• DNye (4/5): Disappointed - Location was great! The hotel is out dated. The mattresses were to small for the cheap frames. Horribly uncomfortable beds. Thin towels. Will not stay again for the price we paid.
• Kimberly (5/5): The no coffee at all in the hotel will prevent me from booking there again.. unless I just bring my coffee maker along w - Lots of parking available which was nice since I was pulling a work trailer. Good security… as you can’t even access anything past the front desk without a key.. Cindy needs and pillows. No coffee.. no coffee in lobby… only soda and snack vending machines… it’s a full set up in the rooms, full size fridge. Kitchen counter and burner to cook… no coffee in the rooms either.

• Andrea (6/5): We were unpleased with service and accomodations - Location Staff wasn't really pleasant, room was dirty, needed a bank card not debit card and wasn't notified of this until we stepped on property and had all ready paid in advance for room. Almost couldn't get room or refund. No towels or toiletries.

• R3291MBginap (2/5): Bed to sleep in-expect no more - Ick. Floor hadn’t been vacuumed clearly, dirty, food in fridge from previous guests, smelled like pot in halls. It was literally a bed to sleep in, expect no more and you will be fine. When asked how stay was, I told the front desk attendant. I don’t think she cared or was surprised but she did acknowledge my comment. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The front desk lady said she was going to compensate me for a night for the issues I ran into and I didn’t get compensation. Then I tried checking out early and I asked if I could get a refund from the nights and they said yes so the time comes and I call to check out and they let me know I couldn’t do that.

• Tyler (1/5): We walked up to our room, went in and I immediately went to look for bed bugs. I saw what looked to be droppings of some - Nothing, absolutely horrible. We didn’t even stay. Walked up to the room saw hair, dirt, and roach droppings in our sheets. Everything, disgusting.

• Carolyn (10/5): - Nice staff. The room was incredibly spartan and empty, but seemed fairly clean. Thin walls, could hear every neighbor moving and talking. Someone had their tv on all night.
• Amy McGuffey (10/5): Great stay great staff great everything - I liked how the check in process was so quick smooth and simple, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, they were also able to revise my booking to a more accommodating room that was more suitable for me than the one I originally had booked and they did it with no issue at all, they were very informative and made sure I was aware of all the amenities that my reservation came with and what was not included, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome and despite my numerous questions and a few phone calls to the office once checked in and in my room they very nicely and cheerfully reanswered my questions and did not get frustrated with me. That was very comforting to me because I have anxiety issues and when I get overwhelmed I forget certain this quickly and often so it really put me at ease that they were happy to reanswer my questions without irritation of me. So far there isn't anything about this property or stay that I haven't liked. Everything has exceeded my expectations.

• KiOnna (1/5): I would not recommend this place.it is horrible -10000 stars - Absolutely nothing Everything about this place was horrific and traumatizing. Before we even got unpacked, we seen that the floor had not been swept the counters had crumbs all over them. Both beds had crumbs on the sheets, under the sheets we seen that the mattress covers were stained with who knows what. When we went to tell the front desk, she made it seem as if we were lying and had a bad attitude about us wanting to switch rooms. The next room we went to before we got the chance to take our bags off, we seen a roach crawling across the stove in the room, and a roach crawling down the wall. Instantly walked back out and requested a refund for the night. There is no way anything was cleaned or even looked over before any guests arrived. Will never be visiting this place again. Worst out of town stay I have ever encountered.

We asked if there was another room and the front office acted a little irritated that I wanted to switch. We had to take a smoking level and yes it smelled Smokey as expected but the room wasn’t. The tv only showed black screen unless hooked up to Hulu. Also had to reuse towels cause office wasn’t open to get any

• Harry (2/5): - The bed had been walleyed out and it looked like somebody was still laying in it whenever we got there and so that side of the bed was unusable so there was no sleep that was had that first night second night was moved rooms and there’s no walk-in shower anywhere so my wife couldn’t take a shower for two nights so not the best experience

Any maintenance problems are taken care of right away if I could give it 100 stars I would. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

I have been at this property for a while and it feels like home. I like that if I have an issue they call maintenance and he handles it right away even if he has to come in. • Delia (4/5): - The front desk lady was about the only thing good about our stay, super friendly and helpful. Once you check in you walk into a dingy unclean environment. The elevator smells of smoke and is so dirty. The entire hallway on our floor smelled of smoke and stench. There were only 2 towels in our room for 4 people to use. I put one of the towels after using it a couple times in front of our room door because the smell of smoke in the hallway would not go away so I blocked the main source of it. I will not stay at this hotel again. It is not a smoke free environment like it says.

The location we were in wasn’t super close to downtown but was as close as we could get to our tournament so it was perfect.

I was impressed that there was a fitness room (tho no weights) and a decent outdoor sitting area. real convienient to a handful of bars/restaurants and an Aldi. met some real decent people.

• Knerr (5/5): Will seek other options in the future. - Due to the basketball tournaments (March Madness) most other hotels were booked full, so this site worked for the one night before my flight out. If you travel light for work, don’t stay here. No blow dryer, no coffee, etc. Outside noise from planes taking off didn’t allow for a restful night. And dogs were barking in rooms down the hall.

Lots of restaurants and stores nearby! Perfect location! I would recommend room 128! I love breakfast so breakfast would be nice but there's lots of options nearby.

• bradcF3849RE (10/5): Solid Hotel and Fantastic Value. - Great hotel. For the money, it is a excellent value. Super comfy beds and pillows. The room has good size and amenities,...kitchenette has a large fridge, and everything works. The management keeps the parking lot and grounds super clean as well as the halls, and elevator. Very attentive to their guests. I chose this for its location. Its right by the airport and just a quick jaunt to Kellogg ( Hwy 54 ) which takes you everywhere in Wichita. Its not the W in Miami, but for your travel budget this is a wonderful place to stay.
