There was someone on the monitor just standing around. I waited 25 minutes at the counter. The person finally went out of the screen and a minute later walked into the office. It was here. She was extremely rude and a person. They wanted to charge us to swap our towels! There was 3 of us in the room with 2 towels. The floor of our unit was filthy. My sons feet turned black with a quick trip to the bathroom. The room had a foul smell. The bed frames were lose and wobbly. They didn't leave shampoo or extra toilet paper out.

We had checked in(we were only there for 10 minutes)then left to get something to eat came back and they had been in our room they mopped the floor it was soaking wet and very slippery after it dried it was really sticky. I have never had a hotel come into your room after you check in and mop it makes me think they were looking for something to steal.
• Tiffany (4/5): - When i checked in i was hit with a unexpected 100$ on my debit card because, i did the reservation through this website. I got to the room already already annoyed, and my rooms bed only had two pillows, and my husband and I had a really rough sleep. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. We wanted to shower as soon as we got in the room so we did that... there was no shampoo or conditioner supplied. So we just washed our bodys and not our hair. Went to use a wash cloth.. it had hair in the fold of it. Honestly over all experience was not good. The only good thing is the staff was friendly and informative.

• Israel (1/5): Filthy, unclean Extended Stay (AWAY) - The only good feature was the exterior. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled of smoke. The refrigerator, microwave, stove and cabinets were filthy. The microwave have thick, sticky good all inside it. The staff person was very rude when I asked for a refund, and said that I couldn't have my money back because I used a towel to wipe my hands, even after I showed her how filthy the room was. I will never visit this place again.

Very austere, not terribly clean, and the bed was terrible. The staff member was nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say.

• Lyle (6/5): - The Wifi speed is about 1 Mbs, but was at 0.01 Mbs for a while. When I complained about it, I was given a number to call, rather than them calling it. When watching YouTube or Netflix on the TV, the picture often freezes. They don't clean your room or provide any real service unless you pay extra for it. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than those things, it was fine. It is nice to have a stove, sink and refrigerator in the room.

The beds are extremely cheap and uncomfortable, the building was super noisey, the neighboring area seems very... unkept. All my guest and I did upon walking into the room was putnour stuff down, sit in the chair and discuss an alternative place to stay for the weekend We then promotymky left. I did NOT get my security deposit back nor a refund of any manner ehich i feel is completely unprofessional of a business that cannot provide the hospitality it had been paid for. Biggest waste to spend money on staying here.

• 97addyr (2/5): Terrible nasty and racist - Racist people and dirty rooms the lady here was terrible and asked for ids but didn’t have it when we got the hotel I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even if it was free most nastiest hotel with sticky floors and kicked out a family with a baby at 9pm in the night they don’t care about others and the staff here are rude. There is people without shoes walking and the staff banged on the room door and threatened to not give us our money back if we didn’t leave just for not having an id. there are needle boxes and you don’t feel safe in this hotel and it’s not even clean or nothing crackheads all around even the staff. Pink haired staff is disrespectful acting like this hotel is 5 stars not even worth one star.

I worked nights so my room never got cleaned. Black mold on my restroom floor. The whole week . For that reason I switched locations to blu ash. N won't return to this location.

It's a great pland you're always like home, it's like home. And there's a lot of stuff around here. That you can get to by foot It's a home away from home

The microwave sounded as if it might blow. Terrible terrible property!!

The staff has been very accommodating and I'm not sure about any one person's specific duties but everyone that works here has been helpful to anything I have asked.

The hallways reek of smoke despite a supposed “no smoking” rule, and I was given a squeaky, hard twin bed instead of the promised queen. Don’t expect breakfast, a hairdryer, or even an iron. The front desk service is unbelievably slow—check-in and check-out each take an hour, and the staff barely acknowledge guests. Overall, it’s dirty, unprofessional, and doesn’t feel safe. Even at $30 a night, I wouldn’t stay here again. Look elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself for avoiding this nightmare.

Charisse our manager is always on the ball when things need fixing.The housekeeping staff has this hotel spotless. Our 2 handymen are friendly and know what they are doing.I would recommend this hotel.

Wifi not working, phone in room not working, keys didn't work consistently, the floor was so sticky I didn't take my shoes off till I got in bed. No shower stuff in room. MISSING STAFF. Waited nearly 1 hour in the lobby to get help when my kept didn't work at about midnight, had to get someone from the national line to call the front desk person personally to get them to come to the desk. MISERABLE

The room we had Furniture was chewed up by a dog we do not own a pet the blinds were chewed up also. The toilet had problems Flushing. And the charge to change out towels for clean ones

People didn't pick up after their dogs so was a little challenging to take my dog out to potty and finding a clean area. People didn't pick up their trash in the parking lot so had to pay extra attention that my dog didn't get into anything.

She was super helpful and sweet. the way she talks is so real. our room was well kept I could tell. the food choices around were pretty good and walkable. the other people staying were sweet as well and inviting. the staff was always friendly and informative. I will be promoting this location. to everyone and I'm happy to extend my stay here for a good while.
• geormanib (10/5): A staff truly like family or a friend - Carrie who works there was amazing. the room was perfect for us and extending it was easy. everything was explained clearly and the staff was honest and helpful. definitely will come again!! The location also has a lot of places nearby to eat at that you can walk to and a decent gas station option nearby

The set up is pretty basic with the basic needs and necessities. Really wish they had breakfast. That would be the only complaint that I have Or even just coffee

There was mold growing on the walls. The room even had a funny smell to it.

Nope 👎 this is a hotel… not my apartment. *laundry room closed twice this week: on Tuesday and closed again on Friday thru Sunday morning when I checked out

She's very friendly, humble, and made us feel very welcome. Great job, Carrie! Thank you for being super nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

Stressed instructions/rules and threatened penalties if disobeyed (signing up for wifi) and if had a problem had to wait a long time for one person to solve because the desk manager had to go through all the rules and regs with everyone ahead of you in line.
