There was like mud on the side of the fridge and on the microwave it said there was a $250 cleaning fee if it was used mind you this refrigerator beside of it looked like it had been in the Warzone. There was some bugs in the room. I did not feel safe and it felt nasty so I ended up leaving as soon as I pretty much checked in and went and got another room at another location and lost my money on this place so I never again will I be there

VERY UNHAPPY AND VERY UNSATISFIED NEVER AGAIN - Once I got there I asked about towels and to have my trash taken out, bed made, and my towels replenished they said they don’t do that but every 2 weeks that I have to pay for my towels or do them myself if I would have know that I never would have booked there the room was not very clean and there was puke on the floor in the hallway it sat there for two days. I did not like that I felt unsafe because there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. The bed was so uncomfortable that my hips started hurting and I went to the manager and asked him if there was something he could do and he pretty much laughed at me. There were homeless people staying there and hookers where walking in and out all the time not to happy about staying at this hotel. I don’t have any photos of what I mentioned sorry.

The halls were dark. The first room I was given had maintenance painting it. The 2nd room had people occupying it. I finally asked for my money back and went elsewhere.

They used eviction for reason such as footsteps thru out the day and minor disagreements to an extent that it felt weaponised. Very very unhappy Would not ever consider another extended stay . This motel refused to let her in the room I rented with my debit card and my car dentals and put her out in the cold back out where she was robbed before. God says forgive but I can't and on top of everything else they want refund my money and no one ever got to see the room or stay there or anything this place should be held responsible for her getting really sick and trmatized I can't say what I really want to
- Jason (5/5): - Not much. It's a run down halfway house for junkies. Nothing. I'm a world traveler and I felt like I was on an episode of law and order and they found a dead junkie in my room. Lightning bad. No table lamps. Bed was a worn out hospital cot. Hallways. Bad. Dark and smelled stale cigarettes. No amenities. Room door and building locks didn't work. I cut my stay short and stayed at a motel 6 which was a definite upgrade in comparison and they're known for being cheap and seedy. In more Ithan 20 years of business travel can't remember when I have stayed at a hotel this bad.

- sarahrM5289BR (2/5): Don't book unless you like sleeping with roaches - There are two locations that I'm aware of in Wilmington. We booked the Carolina Beach Rd location for a few nights, but only stayed one. The rooms are FILTHY, counters and fridge sticky, and when you wipe the floor with a towel, it's BLACK, indicating the floors are not mopped. I woke up around 2am to use the bathroom, and saw several cockroaches scurry away. I managed to kill one. Upon inspecting the kitchen cabinets, we saw more scurry away. It's infested. The only positive is that the staff was apologetic and helpful in getting us a refund, as we only stayed that one night. This place needs shut down by the health department. I'm surprised it hasn't been.

There were roaches in the room.. I was asleep and a knock at door for pest control and they sprayed but I still had to go and purchase roach traps and spray because still live roaches in the room.

It was a bargain compared to other nearby options. Room was clean. Elevator was broken, and I was on the 4th floor. I was told that before I checked in, but at 7pm didn't really have another option to drive around and look for someplace else to stay. It was very noisy, both screaming children in the halls and the outside highway noise. The volume on the TV didn't work, it was on about 3, couldn't be increased from either the remote or the tv itself. The drink machine was broken, and there isn't ice to be found b/c there is no machine and you have to fill and freeze your own Ice trays.

Elevator wasn't working, and I wasn't notified until I showed up at 7:30pm (too late to make other arrangements). I was on the 2nd floor. It was very LOUD, lots of traffic sounds from the nearby highway. The shower only had cool to lukewarm water in the morning for my shower, and the bathtub didn't drain well, so you are standing in water the whole time. The drink machine was broken, and no ice machine is available.

When I got to the front desk they said that they couldn’t check me in because they purposefully overbooked and they don’t have a room for me even though I have a reservation. After getting pretty frustrated all over a sudden a room just magically appears. Over the conditions of the facility are pretty dirty and very bad smells throughout.

Need I say more??? Worst place I ever stayed!

- Linda (6/5): - This was an average hotel. Nothing fancy - bed, bathroom, TV, kitchenette. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, hair dryer, coffee maker, etc as these are not provided. Check in was chaotic, since only one person was on duty.

There was a guy doing dope at all hours right outside of the building, staff was very open and verbal about their hatred towards working there with the guests including myself and my boyfriend. Room was FILTHY. I stepped on the floor with clean white socks (a test that I do in every hotel with hardwood floors) and took a walk through the room and when I lifted my foot, it was black from the lack of scrubbing the floors. I had to reclean the room myself when we got to our room. (It was late when we checked in so we did not take the option of trying to get a new room after midnight.) For 300+ a night, I expected much better quality. I feel like I wasted my money.

- Emisenda (1/5): Removed this location from booking.com - Good customer service from front desk This location does not need to be on booking.com. elevator smell like weed. I'm going to leave it at that. We didn't even spend 3 hrs at this location, and we left and found another hotel. The front desk was very kind and understanding.
- Jorge (8/5): - Accessible to local WAVE (The Cape Fear Public Transportation Authority) Bus Line from Downtown Wilmington to Monkey Junction with connections via South College Road to destinations West for $2.00 each ride. Walkable distances to established local restaurants within 1-mile like Frontier Food to Go, Sub Stop, Ming Wok Chinese and Los Portales Mexican Taqueria, Savour Southern Kitchen, Taqueria Food Truck & Shaved Ice Stand, Merritt's Burger House, 1504 Resto-Bar and Breakfast House along Carolina Beach Road as well as Fast Food Chains like Little Caesar's Pizza, KFC, McDonald's, Waffle House and BoJangle's Frid Chicken. Well within walking distance or $5-10 Uber Trip to all Novant Health and Wilmington Health Medical Center Facilities in nearby New Hanover County Regional Hospital Medical Center Park and adjacent Medical Facilities for anyone visiting for Doctor's Visits or Surgical Procedures from outside the local area.

- Rylee (1/5): Horrible hotel and staff (one exception was wonderful check-out desk worker), I want my money back. - The employee I spoke with as I was checking out was wonderful and almost made up for how horrible all of the other experiences were. I sadly did not catch her name, but it is worth noting this hotel has at least one redeeming quality. This was easily the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. First off, I went to check in with a reservation made through Booking.com and the front desk worker told me that their rooms are first come, first serve, and reservations are not accepted. So, I needed to pay for another room. He said I would be refunded for the purchase of the room made through Booking.com, but I am still waiting on that refund and pretty sure it won't come through. I even asked why I needed to pay for the room twice and he just kept arguing to the point where it was just easier to pay again... Needless to say this hotel is NOT AT ALL worth the $140 they were able to scam out of me for one night. On top of this issue, we were awakened by a fire alarm at 2:30 am and it was not turned off until 6 am despite the numerous calls down to the front desk. As soon as that fire alarm got turned off and silence was near, almost every dog allowed to stay in the hotel began barking. To the extent that it sounded like we were staying above a dog pound. The cherry on top though was I left one of my items in my room and came back about 30 mins later realizing it was gone, I went into the room to check if it was still there and nothing. I asked the cleaning lady who had just cleaned the room if she found anything, to which she stated no, so my item just magically disappeared from leaving it in the room to going back and retrieving it. This hotel is the worst and the worst and not worth a single cent of your money. There are a ton of way BETTER hotels near this area, I would suggest staying as far away from this one as possible.
