Guest Reviews
- Ernest (10/5): Extend my stay - Clean and the facility is in a good location I had to get out at 11a.m ho check out
- Shannon (5/5): -
- Gerard (1/5): Horrible experience - Nothing!! The TV didn't work the first night. The walls were filthy. The floor was filthy. The fitted sheet or whatever was under the fitted sheet was burnt and kept scratching me. There was nobody at the desk when I went to show them the picture that I took. I will NEVER stay here and I don't recommend anyone else to stay here. I wish that I could get my money back. It was a horrible place to stay.
- Jack (4/5): I would stay at Extended again but not at this location - Price ,clean, comfort Blind was closed when I tried to check in around 6. The phone did not work to call the number 500 as instructed on the wall for late check ins. Check in laady finally opened the blind but was rude and unprofessional. The entrance door locks did not work.
- Tomura (3/5): -
- Shannon (2/5): Needs alot of work. I was asked by live ins for money smokes drugs. Was scary - Staff cleaned fixed /working microwave

- Cedric (2/5): Furry rooms - The location Too much animal fur. My allergies were going crazy. There was animal fur all over the floor of the room.
- pattiv491 (2/5): Doors constantly slamming, bed squeaks, worst bed & mattress ever, dirty floors, smelled, shady characters - Left in the middle of the night couldn’t take it anymore, bed squeaks every time you move, so uncomfortable, socks got dirty walking through the room, doors constantly slamming. Was like a nursing home/group home mix, some seedy characters were staying there, evidence of possible drug use with burned furniture and floor. Just creepy.

- Phil (6/5): Pleasant. Fairly clean just wish there was coffee - The beds are very comfortable No coffee pots
- Robin (7/5): -
- Roberts (4/5): - The lady at the front was very unprofessional!!!! I told her I had a service animal with me, and she rolled her eyes and then said with a nasty attitude if I had papers. I hope she gets FIRED IMMEDIATELY, and she was also rude to my wife about checking in
- PARRISH (10/5): - Everything, especially the staff Liked everything
- Emmaline (3/5): - The room looked like it wasn’t taken care of, the bed felt like it was about to break when you sat on it.
- Haggerty (5/5): A Basic Clean unit for very short term stay - Convenient to my destination. Room was clean and had basic items. The room was lower quality furnishings and bedding. Bed more of a mattress cot than a bed. Poor mattress quality and on a dormitory metal frame. There was no coffee maker or any utensils despite it advertised as a extended stay facility. The unit didn't have any items to either have hot drinks or use the cooktop - no pots , pans, etc so the kitchen was useless if needed. I also had an issue where I was double booked with no explanation from the desk next day when this was pointed out. I agree to wait out the weekend to see if the error is corrected. (In all fairness desk may have prvided kitchen utensils if I brought it up.) I would have asked for coffee pot if my stay was more than an overnight sleep.

- PARRISH (10/5): -
- Nagy (4/5): - It was on the first floor. There was nothing in the room for guests. Not even a cup or a coffee maker. I've never been to a hotel or extended stay that didnt have at least these items. I also found clothes from a previous person in the dresser drawer, so obviously it wasnt totally cleaned. Not impressed at all.
- 118valerieq (10/5): Thank You Staff - I have been here since August after selling my home and the staff here are great and I want to say Thank You to Shawn and Nadine and the rest of their team for giving me and my guests excellent service around the clock!!
- PARRISH (10/5): I love everything about extended stay Mentor - Everything, this is home currently

- Ernest (3/5): Please make some changes and upgrade this facility. - Check.in was quick. The sheets and blanket were so worn out that you didn't even know that there was a blanket on the bed. Every time you turned over, it sounded like the mattress was going to break through the frame. The refrigerator has rust all along the door frame. There were no curtains, only a window blind. The furniture had not been moved to clean underneath it in a long time, dust and dirt underneath and behind everything. We checked in on 10/4/25, and the elevator wasn't working properly. It was making a loud noise every time someone used it. Our room was right beside the elevator, so this went on through the night. We decided on Sunday morning that this was not working for us. The elevator was not working, and we had to carry the luggage down using the stairs. The air-conditioning in our room also quit working before we checked out.
- Horacio (8/5): -
- Shannon (7/5): -
- Eric (2/5): - Place smelt of cigarettes. Tv didn’t work. Water pressure is bad. It is exactly what I expected for 60 bucks a night.
- Brad (9/5): Comfortable stop for traveling - Clean comfortable reasonable price. Easy to find, near shopping and restaurants.
- Lillian (8/5): Really nice stay! - Very safe
- cindy (6/5): - It got the job done, the beds were awful. The most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on in my life.
- David (8/5): - This was a great value compared to other options we explored. The location was good. The only negative was shower curtain was stained and probably should have been replaced. We will seriously consider returning the next time we need accommodations in the area.
- Mary (6/5): - Location was perfect for what I needed Booked a room with 2 queen beds...got a room with 1 full bed...when asked if they had the kind of room I booked was told they were booked full....we made it work but I was traveling with my son.
- Zapote Valadez (1/5): -
- Charlene (5/5): Good for a short term stay - Location was convenient It reminded me of a dorm room
- Donny (4/5): - It was close to restaurants The mattress.
Was horrible it had Springs poking through it.There was leftover food in a refrigerator and it did not seem very clean.
- Hem chandra (4/5): Dirty and scary - The place is scary with all the rooms and corridors filled with smoking/weed smell.
The room was filthy had pet hairs all over the room.
- Daimen (2/5): - You can move everything and see nothing was cleaned even the sheets on the bed had hair from previous people staying the workers bang on the door at 10 am even though check out isn’t until 11am I even had another night booked and payed for but I just packed my stuff up and left that it was so bad also if you stay for multiple nights they will not ask if you need room service 1 of the women even told me I had to pay her to clean or take trash 100% worst place to go there check in desk closes very early so if you have anything booked and can’t be there before a certain time then your money is basically gone and you have to find another hotel i left in the middle of the night to go get food and couldn’t even get back into my room because my keys stopped working so I had to sleep in the car
- Shultz (8/5): - Everything was fine
- Kathy (9/5): - Clean, quiet..good location good value for the money No lamp next to bed
Wifi password not listed in room or on key card.
No cups in the room to drink water
- Morse (2/5): Piss poor! - Not to much this time I found a nasty soap bar on top of the shower seal I know it's been there for a while. It was All nasty looking. And the shower curtain rod was held in place by a thumb tack. Please I had wait 15min long to check into my room because it was not ready yet! I was not pleased at all
- KRISTINA (1/5): - Nothing The drug addicts hanging around. We didn’t have the toiletries, coffeemaker, toaster. It’s stunk in the room and hallway. Watched one man dive into his window from the sidewalk. The whole thing was awful
- Graham (1/5): Scary. Dirty. Never-again. - Nothing. It was a scary place to be. Our window on 2nd floor was pried open and the room was pretty dirty. Crazy people outside yelling, police beating on doors, blocking exits, & screaming after some dude, no ice machine anywhere…
- Arnaldo (7/5): Confortable - Nice They didn’t change the other bed
- Kozel (8/5): -
- Kozel (8/5): -
- Daniel B. (6/5): - Very boring. Alot of difficulty looking people everywhere. Didn't feel safe.
- William (4/5): -
- Kay (6/5): - They definitely need some updating, especially the bed. It was so uncomfortable 😫
- Kozel (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay stay. - The hotel was ok for the price. Not the cleanest. Not the dirtiest.
- David (10/5): - Very close to everything I needed Staff was friendly
- jing (4/5): -
- Raquel (4/5): i the front desk. Staff was great. Everything else was terrible, very uncomfortable. You get what you pay for…. - I was a late check in at past the standard hours, and was additionally, pretty nervous about how I was going to get access to my room; however, the front desk employee was there. Within a few moments of me, arriving. He was engaging. He was professional, and was the best part about this stay. The beds are completely uncomfortable. I can’t imagine a grown man being able to sleep in that bed. If not, probably break it. Additionally, there’s no good lighting in the room. It’s only overhead which just is uncomfortable and ridiculous because you’re trying to relax after whatever reason of the day, that brought you there.
- Patti (4/5): - It was clean and comfy I accidently booked 2 rooms i asked for a refund on one and bookings emailed with no responce that alone will keep me from recommending the place one night cost me $160. It wasn't even a full 24 hr stay.wasnt worth the money.
- Dreamer37326007183 (2/5): - Left early because this place is a is a zoo. The hotel is built so cheaply that I could hear when someone next door dropped a coin on the floor. If you are not on the 3rd floor (3 floor set up there), good luck getting ANY rest or work done here. This place has people stomping around above you until 2am or later and I mean "heel digging, put some effort into poking a hole through the floor- type stomping". I had a few things stacked in the little cupboards they supply and a few times that stuff came tumbling out due to the pounding and vibration on my ceiling-their floor. Pungent pot smoke fills the air along with cigarette smoke wafting through the hallways, no enforcement at all with the cigarette smoke. My two complaints to "management" fell on unconcerned ears because they know it's a matter of time until this place gets shut down or it's already so far out of control they can do nothing about it. The one guy said "they have til 10 o'clock and turned and walked away from me...lol. I was there the better part of a month and never saw a human being clean, knock or replace anything in my room like linens or towels. Once I said something to them, they acted like it was my fault for not knowing the procedures they DIDN'T explain upon check-in. I came here thinking I could get some work done...HAHAHA. I then had enough and paid 30 bucks less for a week in a better-known chain that actually cleans rooms so that you don't feel like you're living in someone else's filth. Do yourself a favor and look on top of the microwave and cupboards...don't you dare run your finger through it for the "white glove" test or you will bring back a finger that looks like it was dipped in chocolate covered peanuts! So disgusting and that's when it was time to leave. I mean months and months (if not longer) of filth that NEVER gets addressed. blahhhhhh...... If you want to continue the fun, do yourself a great big favor and take the mattress off the bed-frame.....What you'll see will need to be photographed because your friends and family will believe you partied with bigfoot before they'll believe the filth under your body and that you actually slept there.
Now, the room itself, tub didn't drain at all and filled up immediately upon turning on the water, the backup brought in some really colorful black and brown dots of dirt, waste or whatever backs up in drains when nobody cares about the place and its functionality. The bathroom sink did drain well (yayyyy) but had only a trickle of water that was probably about the size of a spaghetti noodle at best. Had to run the toothbrush around for about 20 seconds to get it all wet...lol, you get the picture. By the way, the backed-up shower smells too...I purchased a bottle of cleaner at the nearby store to keep the stench at bay. If you decide to stay here, bring Lysol, cleaning wipes a mop and gloves....cheers!
Oh yeah, fire alarms will go off at 5:30am or so when someone cooks bacon and burns it, that was a ton of fun to, twice.
So, ESA, keep up the "great" work. I left early and forfeited a day just to get out of your disgusting zoo-like environment!
I believe that ESA has settled on being the gutter hotel chain to whomever has 40-50 bucks for the night and wants to party like a rock star all night long, I'm thinking that hourly rates are next for this chain! Waiting for the condom machine install next....
- Jonisha (2/5): - nasty asf have crack heads out side
- Lisa (4/5): The fire alarms went off every night at 3am it’s not staffed so had to wait for the fire dept to get there to shut the a - Location Wasn’t staffed 24 hours, noisy
- Melissa (6/5): - Had trouble checking in. Is supposed to be 24 hours but we had to call a number for someone to check us in
- Meade (1/5): - Dirty and nasty staff is lazy and don't clean right the bathroom had period blood plastered in the bathroom the only reason I stayed is I had no other choice would not recommend staying here there is drugs and prostitution going out of this place they will lie to you trust this is going on there will never be back
- Charles (1/5): The Lobby was dirty and unstaffed and difficult to find. Did not stay. Please refund my money -
- robert (2/5): - As soon as you got off elevator is smelled so bad like b.o. Blinds we filthy and the back of couch had a half in of dust on it. Everytime the people above us walked is sounded like they we going to come threw the ceiling!!! Never again
- Smith (2/5): - Location Booked a room with 2 queen beds but we received a room with 1 double bed. No breakfast.
- Thacker (1/5): Dirty and very outdated. Many long term residents hanging outside by the door and bothered when we tried to go in or out - Very dirty
- Doyle (7/5): Can cook here - The price was wonderful. The drawers were dirty. You have a kitchenette in your room, but there are no dishes, no flatware, no glasses, no pots or pans to cook with. So why have a kitchenette?
- LUIS (8/5): Very comfortable - Facilities very neat and clean. Spacios, comfortable. Well-designed A pet-friendly hotel that asked me to pay $100 for my small dog to stay in the room! Before arriving, there was no indication that i had to pay such outrageous fee.
- Brian (10/5): Very Pleased - Was a nice clean room, very spacious. Enjoyed the quietness and friendliness of the staff. Good value!
- Lupa (8/5): -
- Bryan (2/5): - the program glitched and ended up booking me 4 rooms for 2 nights , even though the two of us showed up and stayed in two rooms , they did not tell us we had been booked in another two rooms by computer error , Once I realized the mistake and complained the manager only gave me back half of the money effectively stealing $173.68 from me , and said that was there policy .
- David (10/5): Very comfortable Stay for an exceptional value - Accessible to just about everything needed Nothing at this time
- Tracie (8/5): Overall good stay, the lady who checked me in was super nice! But I was not happy about the overall cleanliness of the r - Security protocols. Garbage was behind night stand, hair in tub.
- Patti (4/5): Not good at returning calls/messages - It was last minute , clen room friendly staff I accidently booked twice
I booked thru bookings.
I can't seem to get anyone from extended stay to respond
I'd like a refund on one of my booking
- Jeremy (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The only issues I had was the bed felt like there was a metal bar in my back when sleeping and our AC hardly worked. I talked to the staff and they said they will have it looked at.
- TARA (2/5): - No employees at check-in Ppl living there just hanging out smoking cops there twice
- Flagg (10/5): -
