- Amber (10/5): -
- White (1/5): -
- Shaun (2/5): Was terrible! -
- Edward (5/5): Could be better - N/a I didnt like the water pressure, it felt like the water could cut or break the skin, didnt like the fact that you have to pay to watch any TV. EVERYWHERE ELSE IVE BEEN ,THATS FREE
- Maria (2/5): -
- Jonathan (1/5): - There was no toilet paper stocked. I had to go buy some. Television was not working.
- Kay (1/5): - Very basic. My husband & I stayed one night as traveling thru on 11/26/25. I was exhausted and ill when we reached there. No shampoo. The staff was very pleasant. However I was charged twice for the night. Once by the booking agent and again at check in by the Extended Stay. The check in desk was closed in the morning when we left about 8. So was unable to address it then. I was ill for several days afterwards & was unable to address the twice billing. Still have not been reinversed.
- Turner (5/5): - It relatively cheap. Not all of the employees know how to do their jobs ir even show up to the front desk when someone has been waiting for 10 minutes. Nor does that individual know that it is against Colorado state law and the fair housing act, to charge a guest pet rent, when the animal in question is a registered ESA. The rest of the front desk staff was great and accommodating and super friendly aside from the poor mannered individual.

- Erik (8/5): - Comfortable, clean and great property condition. My only “complaint” is there was no coffee maker in my room.
- Thomas (6/5): - All in all its a nice motel.
- Oaxaca (10/5): -
- Johnny (8/5): - Clean room air conditioning is good
- Charles (8/5): - The staff was super nice. However, our room had not been properly swept and mopped before we arrived.
- Ty (8/5): - Location is handy and has many food and travel options
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stinky - The room stunk of stale smoke and animal urine covered with air freshner. The towels were all frayed. When intired to call the office for a different room, noone would answer. The positive was the water pressure was amazing!!
- Lea (7/5): -
- TONI (4/5): - I've worked in hospitality for 20+ years. The personality on the "assistant manager" isn't hospitality lol..
I'll go to one of the many other choices
- Coach (6/5): -
Room was dirty, no toilet paper in the room, desk clerk ia only available 9am to 10pm
- Elizabeth (6/5): - Our stay, was noisy, doors slammed and loud tv. People are in considerate when coming in late and being noisy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I reserved online, I get there and they have overbooked. I was luckily able to get a refund, but they do not tell you until you get there. That they do not take certain cards like Cash App. Or chime. She'll be there when Reserving online at extended stay in Firestone.
- matt (10/5): - Very nice staff, quiet and clean
- Remes (9/5): -
- Kevin (6/5): Ok place to stay for the price - Rooms were clean and it was quite . Was a little concerned when we left for dinner the first night and came back with 3 police cars were parked out front. Then they came out with a guy in handcuffs . Did hear another employee complaining to her boss on the phone
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic accommodations … a little too basic for us. - The positives: clean, and amazing water pressure.
No curtains — it was like sleeping in the daylight. Cheap metal frame bed that squeaked. Thin walls.
It is basic. A little too basic for us for the price, it seems. I need a better sleeping environment.
- Cindy (6/5): - Description of hotel was not clear
- Bogan (2/5): - Bed bugs and my daughter got ate up one road with us back to texas
- MB (8/5): - out of my way but the stay was comfortable
- Norberto (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): - Be sure to get to the Lobby Door before they close for the night -- around 2200!
- Lori (10/5): - Very clean friendly staff
- MICHAEL (2/5): - I checked in. I went to my room my expensive accurate handheld carbon monoxide detector went off went downstairs to check out. Nobody was downstairs for 15 minutes. Left the motel, checked into the Holiday Inn right next-door wonderful place worth the extra $50 and afterwards they’re trying to charge me the full amount even though I spent five minutes in their place that had a carbon monoxide leak. Manager was rude to me when I called. Be careful when you stay there.
- Ronald (10/5): - I would stay there again and recommend to anyone! Thanks for such a wonderful visit
- Morgana (8/5): - I would stay again the next time I’m visiting
- Verified traveler (4/5): Really stinky. - You get what you pay for. The room was a place to sleep, which is what we needed. The main complaint was the horrific smell. The air in the room smelled like filthy unshowered humans plus tobacco/weed smoke. This smell permeates the hotel. When opening the window for fresh air in the morning, the window glass was extremely dirty. The room/beds/bathroom/floors were all clean. The smell was the worst.
- Eva (4/5): - No coffee. No lamps. No working television. No shampoo.
I have stayed in a lot of inexpensive hotels. This is absolutely bare.
The area is filled with the least appealing establishments.
I do not recommend.
- Jennifer (6/5): Missing the necessities. - Extended stay places used to come with pots, pans, silverware, etc. Ghis one had nothing. A kitchen is useless without that. We were only staying one night but wanted to be able to make breakfast. Now even a coffee maker in the room.
The women who check us in was very nice and the room was clean.
- Raul (10/5): - Romp
- Margaret (8/5): Good option for an overnight on a road trip. - Location was easy on/off I-25, with plenty of eating options around. Also close to coffee shop, gas stations and grocery stores.
- Jan (1/5): Would never stop here again!!!!!!!!!!! - Horrible experience.
We showed up late, we were tired and just wanted to get to sleep.
We called the number for late check in like we were instructed to do. But no one answered, I kept trying for 20 minute's, but no answer. Finally I got a hold of someone and they called the attendant who showed up after a while. She was not in a friendly mood. Then she asked for everyone's ID'S, are you kidding me??? We are from Montana and respect our personal privacy. We were not about to show all of our IDs just to spend a night to sleep. We left and found another hotel.
Very disappointed
- Elyas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (2/5): - Tv didnt work, heating and cooling didnt work, room looked like a prison cell, no services. Only provide soap no shampoo, walls are paper thin and to listen to a lady cry all night, can hear every conversation and people walking in the hallways.
- Elyas (10/5): An Uneventful Rest - Rooms were clean, was quiet
- Njbarrett (6/5): Pleasant -
- Thomas (3/5): Poor - Proubly be ok for "extended" stay but more of a barraks than a Hotel..
No coffee maker, etc and room had a very strange smell to it
- Valerie (5/5): Passable -
- Victor (7/5): Good -
- Cristina (10/5): - Staff was very helpful & efficient during late night check in.
- Diane (3/5): Poor - It was ana ok price Absolutely no amenities.
- manuelrX8222LT (2/5): No room check in after 10pm theyre not a 24hr hotel and they have poor managment who couldnt help us get checked in at 2 - They wont let you check in after 10 pm. They said theyre not a 24hr hotel and to try and find somewere else. It was for twonrooms that were already paid for. Theyre management is really poor and couldnt help get a room and wanted us to wait and it was already 2am in the morning
- Mattingley (9/5): Superb -
- Norberto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chavarria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Constance (6/5): - This property could have gotten a 5 rating, but really? No coffee? Not good and when we walked in the lobby no one was there and we had to call “Hello, Hello” several times before someone showed up to the desk. The no coffee was the worst.
- Robert (8/5): - The front desk staff was the best big beautiful smile great attitude
- PattH290 (8/5): Very nice place to stay - Very nice place at a decent price, much less expensive than area hotels. You won’t get clean sheets and towels and your room cleaned everyday, but I actually don’t like daily service. It’s great having a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The bed was very comfy and the shower was great.
The room was absolutely spotless. I actually tried to find something that was dusty or dirty but couldn’t find a thing.
You have to bring your own hairdryer and—if you want morning coffee—you’ll have to bring your own coffee pot (or go across the street to Starbucks); but the $50/day we saved by staying there made it all worthwhile. I would definitely stay again.
Oh: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Brittany (4/5): - The facility was lacking in basic accommodations. The one night stand the room had didn’t even have a lamp.
- Joseph (10/5): - Manager and staff are great
- N3030RJamandam (10/5): Outstanding Extended Stay - This place is wonderful for extended stay. The hotel is clean and quiet, and my child feels safe, which is important to me. If you are looking for a quality extended stay option, this is a wonderful choice! And a exceptional management team to boot!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Basic room for a low price - The walls are thin so conversations in the room can be heard. Fortunately my neighbors didn't talk all night.
- Tikidee84 (2/5): Should have slept in the car - If I could leave zero stars, I would. How is this an extended stay? We were given 1 towel each. No handtowels, no tissue, no hairdryer. There's a kitchen but nothing to cook or eat with. Our room was very dirty. There was dog hair everywhere. The floors were not swept or mopped. The toilet was dirty with fecal matter still in it. The air conditioner made weird clicking sounds and woke us up every hour. The bed was uncomfortable. The bedding and towels smelled like stale smoke and the hallways reeked of cannabis. Save your money. This place is a dump and was the worst we stayed in during our 11 day vacation. For context, we stayed in many older motels but they were clean and well cared for.
- Dennis (6/5): - Our room was next to the entrance; the noise was significant - entry door slamming all night. It was an extended stay but had no utensils, etc.
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Doug (3/5): it was like staying in a battle zone, no corrective measures from management, had to call police - rowdy people as neighbors... alot of noise( door blaming, fighting, had 2 call police.. tried calling office to no eviel( midnight ) screaming and yelling till 1:30 in am. Lucky to get 4hrs sleep in 2 days staying there.. feel like I got ripped off. Will never stay there again. it was clean beds comfy
- MITCHELL (10/5): Budget friendly extended stay - If you are looking for a good deal on extended stay hotel, this is a pretty good pick. Generally, places like this are in less desirable location in less than desirable communities. This one is different. And the staff is very professional and nice.
- James (10/5): - Quiet and clean. Staff friendly, bed and room great for the money.
This is a very economical place, rooms have electric stove, microwave and full size fridge. No cutlery, pots, or dinnerware. Walmart is 3 miles away.
No activity stuff on premise which is great for me as I’m here working so why pay for amenities I don’t use.
Laundry room is clean and will cost you just shy of $6 for complete load.
- Yasser (8/5): Not bad - It was okay for a business trip. It was clean.
- Randy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (9/5): Just right for what we needed. - Modern, easy to stay for 10 nights and particularly good bathroom facilities. Accessibility, comfort and facilities.
- Coleman (1/5): Bad - Manager was nasty & refused my reservation because of my service dogs
Ended up staying somewhere else Bad management
- Morgan (6/5): - This hotel was overall pretty decent. Unfortunately they seem to be extremely understaffed. In the room, there was dirt/poop smears on the curtains and our lamp shades were broken.
- dyland (10/5): - Excellent staff clean property!
- Jeffrey (2/5): UNSAFE! - The smoke smell in the hallway I thought was going to be the bad part. However the fire alarm in my room going off starting at 11:45pm and was non stop. When I called I was told that the GM said to disconnect the smoke alarm in the room! Seriously? As in disconnect a smoke alarm? This was about 12:15am after 30 min of continuous noise. They said they had a power issue a couple days ago and it didn’t reset properly. With management saying to disconnect a safety device shows how poorly ran this hotel is. I was told the GM would contact me today about a refund as I left right then and there. Would be safer to sleep in the car than to sleep in a room or hotel where management says to disconnect a safety item. When I called they said the GM didn’t even come in.
I have the conversation with front desk telling me what the GM said to do on recording to send to corporate.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- didier (10/5): - We got a great price through hotel.com
The room was clean and comfortable there is no service unless you need it ask for towel etc.
- john (10/5): - Great staff!
- dyland (10/5): - Excellent staff and very clean
- dyland (10/5): - Excellent
- Zac (1/5): No - Nothing The staff kicked me out for no reason
- Shannon (7/5): Good -
- Susan (5/5): Passable -
- dyland (10/5): - Excellent staff interaction. Kind and knowledgeable, fast and professional.
- Bruce (9/5): Superb -
- Mike (10/5): - Friendly staff! Clean and very nice room! Close to food store and restaurants.
- V.Marlea (8/5): - I loved my stay here, I was here for a little over a month. The Staff was very helpful, polite, kind. Helped me when my car wouldn't start, that was way awesome. They all go above and beyond I would recommend to other's
- Voyage42748743855 (2/5): Poisoned Water Here - What a dump. This is a place people go crazy or come to die. The last week my daughter and I were here we could not take a shower. The tap water from the town is not smelly but when they go through the pipes here it releases a foul chemical smell that gets into your skin. the bacteria mildew gas made my daughter throw up. at best it smells like a bandaid. this place needs to be burned down to the ground and the owners should be lined up and allow all guests here to spit in their faces or worse make them spend a few nights here. the room was dirty and so smelly when we checked in. and fix the door springs. the doors are slamming at all hours of day and you can here every word spoke with surrounded rooms, paper thin walls, every cabinet open and close. i could go on and on about this dump. one star would be way to kind. unless your going to be stuck under a bridge with rats at your feet. dont stay here. my business will never return again. its going to take me months for my staff to forgive me. my best employee called me too cheap and quit in the middle of our stay because after a hard days work or drilling couldn't shower. And im not going to even get into the foul smells outside this place...
- Marlea (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here that the staff is awesome very helpful I feel safe all the doors are always locked in the building so I like it
- Mora (7/5): Good -
- Elias (4/5): - Smelt like an ashtray
- Anthony (5/5): Passable - Didn’t try it
- Sarah (10/5): - Very nice. No complaints
- davidmM5920MT (10/5): Great hotel if you plan to stay a while - This hotel has both the most reasonable rates and the best ammenities out of any hotel in the area. The stove and full size refridgerator/freezer are a lifesaver, as I very quickly get disgusted with eating fast food over and over. The rooms are set up efficiently and feel spacious, yet the rates are more than reasonable. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The manager, David, goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. It's quiet, comfortable, and afforadable.
Also, they have a great rapport with my service dog. She absolutely loves the staff and they treat her with respect and affection, which is very important to me.
- charles (10/5): Home away from home. - I needed a home away from home for two weeks while waiting to move in to new residence. This hotel more than fit the bill. Well located to groceries, eateries, fuel, and major highways. Facility was run by friendly and caring staff. Hotel is not designed for pure plush relaxation. Hotel is for those who want value and the ability live like your second home. There was plenty of laundry machines for your long stays. Inside rooms water was hot if your need desires. This hotel requires you to shop or bring your own toiletries. Room has microwave, two burner stove and full size fridge. You will need own plates, silverware, and cookware. All of this purchasable nearby. Great facilities for do it yourselfer.
- ginnifer (4/5): - Heater didnt work. Smoke from neighbors room came into my room.
- Patricia (7/5): Good - Location was close to my job The only problem I had was in the bathroom shower when you turn it to hot it’s actually cold and the cold side is hot I spent about 5 minutes thinking there was no hot water
