Guest Reviews
- Angel (2/5): Dirty, not commodating, wouldnt recommend - Could enjoy breakfast had to leave to work at 4am No turn service, they only clean once a week, they don't give multiple towels
- Timothy (9/5): -
- Alphonse (3/5): wont stay at that location again. - staff only cleaned rooms once a week. no towels are provided and if you request one they will charge you for each one. They also charge for pillows. One room didnt have bedding when requested they gave us the bedding they did not make the bed we had to.
- Simon (2/5): -
- Shegraves (7/5): - Staff Having to keep taking toliet top off to get it to flush. No breakfast and only two towels for two ppl
- caiyun (8/5): -
- yanping (8/5): -
- michael (1/5): i cancelled reservation because of gun policy - .despite lack of 30.05/.06.07 signage @ facility, "guest" agreement mandated a no-guns requirement
.bait and switch, typical of "gun control" pearl-clutchers - lack of candor
.any facility with this requirement should be required to post it clearly on all websites & physically @ their facility
- Abran (6/5): - I liked the online price. The people who worked there were very nice. I didn't like the fact that if a room is considered a suite, it should have at least disposable plates cups and plastic wear. A suite should also at least come with at minimum kitchenware, like a PAN or a pot cooking spoon, spatula etc.
- Noel (1/5): Did not stay left and still got charged. I guess they have to make money someway. - Nothing!!!! Checked in at 2am had to wait for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Someone finally came down half asleep checked me in then disappeared. Walked up to my room very disgusting and dirty. Water in bathtub dripping constantly. Room smelled like roaches. Walked downstairs to try to get my money back while seeing roaches on the way down. Long story short could not get anyone and just left to the holiday inn express. Motel not hotel still charged me still. I would not expect anyone to waist there time and money and just skip this motel. Everything!!!
- Kareem (8/5): It's ok - No breakfast Should have breakfast
- Lucia (7/5): Buena ubicacion - No incluí desayuno Durante los días de hospedaje no nos cambiaron ni las sobrecamas, ni las toallas.
No había jabones, shampoo, ni cremas de cuerpo.
- Mendez (1/5): - Not good
- Willie (1/5): Don't do it...unless you have to. - Both of the housekeepers was friendly. Everyone aside from housekeepers was rude. Roaches, roaches, and more roaches! Was having a romantic moment and found a cricket on my ear. Gross. Had to properly clean the room ourselves. First room reeked of cigarette smoke. After being moved, the second room had multiple issues as well (Including pest problems & staff did not care).
- Jasper (10/5): -
- Michael (6/5): - The room was clean and so was the hotel in general that I saw. The AC did work, so that was nice. The property is getting old, but it is still well maintained.

- Williams (5/5): Passable - I had to use my hotspot because the Internet was not working. The shower was dripping all night, which made it hard to sleep.
- DuBois (2/5): - I've never stayed at a worst Hotel in my life. They make you pay $2 for barh towel exchange and 50 cent if you need a toilet paper roll. Also, they only clean rooms every 14 days(2 weeks) The Staff however was nice and friendly.
- Monica (5/5): Passable -
- Donna (7/5): This was a last minute booking and stay. Front desk personnel, Cheletha, was very friendly and helpful. The room was alr - Convenient location Near the freeway/Traffic noise
- Daniel (5/5): Passable -
- Kimberly (10/5): Great! - Cleanliness N/A
- Tamara (8/5): Just a quick stay-cation - It was clean. Checkin was easy. There is an incidental charge of $100 upon check- in so be prepared for that. There are no frills or anything but it was very clean and comfortable. No outside sitting areas. There should be a bench or something outside. There are literally none. No lobby so a sitting area should not be too outlandish.

- Cesar (7/5): Good -
- Chris (1/5): Bad -
- Cheryl (1/5): I didn’t stay, because the check-in experience sucked - When I got there I was informed that the elevator was broken and that the only rooms available were on the 4th floor. The lady at the front desk, who came down after 15 minutes smelling like marijuana, called another ESA to ensure they had a room.
I headed toward the other ESA. When I arrived I realized I was given the wrong address and had driven to a different ESA. The man there informed me that they ‘had the signage of ESA, but weren’t really affiliated’.
I googled another ESA and found that there was another very close by. I called and let them know I was on my way. When I got there, the price was $15/night more than either of the two previous ESAs I’d been to that night. That isn’t much, but I’d already been so inconvenienced.
I called Red Roof Inn, which was directly next door to the original ESA I’d been to and headed that way.
I was planning on checking in around 11:30pm, but because of the runaround, I finally got into a room around 2am
- Leandro (10/5): - Property is always clean
- Anuradha (5/5): Below average. - Room was clean. There were no curtains or drapes. The wand needed to operate the blinds was missing. Water dripping in the bathroom faucet and the hardware was partially broken. Security deadbolt was missing when I checked in but replaced the next day.
No toiletries provided in the shower.
- Jason (3/5): Poor - I wasn’t able to get a room had to drive a hour south to get a room, due to there over booking
- Orozco (9/5): Superb -
- Jayda (6/5): It was good, worth booking again if going back to round rock. - The set up of the hotel, also how it was tucked away. The shower made the most odd, loud noise when on. Room also had a weird teriyaki smell.
- Rajesh (2/5): - Property cancelled my reservation though I sent message that we will be arriving after checkin hours
- Cayson (1/5): Bad - Really didn’t like it, there were cock roaches Roaches
- Jessika (1/5): I never stayed. According to the receptionist she blamed booking.com for overbooking. I paid full amount and still not y - Nothing! Very rude and unprofessional

- Orozco (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (7/5): For the Price and Location, A Decent Place to Stay - For the money, it was a clean, safe, decent place to stay for a week; the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly resolved a few issues I had. There were no dishes, pots, pans, or silverware in the room. You had to take out your own trash. They charged for extra towels and bed linens.
- Demetrius (2/5): Not clean - Not clean
- Christina (6/5): Pleasant -
- Norman (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Sarah (4/5): Disappointing -
- Olivia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Johanna (4/5): Vacation, but will not use this hotel again - No breakfast. Poor staffing They kept no office hours and no very friendly
- Michael (2/5): Sucked - Couldn’t make noise pass 9 pm had to throw our own trash or get a fee added. Charged for clean towels. Had a system wide reset of all locks around 8 pm. Not a 24 hour desk
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Oscar (8/5): Very good - I didn't like nothing about it Blk lady that runs the front desk is never there, always had an attitude, always in the back on the phone un professional, I'd terminate her asap if I was the owner
- Servando (1/5): Mal tiempo - Nada We reserved a double bed room but were given one queen bed. There was no shower curtain and water was all over d restroom. When we asked the desk lady for a double bed she said there was none availble. She also gave us a show curtain with no ring attchments. Our stay was very uncomfortable for 2 burly men sharing a bed.
