Christine (1/5): Upon arrival, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking. - Nothing. Lady at check in was unable to provide any information regarding why our room was cancelled. Blamed it all on Booking.com. She said they were "out of rooms" and that they booked up the night before. We made our reservations weeks in advance. We drove 4hrs there and were unable to find other accommodations anywhere nearby. So, we drove 4hrs back home through a severe thunderstorm warning.

Garcia (1/5): Worst experience. - Nothing. First of all my reservation was cancelled hours before my arrival time. When I got to the lobby I was trying to find someone to inquire about the sudden cancellation and nobody was at the front desk. The lobby smelled like muggy and looked dirty. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Cheryl (1/5): Worst place I've ever stayed at. - Honestly I did not like anything about this place. 1st- The woman at the front desk during check-in was very rude. When I tried to ask basic questions to get the lay of the land of what was around the hotel. She was more concerned about pushing my driver's license across the counter and telling me put it in my wallet before I forget it. 2- When I asked which side of the hotel my room was on, so I knew where to park my vehicle, she told me it doesn't matter. I just need to get in the elevator and go to the second floor to get to my room. 3- The facility and rooms are very old and outdated. Very dingy and unclean. Stains on the walls, dirt built up around the kitchen sink and dirt around the edges of the floor around the tub and toilet. 4- The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. So I had to plug in my curling iron in the kitchen and then carry it into the bathroom so I could look in the mirror just watch what I was doing. 5- The lighting was horrible. There were so many light switches that if you turned one on it ended up turning others off. It was very confusing. 6- Human hair on supposedly, clean towels, folded and hung up in the bathroom to use. 🤢 Enough said about that. 7- When going to check out, no one was at the front counter. The window was pulled down and locked. I had to use the phone in the lobby to call someone to come open the window to take my key so I could leave. When I asked for a receipt, they told me they don't do that, I'll get an email. When I told them I wanted to see an itemized bill before I walked out, again I was told they don't do that and to just look for an email for my bill. 8- I would have never booked this hotel on my own, but someone else booked it for me. 9- The location is horrible. There is nothing near it. No restaurants no stores of any type. You have to exit exit 114. Cross over the freeway, get back on the freeway going the opposite direction, to then go to exit 113 to then backtrack to a side road to get to this hotel.😡
karen (2/5): We didn’t stay there because our room was sold out from under from us, very disappointed! - I really don’t even know where to begin! When we got to the property, which was a short distance from the concert that we were attending, we were told that our room was sold, and that there was nothing available for us. I told the lady in the office that I couldn’t believe that, and she stuck with the story. She had no remorse, and even though I told her that we were from out of town and that we had no place to stay and get ready for the concert, she seemingly did not care. As I am handicapped, it was quite awkward for me and my family to have to get ready for the concert in our car in a parking lot. We were late for the concert which we spent quite a bit of money on, and then after the concert, we had to find a room. Coincidentally, it was on the north edge of Oklahoma City, it was also an Extended Care, and it was a disaster! This one was not booked through booking.com. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling and it went off about every two hours. After running to the lobby, the first time it went off at about 1:30 am in the morning, we realized we were the only ones in the whole joint that had a fire alarm that went off. There was no drawer front on our bedside nightstand, and sadly, it was not up to par. I will say the staff was very pleasant in this particular Extended Care. Overall, I would rate the experience extremely poor, not only because we had a room sold out from under us, we had another room that was below par, and we got to the concert late because of debacle with not having a room. Lastly, you might tell your tenant in Norman that a little bit of compassion could go a long way. When you’re five hours from home and you’re told that your room was sold out from under you, she could’ve handled it a little bit differently. I’m not sure if booking.com is to be blamed for this, or if the hotel itself is, but I’m not sure that I would use either company again. Karen D

Richard (7/5): The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean - The price it was clean and quiet when I got moved to the top floor with no one above me The floors are weak because I could hear the upstairs people every time they walked around or opened/closed the door. I could also hear the neighbors when they were throwing their Easter fiesta.

There isn't any lamps and only one nightstand, the nightstand was disgusting with dirt, hair and papers.The front doesn't open until 10 am which is so inconvenient.

We waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in, then another 25 minutes before we were able to get into our room, which gave us 4 hours before we had to be at an event the next morning. The bed was a full size and on a metal frame that squeaked horribly everytime we moved. Very restless night, we will not stay at this franchise again.

Krystle (2/5): - One of the worst stay I've ever had the black lady at the front desk is very rude was told I could not have clean towels that I could go pay $7 out of my own pocket to wash and dry their towels so I could take a shower the beds are hard the room was not clean will not be coming back i will make sure everyone i knows wont go there the black lady was yelling at my mom and very very rude to her..

Melissa (4/5): Clean But Smells Bad, Extra Fees, Uncomfortable Bed, Nice Staff - The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. Bad smell and extra fees: The hotel smells bad (it smelled like stale smoke to me and we were on the non-smoking floor). You to pay fees for a bunch of things like dishes, extra linens and local phone calls. There are limited front desk hours and it can be hard to catch someone if you need something. Booking.com does not tell you that there are no dishes or cookware in the kitchen. You have to PAY for cookware and dishes.

Cherokee (1/5): Horrible - Nothing at all We show up and they wanting to charge us $20 for being a hour early so had to come back later, the room we reserved we did not get. The whole building smelt like pot. We asked for non smoking and all they had was smoking yet again not room we reserved. Room looked to have mold in bathroom and smelt bad. We ended up just sleeping on top of the bed and not in it.
