• Phanomkone (1/5): There were cockroaches and place was very dirty. Not recommended. - Got lucky we checked in before 10pm because we had a last minute booking. When I got to the room it was dirty and no toiletries available. Went to front desk and no one was there. Window was closed with steel/metal shade. It was literally 10 minutes when I checked in and he was gone. I just needed a place to sleep so I didn't find the hotel til evening time.

• Roxanne (3/5): Way too much money for a crappy room I couldn’t wait to leave - Easy off freeway Bed was hard and lumpy. Reminded me of those old roll out cots from my Grandma’s. Room appeared clean, but extremely worn out. Floor felt like there was a film of too much cleaning product

The tub was dirty when I arrived, the fridge was rusty, the door hinges were rusty, the air vent was FULL of dust, the beds were small and uncomfortable. The tub in the bathroom was small. The walls are thin, you could hear everything! The night shift front desk worker was rude and unwelcoming, definitely could be a lot nicer.

Their beds are comfortable but the inside of this place is now horrible especially the flow in the rooms, an awful smell not sure if it’s smoke or what. If you stay there , you are desperate not worth a penny trust me.

Cabinet door fell off, glue was still wet. 4th floor sign says non smoking but smoke smell filled the hallway, another customer was smoking weed in his room. Overall the worst stay we have had at an extended stay. I was also charged for 2 rooms and only 1 room was available, booked on Expedia.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed had a huge dip in it! Absolutely killed my back but other than that there wasn’t anything to dislike!

• Sh'nya (2/5): 1/10 Would NOT Recommend - The area The bed sheets were not clean. Front desk was rude and unprofessional. Since no one was at the front desk, I had to wait 15-20 minutes to be checked in. When I finally got checked in, the tv did not work and when I called to the front desk person to inquire about this issue, she literally said okay and hung up in my face. I had to go back to the front desk to see what the issue was and she blankly said oh I’m sending somebody to fix it. Mindfully, the front desk clerk was talking loudly on the phone and heard me come to the front desk. It took her an additional 10 minutes to even come to the front desk and she was standing right behind the opening by the front desk so I know for sure she heard me and saw me walk down there. I would not stay here!
• Denise (1/5): Avoid!! - It was in a great location. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a foul, musty odor that lingered throughout the entire building. It was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The room itself was filthy— unclean floors, grime in the bathroom, and worst of all, I found bugs crawling near the bed and in the corners of the room. It was revolting and made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. When I brought up the issues, I was met with indifference and even eye-rolling. No apology, no offer to move rooms, nothing. It’s clear they’ve given up on even pretending to care about guest experience. This place should not be allowed to operate in its current condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

• Wendi (3/5): Very dissatisfied customer - The front desk ladies were very sweet. The kids above us were literally jumping off the bed so hard the floor shook. They also spent the whole day running and screaming. I mentioned this to the desk ladies everyday but nothing was done. The whole hotel especially the elevator reeked of Marijuana. I mentioned it as well but it continued. That is not a smell you should smell in a hotel that costs as much as they did. By the time we left yesterday I was exhausted because I never got any decent sleep. Those kids were up until midnight and then back up at 5. All during quiet time. It was absolutely ridiculous. Also the Mexican construction worker that was across the hall would come sit outside my room door. Literally up against the door. That really didn't make me feel safe at all. I was there alone alot because my husband was at work so a single female that's 51 and I had a man sitting outside my door. I can't fight. I'm old. I shouldn't feel un safe in my hotel room. I couldn't leave because I couldn't get my money back to go somewhere else.

Worst plane I've been in forever. We left immediately and was refunded. Wasn't about to let mt grandbaby stay there. Disgusting and staff is rude.

When the person arrived she literally didn’t even pull the divider up high enough to make eye contact. It was very weird. I wasn’t expecting much conversation but all I could see was the person’s hands.

• Linda (3/5): I will never book there again! - There was no breakfast. Check-in. The rooms are out dated. The beds were on a wire rack not a bed frame. No lamps. It was really was a disappointment and we will never go back.

• Chad (2/5): Tolerate the smell for a cheap price - Price was cheap. Staff was friendly. Easy to check in and out The entire hotel smelled. Bad! The elevator was horribly smokey like a bar. My business partner and his family had a room that was overwhelming with moldy smell. My room had messed up light switches and one switch controlled all lights in the room. The beds were not very comfortable. They were twin sized cots, metal frames like what the army used to have. The mattresses were only about 6 inches thick. No coffee maker in the room. 2 clear plastic solid cups for water. The range over the apartment studio stove had rust on half of it. The hotel had a smell of Vietnamese food being cooked throughout the whole building. I will not be staying here again!

We were questioned about them. Hotel hallways smell like weed smoke. Had to drive to walmart to get cleaning supply, to clean the room. This place was GHETTO and needs to be shut down.

Despite the fact of having a no smoking signs on the floor we were on, you could smell cigarette smoke as soon as you got off the elevator. The floor dirty. The bathroom tub had hair and did not seem very clean.
