- Marie (1/5): Better atmosphere for a shitty night club but not a hotel. - Nothing, worst experience we’ve ever had. There was a hug gap in our door where you could literally see through to the inside of our room. We had to shove a towel in the gap and it took 2 of them. There were women in the parking lot twerking on cars when we got back from visiting family. Starting around 1am, there was a lot of commotion coming from the parking lot that you could hear over the AC in our room on the 3rd story. A huge fight took place where someone literally was beat within what looked like an inch of his life. They repeatedly yelled the N word at the time of their lungs for almost 3 hours. I was not able to sleep at all and wish we could get our money back. I feel like it would have been better to stay in our car. We will never be back. The room smelt terrible and I had to go buy something to take away the smell. The elevator was just as bad. The entire place needs to be deodorized. Fridge doors and handle were disgusting. I wish I could upload the video we have of the fight but we didn’t take any pictures.

- Cody (3/5): Cheap and it felt like it - The staff was friendly Booking.com used a card to reserve the room and repeatedly stated that it would not be charged, but the hotel charged me before I even arrived. I intended to use a different card upon check-in. The hotel was generally dirty, and ai could hear every footstep on the floor above me. You could hear conversations through the walls.
- Vanessa (1/5): The twilight zone - Front desk personnel really nice and helpful. And letting me have my dog. The elevator floor was dirty. I had roaches on my room. The first night couldn't sleep at all because the person upstairs was jumping and stomping extremly loud until 4am. I let know front desk person and it told me the person upstairs works with man late night....!!!! I was surprised I never been in a hotel like this. And the reviews didn't mention it. I wouldn't choose this hotel if I knew this. They change me to another room that didn't had noises, but the roaches still there and alive, this ones were in the bathroom every morning. I took a video of the roaches, they are the small ones. I wish I had more money to move that night and stay in another hotel. But didn't wanted to lose the money.

- Chris (8/5): - It was very peaceful after the 1st week. I was ubder a smoking floor. The person above me used to walk and stomp so loud it would jerk me out of a sound sleep. Would hear Chairs sliding, stomping at 1 2 3 4 5 am. They didn't sleep and never sat down. So i slept 3 good night's. Week 2 bottom floor. Non smoking above me. So anyone that has stayed above me. Went to bed by 11 12pm. So i have slept ever night so peacefully. Def 4 outta 5 for how quiet it is usually all over property.. Fix electronic doors. Only a couple work and other 2 randomly. NICE employees 👍

I could get around easily because I learned the local roads. 1, I asked for a smoking room with a walk-in shower. I got the smoking room but not the shower. The shower was really the more important request. My wife uses a walker, and a bathtub is no use to her. I did not know until we arrived that I had a smoking room but not the shower. 2. I had a large refrigerator and a two-burner stove, but no coffee pot. A man said that the place had not been fully equipped yet, and that coffee pots would come along soon. I really need coffee early in the day. At least McDonald's was nearby with the coffee!

- Patricia (1/5): It’s not fair that I’m out of pocket for something that wasn’t my fault - I checked in with my daughter we ate took showers and laid down but we ended up getting up and sleeping in my car the room was infested with roaches I waited till the morning to show the staff and they have been giving me the run around saying they are a non refundable hotel when I didn’t know the room was infested with roaches I wouldn’t have booked it. Even showed them pics and videos that I had took and still nothing they told me to go back through booking. Com It was roach infested

- Deborah (7/5): Good - The staff and the facilities were amazing staff couldn't have been more helpful but I did have a serious issue with whoever was staying in the apartment over top of me she was so bad that I couldn't sleep at night but she was an employee but they did finally get rid of her she was throwing things and jumping up and down and just acting totally crazy that's the only problem I had with my stay the place was amazing and maybe if I had to complain more that had done something but I don't like to get people in trouble and since she was working there I really didn't want to see her get in trouble but they took care of the problem I recommend this place it is very affordable they were very clean very comfortable and very accommodating they were always checking on me to make sure I was okay always friendly love the staff there and for the price you pay it's well worth it and I've stayed at some expensive hotels and of course the more you pay the better quality and the better staff but anytime I go back to Asheville I'll be staying at the woodspring suites 40 monta Vista cuz they're amazing Everything except the lady upstairs

- April (2/5): - This property was not one I would ever recommend. I got a smoke free room only to be told they didn’t have one and gave me a smoking room. There was no toilet paper in the room at all. There isn’t even a hook to hang a single towel. I ended up paying more than what Expedia reserved for me. The room rate was the same but an extra 30 something in taxes was added rather than the 14 in taxes Expedia gave me.

- Sabrina (1/5): It was terrible - I booked my hotel for Thursday. I knew I was leaving Atlanta Thursday night at 10pm so I would arrive around 2am Friday morning. No staff amswerevthe after hours phone to check me in I had to find another hotel cuz no one answered the after hours phone line like they are supposed to for guest who need to check in after hours. They refunded me next day ans put me in the 2nd floor n the room is just disgusting. My feet black from walking barefoot in the floor. I've stayed here before n the first floor room was much cleaner

- Michaela (1/5): Terrible! Worst hotel stay! Don’t waste ur time or your money - The location was close to where we wanted to be Everything! The pillows were literally the same thickness as my iPhone. There was a dog that started barking at 5am and barked continuously for hours. I went and told management and they did nothing and said it was no big deal. It got so bad we ended up leaving because of the dog. Management said they couldn’t do anything to make it right because it was just a dog barking. However she also had a dog in the office so I’m sure that’s why she didn’t care. We ended up not getting any sleep at all. Paid for a room to relax and ended up leaving with a headache and no sleep! Don’t stay here!

The entry doors from the lobby, as well as into the building did not work. The hallways smelled of different foods. There was no bed skirt. There was I surfing lights g in the parking lot.

They do have a weapon ban but it's very obviously not being followed, and it's not exactly an area that inspires confidence even with their camera's and key cards.
