- David (10/5): - I didn't check in 8 minutes beyond the Chek in time. However, the young lady still got me situated as if it were midday. She was so helpful even in that late hour. With all that traveling I had done that day, she truly put my mind at ease and gave my body a place to rest properly. Everything was clean, up to date, fresh, and above all, COMFORTABLE. I have NO complaints. Only gratitude for how well I was taken care of.

- Andrew (1/5): It was terrible - Nothing Room had roaches and bed bugs. Was promised a refund for not staying and did not recieve it
- Michael (1/5): - Nothing about it Infestation with roaches everywhere on the ceiling crawling overhead all around me
- Nue (4/5): - The price was right so we booked and its like they say, you get what you pay for. The room wasn't clean. Floors were really dirty and the tub had mildew where the tub liner met together. The corners of the bathroom had trash like they weren't cleaned. ROACHES in the hallway on our door and crawling on the walls and floor in our room. We booked for 4 of us and had 2 towels. No one was at the front desk when we needed. No one was around when we checked out. Very disappointed. I dont recommend staying here.
- Ute (7/5): You get what you pay for - Easy to find Check in at a late hour is very difficult

- Estrella Wilkinson (8/5): The bed was comfortable - I came after hours and panicked but one of your staff members, sorry didn’t catch her name came to tescue me As soon as i went into the bathroom i noticed a small roach on the wall by the fridge, and i had to kill it or i wouldn’t have been able to sleep knowing it was there. The room smelled odd and the dog kept sniffing the floor so i could only assumed she smelled another dog had been there
- Sheryl (1/5): This place is nice on the outside but poor customer service. - We liked the outside of the property. No one waited on us. We waited for 10 minutes to check in and then we cancelled our stay.
- Greer (8/5): It was I guess what you'd expect at that rate - No breakfast was offered and the bed could be bigger at least a queen size Had no utensils in kitchen no cleanex in bathrooms and bigger and better television

- Mason (10/5): - Nice and quiet
- Jones (1/5): It was horrible - Nothing The staff is horrible the only clean the rooms once every 2 weeks they have really cheap beds gave me bed sores
- George (9/5): All n all, for the price, I was happy with the stay. - There is no breakfast. Not even coffee.
The location, meh. But the price reflects that. Could at least have morning coffee. Instead, you gotta get up, get dressed, drive to a place to get some. None in walking distance.
- Grant (10/5): -
- Eric (2/5): - The place is not formated
- walter (8/5): -
- Melvin (2/5): - When I arrived at the property at 330 pm for check in, I went to the front counter area, which was vey small, the attendant told me there wasn't any computer usage available for check in. They were using a typed list on a sheet of paper. I had to use my own cell phone to connect to the Extended Stay America website, in order to enter my credit card information to pay for the room. Once that was accomplished, we entered the property. The hall was musty smelling. The room was very small. The door to the bath room would not close properly because the door was to BIG for the opening AND the lock mechanism was MISSING. I went back to the check in counter and no one was available for many minutes. On about my 5th trip to the front counter, there was some one available to address my concerns. The response was unacceptable, so I request immediate check out and went to another hotel, The Red Roof Inn, down the road to stay for the night.
- Rita (3/5): IT'S OKAY FOR SOMEONE ON A TIGHT BUDGET - THE SHOWER WAS MISSING THE HOOK TO GET THE SHOWER GOING. THERE WAS A MUSTY SMELL IN THE ROOM LIKE WATER WAS LEAKING SOMEWHERE. WE REQUESTED A QUEEN SIZE BED BUT GOT A FULL SIZE BED, THAT WAS HARD AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
- Meagan (10/5): -
- Nerissa (10/5): - Clean very helpful. I would visit this property again.
- Lamptavious (1/5): Horrible unacceptable behavior - Nothing at all The supervisor had me wait an hour prior too checking and had an bad attitude she told me she don’t feel comfortable letting me in after just because I was knocking on the door
- Kenneth (1/5): we wound up going to another hotel. would not recommend to anyone. - the smell was awful. we walked into room and right back out. did not stay. smell
- RHONDA (10/5): - Basic needs for an overnight stop. Clean and affordable. No frills. No coffee maker. No shampoo. Bed was not comfortable but clean. Air worked great. No carpet but extremely clean floors. Rubbermaid office type plastic chairs seemed a strange choice. Cold frig. Did not use microwave or stove but good to have if a long stay.
Easy checkin. Staff friendly. Easy parking. Felt safe with interior entry. Would stay again for price.

- Rochel (3/5): Just don’t - Price.
Staff were super nice. I felt like we was in a jail.
No smoking but reeked of stale smoke in room.
- rachele (10/5): - Affordable weekly rates, laundry on site - notuch walk ability, but staff was great!
- Scott (1/5): - Nothing!!! Unclean facility, they have roaches, unclean sheets, rooms etc ... Overall terrible experience. Not to mention the management is a disgrace to the company. I'm very surprised the business is still running!!!
- Tatiana (8/5): Good stay - All was good except it was hard to find an entrance to the front office of the hotel (I circled around it twice in my car). The stuff was friendly and the room was nice and the bed was comfy. There was a bit of a smell int the room
- Travis (3/5): -
- Dalton (7/5): -
- Janet (1/5): I walked in to look at my room seeing roaches and back out the door -
- Tiffaney (10/5): -
- Tiffaney (10/5): Exceptional - Everything I liked everything
- SANDRA (6/5): 5-Alarm Roach Motel - The staff was really kindand accommodating. The room nice enough. However, the smoke/fire alarm went off at about 4 or 5 am. We were fast asleep and woke up terrified. It only went off in our room, nothing was on and there was no smoking going on. Then we settled back down and woke 15 min. later to the fire department checking on us (which was right to do. We didn't get to tell them the last night we watched a late movie and when we turned on the light roaches were running everywhere. That was the worst for me. Also several lights were not working.
- Kirk (2/5): - All I have to say is it's infested with roaches
- Robert (2/5): Good for a night but not a long stay - It had a full fridge and stove. That the tv didnt work and the bathroom only had soap no other shampoos or anything
- Victoria (10/5): Trip to Gulfport, Mississippi - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs.
- Ambrecia (4/5): Disappointing - The area. I killed not one, but TWO roaches! Unacceptable
- Latoya (1/5): Bad -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Mclaurin (5/5): Passable - Nothing The whole experience was bad
- Dayon (4/5): - Roaches
- Mario (9/5): Superb - Dana was great in helping me. Made a mistake in double booking. I think she took care of it. Didn't show up on my account.
- Mary (10/5): - It was clean, the beds and the living was comfortable I will stay again. And I like the fact that is was no smoking because I have asthma
- Explorer25387014735 (4/5): Nasty place and lies with roaches and fire alarm goes off at all hours almost daily - Do not let them fool you. Extended Stay America, Gulfport, MS - There are no photos or lamps in my room. If I want the light by my bed on I have to get up and turn all the lights on through a switch by my door. Even though there is a light switch by the bed. There are roaches out the galore. I never had a roach until I came here. You get threatening letters on your door even when your room is clean saying if it is not cleaned by this date you will be kicked out. Then no one follows up on checking your room when they say they will. So, when it is time for your room to be cleaned they pass you up because it was not checked. There is no free continental breakfast, like i was told. There is no oven, like I was told. You can not have very much in your room and they advertise ALL your belongings can stay in your room. So i had to rent a storage for 3 totes. My room looked like it had never been cleaned and I ended up cleaning it. It was the nastiest place I have seen in a hotel. The garbage cans had snuff spit in it and other items from current guest. The microwave and stove was so nasty it was food caked on from past guest. The tub had not been cleaned. The fax/printer/copier has never worked, like advertised it did. So no office equipment. It is always hot in this room no matter what the temperature is set to. You are having to constantly unplug the TV and let it set in order for it to work. The fire alarm goes off at all hours of the day and night. The issue that I have is the false advertisement and lies to get you here. As long as the manager was able to get mead he had no issues with me fermenting the mead in jars, but the minute I got sick and had to dump it he kicked me out for fermenting my veggies and fruit, which is a way of cooking and is a probiotic. They ask you to contact them to resolve the issue and give a review then when you do and it is not what they want to hear then you get harassed by the staff constantly before they kicked out.
- Phillip (2/5): Roaches & Mold! - Roaches!!!!! Road noise!!! Mold!!! Cigarette smoke all night in a supposedly smoke free hotel! 2 ragged towels and 2 nasty wash cloths for an extended stay hotel???? Broken toilet seat. 1 bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom door did not close! Everything about the hotel is terrible aside from its proximity to the Navy base.
- Ahmed (1/5): Bad -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jon (2/5): - Questionable people staying here. Did not feel safe at all. Dirty filthy rooms. Noisy. Would not wish this place in my worst enemy!
- Shane (2/5): - Bed was a cot floor wasnt mopped in a while
- Raheem (1/5): Needs PESTICIDE TREATMENT!!! - Location was close to airport Mini Roaches everywhere. Woke up to couple crawling on my pillows!!!
- Brian (2/5): - I would rather not it was everything you had hoped it wouldn’t be but it was and worse I could of done without the experience let’s just say that
- ANTHONY (2/5): - No one was available for check in at midnight. Had to call a number to wake someone up to get room. Room and bathroom were uncleanly. All drawers and cabinets in room were left open. Vagrants and people begging outside of hotel. Very basic accommodation.
- Keishelle (1/5): Would not recommend - Walking distance to store When I arrived I was hit with a deposit I was not expecting $100. I called the extend stay phone number and the rep said I did not need to pay the deposit if I had a card to place on file. However I still had to pay a $100 deposit. The room has roaches, NASTY AND I WANT A REFUND
- orlando (2/5): - After passing the front desk, the air smells like mold.
- Charlie (4/5): - Smell very bad and have a buck and Roach
- Braeden (2/5): - The room was not clean. They had leak marks all down the walls like a drink was dropped and splashed. They had beer left in the fridge. They had roaches in the tub. The ac was not putting out cold. The elevator had a brown smear puddle. When we went back to the front desk they had a white gate down. Also when we went to check out the white gate was down, no sign or anything we slid the key under it and got out asap.
- Gavin (2/5): Very poor -
- Anup (9/5): Good value for money - Very helpful and nice staff.
