• Valerie (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient. - The location is right off the exit with nearby food and coffee places. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. The room itself was clean and comfortable. You get exactly what you pay for—nothing more, nothing less. Checking in took foreverrrr! They should really try and have more than one of the staff members doing the job.

• Maria (3/5): Pass on this one - Not much Well the whole place has a very interesting odor. Coupled with the bloody booger left on the wall it’s safe to say that this place is a questionable stay. We would have left and found someplace else except all hotels were booked out.

This is listed as an Extended Stay,it has a kitchen complete with a stove,refrigerator and sink…That’s it..No cookware,No plates,bowls,glasses coffee cups,No silverware,No..Coffee maker..Empty and barron.The lobby has a border like security door that you need to scan in.There really isn’t a lobby,1 tiny table and 2 small chairs cabled to the wall.(no one is going to steal that….)No lobby coffee,and front desk closes overnight.I understand most people staying extended carry a suitcase of dinnerware and cookware.?..No they don’t

And the room was amazingly clean. Summer is the worst!! She talks down on guests claims she follows the rules but does everything in her power to mess with the people she don’t like mainly colored people!! I’ve caught her listening in on conversations and watching people to make accusations and get them kicked out.

• Cleveland (10/5): - The whole stay that we had it was me my wife and our 13yr old and there was no judgement from anyone. It was relaxing and comfortable. Our room was connected to where the elevator was so we did hear it when it was being used but it wasn't to bad.

• Marilyn (8/5): It was good, except for the rude and unprofessional general manager. - Check in clerk was nice and knowledgeable. Place was fine, clean and comfortable. Wanted to stay an extra night and the front desk “general manager “ was rude and condescending. Seemed it was beyond her capabilities to handle the task. When I asked her why she couldn’t use the same information from the previous night (license plate, car model, credit card) that’s when she informed me she was the “general manager” and that’s the way it was. If she had been pleasant, we would have complied and stayed. But because of her unprofessional attitude, we left. As an aside, while I was waiting to be helped, she was having a loud disagreement with another employee, not caring who was within earshot. Maybe she was having a bad day or perhaps that’s how she deals with everyone consistently.

I wouldn't recommend to stay there but for the price I guess it was kinda worth it. For 3 nights I paid 298. The general manager is nice and courteous. Her names Lisa she's really welcoming.
• brian (2/5): Easily the worst hotel experience in 40 years - Worst experience ever at a hotel, in 40 years of business travel. Place was dirty, check in unreasonable complicated, got to my room and it wasn't cleaned, no sheets/bedding. Fecal material in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to get a different room and the front desk staff was engaging in verbal war with a customer who then threatened to kill everyone, police called, was dangerous and unnecessarily escalated by the front desk gentleman. The customer was horrible but it did not need to escalate the way it did. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The entire property was dirty, smelled horrible. I have ZERO idea how this is part of the Extended Stay chain.

Then, the clerk found out that there were no room available, as many of their rooms were not cleaned. Obviously, the hotel was not well managed. I have to find a different hotel. The hotel could not refund me the money. I had to contact my reservation website host to get my money back. What a terrible management what a terrible service.

I would have gone to motel 6 across street but I had prepaid unfortunately
