pile of dirty sheets on the bed, switched to a different room and the bedside table was broken and the remote to the tv didn’t work so they brought up another remote for us to program to the tv.
- H3722GSjayf (4/5): Bad experience - I am a transient worker working normal 9-5 hours in the area. It is almost impossible to get a nights rest due the banging of a headboard in the room next door and the spanish music played all hours of the day from the 4 rooms on my floor with doors propped open. Animal urine is left to dry in the hallways. I have been here almost a month now and have yet to get any sort of turn down service or housekeeping (instead I'm told I can pay for a towel and sheet exchange as well as rent a broom from them to clean my own room). Weekends on the floor I am on is like being in a college dorm with residents going between rooms smoking and drinking. Coin operated laundry has credit card swipers that don't work and no way to get quarters unless you leave the property to get them somewhere else. Not a pleasant stay at all.
- David (4/5): - The room was very dirty, blinds were broken, and there was no tv remote.
- Benjamin (6/5): - .
- Rani (2/5): Don’t stay here! - My room was dirty. There was dirt on the floor, there was dust on the counters. There was a fluid stain on the dust cover on the bed. There was a urine streak on the wall. When I asked if someone could clean my room or change rooms I was told someone could clean it tomorrow or we have a broom and a mop you can use.
- Darla (2/5): - During check in the maintenance man said our room number out loud at least 3 times in a full lobby. The woman during check out was amazing and extremely professional, absolutely loved her. Floor was sticky in the room. After our show we came back to our room and it smelled like urine and BO and we even contemplated leaving immediately. The towels also smelled like urine.
- Angela (2/5): Terrible - Room was not clean
- Jerod (2/5): - Horrible management. This place is a flop house for lots of people. Dogs barking from rooms, management is very aggressive if you complain. Had to call the police on the neighbor room. Some People working here are living there as well as some of the people who work at the gas station across the street. Want coffee? You have to buy a coffee pot from them. Want anything? You have to pay for anything including new sheets or towels. This place has a history according to the police as they were there many times while I was there. Smell of cigarettes and weed all the time.
- David (2/5): - What can I say about this property? Well, first of all, this property is not a hotel, and does not treat guests with respect.
1. Cockroaches in bathroom
2. Shower/tub was unstable - felt like it would break.
3. Floor of unit was dirty and sticky.
4. Staff called police on me saying my daughter looked afraid. She was not afraid. The serious look on her face was of disgust because of the place we were staying. Omaha police was super nice, though.
5. NO COFFEE
Highly recommend you stay away from this horrible property!!!!
- Cedric (2/5): Stay Away - The Caucasian young man was friendly and courteous. The black lady was never at the desk and very of no help when she was at the desk. My stay was cut short and I requested a refund for remaining the remaining week on my reservation and was denied.
They kept $600 that rightfully belongs to me.
So now I have to waste time and money to take this establishment to Small Claim's Court.
- Jessica Marie (2/5): - They were rude about my dog. Every single door no matter the entrance was not secure anyone could walk into to the building at anytime. The property inside and out was not very clean it smelled terrible and there were a few tailgate parties in the back parking lot they left empty alcohol bottles laying in the yard it was there for days. When I got there my tv didn’t work took them three days to come fix it they did end up fixing it but you have to stand up by the tv to change the channel because the box on the wall is to far from the bed to being laying down to change the channel. It’s truly hard to find something positive about this place I’d advise too keep looking.
- Jennifer (2/5): Horrible customer service - The hotel staff was rude and unaccommodating. Even though our card was charged and we had a confirmation they claimed they did not and wouldn’t offer to help. And on top of that they are refusing to give me a refund and we did t even stay.
- Jan (8/5): Towel policy 👎👎👎 - Strange policy you only get one towel in two weeks. If you want another towel (which they did not tell me this) you have to pay $1.35 per day. Which I GLADLY would have paid. EXCEPT if you book through a 3rd party they WONT take your money. AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A 2nd towel for 14 days 😡😡
- Andrew (2/5): - This is a very bad place to stay. It is extremely dirty inside and out. There where mounds of trash all over the outside of the building. The entire building smelled like weed. I would not recommend staying here.
- Loretta (10/5): Worth the Clothes Off My Backside! - Woodspring Suites Millard is centrally located with several dining and shopping options within ten minutes! There’s also a very nice park with quiet neighborhoods and a walking path nearby.
- Colton (2/5): - Terrible service for me and my service animal ! I want a refund !
- Lamont (10/5): Cool - It was cool
- Juan (10/5): - Receptionist service was great
- Christian (4/5): - If they give you a room on the ground floor good luck. All you will hear is kids running around and the sounds of people moving furniture at all hours of the day. When you walk down the hallway it always has a new bad smell. The parking lot is to small and you are bound to open the door and run into someone smoking. The room was okay having a stove top was nice for cooking but almost everyday I had to kill a roach or two in my room.
- Ellen (4/5): - Maybe my expectation that it be like a regular hotel was off. This is a working man’s option for a cheap place to stay for a week or more; zero frills; not a “nice hotel.” Serves its purpose for certain needs - not what I expected for our needs.
- Ronilynn (4/5): - Very disappointed at this location. Building doors not secured at all all entry doors were broken, you didn’t need a card to come into building. Very unsafe. Stairwells and elevator extremely dirty. Not worth the money we spent for the week.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok place for the price - First stay was for a month. Then rebooked weekly. For two months total. It stated room service is limited. But the whole time I've been here, no room service. I take my own trash out. And I go ask for new towel every two week. Thats the hotels policy, from what they told me. Every two week you can ask for new towels. Internet is managed by 3rd party company. And it always cut off a day prior of the last day of your stay. As myself, every Saturday internet shuts off, when i rebooked Sunday to Sunday. Which sucks when you need internet to fill out timesheet for work. Yes. There is cockrourch. Small one here and there. Mainly near the kitchen area. I've been flushing them down the sink. I only got this place because it has a large fridge and kitchen. I couldn't find anywhere else that has a kitchen.
- DEREK (6/5): - The after-hours check-in could be smoother. I had to call a customer service line and the person told me to wait, then just hung up. It was kind of rude. I heard people behind the closed partition and was about to knock when someone said to wait; I wasn't sure if they were talking to me. I was never quite sure what I was supposed to do and communication was poor.
