• Janyliz (1/5): Una estadía de mal gusto. - La realidad 0 nada pésimo hotel . No limpian bien, desorden, demasiado ruido la gente no deja dormir, no limpian los cuartos no te cambian ni aunque sea las sábanas, no limpian bien los cuartos antes de entregarlos, no tienen mucho personal, cuando necesitas cambiar sábanas que tú mismo tienes que hacerlo ahí nadie para que te las de, las neveras tienen mal olor para quedarte de vacaciones no lo recomiendo para estar unos días no lo recomiendo.

• TYLER (1/5): - I like the access to the main road. When I first got to my room, there weren't any batteries in my TV remote, when I went downstairs to the front desk to let them know, there was a line of people waiting to check in and no one at the desk or answering the phone for assistance. When I finally got batteries on my remote, the TV wasn't working. I didn't want to go back down to the front desk because I didn't want to wait there all night for someone to help me. When I was checking out, again no one at the desk with people waiting for assistance. We can hear people talking in the room behind the desk, but no one answering our calls for help. Finally I had to go back into the door and went to the cleaning room with the door open and the front desk woman was just sitting there talking. I asked is there anyone up front, and I was met with a very rude, "me" I said there are people waiting. She rolls her eyes and finally went to help the people that were waiting. Never staying here again.

• Chris (1/5): This hotel is a complete dumpster fire - Absolutely nothing was good or redeemable about this hotel. stay any where else Waited 30 minutes at front desk to check in. No body present. Other hotel staff ignoring front desk. I asked for help getting an attendant to man the desk and the laundry staff literally walked away without any verbal response. Used phone to call and the front desk attendant left their phone at the desk. I canceled my stay in the hallway waiting for someone to show up. Existing guests came up front looking for staff and they said this was typical that i need to find a new place to stay.

• May (10/5): - It was a quite place seems like a lot of people stay here but it's really not a high traffic place You have to pay for just about everything if you want clean towels or even a fork you have to pay extra for it. The silverware and stuff of that sorts I can understand but towels?!?!

Was given the wrong room had to wait an extra hour and 45 minutes to get a room, staff tried their hardest to make it right but then the room next to us was smoking and drinking and banging on walls till cops had to be called at 2am.

• Cristy (6/5): - Location Constant noise from other rooms doors shutting 24/7. We could hear everything in the room next to ours. I killed at least six baby roach bugs. I was very disappointed for having paid $446 for 7 days in this room

• James (1/5): What the heck?! - I liked the proximity of why I was in Springfield. Not a far drive. There were way too many people on the property who did not have a room. I got approached by police after being inaccurately being identified. Could hear people talking through the night and slamming doors.

• Kyle (4/5): Hotel was unclean and the people were sketchy. I was approached and propositioned to buy drugs, three different times - I liked the location of the property My room was not clean. There was no bottom sheet on my bed along with no pillow cases. The vent in the bathroom also dripped brown liquid all over the bathroom when the shower was running.

• Michelle (4/5): Didn't get the type of room I asked for. I couldn't get the 2 day refund help from the front desk. - Make the room a little more appealing. I booked 3 nights but only stayed one night. Front desk was no help on getting my two day refund. Was rude and not interested.
• Jennifer (2/5): Shared the night with the roaches - Nothing positive to say except when I came to the front desk on night 1 of my 4 night stay she didn't try and argue or fight. She immediately said I will refund everything. The negatives, Roaches , dirty destroyed refrigerator, tiny rough looking bed with no comfort, 3 cigarette smelly pillows ( didn't use them) sticky floors and a dripping sink. * I was in a hurry to get back to the hospital I didn't really even go in the room at check in, It wasn't till 10:30 pm that I returned. It really needs to be closed and re done, properly cleaned. Unfortunately i had a video not photos so i screen shotted some of my friends there were dozens.

• Joseph (5/5): Could have definitely been better - The room served it's purpose for the night. Upon arrival to room 408 we were greeting by roaches. Also, a women under the influence smoking outside in a T-shirt and a thong panty approached my 12 for a lighter.

• Michael (2/5): - They set the air conditioners so they only burn a certain amount of electricity before they turn off. I'm not one of those people that wants a freezer for a room, but I'd like it a little cooler than 75 when I'm sleeping. When I mentioned this to management and maintenance they lied and said the unit would overheat if they adjusted it rather than just being honest and saying the owner is a tight wad. Also, there is a homeless encampment 20 yards away from the picnic table.

There were very few amenities in the room..no hair dryer, tissues, hand towels, or coffee. The tub faucet dripped constantly. I couldn’t find an ice machine. There were at least 2 dogs barking continuously on the 4th floor, which I could also hear in my room. The front desk clerk was missing every time I passed by, including when I wanted to check out the next day.

• Heather (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed the fact that all of the workers there were super helpful all the time any hour of the day considering I would leave my key in my room coming back from a late night sweet trip to the store and they would not hesitate to come down and let me in my room I feel that the price per week could have been a little bit better than the 560$ that I came out of my pocket for each week that I stayed there which was 2 weeks other than that it was a great stay
