• sergiosE7972HM (2/5): the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. - Avoid this place at all costs. My stay at WoodSpring Suites Pharr was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy—there was visible dirt on the floors, dust everywhere, and a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to even stay inside. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with mold clearly visible and a complete lack of proper cleaning. The shower was in terrible condition, making it feel unhygienic and unsafe to use. The bed was another nightmare—extremely noisy and uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to get any rest. Overall, the entire place looks neglected, poorly maintained, and far below any acceptable standard for a hotel. It honestly feels like cleanliness and basic upkeep are completely ignored here. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others to stay away unless you’re willing to tolerate dirt, bad smells, and zero comfort.

Las condiciones del edificio son deplorables, el sanitario no servía, el refrigerador oxidado y obsoleto... Muchas cucarachas y olía a podrido, además mucha humedad dentro de la habitación, el grifo con muchas goteras, la estufa y el microondas muy obsoletos.

• Kari (3/5): Stay away for longer than a week stay, they have a mold problem. - Nice people Moldy clothes, had to buy a dehumidifier, still everything got saturated in mold, even luggage. Went to a different hotel less than a mile away. Did not have the same issue.

I highly recommend this location to anyone coming to the Rio Grande Valley. The staff is ALWAYS ready to listen to any concerns and resolution or information is given promptly.

And The Essence Of Musky Mold Permeated The Room! Just Horrible 😞 Then I Was Going bTo The Bathroom Well I Stopped As Well Just To Analyze What Was All Around The Bathtub! What Before My Eyes More Black Mold Extremely Large Amounts!! Then I Was Going To Wash My Hands By That Time I Was Feeling Dirty!! I Would Of Moved To Another Room. But Was Extremely Tired From My Travels. So I Called Walmart Ordered The Proper Cleaning Supplies And Cleaned it

This was my first time meeting the GM Rick, and he was very attentive and helpful with some reservations issues that were completely the 3rd party apps fault and not the hotel's fault but that didn't keep him from going out of his way to help me and my significant other (450 miles away) and getting me situated so I could get back to my room without worries or surprises later. He even called personally to inform us that the issues were resolved without further concerns. Every time I stay at this location, it's like family. Great job with the entire staff. N/A

The room itself had dead roaches on the floor, our shower was leaking so it was a constant drip sound, toilet seat loose, appliances rusty, and there was a stain on the sheets!

The room was disgusting—so bad that I had to strip the sheets myself and go out to buy new ones, along with towels and cleaning supplies just to make the tub and toilet usable. It’s clear they don’t take cleanliness seriously. The bathroom was filthy, and nothing felt remotely sanitary. The place looks nothing like the photos online. It was uncomfortable and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—even for one night. Spend a little more and stay somewhere that respects its guests.

• Gallardo (8/5): This is a great option for a budget-friendly long stay. - I really appreciated this hotel as a budget-friendly option for a long stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered plenty of privacy, which made our time there comfortable and relaxing. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the in-room kitchen setup, with a small stove and a full-sized refrigerator, was a great convenience for storing items and gave us the flexibility to later eat our left overs. Overall, it had all the essential accommodations we were looking for. While the stay was generally pleasant, there were a few things I didn’t like. The bed was a bit uncomfortable due to a flimsy frame that moved around and made noise, even though the mattress itself was decent. Since the rooms allow for cooking, the smoke and fire alarms went off a few times, which was disruptive. Also, there were often groups of male guests outside in the parking area, and as two women traveling together, we sometimes felt uneasy with them sitting and watching as we came and went. Although nothing happened and my car was safe, the atmosphere outside wasn’t always the most comfortable.

As you walk into the lobby to check it theres a smell... the whole building actually has a funny smell. I went to buy a can or sanitizer to see if that would help but it didnt. I just couldnt stay there it was horrible. Couldnt even imagine myself sleeping on the bed. I just took the loss lf the 67 dollar I paid and went to a different hotel.
