Not friendly she kicked some guy out after he already paid for a room and threatened to call police on him. He was disabled. WiFi does not work either

That really ruined my night!

• Melody (3/5): Would have loved to cancel my 2nd night and I tried to that first night but it wouldn't let me. - They didnt have my room, finally found one, elevators didn't work, blinds that covered window was stuck half way so we couldn't let them down, stove was rusted up, only two towels and wash clothes that were extremely thin, beds looked like pull out couch beds and they squeaked.

I arrived there late at night after booking online and even tho it is advertised that they are open 24/7 there was nobody there to check me in and I had to sleep in my car. It was a two night stay so I checked in the next day at 3pm and was able to have access to my room but when I left to go out for the night when I returned late that night my key card would not work and because there was no staff I had to sleep in my car a second night. All in all I only spent a few hours in the room and didn’t get to stay there either night.

Nos quedó mal el hotel porque no pudimos hacer el check in el día q reservamos sin embargo venimos al día siguiente y intentamos entrar y no nos dejaron entrar. Y aún pagamos una semana completa. Rembolsamos el dinero y no nos quieren confirmar el rembolso. Es una acción repugnante y estorbosa. No es posible que pase esto. Pagando una semana completa y nos hagan esto. Front door and room door were difficult to use. The neighbors television was way too loud. The refrigerator was overly stained outside. The floor was not the cleanest. However, when I arrived, I was told my room had been given away, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. The front desk agent was rude and unwilling to assist. I didn’t like that my reservation wasn’t honored, that I had to find a different motel, and the rude, unhelpful service at the front desk.

There was trash and dirt, forks and spoon from lord knows when beside the full fridge that was located in the room. The wall looks as though a toddler had wrote on the walls and the fridge, the two burner stove was rusty and who could see completely under the beds, there were no curtains, 2 towels available the whole stay for 3 people. Finding the entrance to the Motel as this is not a Hotel by far. The front desk lie and told my 68 year old mother the bathroom was out of order when in fact it was not. This is a Roach Motel and the error in the advertisement should be a crime

• David (3/5): Nice staff, horrible place to stay. - The woman at the front desk was super helpful and efficient. She was the only nice thing about this hotel. I was on a different floor than my traveling parents, and each floor reeked badly of cigarette smoke, so bad it stuck to your clothes and made your eyes water just getting out of the elevator on both floors. There were 'body fluid' stain`s on the walls, The floor was clean, despite the dozen of small burn marks over its surface, the bed was old and creeky, the comforted had stains on it. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed and left not wanting to even imagine standing in the shower. Spend the extra $20 and stay across the highway at the traditional hotels.

The man who works at the front desk also lives on the second floor. Had to buy towels from store, would not give me new towels or sheets. Up to their discretion whenever they feel like being open at the front desk. Kept getting harassing loud knocks from worker while I was working (call center work from desk). Very unprofessional establishment.

The floor in the room had a disgusting film on it that required wearing shoes the whole time or your feet would be black. The bed was pretty much just springs. There were cockroaches we killed. Also, my husband ended up sleeping in the car the 2nd night due to the fire alarm having a fault that put off this incessant high pitched noise and couldn't be stopped. The overnight and weekend phone number reached nobody to try and rectify any of the issues. Another patron was locked out of his room and couldn't reach anyone to get a key card that worked. Absolutely horrible and disgusting experience.

The beds were really worn out and could hardly sleep, it wasn't clean clean but clean enough I could go to sleep! The whole inside of the facility kind of smelled like cigarettes.

I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE DEMANDS, IN THEIR IGNORANCE, HAVING AN ID AND CREDIT CARD, IT SHOULD GIVE THEM A CLUE AND EVEN IF IT HADN'T, THEY DON'T HAVE TO TREAT US LIKE THIS, ONLY ONE HAND SOAP, ONE LARGE TOWEL AND ONE SMALL ONE FOR EACH. I ASKED FOR EXTRA BECAUSE THAT'S NOT ENOUGH, THAT'S NOT HOW IT WAS GIVEN TO EVERYONE! NOT A GLASS, NOT A TEA OR COFFEE SACHET, NOTHING. IF I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE, THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME "GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL" IN THE DAWN, UPSTAIRS AROUND 1 AM. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, YOU HAVE TO GO UP AND DOWN, CARRYING AND BRINGING THE DIRTY TOWELS TO RECEIVE NEW ONES. ON THE OTHER HAND, AT THE SHIFT CHANGE, THE AFOREMENTIONED FRONT DESK GAVE ME THE NORMAL SET OF TOWELS THAT ARE GIVEN IN EVERY HOTEL. HER TREATMENT WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THEY SHOULD FIRE THE ONE WHO ATTENDED ME ON FRIDAY. I HAD A RESERVATION FROM THURSDAY UNTIL DEPARTURE ON SUNDAY 7/20/25. THERE WAS NO CHANGE OF SHEETS, NO KITCHEN TOWELS IN THE SUITE. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TELL YOU HOW STINKY THE ROOMS ARE. THEY WERE NIGHTS AND DAYS PAID FOR INCONVENIENCE.

• Constance (5/5): Passable - Thr fact thd toile did nor flush snd the guy vhecked z Black mzn in front of me. But i was told i coulfnt check in early. I guess this place is racist. Bed need replacing
• Latoya (2/5): - Bed very small not so clean in my opinion and it smells bad on the 4th floor and other's play they music really loud with no regards of other's but most i couldn't stand the smell makes you want to throw up and television didn't work good at all power was out for hour's i will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend
