Douglas (1/5): Awful, if this is representative of Woodsprings as a whole they are in big trouble. - Nothing, didn't end up staying there and cancelling my reservation. The staff were awful and rude, there were no clean available rooms by 3pm check in time for my reservation, and when one WAS finally available, it had never been cleaned whatsoever. We were never given any explanation or reasoning behind why no rooms had been clean and ready for our reservation, and why we had to wait so long to get a room and then only get a room that hadn't even been cleaned after the last guest yet. They offered no apology nor did they offer a different room that was cleaned.

The alarm clock in the room was not functional. I left a handwritten note with my room number and asked the night clerk for a wake-up call, but I received no call. Furthermore, I waited about 15 minutes for the night attendant, who finally passed by. She pointed to her belly, indicating she was walking around to get her steps in. Others also had been waiting for her but left as their patience was shorter than mine. Nonetheless she verbally stated she would give me a wake up call.....

Stephen (2/5): Aweful!!!!! - Nothing I booked a month in advance for a 13 night stay. It was already charged to my card and paid for couple days before arriving. When I got there tap 11PM the one empty room in the entire property has not been cleaned at all. No towels, no shower curtain, hair in the bathtub, powered stuff on the floor, same linens as the previous guest used. I checked in anyway, slept in my car that night. Got moved to a different room next day as they quickly cleaned one, but they charge for additional towels, I couldn't connect to the really bad wifi for 3 days, and then I had a friend kill himself so had to leave early under emergency circumstances and the hotel manager yelled at me on the phone while I was only trying to check out with the front desk clerk, who called her because she couldn't check me out and I asked for a refund due to leaving 4 days early. Overall very bad property, management, service, and area. People drinking in the parking lot every evening. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The service from the property manager was very bad, I made a reservation by mistake for 12 nights instead of 9 in the same day of check in at 9:30pm, when I was at the front desk asked to fix it and they said it will be fixed by the manager in the morning. she did not want to refund the 3 nights. Had 5 more nights booked in the property in a week from check out and canceled it. Not worth staying here, I recommend staying in a better property.

It's not your typical hotel because there is no housekeeper that comes by to clean up the room every morning. The staff is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. This location did not have a complimentary breakfast and there were no dishes to use for cooking and eating, but there was a microwave and full size fridge. They provided the towels, toilet paper, and a bar of soap. If you need anything else, you will need to bring it with you. The building is old and needs a serious overhaul. The a/c worked well but when it turned off, the temperature went up pretty quickly so while sleeping I found myself moving the covers on and off during the night. The location is great. It's near convenience stores and restaurants. The quality matched the price so don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

I only found a small elevator, which is the only quicker exit. The only other exits are the stairs, and it was up to the third floor. The mattress was making noise and the bed was moving, so I moved it to the corner, but the mattress was still making noise. The bathroom smelled of urine and there were only two large towels.

bradley (2/5): - The young African American lady with arm tattoos was very rude to every customer I saw her come in contact with. She likes to abuse the small amount of “authority” she has. She called my room at midnight waking me and my wife up to tell us “your ID that you used to check in was a few days expired, I’ll let you stay tonight since I missed it” as if she was about to kick us out over that?? And as she was helping the people in front of me, she kicked them out bc their boss paid for the room and not them even though they explained it’s a business trip. Her boss had to call her and override her egotistical behavior. I will never stay here again due to this employees behavior. Whoever franchises this location really needs to re-evaluate that hiring decision. Also the room had water leak damage and cracks in the shower, normal don’t care about stuff like that since it’s cheap, but might as well mention it here.

My daughter was afraid he was going to come back and cause problems, she was very scared. There were people loitering outside. One man that was behind my daughter and I checking in was older and flirting with my daughter. After we checked in and drove around to park and go in that guy had followed us and was standing next to his car smoking in a parking space across from us. We immediately left feeling unsafe. I asked for a refund due to these conditions and not using the room and I was told that was not possible since I didn’t go to the office before leaving. I am sorry, but as unsafe as I felt, I was not going back in.

Verified traveler (2/5): Waiting for confirmation of refund - Was not allowed to check in because the card I presented For my security deposit was not adequate even though it was a master card debit card that had over $500 available That I have used several times for security deposits, then took the card out of my ridge wallet and a put them on the counter and asked her to pick one, she then told me she was canceling my prepaid reservation, I asked her for proof of refund, she gave me proof of cancellation, not proof of refund. I then had to book another nearby hotel that I’ve used frequently at nearly double the price.

I showed up the day of around check in time to check in and get my key. The the older man and the taller man working the “front desk” told me they were understaffed and the turnover/ cleaning of rooms was behind. They couldn’t tell me what time I’d be able to check in and I told them I would have to leave for an event and wouldn’t return until 11p when I knew they closed the reception at 9p. So I told them it was imperative that I check in; both of the guys told me to call the number on the gate and the in house staff would be able to get me checked in. I returned when I said called the number and the woman on the phone told me it was a busy festival weekend and that they sold my room and that I would be refunded. I am a woman, in a city I don’t live, at 11:30p, during a festival weekend when everyone is now sold out Or astronomically priced. That’s where they left me. I received a refund from Orbitz who I booked with; turns out they marked me as a no show!Just know your booking is not guaranteed here and they will lie to your face. I will not give Extended Stay another chance to set me up like that again.

The input on the tv was not set properly. The desk manager had to come help. The baseboards were held together with rusty staples. The walls were very thin. Saeid (1/5): Avoid at all costs - doesn't worth it! - There is nothing that I'd like about this property! Smell of week in all hallways and even the room - No breakfast - no WiFi - roaches in the room - not kitchen ware - very uncomfortable bed. Staff miscalculated my stay/payment; as result, my key did not work half way through my stay: the rude staff treating me as if it was my problem that they made mistake!

Thomas (6/5): - It is a low cost clean accommodation. However, the check-in is not at a front desk, but a desk behind a steel shutter that closes at 10 PM. We were, however, able to get the attention of night staff when we checked in at 10:10. The security is better than any other hotel, you can't even get to the elevators without a key card. There was a ruckus on the hall and staff were fast to quell this issue.
Akinrinlola (7/5): Good - Great hotel for budget travelers. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a sign which says no pets allowed but there a lot of dogs with their owners on property. Something to consider if you are allergic or something like that.
Stacey (2/5): Worst Experience Ever - Check in went fine. However once we got to the room it was not clean, there were drugs (not much but still) left in the top drawer of the dresser as well as the previous occupants clothing, no washcloths, and no remote for the TV. There were roaches crawling around in the hallway, thankfully we didn’t see any in the room. When we brought up the situation with the remote the employee was aggravated and not very nice, but we did get a remote for the tv. When we brought up not having washcloths in the room (so we could even clean it ourselves) the employee said they’re running low and couldn’t give us any. These are just the main complaints I have. We will not be staying at this location or any other location. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had.
Bonishia (2/5): - Upon checking in, other guest complained about unresolved maintenance issues. No air. Front desk attendance not present.
Ini (1/5): Too many things to start listing. Safe to say I didn’t like anything about the hotel and was a bless - I couldn’t stay there because my flight arrived at midnight and got to the hotel after 1am. Had to call for someone to come let me in and took about 45mins for the person to show. Only for the person to inform me my reservation was canceled and that he couldn’t get into the system because it was running some updates. Basically couldn’t help me at 3am in the morning. So I had to find another hotel that late. Too many things to start listing. Safe to say I didn’t like anything about the hotel and was a blessing in disguise, even though I had to pay way more for the Marriott Courtyard hotel close by that I eventually stayed at. I will never stay at Extended Stay or refer anyone to stay there.
Armes (4/5): Disappointing - There was no breakfast or top sheet for bed. Pretty spartan accommodations. Everything. There was next to no products in vending machine. I watched cops shake down an employee eating a tamale.
Hernan Dario (2/5): - Pésimo, horrible ! Tengo imágenes de la habitación como la entregaron sin tendidos de cama, la nevera no servía, el baño con 1 rollo de papel toilet para una estadía de 4 días, nunca tuvimos housekeeping, ni amenities, la persona de la recepción nunca nos resolvió nada. No lo recomiendo JAMÁS.
Maricarmen (2/5): - One of the worse hotels that I did stay in my life , extremely dirty , they didn’t have a curtain in the shower , floor super dirty and when I did try to put my clothes into the drawer, it was super dirty inside , here I’m sending some photos , and also you can hear all the noise from the cars on the street , super bad experience !!😡
Verified traveler (4/5): Unwelcome - I’ve never met a staff, nor seen a building designed to be less welcoming of their customers. If you arrive early, there’s no place to wait or sit until time to check-in, and staff is unapologetic about that. The building and rooms feel cold like cinder block style dorm rooms. When it’s time to check in, be sure to have all your documents in order to be scrutinized; they seem to be looking for a reason to turn away guests.
piercia2019 (6/5): Apartment vibes on a budget - If you need a place to just lay your head with nothing fancy, this is the place. It’s like living in your own apartment with the bare minimum offered. Make sure to bring your own cutlery & kitchenware, maybe your own pillows too (for extra comfort). Staff is very friendly and helpful absolutely perfect.
Grace O (2/5): - All around horrible stay and experience with this hotel and the staff. Several issues were brought to the attention of the staff and none of them were addressed (no shower curtain in the room, missing towels, no soap available, the list goes on). After communicating concerns to not just the on-site staff but the corporate customer service, the issues still have not been addressed. Even after speaking to Expedia, they were unable to reach a staff member to speak to about the issues. So disappointing.
Maria (1/5): Bad - The regular employees have a great helpful personality. The manager was very disrespectful.
Tina (4/5): Poachers - Went to bed. Got up to use the restroom. Turned the light on, I didn't know the room was already "occupied" ..killed the "2 occupants" and used my travel lysol to spray all hidden areas. Could not go back to sleep after that. That was in room 101. Left early.
