- George (2/5): The bugs come out at night and some during the day - Not good at all... whenever i shop for a budget friendly stays i don't expect the greatest but the issues here are unacceptable. Reaches and German bugs everywhere in the room tyrn the lights off and scream for help. That's all. Hope they call an exterminator because they're infested on a major scale
- Cordell (2/5): - The property was very poorly kept and I waiting 15 mins for service before calling a number only to be told the customer service rep will be arrive in a few minutes.
- Mecca (2/5): - Dirty, smelly, had roaches with the lights on, rings around the toilet bowl lest goes on

- LaTiffany (10/5): - Others things as soap, fast wifi, iron, ironing board has to be purchased not included in services
- Mario (2/5): - The hotel was nothing like the pictures. It is dirty, run down, and there were even windows that were broken in and covered with wood. I did not sleep here after checking in because I just couldn't bring myself to do it. The staff were nice enough but the hotel was just nasty.
- Rosa (2/5): Upset - The check in date in the evening the hotel moved me to another location with a higher rate. The other hotel didn’t have my reservation. The other hotel room had a puddle of water from the AC.
- Quinline (10/5): - Great👍Management Staff! Very Quiet and Clean Hotel. The Manager is very nice and professional.
- Yen-Kuang (4/5): - no coffee maker, no ice machine, promise there was breakfast, but no!
No soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tub stopper, tub curtain unless you ask for it at the counter!
- Quinline (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful! The place is quiet and peaceful. The Management Team and Extended Staff Team are amazing people. We had a good 👍 experience. The Manager Tracy is awesome with a wonderful personality.

- Maria C (10/5): Nice for a quick stop - Location was easy to find, right around the corner to Tx Children's hospital, the front desk clerk was awesome, check in wassuper easy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): No thank you - Nice exterior and free parking. When I pulled up to the hotel in the evening, there were a group of people smoking cigarettes (and I hate to judge, but it looked like they were homeless or from a halfway house — one woman didn’t have any teeth, one man in a wheelchair had no legs), but I still proceeded to checkin. The staff was really nice, but like the other comments say, there is a horrible smell that lingers throughout the hotel. When I got into my room, I thankfully didn’t see any roaches or bugs, but there was a really foul smell baked into the floors and the beds. The floor was gross so I kept my shoes on the whole time. The walls are also thin, so if you want to get a good nights rest, this isn’t the place. Housekeeping isn’t offered until after 5-7 days of your stay. This is an extended stay hotel, but something gave me the impression that some of these people were homeless or sent here by fema or some sort of government program.
- Shant (6/5): - Its an ok place not good but ok
- Susan (8/5): - clean, modern, simple
- Artie (10/5): Peace of mind - It's comfortable,it's 👍 nice.
- Artie (10/5): Cool - It's good
- Jody (8/5): - The staff are super friendly, helpful and the place is clean.
- Courtney (6/5): - It was just somewhere to sleep for the night but not many options. People were hanging out outside and drinking in the parking lot. It wasn’t the greatest stay.
- Yoan (2/5): - The place has an unbearable smell. They don't clean the rooms. There is noise all day. We could never rest
- Ricardo (4/5): - the breakfast is very bad. no good
- Jordan (6/5): - The only issue I had was upon checking in, the room I had actually paid for wasn't ready. The following day, that evening I literally got stuck inside of my room because of the door handle mechanism broke and the door wouldn't open. After about 2 hours of myself and the hotel staff trying to open it we finally got it open and I got moved into a another room but that room turned out to be less than what I paid for it originally I believe so ultimately I'm not sure if I was even in the right room that I paid for. Other than that everything else about the hotel itself is great. It's quiet and the staff was very helpful and understanding and it felt like a safe area as well. Other than the door incident, they stay was great.
.
- John (4/5): - walking and travel distance to stores nearby. The bed was very hard, unable to sleep well, elevator and hallways smelled due to tenants pets....
- John (8/5): - The good: friendly and helpful folks, second least expensive place among dozens in a busy area (first least expensive place in the area is a horror), and i thought i was getting a small room that maybe had a mini fridge. Turns out there is a full size fridge, a microwave, and even a 2 burner range. It's an efficiency, more or less.
The not so good: no breakfast, but there are also no common areas other than hallways so idk where they'd serve it if they did. Not a big deal especially since the rooms are well equipped for you to fend for yourself. And over a three day stay i did see one, and thankfully only one, German roach goosestep across the counter. Forgivable, since I live in Florida anyway, where the cockroach is the state bird, but a bit more attention from an exterminator would be a good idea.
- Jody (10/5): - Everyone is really nice
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not what I expected
- Rayanna (4/5): - I didn't like anything the room smelled like wet dogs had been there for months. The a/c did not really work room was hot and hallways smelled terrible.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting - Absolutely disgusting hotel. Cockroaches everywhere. Hallways smell like trash!
- Jennifer (10/5): - Loved it
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I had not one but three bugs in my room. The first bug I saw and called the front desk. They came up to spray and hours later after I had left, I come back to my room to see two more. I felt so uncomfortable and I left the same night having to find another hotel out of pocket. Very disappointed
- Shanecia (2/5): Horrible - The hotel room was dirty..the sheets were dirty..alot of roaches was running around in the room..I'd seriously like to get a refund..i couldnt even stay there the night..i had to leave and take back my key in the morning ..it was horrible.i wouldnt recommend this place yo no one
- Arica (8/5): - Although the view is nice their is a smell around the hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - As expected. Quiet, slept good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was great, as expected. Will recommend to my family and friends.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was really disappointing
There were also cockroaches
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was just for one night but the beds nor the pillows were too comfy. It was a place to sleep. The check in process was easy and the woman at the front desk was very nice.
- Nikhat (2/5): My booking was canceled without notice - I didn’t get to stay, when I reached there I was told that my booking was canceled and I wasn’t aware of it. They told me that the hotels.com didn’t inform us. I paid for the hotel and didn’t get to stay there. We had to book another hotel on the spot for triple price. Hotels.com need to get their availability straight
- Aric (2/5): Severe roach infestation - Well my girlfriend and I thought we’d found a great hotel at a great price. Only to found out at 2 in the morn that we had a severe roach problem. Stayed up all night killing roach after roach. Hotel staff claims room was treated by pest control last Fri and that the roaches were recessed into the walls and just now coming out, so that leaves us with having to deal with the fallout of these roaches. Spoke with another guest and he and his wife had same problem in their room. Staff gave me industrial strength insecticide left over from pest control, sprayed behind fridge and insecticides was so strong it made my girlfriend sick to the point were she threw up. This has been a MISERABLE experience. Avoid this nasty unclean hotel at all cost.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent place to stay, the employees were helpful - Positives: The staff was very helpful, and the room was "big"
Negatives: Room was not ready by check-in time, there were at least 4 small bugs/roaches, there was some cosmetic damage to counters.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place is old, dirty, smells terrible, hiding and unsafe. There is people that looked like homeless in the front of the building, and cars would come and drop stuff(don’t know what), and leave. It looked like a drive thru. Also there is a terrible l, dirty smell in the hallway. We end up leaving same night!! Look for a different hotel or you will end up losing your money.
- Laura (10/5): Love this place! - Front desk staff has always been very nice and accommodating. I understand that there are technical issues and busy nights occasionally but they do their best to always make it right, with good spirits and friendliness.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall good stay! Price was right! Staff was great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall my stay was fairly nice. It was clean, friendly staff and no issues with neighbors.
- Calvin (6/5): - I saw stains and a roach but it was still a nice stay overall.
- Brent (8/5): Great hotel - Nice hotel the lady at the front was very nice. First room heater didn’t work I called she actually went up
To new room and turned heater on for me then brought me new room key. That’s excellent customer service.
- Michael (10/5): - I love the location of this property because it is close to a variety of different restaurants and easily accessible to the highway if you need to get on it.
- traveler (2/5): - Rusty appliances. Smelly room and need pest control.
Only toilet papers available.
Pans and silverware available for koney
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, comfortable. OK for a stopover going through town.
- Sal (8/5): - nice and clean. Good location. Friendly staff. close to many restaurants.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - No swimming pool on the property. Otherwise its a nice place
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was ok and it waa great place to stay. Will always stay there when am in town
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The people in other rooms were too noisy. I couldn't sleep well because of that.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Car honking and cars turning lights on me when I went out to smoke. But I am a Targeted Individual so this is expected.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They listing they have kitchen but they do not provide any cookware or dishware set
Even spoon or knife
If you want you have to buy from them and the room is dirty and not clean
I just check it and leave right away to another hotel
Please check out before you book
Do not waste your money and your time
- Shawnw.Crites (4/5): - The fee for my service animal of $30.... Did not know until check in..... They say pet friendly.... But apparently not........
That ruined my trip...
- Musala (10/5): - Very nice place, very nice customer service. The only bad thing the carpet has an odor smell, it need to be taken care of.
- KevinJohnson (6/5): - The location was real good since it right by everything. And the price was right.
- Robert (10/5): - My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very courteous and delightfully talkative, most importantly my room was completely spotless and comfortable! I was in the room nearest the elevator and with the TV off I could barely tell anyone was coming and going. This will be my new go-to location when I'm in the area for sure! Highly, highly recommended.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - While the staff was friendly - no complaints there, this hotel was abominable.
We checked in late at night - our key didn't work because as we were informed by the staff, they had had to "lock out the last person to use the room and housekeeping had forgotten to unlock the door" for guest use.
This fact obviously took us aback as why would a hotel have to lock out a guest unless that guest was of the very worst sort. The doorjamb looked like it had been attempted to be pried from the door with some sort of tool or crowbar. The other rooms did not look like this from the outside, so the best room was obviously saved for us.
The room looked alright other than some housekeeping misses (pubic hair on the soap rest in the shower and some less than clean sheets). I was also put off by the fact that there were literally two flat pillows on the bed (I have a picture), so my boyfriend and I slept pretty much flat.
At about 4 AM - my boyfriend and I were jolted awake by what can only be described as a train-like sound in the room. We were both groggy and trying fumbled around for about a minute before realizing it was the fan in the bathroom that was making this horrible noise..
The noise would only stop if we turned the bathroom light on - so we did that and shut the door in an attempt to go back to sleep. In the morning, we were able to shut off the light without incident - at about 8 AM the sound started again. We decided to check out a day early and go elsewhere.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean around the whole facility. My room was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and professional
- Marsha (2/5): - I’ll never stay here again. Staff was very rude & racist.
- Ryn (6/5): - you definitely get what you pay for. by the way they only have one hair blower the entire facility and i was told by the front desk, she didnt know where it's at!
- Carolyn (8/5): Nice - It was nice for the price and very friendly staff they where prompt and attentive
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked that it had a kitchen. Clean. Friendly staff.
- Jerry (6/5): - Friendly staffs. But hotel hardware condition is very bed and need to be improved.
- Laura (4/5): WoodSPRINGS - The mattresses are horrible. It’s like sitting on the boxsprings and coils. They only service the room every seven days. You have to take out your own trash and take your dirty towels to the counter to get clean towels. We had to go to the counter to request more toilet paper when we ran out. The bathroom faucet did not work, it only ran hot water (barely) no cold water. The staff were extremely friendly
- Samuel (6/5): - Hotel is outdated. Room is small and also has outdated amenities. Probably never stay at one of these again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was clean and also a non smoking facility/location. The two things that I did not like about the property was that it is hard to locate at first,. It sits behind the Sheraton Four Points Hotel so I kept missing it When I finally seen after two u-turns off of I10, the driveway of part of a storage unit parking area. Also, the rooms are small but the type of staying quarters, that was understandable. The beds were not that great. Very firm. But again, overall a very clean and quite place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Insects like cockroach and dirty floor and carpets. The clean service did not go the room anyday.
- THEO (10/5): Nice place - Very good
- Reginald C (10/5): 10- I - Great clean and punctual when it comes to service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic staying there need to improve beds and more locations
