• donald (1/5): - Everything was good besides the front desk kept lieing to me for 5 days..from April w0 to April 24 I had no TV. Not even one channel worked well the remote didn't work, and front desk just kept coming up with lies.. about maintenance man coming to check on TV. He never showed up and lkeep saying more people's rooms TVS were also messed up. I asked over 10 people, not just on my floor and everybody's TV was working. So they just keep coming up with lies.. I asked if I could be moved to a different room I asked if we couldn't just switch tv and remote, I asked if there was just anything that they could do and for 5 days. I didn't get not one answer. It would've been a different story if they would've told me about the TV before I paid almost $300, that's a lot of money to spend and not be able to watch TV, not Dimension, I've been staying there for about a month and a 1/2 straight, so I do spend a lot of money staying at extended stay. It's my Go To hotel.. Lies!!!!! And then had the nerve to tell me that if I didn't leave they were calling laws.. Becuz I wont paying for more nights if the TV won't gonna be fix. Didn't like the general manager girl

• Lauren (1/5): Extremely disappointing - Easy check in and parking. The floors of my room were visibly dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable with lumpy springs and a horrible squeaking noise with every adjustment. The walls were so thin you could hear everyone else in the hallway and the noise outside was apparent all night. I ended up not being able to sleep and leaving the same night I checked in.

The conditions of the hotel weren’t up to part, I checked out before finishing up my stay and request a refund because there were pest at the facility.

• Jenniffer (6/5): Call and make sure that what you need is available. - The room was spacious, wooden floor. had kitchen, refrigerator, decent bathroom, hot water. Air conditioner working. Key card to enter building for safety. Lots of room for pets, pet welcome facility. Towels available in bathroom. Plenty of parking. they have microwave, complicated to deal with in my part. The front desk is closed 10-11pm at night and does not open until 9am to receive key card for check out. My concern was when some people leave early, key cards are left by closed desk so other people have access to use key card to enter which is dangerous. They need a key card drop off box. Also no breakfast is available. Must bring your own or make your own. But no pots or pans or utensils are available. No coffee maker, no small soap or small shampoo in bathroom, bring own hygiene products.

• life with cc (1/5): Horrible - The lady showed no sympathy for check in I paid online she made me think that after the second person that was staying with me in the hotel came and showed there ID that I’d get my keys to my room I was there from 4-6 just to get told that there was no card on file and that my room would have to get cancelled also she kept disappearing from the desk called the 500 number 7 times before acknowledge on my arrival so I sat in the lobby a good 10 minutes waiting this was so very unprofessional and I assumed she had her children walking around the establishment looking for her for there own needs I asked a resident if she was the manager and she was not the lady needs to learn hospitality and better customer service

• Pamela (1/5): This stay made my day Miserable and angry! - I didn’t like the property. The first room smelled so bad, where I had to ask for another room. The second room had roaches. In addition, it’s no ice maker, iron/iron board, or broom. My car end up getting towed by some tow company that they made arrangements to tow cars and I end up having to have someone to pick me up and pay $300 cash to get my car. Will never stay at this hotel again. The worst experience I had.

It was 10:30 p.m. and I had driven 6 hours from MD. Terrible customer service and guest relations for a manager. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant.

The fact you have to pay for the kitchenware for the kitchen that comes with your room. I travel often and have always had my extended stay hotels kitchens stocked.

• princess (2/5): False advertising - The hotel really should rewrite the advertisement it does online!! It is EXTREMELY pet friendly which I hated dogs everywhere!! The stove top sink combo was nice but bring ur own EVERYTHING to go with it even a sink stopper! Now I booked the hotel because it advertised a pool! No pool nowhere the hotel is just a 4 story bland building! No early check-in even though I paid early I still had to leave and find something to do until 3:00. No pool false advertising. The staff was not friendly the guy who checked me in was very nice. The walls are thin so u can hear the next rooms noise! The room had a terrible smell when I first got in thank god the window opened!! The bedding in my room had a dingy sheets I found a clump of hair in the bed. Also a nasty mold like stain by the tub. overall the outside area is quite and the location was actually nice for what I came to do if u book cheap you get what u pay for
