Guest Reviews
- Amanda (1/5): Would have been nice if I could have stayed - I had to put in something to leave a review. I really can’t tell you how the stay was because even though 2 reservations were made, each time I tried to check in, I was told there was no rooms available. Thank God no money was taken out of my account but couldn’t tell you if the rooms were good or not since my reservations were not honored

- EDWARDS (1/5): terrible - nothing I check in after waiting 20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive, I was given a rom key to a room at the end of the hall on the third floor at 12:00 pm someone knocked on my door continuously, I did not answer at around 1 am someone knocked on my door again. Then at 130 am the smoke alarm went off in my room. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable due to the sketchy staff and patron and the lack of maintenance at the facility. I went down fire escape at 0145 Am and left the property I would not recommend this property ever. I travel for work and pleasure and stay in many hotels I have never felt this uncomfortable to leave in the middle of the night.

⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe, Unclean, and Poorly Managed
Our stay here has been extremely disappointing and unsafe. The stove in our room nearly electrocuted my wife at 220 volts, and maintenance’s “solution” was to simply turn off the breaker — they never repaired or replaced it.
We also had a completely clogged bathtub that wouldn’t drain. We reported it on a Saturday, and it took six days and repeated complaints before anyone finally came to fix it. During this time, the front desk receptionist promised us daily that we would be moved to another room, yet never followed through. We watched other guests get checked into open rooms while we remained stuck for two weeks in a room with no stove and a non-working tub. We’d already paid, and no refund was offered, so we had no choice but to stay.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. On our first night, my wife spent two hours mopping the floors, and the mop water turned black after just a few swipes. Housekeeping is minimal, and they actually charge extra just to exchange your linens.
To make matters worse, the property is littered with dog feces because no one enforces cleanup rules. We have a legitimate service dog that cost thousands of dollars through insurance, and we had to walk off property for bathroom breaks to avoid exposing our dog to unsanitary conditions.
Overall, this property is unsafe, dirty, and poorly managed. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I've filed a formal complaints with city as well as corporate
- Sergio (10/5): -
- Vicki (4/5): - Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly
- Rylee (4/5): - Not sure the room was cleaned before given to us….
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everyone is very accommodating. Rooms are clean and the shower is nice as well. Easy access to the highway.
- Vamshi (2/5): - I did not see any other shady hotel as this one. The entire hotel smells of Marijuana and there are homeless people all around the hotel, and the room was not even cleaned including bathroom as there were stains all in the bathtub.
I did cut short my booking by a day because how dirty and unsafe this hotel is.
- Vicky Joann (6/5): Satisfaction - 1 pillow per bed.1 sm soap. No bedside light, only overhead. They did have stove and refrigerator. Was clean.
- Lula (7/5): Met all my requirements and more. - 24 hrs laundry facility is Convenient. The kitchenette
- Trisha (10/5): - It was quite and relaxing. They had nice staff and house keeping was nice and they did an excellent job...
- Reagan (6/5): - The WiFi doesn't work, the phones don't work there's never somebody at the front desk when one is working, the doors are broken , the front desk hung up on someone calling room
- Krystal (1/5): It has a awful smell, no housekeeper around,no one was ever at the front desk, rooms were nasty!!!! - Nothing at all!!! Everything!!!!
- Hannah (6/5): Overall Satisfaction… 6.3 - I do believe the area is nice, safe, and clean. First, I think the fact we as guests aren’t able to trade our old towels and bedding in for new ones until we’ve been there for two weeks is ridiculous. Not to mention the price skyrocketed about 40 which is ludicrous.
- Stacci (6/5): - Friendly welcoming staff
But the 2 rooms I was in was so humid hot that we had to run the ac on a low temp and than I was freezing couldn’t get comfortable, the beds are not comfortable, both rooms I was in the floors were nasty. The 2nd room the microwave had rust the outside of the fridge had lots of rust and the walls were covered dust. And the wall by the stove was splattered with old food.
- Stacci (6/5): Black floors humid rooms - Rooms are humid very humid the floors were nasty beds are not comfortable and the internet sucks and I’m paying for it!!
- James (2/5): - This place was really bad. The room was nasty. Toilet seat broken off and fecal matter all on the bottom of it. Floor was greasy and you would slide as you walked. Bathroom counters had stains. It was gross. I won’t even go into the lack of professionalism by the manager but it was on par with the rest of the circus. It’s a homeless camp with a proper name at best.
- Roberts (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ashlyn (2/5): Not cleanliness no help no other help - The location It smelled when you walked in and we had dirty sheets when we got there no one was available out front they never picked up the phone after we checked in I was disappointed in that , that we had to sleep on dirty sheets they gave us no help or no other choice
- Robert (6/5): - Good place for a quick night sleep. Would have expected the room to have shampoo.
- Stacci (8/5): Cold or hot - The room we’re in is either freezing or humid the beds aren’t comfortable and a little small
- Lisa (10/5): Greatness - I’m enjoying my stay paid for another week
- Rachel (2/5): Horrible experience. - Can't say I liked anything. I checked out after 2 nights into another t her place since I felt unsafe, couldn't rest, place was not comfortable. There was no breakfast, was told if I needed a towel I had to pay extra, TV didn't work, unsafe area, and place was unclean. I checked out after 2 nights, told I can't get refunded after I paid for 8 nights. I checked into a different place since this one wasn't suitable.
- Jason (10/5): Nice place to stay - Quiet N/a
- Salina (7/5): Good -
- Ikenna (10/5): - Satisfactory
- Bradley (1/5): Bad -
- Lacey (1/5): Bad -
- Cheyenne (6/5): - The shower had high pressure so it felt like razor blades trying to shower; the shower head has water spraying out which I had to put a towel over to prevent water from going everywhere. The shower curtains would not stay closed and this also contributed to water being everywhere.
Also no ventilation, after each shower the room was very humid and sticky and I constantly had to keep the window open. Good thing about the window is there was a screen on it.
I got a non smoking room but there was a dingy smell to the room. The bed is very squeaky so every turn you make it squeaks. The toilet was not bolted down so I had to be careful using the bathroom. Other than the information above it was pretty quiet and the workers were nice. 2.5/5 stars.
- Burrows (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriel (1/5): Not good at all - Staff were very friendly Entire facility smelled weird and unpleasant. Several things were unclean or in terrible repair; our bathroom door was hanging off of a hinge that rusted through and a giant section of the wood panel was coming off and would get stuck in the door. The swinging arm lock that keeps the door shut was missing entirely. The beds were horrendously uncomfortable, like sleeping on a pile of balled socks
- Jeffrey (2/5): This hotel is run by thiefs - Was refused service because i didn't arrive until after midnight. No refund so far. Staff was very rude as they stole my money.
- Salina (8/5): Very good -
- Amber (6/5): - .
- Greg (5/5): Passable - The room was clean and comfortable. I was not prepared for the lack of shampoo and the like.
- Brent (2/5): - Bottom of the barrel. Stayed for months. Locked out of paid for room multiple times.
- Stormy (8/5): It was good. - It was good Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
- LaSandrea (10/5): - I've stayed at Woodspring Suites several times off & on since 2022 & each time [including most recent], the property was clean, front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly, helpful & professional. Plus, the housekeeping staff did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning & supplying my room with towels & fresh linen! Worth EVERY penny I spent!
- Jimmy (8/5): Very good - No lounge, chair.
- Jimmy (8/5): Very good - Needs lounge chair
- Jimmy (8/5): Very nice and pleasant. - Need a lounge chair.
- Shelby (2/5): - It’s was so bad, I checked in and basically checked right back out after seeing our room. I would love to have my money back.
- Antonio (10/5): - Great service.
- Matthew (2/5): - The murder hotel the call it
- Nastasia (5/5): Passable - I liked that it had the kitchen area so I could cook for my family and the almost full size fridge was really nice to have The elevator was really wobbly and felt like it was gonna break at any moment, the staff was really stingy about toilet paper, the toilet wasn't even bolted into the floor, we told them the first day and they said they'd send someone out that next day and no one ever came.
- Alvin (1/5): Bad -
- LaSandrea (10/5): - I've stayed at Woodspring Suites several times within the past several years & I've NEVER been disappointed! The service from W.S. staff is fabulous [very personable], the room has a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave & 2-burner electric cooktop with ample cabinets! Plus extended cable TV & good size bathroom! Very affordable, under $100!
- Oscar (10/5): - Good
- Luis (8/5): - Great
- Cynthia (3/5): Its likely that i wont return to this facility - We were not offered breakfast. The front desk was always closed; I only had 1 pillow
- Jennifer (10/5): - Staff is very hospitable. Property is clean.
- Sykes (9/5): Superb -
- Alyssa (4/5): Disappointing -
- Cherise (4/5): For the price, not terrible, but would never stay there again. I would pay $20+ to stay elsewhere. - The gentleman that helped check us in was very nice & obviously multi tasking as he is not always available at the desk. The location was sketchy but out of anyone's control. When I called to confirm our reservation the day before, the front desk was closed & the person that answered said no one could confirm. We arrived the next day & no one was at the counter & we had to call a number & wait a while. A very nice man came & got us checked in but also said they were allowed to enter at any time which I was not comfortable with. The mattress literally sits on a metal cot & there is no ice available in the building.
- Verified traveler (8/5): It’s okay so far. - A lot of drugged out people in and out.
They do have monthly and weekly rates. All rooms have a “Kitchenette “ (stove top, full fridge, microwave, sink) they have one cart to take your items to the rooms. I’ve been here since Friday and have not had any housekeeping at all.
- Daniel (2/5): HORRIBLE!!!!! - HORRIBLE! Room was disgusting with mold. Light bulbs burnt out, linens need to be thrown away, shorter towels & worst of all TERRIBLE customer service! I was out if the room for long 16-18 days…so I called to have someone drop off some clean towels. The guy I spoke to said twice…”I’ll see what I can do”!!!! I told him what he could do was simply take towels (A FULL SET UNLIKE WHAT THE ROOM STARTED WITH!) to my room. NOTHING! Not a call back, no towels, etc. This is a totally unprofessional way to do business!!! So if asked what you could do, refunding at least HALF of the charges would be the bare minimum start. But whomever reads this (IF ALL ALL!) won’t care to make things right anyhow! As of now, you lost a customer that will tell everyone they know NOT to stat at you hotel…the Tulsa specific & any other!!!
- Walt (2/5): It's cheap for a (lot of) reason(s) - Hotel smelled bad, floor was coming up in our room, electric outlet without cover, cooktop missing knob, no toilet paper holder, safety latch was broken on the door
