Guest Reviews
- Frank (10/5): Good Service - We were at the St Louis Cardinals game and I had called to check on around 9 pm. Game ended after 10 pm Office was closed, but Gary came and checked us in. He also told us where restaurants were located. Very helpful. Nothing
- Shelley (8/5): - Location and fridge Street lights shining through windows even when blinds are closed. Needs additional curtains for pull option.
- Barbara (8/5): -
- Micki (9/5): -
- Amy (1/5): Didn’t stay. We did not feel safe - Very sketchy Everything
- Shane (8/5): - There was a small big issue. Not overly concerning but where there is one…
- Timothy (1/5): -
- Shane (8/5): - No hot water
- Nancy (1/5): Pass - Elevator, good cable channels and more that 1 washer/dryer. Street spotlight shining in the window all night, dogs barking all night and morning, this place is for a single person working out of state not families. I felt like I was in prison with all the rules.
- Heather (8/5): -
- Chris (1/5): - The lobby was clean As cited on the site, noone came to clean and refresh the room after 2 weeks. Yet I return to my room to find 2 trash bags placed inside my room. This is unacceptable.
- Carole (10/5): Exactly what we needed!! - I loved the location, the staff was great and the price is incredible…. What more can you ask for?!! Nothing it was a great value
- Madelyn (2/5): -
- Scott (2/5): - Location was near store's. The staff had bad attitude.
- Strecker (1/5): -
- Taylor (10/5): -
- Fowler (3/5): Uncomfortable - Convenient Construction stuff everywhere cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom floor coming up in the bathroom and the beds were hard and cheap quality for 100 dollars a night.
- Aleah (1/5): -
- Michelle (1/5): Terrible - The location Room wasn’t ready at 6 pm when I arrived. I had no hot water and was not told that the hot water heaters were not working. Bed was as hard as laying on the floor. There was stuff, like dirt and debris, on the floor throughout. The toilet seat was dirty. The shower head didn’t work. No curtains to block the light. Someone’s dog barked all day one day. I work nights and only stayed there because of the winter storm so I could make it to work and back all weekend. The plow drivers literally plowed my vehicle into where I was parked and I had to dig out. All in all it was a terrible experience. When I mentioned the hot water and shower to “Jeff” he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I work in a hospital. All I wanted was a nice warm shower and a soft bed and I couldn’t get any of it. Worst experience ever at a hotel.
- Litton (1/5): -
- Jonathan (4/5): Not so great - Staff was nice location was good Room was supposed to be ready wen I went to the room I had to make my bed and put the fridge back together hang the shower curtain and towels up wen I showed staff of room condition they said they were short staffed also found several roaches in hall way and window don’t think I’ll go back
- Desiree (9/5): -
- David (3/5): I'll never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. - Nothing. It smelled awful. There were gnats in our room. The floor was sticky. We could barely shut out room door. The office wasnt even open when we checked out.
- Lee (8/5): -
- Totten (1/5): YOU'VE BEEN WARNED GO ELSEWHERE!! - This place is SO DIRTY AND THD STAFF, WHAT A JOKE!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND/OR GET OUT IN JAIL FOR TRESPASSING EVEN THOUGH YOUR A GUEST THERE... NOT GONNA SHARE MY DETAILS.. BUT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. GO ELSEWHERE EVERYTHING!!
- Cline (8/5): -
- Harvey (9/5): -
- Jennifer (3/5): - Staff The roaches
- Heather (10/5): - It was great, great people, it has pretty much everything you need around you.
- Anding (5/5): - Not in a neighborhood Water got warm, not hot. Smelled of pets. Pet friendly, but so many pets the place smells like a zoo.
- James (8/5): -
- Randall (10/5): - Great location and great price.
- Beutel (1/5): - Smelt terrible and not very clean
- Kari (2/5): - Front desk staff was terrible
- Anne (4/5): - Looked like the room wasn’t ready for any visitors. No water pressure, no amenities that was mentioned in the hotel description. Yes, there was a 30 person crew staying and fixing windows, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of, well, everything
- Michael (4/5): - No coffee maker anywhere the beds are u
- Jones (2/5): -
- leticia charmaine (10/5): - Best Decision ever
- Rebecca (2/5): - Nothing
- Jeff (6/5): Not a one night place to stay - Place is clean and well kept but there is No Lobby or Coffee anywhere. More of an extended stay facility then a traveler place to stay. No coffee maker in Room. NO Breakfast available.
- Brandon (10/5): -
- Cherry (5/5): They overbooked for that weekend we were supposed to stay and called to tell us. Had to find another hotel -
- James (4/5): -
- Hunter (4/5): Staff is helpful and thank goodness because much needs done. - The staff was nice and responded to many problems A/c leaked. Then when fixed the towels they gave to dry it up were place in my sink and left. Half of the bed was broken could only lay on the right side. Whole floor smelled like weed. Pots and pans are not provided. Fridge was turned off and stank!! Never received any room service at all!
- Zackarie (2/5): What a joke!!! And they have roaches - Our stay was absolutely horrible, the whole time we were there we couldn’t use our toilet due to it being stopped up also the shower was draining slow so by the time you got done you were standing in water up to your ankles, we let them know not long after we checked in that it was having problems said they would have the maintenance guy come up and fix it. We left and come back later, they said it was fixed, it was not, it was flushing better but took awhile to go down, I let them know a 2nd time that it was stopped up. So they had the maintenance guy go up again, this time he apparently pulled the toilet and found Qtips in it. Got back later that night and it was working fine, probably due to him having to shopvac it out so there was room for water in the drain pipe. Woke up the next morning to use the bathroom, again it was backing up, the shower was never fixed. Let them know a 3rd time it was messed up and they said the maintenance man would go up again, I asked to be moved if it wasnt fixed this time and she said she would figure something out for us to be moved, got back later after being out to take a break in our room and what do ya know the guy was never there and was still messed up, asked to be moved and was told they couldn’t until he looked at it for the 3rd time, got back that night and couldn’t even use the bathroom was gonna call from our room but guess what THE PHONE DIDNT WORK EITHER. But as you can imagine still had to pay full price for that sh#thole!

- John (6/5): - They are doing construction at this location. No one in theobby whem we che ked out and didnt know what to do with the room key. No where to turn it in.
- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vern (10/5): - I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very cleanand the bed was very comfortable! Had a wonderful kitchenette. It looks like they just remodeled all the rooms they had a hard wood floor which was nice you feel the floor is cleaner than carpeting. I would stay there again the next time I make a trip north.
- Woods (1/5): New Mattress - Price Mattress
- Johnson (1/5): Horrible - There were ants in the hotel room.
No hot water
- guesswhoisme (8/5): - this unit had no cold water in the shower. When I took a partial shower the water was too hot to continue. when I reported it they corrected it before I returned from my business. I will return already booked. Spacious room with Cooking set up.all clean.
- Johnson (9/5): Superb -
- Melissa (2/5): - Staff was rude, inflexible, and showed no hospitality. They upcharged us for toilet paper and towels during a week long stay.
- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Young (4/5): Disappointing -
- ALLEN (4/5): - Hotel was clean. Beds were terrible and uncomfortable. No curtains on the windows to block out light. Beds are hard and noisy and broke down.
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Value was great The beds are like a sidewalk and its extended stay smelled like marijuana the whole time
- don (6/5): - No tv or hot water
- Butch (1/5): Your staff is very disrespectful - I don't know because My dad was 91 yrs old and he was disrespected by your staff and I was disrespected and was told to leave because we tried to check in 5 minutes to early and to take him back to the parking lot he ended up in the hospital thanks to your staff see you in court
- Dustin (6/5): Clean place to rest for the night, but..... - The room was clean and smelled fine.
There was quite a bit of construction to the building going on so the parkingnlot was FULL of contractors equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc. It was probably the most uncomfortable mattress ive ever slept on in a hotel.
- Sandra (10/5): - Clean and convenient. We stay here every time we're in town.
- Ellen (9/5): Superb -
- Angela (10/5): - Amazing staff! The property was always clean and well taken care of! My room was in really excellent condition and CLEAN!!! I CANT STRESS CLEAN!! amber, jeff, and melissa were amazing!
- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional -

- Shana (1/5): Bad -
- Jason or Kendra (10/5): LUV IT - Jeff, Amber and Melissa was amazing. Will stay again. #TEXASGIRL
- Gerardo (4/5): - Not very good over all
- Kyle (1/5): I had to book somewhere else upon arrival because electric was out - Idk electric was out when i went to check in. So i didnt stay No electeicity
- Larry (4/5): Disappointing -
- U7972WMsherylm (2/5): Tornado hits! - Queen size mattress was advertised as a double room.
I expected 2 beds.
The floor tiles were buckled and during the tornado (one exit north) we had hail hit the window (sounded like it would shatter) and power failed. Then in the morning I discovered water on the floor from the poor window installation.
We got ready with our cellphone flashlights and left the facility.
- Jake (2/5): - I called to get a room after the tornadoes. Was more then happy to take my money, but didnt bother to tell me the place didnt have power
- O (8/5): Very good - Good location, the room was clean
well not the floor but either way was fine. In my 3 days and 2 nights They never went to clean the room or change the towels.
- Heaven (6/5): Pleasant -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (3/5): Back a few months ago, I stayed there. It was immaculate now I would not come back again thanks. - I stayed in the past and it was great and I stayed feb 7 and it was horrible the floors was messed up sticky dirt in little pieces of mud on the floor . Also didn’t have no hot water to take showers it was not what o expected You pay so much money for a room that you should have cleaned top-notch for people to come there, and I think the place is infested with fleas because my kids have bites on them and everything from fleas
- Tiffani (10/5): - Everything
- Oscar (10/5): - Contrary to other negative reviews, I found this place acceptable to reside.
- Katherine (10/5): Good room for great price - Didn't realize this was an extended stay and the room I stayed in was kinda run down but comfortable.
- Jamie (8/5): Very good -
- Jamie (9/5): Superb -
- Moxi (3/5): At least the bed was comfy - Secure property, kitchenette Cleanliness . The door locks were malfunctioning and had to call to get Our key reprogrammed. Rather inconvenient for a smoker who couldn't sleep. No ice on the premises. No coffee in the morning. No coffee pot in the room Nothing for breakfast. Very noisy machines all around.
- Dixie (10/5): - Staff very friendly and helpful.
- John (4/5): Stay some where else - Bad location, noisy all night, no amenities in the shower.
- Ray (4/5): Bad review - The toilet didn’t work. I couldn’t figure out the lighting system when I walk across the floor with my bare feet. My feet got pure black time has passed maybe three hours not a cockroach on the wall by the light switch and a cockroach where the toilet bowl was I’m looking to get a total refund And maybe somebody get this place off inspection
- Maxine (1/5): Bad. - No breakfast Shower broke.Tv didnt work.phone didnt work. Finally had to move everything to another room.
- Amy (1/5): Horrible place to stay. Do not waste your money or time. - Not a single thing. Left 3 hours after checking in. Every single thing. The entire place smelled like weed. The beds were like the things you pull out of a sofa (metal frames). The one dish towel they left was absolutely nasty. The showers were nasty and there were bugs crawling on the floor.
- Steven (2/5): - The hallways smell like puke and piss and there were roaches in our rooms. We walked right out. Was accused of making it up while trying to get a refund.
- Amanda (1/5): Bad - The location Being made to feel unwanted
- Janice (8/5): Single woman should consider another option - For the money it was fine and my room very clean. It’s a sketchy place to stay for a single woman to stay. There is a security guard there who could hardly breathe. I felt less than safe with a high/drunk man milling about. That said, I double locked my room door and did not venture out and they did wait up for me to get there and that was appreciated.
- Karin (10/5): - 😊
- Emily (2/5): SECURITY ISSUES!!! - I only had this hotel booked for one night. I had an event to attend that night so I didn’t get back to the hotel and to sleep until around 4:30am. Around 7:30am I was woken up to someone trying to get into my room. I assume it was an employee because their key card worked. If I wouldn't have had the top latch shut, whoever this person was would have had full access to my room while I was asleep. I got up and looked out the peep hole but didn’t see anyone. Then I had a knock on the door at 9:30am from a staff member “confirming I was checking out at 11:00am” - what kind of hotel does this?! I booked it for one night, OF COURSE I WILL BE CHECKING OUT. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, unless you like random people gaining access to your room while you sleep.
- Gary (6/5): - Room was missing hand towels in bathroom and tissues. There was no hair dryer and no in-room coffee. Floor in front of toilet and shower was really spongy. Otherwise, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
- Cynthia (1/5): It is a very bad place to stay. If you do, don't leave your room with anything you don't want to lo. - It was nice to have the kitchenette. The staff are extremely rude and very inconsiderate. They try to enter your room even when you say you don't need anything. The floors were dirty. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed and my feet were really dirty. They have roaches. They have the place sprayed and afterwords that is when the roaches started coming.
- Lizz (7/5): Good - I think the price of the room. The location is convient for me. The added fridge and stove top is a great bonus.
