Upon arrival, we observed individuals loitering in the parking lot with open containers of alcohol and apparent drug activity. This created an environment that felt unsafe and inappropriate, especially given that we were traveling with children.
We entered the lobby to seek assistance, however, there was no timely response from the front desk. We waited for an extended period without help, and no effort was made to address our concerns or ensure a safe and secure environment.
Due to these conditions and lack of assistance, we made the decision to leave the property without checking in. Under these circumstances, it is unreasonable to be charged for a stay when:
We did not check in or access the room
The property environment was unsafe
Staff failed to provide assistance
This experience raises serious concerns regarding guest safety and property standards.

- Miller (1/5): I would not recommend or stay at this property, regardless of the price. - The staff was friendly when they were present at the desk. Given what the staff had to work with with the problems the property had, they tried to assist customers and did their job well. The policies that this hotel has in place are ridiculous. The property was dirty, unkept, needing major updating and smelled terrible. It had several issues. You had to pay to exchange linens if it wasn’t between the hours of 11 and 7 pm! The keys consistently didn’t work and had to be constantly re-keyed leading to frustration and time. Our TV and phone didn’t work, but maintenance wasn’t there on the weekends. We were even told they didn’t have enough keys to give us each one because they were running out. After telling the front desk that was not acceptable we had made our reservation for X number of people…
- Jared (2/5): - I booked a room at this hotel and they wouldn’t even let me check in waste of money
- Sandra (9/5): -
- Kambry (10/5): Easy quiet and a good nights rest - Quiet N/A
- Robert (4/5): Avoid if you can - Rooms were old and dirty. Walls seem like they have never been wiped down, beds were like kids metal frame making noise every time you move. I was a late check in because I prefer driving in the late afternoon when I arrived to check in it took about 20 minutes for someone to come down.
- Kelton (10/5): -
- Fernanda (4/5): - Subpar facility
- Antwaun (10/5): -
- David (8/5): - No surprises. As advertised.

- Annalisia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stoutamire (7/5): Good - Comfortable Bottom half smelled heavily of smoke.
- Teresa (1/5): I wish I could tell you. - The property seemed fine as far as what I drove into. My father-in-law was rushed to the hospital, but I had to be in Mobile for my grandfather‘s funeral. I called the property several times to inform them of my ETA since we left so late not once throughout those phone calls was I told if I made it there beyond a certain point that my room would be canceled. Because I was driving, I could not write down the person that I spoke to, but I clearly called. When I arrived and called on the lobby phone, as I was directed by the last person I spoke to I was then told that my room was canceled.
- Ontarius (1/5): Bad -
- Danny (6/5): Pleasant - It seemed safer than what I would have expected for that part of town and overall it was pretty clean. They actually had very comfortable pillows although the bed was very small in my room. Besides the hallways and elevator swelling like cigarette smoke, I was woken up three times from cleaning crews wanting to come in my room. They were there to clean up hours before checkout. It was quite annoying because I couldn't get to sleep the night before and really needed to sleep. It's not like they were rude, in fact they were eager to clean the place, but they should have checked and not bothered me. They woke me up three times.
- Ontarius (1/5): Bad -
- Wells (1/5): Burn that mf down and start over - Nothing the shit was nasty awful I walked into my room and walked out didn’t even ask for a refund close that mf down The smell people hanging out in the hallway look like only thing going on in there is people sale drugs and pussy
- tameka (4/5): - The stay here was another watse of money and watse of our discount of 181. The property looked as if it was okay, until we started to relax. Pool was green and unswimmiable. We tried to watch a movie on the lay out couch bed it was broken. Left out to go working at the Jazz fest. Was accused of smoking in room. Had to show at that time we was not in room , was in uber heading downtown, showed time stamped videos and pictures. I have to record everything for work. So this was not a good place to stay. Only good thing was the breakfast and the employee that cooked it Ms.Cleanya was her name. She made it worth staying. We could enjoy amenities. They were not in working condition
- Felipe (10/5): - I liked everything it was small room but very nice with everything on it
microwave tv fridge and WiFi
- Carey (1/5): Bad -
- Ontarius (10/5): Tari - It was a decent hotel no complaints
- Connie (1/5): Bad -
- Amanda (10/5): - Was quiet staff was very friendly
- Maxine (5/5): Uncomfortable in a city that we were unfamiliar with. Places to eat were not convenient. Room could have been cleaner. - Bed was comfortable enough and desk clerk was as accommodating as possible with towels and where to find food. Handicap parking was occupied by non handicap identified vehicle’s. Questionable persons hanging out by check in and outside entrance. One of the outlets had a key(?) jammed inside it and was unusable.
- Randel (5/5): Waste of Money - Staff was nice No outside benches for guests, loud guests, drug dealers selling drugs in the parking lot, dope heads hanging out on the property, nasty smells coming from the rooms, No property Security!
Our room the TV was broken and we requested it to be fixed but Nobody fixed it and we wasn't compensated for it!
- Billy (8/5): Very good -
- Antonio (10/5): - Very Nice staff/helpful...very clean..love the washer&dryer utility room convenient and very clean...i would definitely stay here again
- Michael (10/5): - Great
- Michael (10/5): - Great
- Michael (10/5): - Great
- Ashlan (8/5): Very good -
- Shakeidria (5/5): Passable -
- Jeannett (5/5): My stay was alright but could have been better! - I didn’t get any breakfast….none was offered! I didn’t like the staff attitudes, nor did I like the water problem they have.
- Charlene (6/5): Just ok. - There was lots of parking. The beds were uncomfortable.
- Ashley (2/5): Bad experience - When I arrived at 8pm to check in the counter was closed. I had to called from their home so they could open the area. The hallways smelled of must and cigarette. When I got to the room the bed was not what I expected. It was a cheap dorm style double bed. The room was at least clean and there was hot water. They only gave me a half a roll of toilet paper, with no extra to fill. The parking lot was sketch at night. There were random people sitting in their vehicles. The next day (checkout is at 11am), the staff knocked at my door at 10am to ask if I was checking out. This was so rude. I was still getting ready. Like if it’s at 10:50am, sure ask then, not a whole hour beforehand. I will never stay here again, let alone another extended stay. Too expensive for what it was.
- WILLIAM A (6/5): - The property and rooms were clean. Unfortunately, when we ran out of toilet paper, we were told they did not have any and had no idea when they would get any. The staff person who told me was NOT apologetic and kind of had an attitude when I asked with 4 floors of rooms in a mostly full hotel what were people to do without toilet paper? I was told they would receive the same answer I got. I asked when they would be getting any and I was told that was a question that a supervisor would have to answer. I found this unacceptable and stated that this is not any way to run a business, especially a hotel. My wife was having numerous hospital tests that day, requiring her to make frequent bathroom trips. My wife and I were forced to go out and purchase our own toilet paper. We will NOT be using this hotel again. Sorry.
- Randel (6/5): Pleasant - Quite Location and Tv didn't work
- Sheterrica (4/5): Disappointing -
- Reeder (7/5): Good -
- Scarbrough (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (2/5): - This place was disgusting in all aspects, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again
- Brandon (2/5): - The key cards didn’t work so had to wait in lobby for 15 mins until someone came to let me in my room and there was no soap or anything in rooms tv didn’t work
- Johnson (7/5): Good - Had Roaches in Room
- Brittney (10/5): I will attend again - Clean and the beds and bathrooms was a must and y’all came through. Nothing
- Pierce (4/5): It was okay for the days I was there - The location of the hotel The tub and shower was backed up no staff until after 10am but besides that it was okay. I really wasn’t there until it was time for bed
- Brown (1/5): Horrible won’t be back - Actually nothing It smelled horrible the bed squeaked couldn’t get towels nor an iron
- Alma (10/5): - Nice hotel, clean and nice people and staff.
- Samuel (4/5): Worst experience 😪 - The mini kitchen in the room. You have to pay additional to have the bedding charge, get towels replaced, and use of the phone in the room. Houes keeping comes every fourteen days to clean the room. The overall experience was a four.
- Lisa (4/5): - Audry day shift desk clerk was very nice. I hope I never have to use this Extended Stay, No clean towels unless you pay for towel service, you have empty your own trash and No Service to your Room until two after two weeks stay. Well I was there visiting friends not moving in. Take my advice this not place to stay, and I paid $100 deposit when I checked in. Now thats funny especially since they're wanted to charge me for fresh towels.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Inconsistent policies - This particular hotel charges $100 incidentals whereas the other Extended Stay America in Daphne does not. These inconsistent policies are discriminatory to the patrons in the Mobile I-65. In the technological age, everyone has a cell phone and phones in the rooms should be removed. People should not be forced to pay when there is no intent to used landlines.
- James (6/5): - Simple and plain. I never stay there again. I don’t smoke weed and can’t stand the smell of it
- James (6/5): - Weed smell.
- Inez (4/5): - No appliances two small bed was hard
- Alexandria (2/5): - I was greeted with roaches. A dirty tub, a shower head that was rusted shut, and an elevator that is two months past due on its service. The room smelled completely smoked out, even though it’s supposed to be smoke free. The beds are cots very uncomfortable. They don’t even give you plasticware, no iron , no ironing board. I loathed staying here. I had to carry hotshot with me just to use the bathroom. If you want to have a comfortable stay, book elsewhere. I’m used to extended stays being way nicer. That’s what made me book. But the reviews are kind in my opinion. I was scared to walk my dog at night because there are men just hanging around, driving around the parking lot, etc. women do not stay here alone! If you can help it don’t stay here at all. The staff was very kind. That’s the only good thing I have to say.
- jessie (10/5): - customer service was amazing
- Shartisha (4/5): - I killed 3 roches, couldn’t get no clean set of towels are sheets had to buy them are wash the ones I had, took out of my deposit do too I didn’t take out the kitchen trash
