• Meri (3/5): We cannot recommend. - We stayed here for one night, for a concert. The price was very high due to high demand, so it shouldn't have been a problem. However, upon check-in we were given a room with 1 bed instead of 2 and it looked awful. After complaining, we barely got another room with 1 bed and a miserable sofa bed, and finally got bedding for it from the maid. Luckily we checked in in the afternoon because if we had come after the concert we would probably have slept in the car. The hotel is relatively clean but very run-down. We didn't even take a shower...

• George (5/5): Super freundliche Mitarbeiter - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich gut, das Personal war megafreundlich und hilfsbereit. Kochen, eigener Mahlzeiten möglich. Im Zimmer lag Papier vom Vorgänger und ein Insulin pennen vom Vorgänger, was darauf hindeutet, dass das Zimmer nicht ausreichend gereinigt wurde. Über Staub unterm Bett möchte ich mich nicht beschweren. Das ist alles nicht so schlimm aber eine alte Spritze finde ich grenzwertig.

• Meshonda (2/5): - This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The base of the outside of the bathtub was dirty. The tv dId not work. The refrigerator was old and rusty although I did not use it. It was the only hotel that had available rooms in Tuscaloosa, otherwise I would have not booked here. I would have been better of sleeping in my car

• Sheri (4/5): Would NOT recommend - Arrived right around 10:30pm to find front desk “closed.” The desk agent heard me and rolled up the wooden divider. She was pleasant, checked me in then informed me how to get in touch with her after hours, (what?!!!) and to “slide the key” under the wood partition if I wanted to check out before they opened. The front desk was closed until 10am on Sunday. The room had a phone, but was not attached to the wall (I would have had to use the lobby phone to contact the desk agent); the room smelled of mildew and the refrigerator was visibly rusty. The entire room hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and there was a dead bug under the bed. There was little to absorbs the noise from the room upstairs or even lessen the nose from the cars right outside the window. There was no WiFi, no breakfast or food options to purchase. Bed was barely comfortable, the sheets showed signs of wear. The pillows were not comfortable. Stay somewhere else!

Only nice one was the Black Dude washing the windows & the walls on the elevator. Felt like goin into your parents house after pulling an all nighter... Uncomfortable, SCARY, & DIRTY ASS ROOM FLOORS!! I HAD TO BUY A MOP & CLEAN THE FLOOR MYSELF. IT WAS TOO STICKY TO WALK ON BAREFOOT!! THEN TO TREAT US THE WAY THEY DID. • Thompson (1/5): Worst experience I’ve ever had couldn’t even stay more than an hour - Worst place I’ve ever stayed the room was trashed, mold in the bathroom,fire suppression system was bent rusted, vents where disgusting. The lady working the front desk was nice was the only plus. There is a safe stay next door that was 2 dolllars more and 100x nicer. • Jessica (3/5): Not Worth the $100 a night stay - close to the highway the cost wasn't worth it. The beds like a cot, the room felt like a dorm room, the toilet didn't flush at first and the television didn't connect at first. there's no dishes unless you pay for them but it's a kitchenette. there's no hair dryer and no shampoo or soaps available. no curtains so the light came through.
