- Kymer (1/5): Frightening - It looked decent from the outside. Rooms were nothing like the photos. They were dirty, in poor repair with even the linens being sparse and ripped. The plaster on the walls was peeling and the refrigerator was rusted. It had a kitchenette, but no dishes, silverware, or pots and pans to cook with. Only one thin towel and a bar of soap in the bathroom. No furniture but a bed on a metal frame, a nightstand, and TV cabinet that were in poor shape with the drawers of both unable to close properly. And let’s not forget the roaches and other various and sundry bugs present in the room.

I was very tired so took the room even with the smell. But once in the room, the floor was sticky and the area by the night stand had sticky hair covered pee spot. Or whatever it was. No one cleaned that room, must have just made the bed. But took the time to fold the toilet paper edges. Really

They are taking days to “investigate “ this matter. 3 They also do not respond to booking.com (via email) in a timely manor. Nor do they answer calls.

- Dalton (2/5): - This place was filthy my room had holes in the wall filthy carpet that was soaked with something the blinds were broken the whole building stunk i had to get a different hotel i didn't feel safe leaving my truck with work equipment in the parking lot the front desk person was on his phone so i had to wait to check in i really wish i could get a refund for this one id rather sleep in my truck than get a room here.

- Tonya (2/5): Stay at your own risk! - The lady at the front desk was awesome, but that is the best that I can say about this place. She gave me a key to a room on the second floor on the way to the elevator to go to the second floor there’s a huge piece of the ceiling missing and several buckets catching the water that is dropping from the ceiling. Reluctant, I go up to the second floor to see the room. When I walk into this room it smells of musk and mildew. Everything in the room (meaning the beds and lamps, etc.) were pulled to the middle of the floor. And it was candy wrapper papers all over the floor. Needless to say I would not be staying there as I would have to rearrange the entire room as well as clean it. I went back downstairs told the lady at the front desk. She apologized and told me that none of the housekeepers came in today and that they have all been calling out often. She gave me a key to a room on the third floor. I got on the elevator and went to the third floor once I got to the room. I tried three or four times to open the door, but could not. It was like someone had it barricaded from the inside. At that point, I didn’t want to see any other rooms. I took the key back to the lady at the front desk told her what happened she again apologized and said that there’s a lot of renovation going on. I canceled my reservation and left.

Even the elevator smelled like urine. The check in clerk didnt seem to mind it at all when i tld him i was not staying n why. He automaticed canceled my reservation. The hotel is is not suitable for people to stay in. Any respectable person wld not stay there. It need to be renovated asap. The place is unhealthy to rent to people

- Christopher (2/5): - This property was horrible, smelled like weed and cigarettes as soon as you walk in, the night person was a resident in a housecoat, there were bugs, the room had food, dirt, and other substances on the floor, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, walls and even the ceiling. The filter had not been cleaned in the A/C so my family all got sick (sinus infections) from the smell and mold. You would be better off burning this building to the ground and starting over. I will never stay at one of your properties again if this is up to par for you. Horrible customer service, no breakfast or coffee, had to pay to use the internet for more than two devices. For the price we paid, this was a huge mistake.

Showed up at 3am and they canceled our booking as a no show and would not give our money bank and would not honor the booking. We are turning them into the bbb! What a scam!!! The NO REFUND policy is ridiculous because the roaches come out to play once you sign the contract. I asked for spray, and the excuse was "the spray we have can't be sprayed with people in the room " or" you're only here for 2 days so the Orkin man won't be here either. I checked in late Saturday night /early Sunday morning. We left late Sunday morning. My reservation was from Saturday to Monday, but my family was so uncomfortable and scared. Lost money and no one to talk to about it. Never again

Take cleaning spray and supplies too. Take shower shoes to wear throughout the room cause the tiled floor is nasty and that cheap thin piece of “carpet “ is really disgusting. Having to clean a room and having to be pest control is crazy. And I just had a piece of blue tape keeping the batteries in the remote smh

Didn’t know how long the bedding had been there but nothing looked clean. We actually didn’t stay, we asked for a new room and they didn’t have any available. Thank goodness we were able to get a refund and we stayed somewhere else.

I havent had any trouble, the neighbors are pretty quiet and they allowed my animals. The price has been very budget-able. The staff is super friendly. All in all, 5 stars!

It’s very quiet here and secluded which I like and there is a convenient store beside the hotel and everything, including shopping is near by and close restaurants. No pool and no breakfast and no complimentary coffee. No closets and no coffee makers in the rooms.

Why are you speaking to me. They are never open on time and the pets bark all day and piss all on the floors. It smells horrible in there!

The hallways is a lovely odor combination of marijuana and Urine. Absolutely terrible room, my mattress the springs are broken in the middle of the bed. You also had to sign a waiver that if anything if taken from your car and/room they are not responsible.

- Teresa (2/5): The Worse Experience of My Life - This place is so dirty, the outside appearance is amazing, just step inside, you are in a totally different environment. I couldn’t get my money back, but the clerk allowed me to pick the room of my choice, the best was really close to the worst. The floors were dirty, the furniture was old and the refrigerator was so old, it was rusty, so afraid to put anything in it. There was no remote for the television, but I must say, there was a new microwave. The clerk printed out my bill, it stated 69.04, but my card was charged 98.69, what happened to the other 30+dollars. This was the was stay I’ve experienced in my 40 years of traveling.

- Angela (4/5): - When I was searching for a suites I found this hotel and offer stove; but, what can you do, if you are traveling, with a stove and don't find pots, pans, or something to cook? Neither cups, glasses and plates?

- Quaniyah (1/5): JUST NO!!! - So dirty, stank, & have bug going crazy all over the walls. It's filthy to the extreme.
- William (2/5): I'd Rather Not - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. It is not in a good part of town, the parking lot has no security lighting, I had to change rooms due to the heat going out, someone urinated in one of the stairwells, the police had to be called there at least 3 times in the 3 1/2 weeks I was there, and numerous maintenance issues in the rooms exist. I left because I was fearful of my own safety or my car was going to be broken into, since it is pitch dark when I go to work, and the stairwells doors do not always latch correctly.

- Jasmine (3/5): Don’t stay here if you can help it. Pay a little bit more for better qualit. - The rooms were pretty big. There was one staff member was very nice. The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly. Housekeeping never came. The lady that checked us in was very rude and had horrible comments. She was very stand-off ish. Mr price changed once I arrived to check in. We had a rate that booking.com gave us plus the deposit. I was fine with that. But at checkin she wanted almost $50 more. Towels for a room for 4 were hard to get the room only came with two and when I asked for more the check in lady got smart with me. Police were there almost everyday we were there for something. It always was something different. The room had a very bad smell upon entry.

- Bephalopod (5/5): it was a bad hotel - you can sleep there it was dirty and smelled bad the pictures definitely make it look way better than it was there was roaches in 2 of the rooms and when we first showed up the bath tub had some gross gunk in it they said it was nonsmoking but the whole floor i was on smelt like weed staff doesn’t seem to care very much either. at one point my brother in law was in his room and a staff member just walked in and when they saw someone in there they just said my bad and left
- craigdC918JW (2/5): Roach infested and lack of upkeep. - Roaches everywhere. Outside of room 111 there was a 2 inch roach. Upon arrival, I had crossed off room service bc I’m a grown man that doesn’t need picked up after and the lady at the desk laughed saying they don’t do room service. Clearly. The floors are all sticky, the bed frame had a ton of broken supports, there was hair and other debris. For a non smoking room, there sure are a lot of nicotine drip likes everywhere, walls, blinds, even on the tv screen. If I could 0 star I would.

- KARI (2/5): - This place is gross. We didn't even stay. Cockroaches, smoke and dirt and hair on the sheets. This place should be shut down. Trash!
- Timothy (4/5): - Horrible bed, I have slept on pull out sofa beds that were better than this. Tiny pillows. Cigarette burns were on the counter. Not a good appearance at all.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - At first appearance the room looked clean. However the place has roaches. You have to ask for linens between 11am and 3 pm, so we did without the 2nd day as we were not told on checkin. My daughter had to take out trash out as they don't do anything if you are on a 4 day stay. Overall big dissapointment

You can tell illegal activity is going on the first floor and in the parking lot whit a lot of abandoned vehicles no wonder u have a no refund available. When we asked for more towel they stated the didn’t have keys to the laundry room … there are signs by the elevator that clearly state clean linen and towels available at anytime

- Cynt (9/5): Good stay, a great front desk staff. - The front desk staff was super friendly. No one bothered you when you were in the rooms. The place exceeded my expectations.
