- Jason (10/5): Great amenities for an extended stay in a hotel! - The entire visit was pleasant! The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable! I did intentionally requested a fan while booking online and it wS never addressed however, I did sleep well eventually!
- Patterson (10/5): -
- Mc (1/5): Horrible stay - Nothing Extremely dirty- broken items - bad staff no sleep was had - fridge fell on me
- Beverly (8/5): The room was quiet, clean, and modern. The young man that checked me in on 4/4 was great. - When I booked it, I thought that we would have a "Grab and Go" Breakfast, but at the property where we stayed, this breakfast was non-existent. I understand that not having a breakfast keeps the costs down, but since it was mentioned and then did not exist, is disappointing. Booking. com told be that a crib was available, so I messaged the property and received a confirmation that my message had been read and that a crib would be waiting for me. When I checked in, the front desk staff person said that this kind of thing happens regularly when a third party is involved. Although some properties may have a crib, the Plainfield, IN one does not. The moral of the story is that I should have called the property and made sure instead of reading the message and believing that a crib would be there. My advice is to bring your own pack and play crib or you will have a sleepless night trying to get a one-year old to go to sleep in an adult bed that is unsafe without rails.

- dawes (1/5): - I didn't like the fact that after staying there and renting a room for 5 weeks when I went to renew it I was told that they were booked up and I had to go by Ashley. Ron was really good and pleasent
- Dawes (5/5): Passable -
- Kimberley (2/5): - This hotel was so filthy and scary that I slept in my car
- kyle (4/5): - No tv stations worked
- Aminrefaat (1/5): Very expensive with bad bed, no breakfast, very poor rooms - Wurst mattress ever No breakfast, hard floor, few tpwels, no bathroom or kitchen consumables
- Michael (4/5): Don't w - I wanted a queen size bed I think it was a twin. The bed was on springs like if you went to a camping area. The room smelt like mildew when I asked for a different room I was told no because they had a huge event when there was no event. A lady behind the desk just did not want to do her job.
- Garniqua (10/5): Exceptional - There is no breakfast
- Sallee (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything

Did not get any sleep because dogs barking the people of above me making all kind of noise. The people beside me hollering.I do not recommend it to anyone
- Woldu (9/5): Superb -
- Brian (1/5): Bad - The only benefit was the staff. As I drove all day, I arrived right at 10pm and he was willing to stay just a few minutes to help get me checked in, that is true customer service! The entire place was very run down and the room smelled like smoke, they definitely masked or at least attempted to mask the smell. Mold in the shower, yellow stains on the fridge, just a gross place overall. I paid $80 what can I expect.

- Wasiu (4/5): - The rental price is good, but not comparable to other Extended Stay properties I had used. The room was smaller, the bed smaller, furniture insufficient, hygiene very poor, plates and cutleries not available, the bathroom ceiling leaking, and staff unavailable at all times. One staff behavior (Bronson, by name) totally abhorrent. I was in Room 131. Right above me (Room 231), children were jumping and running, making loud thumping noises, the telephone in the room was not working, so I went to the Reception to complain. Bronson categorically told me that he could not ask the occupants of Room 231 to tone down their noises. Instead, I had the option to check out of the property. I was stung at the lack of compassion, courtesy, and extremely horrible customer service. I will never use this particular hotel again!

- Jaime (4/5): Disappointing - The front desk was wonderful. He was very efficient when checking me in, even when another guest came up and interrupted while he was trying to check me in. He was never rude. Always friendly and kept apologizing for the interruption The entire hotel Iinaide and out smelled like someone was smoking weed or cigarettes. Room was ok on cleanliness, smelled like stale cigarettes.

- Gabrielle (4/5): - I appreciated the discounted rate for my stay on the Easter holiday. I researched a few hotels in the area and settled on this one for the price, and specifically because of the description and photos on Expedia. The bathroom photos appear to have updated shower heads and walk in showers. They don't.
The first room: everything was sticky or greasy to the touch. When I went to turn on the shower, the water handle nearly came out of the wall and the button to pull to turn the shower on fell off in my hand.
The lady at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a double on the second floor. I repacked my things and went up to the next room. Much cleaner, working shower but the cable television wasn't working. The window would only open a third of the way. Shower curtains are NOT waterproof. The floor and bath mat were soaked which made it dangerous getting out.
Very kind people but this property needs real improvements not just cosmetic. Heads up, this location does NOT have grab and go breakfast. I'll chose another option next time I'm in the area. Happy trails!
