- Metro Investments LLC (4/5): - The rooms was in bad shapw Nothing but staff was friendly
- Willem (3/5): - Very nice young lady working at the desk. Great location close to the airport. Essentially it's a dump. Paper thin walls with loud residents. The hallway smelled like a mix of tobacco and curry. Basic bed. This is good if you need a cheap flophouse during a layover. Otherwise pay the extra 25$ and go to one of the other hotels on the area.

- Manu (2/5): - Not good
- Anne (2/5): - The hallways and room smelled awful, but the worst part were the roaches crawling all over the counter, floors, walls, and bedding. The staff were very kind and apologetic, but well aware of the infestation.

- Martin (2/5): - Staff was accommodating upon a late night check in. The floors were not cleaned, the hand two small roaches cross the floor in front of me while getting in the shower. The bed was not comfortable and the room just felt dirty.
- Latashi (2/5): Don’t turn off the air - Roaches
- Aaron Altstadt (2/5): - Smelled like weed bad..staff was less then pleasant... lots of questionable people around...not a place I would take kids
- Haeft (5/5): Just somewhere to sleep for a night - How cheap the rooms were We didn't have no hand towels no washcloths no shampoo or conditioning bottles like most hotels offer the hallway smelled like a dirty mop head
- jose (2/5): - Found cockroach in the shower in the bed there was cockroach shell in the bed the bed cover looks like was never change the mattress covers have spots of mildew the room smells just like urine the money was not worth paying I will never go back…and by the way the floor was super dusty
- Jacop (6/5): -
- Craig (1/5): Awful - You canceled my reservation after I had driven 3 hours from Michigan at 6:30 PM. Could not find another hotel and had to drive back to Michigan. Last minute cancelation. You knew I was coming in town for concert. I contacted the office and told them I would be checking in late. Very disappointed.
- Onur (3/5): dirty - cheap dirty
- John (10/5): - Price, lacation, safty of roo.m abd vehicle.. Having to leave.
- Rosol (1/5): Would honestly never stay again - Nothing One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Had to throw our pillows we brought because they reak of cigarette smoke.
- Sarp (4/5): - Staff was very nice Heavy cigarette smell, no shampoo, questionably clean towels
- Jana (3/5): - We did not feel safe here. Loads of people hanging around outside with lounge chairs watching you. Double bed was too small and creaky. Large gaps in the door frame of your room. Definitely needs a change. Only good point is the proximity to the airport. Everything
- jay (9/5): -
- Amber (3/5): - No amend
- Chris (1/5): Awful - Please Avoid - There was nobody at reception, the recptionist had to be woken up - no night person. The hotel had an awful stench Evrything
- DeAndre (1/5): - Beds had piss stains on beds. I don’t think they clean sheets and blankets. If they do it’s a poor job. Had to leave the same night

- John (6/5): You - Having stayed at Extended Stay Hotels from other brands, maybe my expectations were a little lofty. I didn’t expect to see people outside with chairs smoking and playing music like a makeshift shanty town. The Front Desk staff was very nice and explained all the rules and refs in detail.
The room was the low point of the experience. The floor in my room was uneven and had profound dips in it making walking around feel risky. Then there was the bed. A full size with no box spring and a frame that looked purchased off Amazon, burnholes in the blanket from previous smokers.
The towels had someone’s hair on them despite being clean. And the chairs supplies in the room had to be donated by a school cafeteria. They did have a nice Smart TV so I could watch Toutube as I contemplated my questionable life choices staying at this establishment for a work week.
- america (2/5): - The worst i had to stop my whole plan becouse of this dirty hotel i will never put my feet in this hotel bathroom was completely dirty it was never cleaned and the kitchen the worst roches
- Robert (2/5): wished it was cleaner. but the location was good for what we were doing. - the location was great for where and why we stayed. we were in town for the collect-a-con at the ix center the room wasnt clean there was a layer of dust uner the bed. there was a spot of somthing that had spilled under the bed that dried up and had turned black. there was a dead bug smashed on the wall, there was a dead bug in the regrigerator. we didnt notice until late night early morning. told the lady at the front desk about it. she was pleasent about it. each area smelled different. our room was the only thing that had a neutral smell. down by the front desk and elevator somtimes smelled like marijuana
- Onur (7/5): -
- Milan (7/5): Not the worst, not the best. - Staff was very pleasant, even upgraded our room to two beds for free. Cleanliness is very poor, as other reviews stated. No amenities in room, nothing extra. Other guests were kinda sketchy, and we did hear a large dog barking as other reviews described. Elevator smelled like urine and cigarettes.
- Steven (8/5): - Front desk man was courteous
- patrick (8/5): - Staff is great 👍
- Kathleen (1/5): - Not much. Bare, sparse, not even a coffee maker. No glasses, not even a paper cup to get a glass of water. No kitchen utensils. All overhead lights, no table or floor lamps. Dirty. The floor looked like something spilled and not mopped up. Microwave had crumbs in it. Tub had a ring around it. There were no hand towels.
It was just Awful
- Medoina (6/5): It will do the job briefly - Staff
Location
Room amenities Room not too clean
Cockroahes
Bed uneven and creaking
- Dylan (4/5): Cheap - Staff was super nice! Super loud thin walls. Also everywhere outside the lobby reeked.
- Kevin Brown (7/5): -
- Laterica (3/5): - Nothing at all Cause they had roaches crawling on the floor and up top in the ceiling and plus it has a whole in the ceiling on the first floor and plus it say no smoking people had cigarettes on the elevator and my room smell just like smoke everyday I walked in the room
- Ibrahim (1/5): Not good - Nothing The smoke smell inside the hallways and rooms
- Sidharth (1/5): - Terrible. Everything from the front desk staff to the hallways to the rooms and bed and bathrooms. Everything.

- Jenny (3/5): -
- Rosangely (4/5): -
- David (1/5): I travel frequently and was in a pinch because it was late at night. The cleanlines of this room was - Close to airport I checked in at midnight and had to leave at 6:00 am to catch a flight - just wanted to rest my bones for a bit. The room was filthy. The bed was like a roll out and when I pulled back the spread there was hair all over. The sheets were dirty with stains and?? I should have left but it was late. I laid on the bed in my clothes. Clearly the sheets were not changed, I wiped up some gooey substance on the floor so I wouldn't step in it. The floor was like sticky and when I wiped on a small area with a hand towel in was filthy black.

- michaelcM1743LI (8/5): Great house keeping crew - The hotel for the most part is very quiet, clean and well managed. The house keeping staff is a stand out group mainly Brenda who takes care of me and my room as if I was family! Great job....You really are treated like family .The hotel is tucked back out the way and is a family oriented place so a outsider is treated with curious eyes but good attitude, there is no breakfast, coffee or anything like that, nor is it a regular fancy lobby or all night staff but it's reflected in the super low price per night witch is a great value in itself. The staff is a no nonsense group who is eager and willing to help out in any way they can.The only thing that kind of gets my goat "is the amount of guest who has pets, they are no problem and there hasn't been an issue.
- chris (10/5): -
- Emily (2/5): - We didnt even stay. There was no one at the front desk we had to call and wait about 20 minutes for someone to come let us in. The whole lobby elvators and hallways smelled terrible like people were smoking. Then once we got into the room my 12 yr old wouldnt even sleep pn the bed bc the blankets looked stained and dirty. But there was no one at the front desk to ask for a different room so we ended up leaving and not staying the full 2 days. But it was too late to cancel our booking and we couldnt talk to anyone about the situation.
