Guest Reviews
- Deev (1/5): The worst ever hotel l've ever been. - The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. The parking was decent, and the bed sheets were clean. There is a bad odor in the suite, along with cockroaches, a dry urine stain on the toilet, and a dirty sink. Additionally, the AC unit and refrigerator are very noisy. The room's entrance door is poorly insulated, making every movement outside clearly audible. The fire alarm light was flashing so brightly that it blinded me even through closed eyes.
- Teresa (1/5): We will never return. Spend the extra 30$ go next door to holiday inn. - The only good thing about this place was the staff Where to start. This place by no means is a hotel. There are no amenities. They do have a mini kitchen. But no pots, pans or utensils. The bed rather the hard mattress on a cheap metal flimsy frame The room smelled like musty old cellar. After a few minutes running ac. It wasn’t as bad. Walls are super thin so we heard everything our neighbors were doing.
- Willie (5/5): I wouldn't go back for obvious reasons but the staff was nice and the price was fair. - The location and price The room wasn't cleaned properly and it smelled

- Ricardo (2/5): I was unhappy with the service and the condition of the room. - That it was close to our home, because we were there due to a water leak at our apartment . The towels weren’t clean and when I asked for clean towels as a replacement, the front desk refused. Also I saw roaches in the hotel room.

- Michael (10/5): - Great staff
- Wilson (10/5): -
- GS (3/5): Life with cockroaches! - The location was ok.
Sabrina was very nice and helpful We arrived and only got one key for our room!! The next day, they had more keys for us!!!
You have to pay extra for having your towels and bed sheds washed! Over 1$ a day! For the kitchen utensils you have to pay to get some.
The next day we found cockroaches! The was the start of killing them. Only every 2 week the pest control would come!!
After one week we could not enter our room. At the office they told us, we did not pay the second week. Well, by checking in, I asked if the price was for our whole stay. Well Joseph said yes! Now Joseph wants money and late pay charge, over 16$! Oh, and they are very good in apologizing!
- Kevin (2/5): - This hotel is infested with cockroaches. Throughout my week-long stay, I discovered that if you turn off all the lights, you will wake up with bites all over your body.
I reported the bugs to the front desk after the first night and was told my room would be sprayed on Wednesday. Nobody ever came to spray the room, and the staff seemed unconcerned. They also refused to provide trash bags, telling me I had to buy my own. I saw other guests carrying their trash to the dumpster without bags. I believe the staff's decision not to treat my room was a way of keeping the roaches out of their own living spaces.
The hotel claims to be pet-friendly, but the grounds are unusable. The grass is completely covered in dog feces, leaving no clean place for a dog to relieve itself. The number of large, uncontrolled pit bull mixes on the property is also concerning, even for someone who loves the breed. This review is a completely factual account of my experience. I would also like to add if you do to choose to stay in the roach hotel be prepared a staff member May cop knock on your door at any given time and call you a liar good luck KD
- Jacop (3/5): -
- Vicki (1/5): Never, Ever, Again!!! I'll warn everyone about this dump! - staff was friendly but that was only good thing EVERYTHING, I had to clean the tub and toilet, there were bugs on the fridge, sink and in the bathroom, NO hot water for a tub bath, which was my only reason for staying, stove was broke, extended stay I expected dishes only to be told I had to buy them, bed was uncomfortable at best, door was ajar and I felt unsafe, why I stayed I just don't know
- Daigle (4/5): Don't stay here - The front desk lady was super nice. It was a reservation for 2 people there was only one towel and wash rag. There was dead cockroaches under the sink. The front of the fridge was filthy could hardly open it from being sticky. Woke up this morning and there was a cockroach crawling on the ceiling as soon as I seen that I left. The whole first floor smelled like mold.
- Brian (1/5): -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Unsafe and Not as Advertised. - Honestly, I would like to request a refund. I arrived at the place, and immediately checked-out. The advertised laundry facility was "shut down," and no reason was given. My room key didn't work. As I walked down towards my room, the hall was full of noise from people who were blasting loud music with their doors wide open. The parking lot was full of suspicious people coming and going and the place not only seemed uncomfortable and not as advertised, it also seemed unsafe. So, I left. Honestly, I'd love a refund, since I didn't actually stay there and paid for the travel insurance. Otherwise, I probably won't use Hotels.com again. I travel quite a bit for work, and this is the only time I have ever immediately checked-out of a hotel.
- Tonya (2/5): - Very dirty hotel ..lots of drug activity goin on ..room was very bad . Very nasty dirty...i do not recommend
- Kelly (1/5): IT WAS HORRIBLE THE WHOLE FACILITY SMELLS BAD‼️ the concierge was not helpful at all they don’t clean your rooms don’t - NOTHING AT ALL‼️‼️‼️
- Jack (1/5): -
- Elizabeth (4/5): - Pretty bad experience. Keys didn't work at first, very kind front desk employee showed me how to insert them (wiggle it a little?) in the door. Outer doors were not locked (i.e. keycard access only) when I last entered about 10pm. At 7am, one of them did require my keycard.
In the room: bathroom light didn't work. At all. Smelled like whole room had been cleaned with ammonia. Saw two bugs on the floor between the beds.
Stove and refrigerator... but no plate, bowl, cup, utensils, pot, etc.? All for sale at the front desk, starting at $20+? What?!
Lots of pot smell in the hallways (which whatever -- it didn't seep into my room); towels and a "caution wet floor" sign in the main hallway between the lobby and the elevators when I got up around 7am. No idea what happened there. Motley crew of guests hanging about.
While I felt a little uneasy leaving my car in the parking lot with a bunch of my things (I was moving cross country), the area around the hotel is quite nice, with apartments one way down the street, and a Holiday Inn, other businesses and then a shopping center at the other. Very easy access off the interstate.
- Michael (2/5): Worst hotel ever - This place is crap, should be closed diwn
- Robyn (4/5): - There were bugs all over the room the bathtub had noticeable scum buildup and no stopper. The refrigerator was either extremely dirty or rusted
- Andrew (2/5): - Advertise correctly. This is not a destination for an overnight stay. More of an apartment. And dirty. Clean this place up. Oh, and stop the residents from setting off the fire alarm.
- Mike (6/5): - It was ok
- Donahue (1/5): Nastiest hotel I ever SEEN - NOTHING ROACH MOTEL I hated it there
- Donahue (1/5): Bad - Nothing ROACH MOTEL/HOTEL
- Anastasia (10/5): - When I think of extended stay I expect the kitchen to be stocked with the basics like cups, forks and other thing. It was clean though
- Tawayne (2/5): - Horrible room smelled funny. Checked in three but couldn’t get clean washcloth and towel for the third. Environment wasn’t safe
- Sharon (2/5): - Evidence of roaches and live bugs holes in the ceiling room smelled of cat pee. Tv didnt work only one key card worked walls and baseboards were disgusting another persons hair was in the bed and on pillows.exposed wires in the venthood fan. Not sure what i paid almost 90 bucks for
- Braun (2/5): Very poor - Location Front door is always open. Blood on wall in bathroom and little flies in the room also the add shows a living room but there was none.
- Erika (4/5): Disappointing -
- dasmonda (2/5): - NEVER Again!! I felt very unsafe in the hotel with non locking doors even though signage stated it was 24/7 secured. Heavy smell of smoke even though non smoking and DIRTY / FILTHY room. No where to really put luggage with easy access, broken lock on room door; filthy/moldy bathtub; and TV inop. Heard something scurry near headboard shortly after falling asleep, but no nightlights / desk lamps in room to see anything. I booked a 2 night stay and only stayed one night (due to arriving near midnight anyway) but highly considered just sleeping in my truck. Dropped my room key at first light on day 2 (before desk opened for the day) and found a different hotel.
- Sherise (4/5): - Smoky halls , located in a great area but an unkept building. The sink in the bathroom was clogged . I didn’t realize it until I needed to brush my teeth. No staff on site to help and this place had roaches!!! Yuck!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay - Went in room smells bad, no toilet handle or shower curtin and roaches were crawling around everywhere.
- Carmen (1/5): Do waste your money - Landscaping It was dirty and floors were sticky… Could not watch TV I was not offered a different room they said There were no clean ones. I was so disappointed with the entire situation.
- Loc (2/5): - Booked 2 double beds for 3 people but got 1 twine beds, they said their policy first come first serve so I did not get 2 beds. I had to sleep on hardwood floor as all the hotels around Indy are sold out.
- Neville (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Cancelled Prior to Arrival - I arrived after 2AM due to a late and scheduled early morning flight. They cancelled my reservation.
- Christopher (3/5): What the hell!? - It was cheap.
You get what you pay for. Just about my entire stay.
Through me off when I arrived. The guy at the front desk told me to hang on while he checked to make sure my room didn't stink because they've had issues with rooms stinking.
The beds were horrible and they gave me a stiff neck.
- Sierra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clark (4/5): Disappointing -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nasty - Did not stay for more then 10 mins. Left after seeing a cockroach
- Deb (2/5): NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT AN EXTENDED STAY!! - The bedding was clean, albeit there were only sheets and I had to ask for a blanket.
The person at the front desk was very apologetic and it wasn't her fault for the condition of my room. The fridge and freezer were filthy, one of the burners for the small stove was pulled out and sitting on top, toilet paper holder was broken, the toilet seat was loose and slid around(I could not get the nuts to tighten),there wasn't any shower curtain, the nightstand between the beds had been pulled out and was filthy underneath, there were bugs(thankfully NOT roaches)!!!
- Frank (1/5): Never again! - Not much! There were people fighting and yelling outside after midnight. It seemed like we were in a drug/ prostitution situation. We’ll never return to this facility.
- Elwin (4/5): Ghetto hotel - The key card did not work well, took multiple tries to get it to work. The microwave didn't work at all. It just made a lot of noise and smelled bad. No temperature change to the food.
- Michael (2/5): - *Roaches** - I stayed here 3/28. There are really too many issues to list here. The main one is I woke up the next morning and found roaches running around my room. I brought this complaint to the staff at the front desk and they simply told me they have pest control once a week and would let them know. I captured video of the bugs in my room and I am waiting for a call back from corporate. I have stayed at Extended Stays in the past and this is probably the worst place I have ever stayed and it doesn’t belong on Expedia until it fixes issues.
- Jeremy (10/5): - Just want to say that Ive stayed at extended in the the best places
- Samantha (1/5): Bad -
- Stiger (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean J (8/5): - Everything was great
- Nathan (2/5): Never checked in - We never actually stayed the night here. When we got there, there was drug deals happening in the parking lot. Went inside. It was filthy and more illegal activity happening in the lobby. The room was filthy. We never checked into the hotel. The photos on the website Was nothing like the room actually was it was horrible. Have to say this was my first time having such a terrible experience.
- Johnson (9/5): Superb -
- Prerak (1/5): bad smell across all corridors. Room was not cleaned properly. Toilet had water running all the time - Nothing was good to like. bad smell across all corridors. Room was not cleaned properly. Toilet had water running all the time and bath tub had mold all over the place and the water drain was not working properly. Bad odor everywhereThey charge $83 for this. Bad price. Service was not even worth more than $40. I will never book it again
- Tanika (2/5): - Do not book this hotel it’s infested with roaches and it’s very dirty. A lot of homeless people is around with dogs. It’s just overall a horrible experience. The roaches come out really bad at night crawling everywhere all over the bed the walls the floor do not book this hotel, they need to be shut down for how infested they are disgusting. I’ve never experienced nothing like this in my life.
- Thompson (7/5): Good -
- John (2/5): Stay somewhere better! - Booked a double bed room, when I got there all they had was a single bed room for 3 adults. Then still charged me the same as the double bed room. Refused to stay and now waiting on a refund.
- Makayla (2/5): - Na
- Concepcion (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice Very Good
- Tammera (4/5): Disappointing -
- chelsie (6/5): Decent place - Amazing staff, elevator, kitchenette
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good place to stay - The check in was great. The first room was not clean so the front desk lady changed our room for us. Our new room was good. The floors could have been cleaned better, but with it being winter and there being salt everywhere it is understandable. All in all I would stay again.
- Raymond (2/5): UGH - Upon our check in the Night clerk was nowhere around, upon her arriving she advised us that she locked the keys in the office, she smelled of alcohol. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for maintenance to open up the door to the office. After traveling this is no way to start off, the room had bugs in the sink on the morning of our check out
- Maria (3/5): Poor -
- Ernst (2/5): - There are blood stains on the toilet. Clog toilet with poop still in the toilet unflushed when we checked in. and the beds we worn out and old! thank God we only booked for a night because this was an emergency. i would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!
